Synopsis
Two boys take revenge on the government with terrorism, but they don't hurt anyone. They only want to put a point across.

Review
I loved this anime, the animation, the characters and the plot. I love anime that have the 'bad guys' as protagonists. I don't have much to say but that I recommend it to anyone and everyone.
