Bella's POV-

A slight shake and an excruciating pain in my stomach woke me.

"Mmmpphhhh," I groaned, clutching my stomach. "Bella, love, you have to wake up," A musical voice, or rather Edwards musical voice said.

"Stomach hurts," I choked.

Edward lifted my top, exposing my belly, he put his cool hands on the area where my uterus was, his cold hands soothed the pain but it was still there.

"God darn puberty," I muttered, earning a chuckle from Edward.

"Would you like some pain killers Bells?" Edward asked me, worry in his voice.

"Yeah," I sighed, "Mmmmphh," I groaned again as shot of pain surged through me. Freaking cramps.

Edward removed his hands and disappeared, moving at vampire speed he brought me some water and two pain killers. I sighed and put the drugs in my mouth then swallowed them with a bit of water.

"Ugh, medicine is disgusting."

"That's one of the cons of being part human," he joked, winking at me. "Are you feeling any better?"

"Just five more minutes." I pulled the cover over us and lied on my side, facing Edward.

"Ok Bells, just five more minutes," he smiled that beautiful crooked smile of his. "You know Edward, you dazzle me." I blurted out without thinking.

"I dazzle you?" he asked innocently, knowing that he does already. "You do and you know you do, See! You're doing it now!" He chuckled and turned onto his back.

"Bella, Alice is coming," right on cue Alice ran through the door, a worried expression on her face, after she saw me relief flooded through her.

"You ever knock?" I yawned.

"Nope," She replied, popping the P.

"So what's today's outfit of the day?" I asked, rather cheekily if you ask me.

"I can't show you when he is in here, it's a surprise, so Edward, Get Out!" Ally practically yelled, pushing Edward out of the room and closing the door.

She walked into my closet that was nearly as big as my room and walked out with a dress and accessories. It was a dark green colour, and it was beautiful. Especially when matched with the heels, bag and bracelet Alice had chosen.

Ally shoved me into the bathroom, ordering me to shower and change.

I scrubbed my body, allowing the warm water to caress me, after washing, I wrapped my hair in the towel, put on my undergarments and slipped into the dress. After changing I unlocked the door.

Alice guided and sat me down in the chair in front of the mirror; she brushed out my hair, blow-dried it and curled it. She spun the chair around and applied my makeup. After seeing my reflection I beamed and gave Ally a quick hug. "Come on! Edward is waiting for us! Today is Christmas Eve! We need to do last minute shopping!"

"What!? That means we go back in two days! And no we don't! I already have Edward's present!"

"Still! It's an excuse for shopping!" She squealed excitedly and grabbed my hand pulling me down stairs; all jaws dropped especially Edwards at my appearance.

I smiled shyly and looked down at my feet. "Hey! There's a fly over there, you may want to close your mouth before you swallow it," everyone's jaws snapped back together at Alice's comment, "Oh and staring is rude," I mouthed 'thank you' at Alice as everyone, apart from Edward looked away. I ran into his arms and hugged him,

"You look beautiful love," he whispered into my hair, I pulled back.

"Thanks," I blushed lightly; he smiled that dazzling crooked smile at me as he took my hand and pulled me down to sit next to him on the loveseat.

Edward's POV-

"So, I heard your argument with Alice, you said you have my present, what is it?"

"Well, Edward, if I told you it wouldn't be a surprise would it,"

"I can live with that."

"Sorry, you will just have to wait,"

"Ugh, I wish I could read your mind."

"Too Bad,"

I brushed my lips along her cheek, "Please?!"

"Nope, And stop trying to bribe me,"

I smiled innocently, she had known me for only a few months and already she knew all of my methods. "I have to go shopping, by the time we get back it will be time for me to go to sleep, then in the morning we can exchange gifts," she got up to go but I pulled her back down and kissed her, then whispered to her, our foreheads touching.

"You're leaving me with her," my eyes flickered to Tanya then back to Bella's beautiful hazel brown eyes.

"If she touches you she is in for it," I smiled at her protectiveness and possessive nature.

"I love you Bella."

"I love you too... Future husband," She winked "Now I really need to go before Alice goes crazy," I reluctantly let her go.

Bella's POV-

Me, Alice and Rose shopped for hours on end, It would be a lie if I said I hadn't enjoyed myself, We visited EVERY shop in town before we returned home, I instantly dropped the ton of bags as we walked into the Denali's big - but not as big as ours, house. I ran over to Edward and jumped into his arms, it hurt to be away from him, like my unbeating heart was being torn apart and stabbed, I guess he felt the same as he returned the tight hug I had embraced him in.

"Time for bed love," he whispered in my ear.

I sighed and pouted but allowed him to carry me up the stairs, bridal style to the guest room where I slept, he put me down in the bathroom and walked out, closing the door on the way out, such a gentleman.

"Thanks Edward,"

He rolled his eyes. "Don't take too long, the faster you dress, the faster you go to sleep and I get my present!"

He sounded nearly as excited as Alice, I guess all these years since he had no mate he didn't get a present, the thought saddened me.

"You know Edward, You're such a little boy at heart." He flashed that gorgeous crooked of his at my comment.

"I'm serious,"

"Okay! Stop talking to me and I'll change quicker!"

My eyebrows raised at the 'Pyjamas' Alice had chosen for me, well it was either them or sleep naked. I sighed and slipped on the white crop-top and underwear, then the dark blue shorts. I walked out to see Edward lying down in bed. "You look beautiful in blue," he chuckled lovingly, kissing my forehead as I lied next to him.

I shivered.

"Cold?" he asked, his voice low and velvety.

"Yeah." I said, moving closer for body heat. He pressed his lips to mine, the electric sparks were going crazy as the kiss intensified.

I heard someone coughing, we stopped kissing and looked "Edward and Bella, this is my house and I order you to stop kissing now!"

Tanya.

I growled and so did Edward, he sat up. "What do you want Tanya?" Edward spat.

"Nothing!" her eyes widened, trying to look innocent.

"You obviously do Tanya." I growled.

"Edward," She said brightly, ignoring me.

"You haven't hunted since we got here! How about me and you go for a hunt?" Tanya asked, stepping forward, "Your eyes Eddie, you're obviously hungry,"

"My eyes aren't black because of hunger, they are black because of your mere presence," Edward spat.

Tanya looked shocked, I had to bite my lip to stop myself from laughing, she turned on her heel and walked out of the room, when she was out of hearing range, although being a vampire she still probably heard us, me and Edward burst out laughing.
