Kaka was working in kitchen when the landline phone starts ringing... with sudden ring kaka dropped the hot milk on the floor and on his hand... without caring about his hand he felt something bad will happen..... he kept hearing the landline ringing... instead of cleaning the mess he ran out of t he kitchen and picked the call up....

Kaka : hello....

Caller :...................

The phone left his hand..... his ear went deaf hearing other side.... he looked at Neil's room before running to his room....

He pushed the door and saw Neil wide wake and looking into the ceiling.... he whispered Neil's name...

Kaka : ba... Baba......

Neil who was lost in his thought thinking about his cruel life... he was busy staring the ceiling.... listening to whisper of kaka.... he turned his head towards door and saw kaka in tears.... seeing his tears he sensed something happened....

Kaka : baba....... woh..........

Neil got tears hearing kaka..... he quickly removed duvet over and ran outside of the house.... he quickly took his car and drove... while kaka followed Neil car in auto.....

Neil stood gazing at the person who was lying down in hospital bed..... seeing the person tears brimmed in his eyes......

He went to flashback of their first meeting...

Flashback...

Neil was sitting in his room with his room light off completely... his room had no light coming... he hated light... no one enters in his room or he never he gets out....

He was staring at picture with tears in his eye when he heard loud voice from outside.... he didn't wanted to go down and see what's happening down.... he made his mind up not going down but who knew his life was going change.... not completely but will have someone support, care, Love and there will be someone will look after him....

He was still sitting in his bed holding photo frame of someone when he heard his door opening.... he feared hearing door opened thinking he will get same punishment..... he didn't looked at person or at the door but he kept the photo aside and tried pulling the duvet over him.... he starts shivering and sweating as the person came more close to his bed....

He held bed sheet more tightly in his fist... he slowly starts mumbling something to himself which wasn't heard of that person but shocking the Person seeing his action....

" don't come near me"

" leave me"

" don't touch me.... please"

" sorry.... don't hit me... I.... won't... do it again"

" don't..... slap me."

He kept mumbling all these word until he lost his conscious.... his hand left the bed sheet.... he stopped sweating but was still shivering.... he didn't knew what happened to him....

While the person was shocked seeing no movement... the person was sacred thinking what might have been happened..... the person with slowly step took seat beside Neil ... and moved duvet... the person moved duvet got shocked seeing Neil shivering and sweat was over his forehead and cheek, entire his face... he looked scared.... the person saw him wearing full length clothes.... full selves shirt....

The person could see some marks and bruises on his face... the person took hand and kept on his heads and found it very hot... then checked his Cheek....

Person : oh god... he got high fever... shit I don't even know where is his family... what should I do.... I should call the doctor...

The person got of bed and walked corner of Neil's room and dialled doctor number....

Person : hello doctor..... could you come to malthore mansion.... please.... it's urgent....

The person quickly kept the phone aside and ran to kitchen and got in bowl cold water and white thick cloth....

The person again settled beside Neil and moved duvet till his chest... the person dipped the white cloth in cold water and kept on his head.... the person kept doing till the doctor arrived.....

The person moved away and gave doctor to check him....

The doctor checked Neil while the person was watching him with tears... the person didn't why knew he/ she was connected to him... he/ she felt something in heart.... the doctor finally Checked and looked at the girl who was standing while tears were flowing her eye....

Doctor moved to her and patted her head...

Doctor : what relation do you have with him?

The girl looked at him...

Girl : I don't know who he is.... actually I was in garden when I saw this mansion so thought coming in here... the door was opened so I sneaked in... I checked every room... I came to his room but as he heard door opening he covered himself... then fell unconscious.... I live one lanes away from here.....

Doctor : have you ever visited here...

Girl: no doctor...

Doctor : he got unconscious because Of fear... he will be up any soon... I'll give you his medicine... make sure he has it after his meal...

Girl : thank you doctor....

Doctor : it's my duty... I should leave now...

Girl : let me drop you till door....

Doctor nods... they went down leaving Neil alone... doctor left while the girl thought to make something for him... she went in kitchen and found nothing..... she didn't knew what to do so she ordered healthy food for him.... she was seating in hall when she heard a loud scream.... she got scared and ran to Neil room knowing where the scream his coming from.....

She pushed the door and saw him again shivering and sweating while mumbling something... she ran to him and sat beside him and ruffled his hair..... feeling unknown touch Neil jerked her hand.....

He didn't stopped shivering and mumbling.... she went to close to hear what he might be saying.... she got shocked hearing what he just said....

" don't touch me..."

"Leave me"

" leave me"

He kept saying " leave me" till he jerked himself and sat on bed looking at the ceiling..... tears made through his eye while the girl sat there all shocked seeing him like this.....

Neil turned his face side and saw her.....

Neil got scared seeing her..... he moved away from her....

Neil : w...... ho... are you....

Neil seeing unknown person in his room and in his bed made him more scared... he was scared seeing her..... while she looked at him worriedly... she tried touching when Neil Jerked her hand again..... but she didn't gave up... she tried holding his hand again.... at last time she hugged him not able to see him like this... while Neil tried moving her away from him....

Soon as he heard on word from her mouth he stopped pushing her.... a long tear escaped from his eye hearing her....

Girl : Bhai.....

Neil didn't hugged her back or pushed her... he just her let hugging him... hearing Bhai from her mouth he felt something unknown in his heart.... for the first time he felt something in his heart... his heart responded him after soon long time of period... his heart was turned cold that day when his condition is like this... he didn't have heart to feel any emotions expect today his heart starts responding....

She was hugging him and crying... her tears was hurting him... he finally pushed but not Harshly... he looked at her.... his hand moved to wipe her tears... she looked at him.....

Neil : who..... are you....

Girl didn't answered but kept looking at him.... he was also looking at her until there was door bell ring... he was confused thinking who could be here... she ran down to see the delivery boy standing there... she thanked him and told him to come to her house after hour so she could pay him later... the boy trusted her as she was his regular costumer....

She went in kitchen and placed the food in plate and left back to Neil's room... she saw him looking up the ceiling... she got confused seeing him looking there only... she sighed and kept the food on bed... he looked at her then the tray...

Neil : why you brought this here..?

Girl : have this Bhai.....

Neil : Listen I'm not your Bhai.... stop this drama and leave my house.....

She was stubborn too.... she sat down bed and took one bite to him... he refused to take it.... she pushed into his mouth... he glared her which didn't affect her.....

After feeding him she gave him medicine to which he secretly hid under his pillow as she wasn't looking at him.....

Neil : let Least tell me who are you?

Girl : your sister....

They kept fighting over who she was and why she herself calming as his Sister....

Flashback ends....

Neil stood there watching through glass door.... he chuckled sadly remembering that day.... he was looking though glass door when kaka kept hand on his shoulder....

Kaka : baba.... anvi.....

Yes anvi is in hospital.... but what happened to her....
