Nandini was sitting beside Manik and caressing his hair... she didn't knew what feeling she had... she didn't even bothered about her surrounding.... all she cared was him... she wanted him to be fine... but what's the feeling... what's the right of her to show care to him... she didn't have any answer... she looked at his face and saw some marks and bruise... she made herself note to ask anvi about this later...

Anvi and kaka who noticed all this standing in room found very shocking... in this three years they haven't seen anyone going near or tried consoling Manik  like how Nandini  did.... but that's not shocking for them... they were shocked to see that Manik reacted to Nandini hug back... kaka and anvi were very aware of Manik's  habit... he wouldn't let any stranger coming near him then hugging is no near... anvi kept starting Nandini ... while kaka left the room thinking they need time...

Anvi was still standing there and looked at Nandini who was busy caressing Manik's  hair...

Anvi ( mind) can Nandini  di my Bhabhi...Manik  Bhai wife... but will Bhai agree.....

She smiled thinking Nandini will be her Babhbi but her smile didn't last for long as she knows Manik  will never agree to marry anyone or let anyone come close to him... she thinking that she didn't realise when Nandini was calling her...Nandini  who was caressing Manik  hair when her eye fell on anvi and saw her lost... she called her name but seeing anvi not responding... she thought to call bit louder....

Nandini : anvi.... anvi....

Finally anvi came back to her world and heard Nandini  calling her... she looks at Nandini  who gestured where she is lost... anvi shook her head and moved Nandini ...

Nandini : is he your brother...

Anvi nods then she noticed something only to feel her lips carve in smile...Nandini  didn't noticed see her smile as she was busy thinking about Manik ...

Anvi ( mind) she is the one... she is for my Bhai..

She again smiled like fool seeing how Manik's  Hand is bandage perfectly.....

Nandini : anvi I should leave now... maa must be waiting for  me....

Anvi : di please stay today here...

Nandini : sorry anvi but I can't stay here...

Anvi : please di for today... stay...

Nandini thought while when she felt  Manik moving...  she quickly distanced herself from him and ran outside of the room leaving anvi worry and shock...

Anvi was going to follow Nandini but stopped hearing Manik's  voice... she moved close to him and heard him calling her name...

She got teary eye hearing his voice after week... she sat beside him and took his hand in hers...

Anvi : Bhai... your baby anvi is here... Bhai... open your eyes... see I'm here...for you... Bhai open your eye...

As her tears fell on  Manik face he slowly opened his eye and saw her...seeing her front of him he tried cupping her face but couldn't hold it because of his injury.. anvi noticed this and held his hand carefully making sure not to hurt him...

Manik  : anvi.... my baby sister... why you left your Bhai.... I was alone without me..... promise you won't leave me..... promise your Bhai... baby....

Manik  and anvi both got tears...

Anvi : I'm sorry Bhai... I promise you i won't leave you... anvi promise to you Bhai... forgive me Bhai... I'm bad.... I left you...

She couldn't control her tears... she hugged him keeping her head on his chest.... Manik  who was thinking it's all imagination... he looked at her shockingly seeing her alive... he removed her head from his chest and cupped her face tightly without caring about his pain....

Manik  : you.... here... for real..... you alive....

Anvi' were filled with tears... her tears wouldn't stop.... Manik was staring her face only... he thought she will disappear when he leaves her cheek....

Manik  : are you... for real.... baby anvi....

Avni : yes...Bhai I'm here... for you..... Bhai I cans back to you....

That's was all for Manik  to wake from horrible dream... he got up and hugged her immediately... a long tear escaped down his eyes which felt on her clothes... someone was watching all this outside of the room... the person eyes were filled in tears... without getting notice the the person left to down....

Anvi broke hug and wiped Manik's  tears and looked at him....

Anvi : Bhai It's horrible dream.... I'm here... your baby is fine.... nothing can happen to your baby when you are with her... Bhai I'm fine... don't cry.... please... your tears hurts...

Manik   looked her face and cupped her face... he kissed her forehead.....

Manik : don't leave... I'll die without............

His word were incomplete as anvi palmed his mouth and nods no....

Anvi : don't talk about death... I only have you... mom dad left me... I can't lose you too Bhai... please...

Anvi hugged Manik ... Manik  caressed her hair...

Anvi left the room leaving Manik  alone in the room.... a hour passed sibling crying and talking when anvi told Manik  that she will bring food as she knows he hasn't eaten...

Anvi walked down the stairs and saw Nandini  sitting in hall and completely zoomed out... she knew something might be related to Manik ... she sighed and walked to kitchen and asked kaka to fill plate for Manik ...

Anvi : kaka Don't worry about mine dinner... I'll have it with Nandini  Di... you have yours and sleep...

Kaka : okay dear...

Anvi : and one thing kaka please take Nandini  Di to my room... tell her I'll be back soon after making Bhai have his dinner...

Kaka nods...anvi taking Manik's  plate she left the kitchen... while going back to room she still she saw Nandini  zoomed out... she thought to talk about this later....

Anvi entered inside and saw Manik  sitting and staring at corner... she called his name to get his attention... as she thought he looked at her and passed smile to her... anvi smiled  too and sat on bed opposite him...

Anvi : no discussion...... I don't want to count many meals of the day you skipped.... and I'm sure you don't want hear my scolding so have this without muttering any word....

Manik  didn't say anything and looked at her... anvi knowing him very well... she broke one bite and fed him.... while talking randomly avni finished making Manik  eat his dinner... not even once in their discussion was about last week or they didn't wanted to Remember that day.... Anvi haven't told Manik  about Nandini ....

Anvi kept the plate side and gave Manik's  medicine... Manik  without saying anything he took it and gulped it down... he doesn't want to see her anger...

Anvi covered him with duvet and left the room after closing the door behind her.... she went to her room and saw Nandini  sitting near balcony side and looking lost..... anvi thought before talking to Nandini she would change and ask Nandini to change too...

First she decided herself to change... taking her nightwear anvi went to change... soon anvi came out and took another pair and went to balcony side...

Anvi : Nandini Di...

She called Nandini  name... hearing anvi voice Nandini  turns and looks at her...

Anvi : I'll answer every questions of yours... but before that please change something in comfy...

Nandini : but....

Anvi : I have pair for you...

Nandini then looks at her holding a pair of nightwear...Nandini  got up and took the nightwear and moved to change while anvi ran downstairs and filled two plates of food and came back inside the room to see Nandini  sitting down back in same position..... anvi kept the both plate on small table and walks to Nandini ... she sat opposite her...

Anvi : Di...Nandini Di...

Hearing anvi voice Nandini  looks at her...

Anvi : I know you have a lot of question but before that have something....

Nandini : I don't feel hungry.... you have it...

Anvi : I'm sorry Di but you need to eat something... please...

Nandini only gave her nod... anvi got up and brought the plate and give one to Nandini and took one to herself...Nandini  looked at the plate then thought about him...

Nandini ( mind) did he have his dinner?

Nandini didn't knew why she wanted to know if he had his food... his condition was making her weak... she was hesitate to ask anvi about Manik .... but taking her courage she asked...

Nandini : anvi.... can I ask you something...

Anvi : sure di...

Nandini : did your brother had... his food....

Anvi smiled hearing her...

Anvi ( mind) you are perfect for my Bhai...

She thought to herself and replied to. Nandini ...

Anvi : Bhai had his dinner...

Don't know why Nandini  felt relief knowing he had his Dinner....Nandini  quietly starts eating but her mind was still on Manik ..

After having dinner anvi and Nandini  sat at the same place...

Nandini was one first to start the conversation...

Nandini : anvi does he hurt himself always...

Anvi : hmm.... I have seen him breaking every day...

Tears brimmed in her eye...Nandini  wiped her tears....

Nandini : where is his parents.... do you know anyone in his family....

Anvi : I don't know about his family.... I have lived with him past 3 years...... I haven't seen his family coming or he contacts them.....

Then she narrated when she met  Manik on first time... she told her everything from that day till now.... Hearing all this Nandini  heart broke without knowing what he matters to her...

Anvi wiped her tears and looks at Nandini ...

Anvi : let's sleep... it's too late...

Avni nods.... they were lying bed... anvi was sleeping  but from Nandini  sleep was far away... she couldn't stop thinking about Manik .... her mind was fully thinking about Manik  only.....

Nandini ( mind) why his condition hurts me.... why did I hug him.... why can't I see his pain... why his tears hurts me.... why he is affecting me.... why... I feel knowing him more.... why.....

She didn't knew why she was feeling pain seeing him pain... but who knew it's destiny game planned....

Sorry for late update as I got busy in  some works.....
