A girl was talking over phone or should
I say screaming over the phone....

Girl : I don't care anything..... I want Manik malthora alive... do whatever Costs you but manik malthora tomorrow should be woken up from his death or you will be dead... fucking swear to your mom your dead body will be sent to your parents If I don't get news of Manik Malhotra  being safe..... now fucking end the call and do something....

She ended the call and threw it when a boy came to her room.... she heard him but didn't respond.....

Boy : baby.....

The girl turned and lashed her anger on him...

Girl : don't fucking baby me when you are useless.... how did Manik malthora landed in hospital.... I told you to watch his each action then why is he in hospital..... trust me if anything happens to  Manik malthora then no one means no one can save you or dad.... I have told I want to see  Manik malthora dying every day.... his death shouldn't be easy.... his death should be painful.... like mom..... I want to see pain which mom went through.... I want to see him dying every minute in pain.... he will be dying in pain but his scream won't reach to anyone.... did you get that.... now leave my room....

The boy got scared but knew he had to calm her anger before she does something stupid in her anger... the boy composing himself pulled her in hug.... soon as the girl felt familiar presence... she cried hugging the boy... the boy caressed her hair and pecked her hair few times.....

Boy : shhss baby.... why you making your health worse because of him who doesn't deserve it..... my baby is strong.... please for me stop crying..... please.... I promise to you I won't let  Manik malthora die that easily... he will die but only for your hands.... he will suffer from  same pain as you baby..... baby.....

The boy forcefully broke hug and saw her unconscious lying in his Arms.... he freaked out seeing her unconscious..... he immediately called a servant name who came without wasting time... the  servant saw this and got worried seeing them like this....

Boy : immediately call the doctor....

The servant ran to call doctor while the boy picked up the girl in his arms and placed her on bed... he covered her with duvet and sat beside her holding her hand in his hand.... he caressed her hair and stared her......

While other side someone was secretly entered inside the hospital without getting notice by anyone wearing the mask.... the person secretly starts moving to a particular room....

While inside the hospital... a girl was sitting holding love of her life hands... she was staring at his  voice when she felt door opening.... she didn't move her gaze from the boy .... she then heard her name calling... still she didn't turned... she was deaf... her body was lifeless seeing her love in bed of death... she wanted him only....

The person again called girl name... not getting answer the person walked to girl and kept hand on  girl shoulder....

Person : Nandini  beta....

Yes the person who is lying on hospital bed is  Manik malthora .... and the girl sitting next him and  holding his hand is Nandini .... Neela is the person who is calling Nandini .....

Nandini still didn't answer Neela... Neela tried once again but this time stopped as she heard anvi voice.....

Anvi : Aunty Di won't speak till she doesn't hear Bhai voice....

Neela turns to anvi and looks at confusingly....

Neela : anvi I don't want to know anything..... I can't see Nandini  in this condition.... this is first time I am seeing her not responding me.....

From anvi mouth chuckle escaped....

Anvi : love does anything....

Neela : love.....

Anvi : yes love.... I might be younger to understand the meaning of love but only I know is Nandini di is in love with my brother.... her love will bring Manik Bhai alive.... Manik Bhai has to fine for me.... for kaka.... more especially for Nandini di.... he can't leave us.... he has to be fine.....

Neela was shocked to hear anvi's words... she couldn't adjust hearing anvi but soon something strikes in her head.... she remembered how Nandini behaviour changed the day Nandini went to malthora House to pick Kaira up.... she remembered few day back when Nandini asked about love..... now everything was making sense to Neela....

Neela ( mind) my Nandini is in love.... I didn't even knew.... Please Bhagwan ji don't take my bacha happiness... she already suffered.... if anything happens to Manik then she will break down.... you already  took her parents.... please god ji make Manik fine..... please....

Neela prayed for  Manik  and Nandini  happiness.....

An hour passed but Nandini  didn't move from her place... she has been sitting in same position past three days.... she didn't move single second... her eyes were fixed on  Manik .... she was lost in her world that didn't realise when anvi was standing in the room and staring at them with painful eyes... anvi wiping her tears she walked to Nandini  and called her name....

Nandini didn't reply but kept staring  Manik .... anvi knew this.... anvi took another step and held Nandini  held and forcefully dragged her out the room.... anvi knew how much Nandini loves Manik  but she couldn't take risk losing Manik  and Nandini at the same time.... even she can't see Nandini  condition like this......

Soon as anvi dragged Nandini  someone entered inside the room.... seeing  Manik  lying on hospital bed smirked but had to do something before anyone else comes.... the person starts going towards Manik  and took knife out before reaching close to Manik ... the person kept the knife on  Manik's neck and had big evil smirk on his face....

Person( mind) rest in peace  Manik malthora .... no  one can save you from me now..... you have to die..... good bye forever  Manik Malhotra .......

The person smirked before sliding the knife cross  Manik's  neck...................

A girl was sleeping beside boy holding his hand close to her heart... the boy was faster sleep.... the girl stirred in sleep and slowly opened her eyes.... her eyes immediately fell on the boy who was sleeping.... seeing the boys face tears brimmed in her eyes.... before it could fall she wiped it off and her hand reached to his hair... she slowly starts ruffling his hair making sure not wake him up.....

She kept ruffling his hair till she felt him moving in his sleep....she immediately bend down and kissed his forehead.... she left her lip on his forehead for sometime till she felt he was calm.... she moved her lips  and starred his face......

Girl povs : why our life is complicated Manik ..... you are alive front of me but I never feel your soul with you... Manik if that day something happened to you then I would have died too.... that day was worst day off my life..... you were dying front of eyes....

Yes Manik is alive but how? Let's go in flashback for that...

Flashback....

Before the person could slid the knife cross Manik's neck... the person was hardly passed to the wall... the person with sudden push banged head on the wall.... the person who pushed the person looked at Manik before bursting  in tears...... the person cried hugging Manik lifeless body..... the person who tried to kill Manik .... seeing the girl  stood up and ran away without getting caught.....

Yes Nandini  was the one who pushed the person.... she cried hugging Manik's body.... she was crying when door opened showing doctor.... doctor saw her crying and felt very bad for her.... what could doctor do when Manik himself Doesn't to want to live his life.... his body stops responding..... the doctor starts moving to Nandini and called her name.....

Doctor : Nandini ......

Nandini stopped crying but her tears never stopped.... she looked at doctor.....

Doctor : I'm sorry dear but we can't keep Manik's  body here too long... he has stopped responding to any treatments of ours .... dear his body doesn't want to live.... he doesn't want.........

He stopped as Nandini spoke over her voice and very angry.....

Nandini : he has to wake up..... for me..... for my love... he has to... he won't die.... if he dies then my body will go too.... I will die here front of my Manik .... if there is no Manik there there won't be Nandini ..... Manik can't leave.... I don't care about your treatments but I know my love will bring Manik back.... my love win...... he can't live me.... he can't.....he can't.... he can't....

She turned back to Manik and cupped his face with her shivering hands.... while doctor watched her painfully..... she got hold of his face and cried holding his  face in her hand....

Nandini : Manik you can't live me alone..... what will I do without you Manik ....... Manik I need..... you...... for me.... for anvi...... for my love Manik .... come back...... Manik please don't live.... you will Live me..... then I'll die....... I can't..... live without you..... Manik ..... prove my love is not fake...... prove me..... my love is true....... Manik

She felt his face and cried hugging him...... doctor kept watching.... tears were invisible in his eyes too.... another two person were in tears who were none than anvi and Neela.... they were crying seeing Nandini ..... they could see true love for Manik in Nandini's eye.....

Manik who was lying on bed lifeless..... hearing only word love.... his finger automatically moved..... love is what he carved for...... his love was calling him but he was slipping to death.... how could he leave his love in pain when he very well knows what the pain not getting the love.... he had to be alive for his love.... his finger moved few times....

Doctor who was watching true love saw Manik moving his finger..... then his eye fell on the machines which was attached to Manik which are starts responding..... he smiled in tears and thanked god ...... he immediately ran to manik and called Nandini ......

Doctor : Nandini ...... Manik is responding.... your love wins Nandini ...... Nandini look Manik .......

Nandini immediately jerked herself from Manik hearing doctor...... Nandini saw Manik's fingers moving..... her heart starts crying more.... her eyes brimmed with tears.... she moved from Manik and ran from the room..... doctor checked Manik ..........

After two hours doctor came out of the room and saw Neela and anvi but didn't find Nandini .... seeing doctor Neela and anvi stood up...

Neela : Doctor Manik....

Doctor: it's miracle.... your daughter love won.... he is still unconscious but he is out of coma.... god bless him and her.... you can meet him soon as he get his conscious back....

Neela happily turned to anvi and hugged her tightly... anvi too  hugged Neela back... doctor left them....

While In temple Nandini sitting folding her hands front of god ana crying.... she was crying.....

Nandini : I...... came back to you.... for him.... last time you took my parents but today you gave my love back....... today I am here to thank you..... I was angry with you last time when you snatched my patents but today..... that day was my last time praying to you..... I didn't believe you..... because you took my parents away from me.... I was angry.... I know it was my fault.... forgive me.... Bhagwan ji please give me power to face my Manik ..... I want my Manik only..... make him better.... I want to heal Manik .... give me strength..... I need your blessing.....

She wiped her tears  and stood up.... walking bare foot she went to back to hospital.......

She didn't spoke to Neela or anvi but went to straight to Manik's room..... she opened door and saw him still sleeping...... she walked to him and sat beside him on the stool... she caressed his hair and kissed his hair.....

Nandini : how long you will sleep for Manik ..... don't you want to see me...... I am calling you.... don't you hear my voice.... your love is calling you Manik ...... Manik open your eye..... for me.... for your love open open your eye.....

Tears brimmed in her eyes not seeing him opening his eye... she tried stopping her tears but tears didn't stopped.... soon as tears fell on Manik's cheek.... he slowly opened his eye..... and whispered Nandini's name..... in Weakly voice......

Manik : na.... n...Di..ni.....

Hearing her own name from Manik's mouth
Nandini happiness had no bound.... she silently cried......

Flashback ends.......

Nandini moved her hand from Manik's hair as she saw him opening his eye.....

Nandini gave him smile but he just stared her face..... this was nothing new for her.... this was happening from 6 months till now.... Nandini was use to this... now... she would smile but she didn't get same smile back which she wants to see..... she wants to see his smile....

Nandini stood up and bend down to help him to sit..... she kept pillow behind his back and Manik rested his head..... she passed him glass of water... he took it and drank it without speaking to her.... she knows what he wants in the morning or any other time..... in these six months he hardly spoke to anyone.... he always stayed quiet and silent.....

Nandini took the glass back and kept on table....

Nandini : wanna fresh up....

He only nods... she smiled and helped him getting off bed... she taking his hand around her shoulder took him to washroom.... she gave him brush with toothpaste....

Manik without saying anytime starts brushing his teeth.... Spon Nandini gave Manik sponge bath.....

Manik was brought back in the room.... Manik looked at avni before speaking.....

Manik : woh....... mu clothes......

Nandini : sorry I forgot..... I'll get it now....

Nandini made Manik sit on bed first then moved to his closet.... while she was busy in her work Manik watched her........

Manik ( mind) why you doing this Nandini ? I don't  deserve you Nandini .... your life will be ruin if you come to my life.... you can't come in my life.....

He stared but soon looked down as he saw her turning around.... Nandini walked back to bed and gave him the Clothes.....

Nandini : you get change... I'll bring your breakfast then you need to have your medicine....

Manik nods.... Nandini left the room while Manik got  ready.....

Nandini came down to see Neela and anvi setting breakfast table.... while kaka were brining food out of kitchen..... she walked to them....

Neela and Nandini lives in malthora 's house but Neela most time stay in orphanage....

Nandini : maa is Manik breakfast ready....

Neela : yes.... here take it....

Neela handed Nandini Manik's plate.... Nandini thanked Neela and left to Manik's room.......

Nandini opened the door of Manik's room and saw Manik staring at the ceiling.... she walked inside and kept the plate on table and called Manik .... Manik looked at her.....

Nandini : come breakfast is ready.....

Manik nods and gets off bed and moves to couch where Nandini was waiting for him..... avni served him in plate and gave it to him.... he starts eating without making any tantrums.....

Soon Manik finished his breakfast... Nandini got up and brought Manik's medicine... she gave it to him and he had his medicine..... he gave the glass up and looked at her......

Manik : Nandini .....

Banana who was wrapping the leftover food looked at Manik ....

Nandini: hmm!

Manik : can I sleep..... I'm sleepy....

Nandini : take rest.... in evening I'm taking you out.....

Manik : out but why?

He asked her confusingly.... it's true Nandini takes Manik out in malthora garden but outside of malthora they didn't go then why today.... not even to see doctor.....

Nandini : woh..... I need to show you something..... will you come with me.....

Manik : okay.... I'll come with you.....

He stood up and climbed the bed and slept covering his body with duvet.... while Nandini left the room........
