Waking up a few hours later because of my brother and his clumsy team mates. Me and Mitch went to my room.

"Sorry about them. They are so annoying" I sighed.

Literally Connor had come in and fallen over the back of the couch and on to me and Mitch. What a wonderful way to be woken up.

"It's okay, let's just go back to sleep! I'm tired" he yawned.

We both climbed into my bed and Mitch pulled me into him. Snuggling closer to him I draped my one arm over his chest and we drifted back to sleep.

Waking up around noon was weird I usually didn't sleep in this long. Looking next to me I saw Mitch still passed out. I let him sleep because he must have been tired after his game last night. Quietly getting up I walked out of my room closing the door behind me. Walking into the kitchen I saw Leon, Connor, Ryan, Patrick, and Lexi.

"wow that's the longest you've ever slept in. You must have been busy last night!" Leon said.

Walking over to him I slapped his arm.

"Shut up you moron! We didn't do anything like that, we were sleeping"

"yeah whatever Ry" he laughed.

Sitting down at the kitchen table Connor set pancakes down in front of me I was super excited. Taking the butter and syrup I lathered everything on top of them and started eating.

A few minutes Mitch walked out of my room without a shirt. Obviously he didn't care because he just came and say beside me and kissed my temple.

"Good morning!" he said leaning his head on me.

"good afternoon actually!"

"what time is it?" he asked clearly confused.

"like 12:30?"

"oops! I guess I was really tired after last night I never sleep in that late" Mitch said.

My brother started to open his mouth and I looked at him and pointed my knife in his direction.

"don't." I said.

He put his hands up in surrender and just laughed. A few minutes later all the boys left and went to get ready for their game. It was just me, Mitch, and Lexi left.

"What do you guys want to do? The game isn't until 6" I said.

"I'm going to my place in a bit so it will just be you two" Lexi said.

"ah okay" I said.

Around a half hour later Lexi had left and it was once again just Mitch and me.

"so... what do you want to do?" he asked.

"I dunno, you got any ideas?"

"nope, we only have like four hours until puck drop."

"true! We could just hangout here or whatever"

"wait!" he said.

"yeah?"

"I've heard about this really cool place called the end of the world!"

"okay...?"

"do you want to go to the end of the world with me Ryan?"

"what the hell! Sure!"

Changing quickly into leggings and a sweatshirt I braided my hair and followed Mitch out to his car.

It was a short drive to the end of the world which was good. Once we got there we got out of the vehicle and started walking to the edge. Luckily there was no one there, so I got to take a nice photo with no one blocking the view. After handing out for a while Mitch drove back to my place, dropped me off and said he would be back in a hour to get me for the game.

Laughing I put my phone away and pulled on some jeans grabbing the jersey my brother got for me, I pulled my hair up and grabbed the tickets off the fridge. I just sat on the couch and waited for Mitch to text he was here.

I didn't have to wait that long once he texted I left the apartment and ran down the seven flights of stairs. Making it out to his car I got in.

"that was fast!" he said.

"yeah! I was already ready and then I ran down the stairs!"

"well that's good!" Mitch laughed.

He started driving towards the arena and once we got there he went to park right outside so we didn't have to walk very far. His season being over he didn't have the pass to park underground anymore.

Walking into the building we did the same thing that me and Lexi had done the night before. Went through security got our tickets scanned and somehow saw Lucy.

And doing the same as last night I pulled Mitch the opposite direction before she could see us.

"what's the rush!"

"Lucy was back there"

"you can't avoid her forever you know!" Mitch laughed.

"I know but for now i'm going to try"

We found our seats and somehow turns out we were sitting right beside Maddie and her boyfriend Jake.

The night went by pretty fast we were already halfway through the third period. The Oilers were winning which was good. They were playing the Calgary Flames so it was a close game the whole time. We were only up by one which was scary, the clock was winding down to the last seconds. My brother had the puck and was streaking down the ice with Connor. Leon passed the Connor and he shot and it went in. The whole place lost it, everyone was on their feet cheering. The buzzer went and we had won the game.

Me and Mitch waited in our seats until it looked empty enough to make our way down to the dressing rooms. While we were walking there we ran into Lucy. I swear to god she has a tracker on me.

"Hey bestie!"

"Lucy I don't have time for your games, do you want it to end up like at school?"

"you mean where you got the bloody nose and black eyes then by all means yes."

I had nothing to say to that she shut me down.

"Take me down with you right now or i'll make your life at school a living hell. Introduce me to Connor Mcdavid" she said.

Not wanting to argue I took her down with me and Mitch. We waited until the boys walked out, Leon came over to us with Patrick and Ryan. Lexi had come over to us when she saw Ryan and he hugged her.

Connor was over behind us with a blonde girl, I was assuming that was Lauren because I had heard him talk about her before. He came over with her and introduced us to her.

"Hey guys! This is Lauren! She's my girlfriend" Connor smiled.

"Hi Lauren! I'm Ryan" I said she came over and gave me a hug. I liked her already.

"I'm Mitch!" he said shaking her hand.

"who's this?" she asked pointing to Lucy.

"Uh shes um a friend yeah a friend from school" I said awkwardly.

"oh nice!" she said shaking Lucy's hand.

A few minutes later Lucy got the hint and left. The boys said they were going out to celebrate the win so Mitch took me back home and then went to his house.
