After Itachi and Deidara made their peace, the UA Students continued with their training in the Training Camp. One night as Itachi slept in his bed, he's woken up by Yaoyorozu.

Yaoyorozu: Itachi! Wake up! Wake up!

Itachi: Momo? What's wrong?

Yaoyorozu pulls Itachi out of his bed and led him to the window. Itachi was stunned to see parts of the Beast Forest covered in blue flames. Without hesitation, Itachi ran up to Kisame to wake him up.

Itachi: Get up Kisame!

Kisame: What's going on? Is something burning?

Itachi: Just get up!

Kisame soon got up out of bed and grabbed Sharkskin. He followed Itachi and Yaoyorozu out of the building where they saw Aizawa defeating a villain that was reduced to mud. The three then run up to Aizawa. 

Yaoyorozu: Mr. Aizawa! What's happening?!

Aizawa: Villains are attacking the training facility! Some of the other students are out there!

Itachi: We'll help out!

Aizawa: Out of the question! 

Kisame: From what it looks like, you're going to need all the help you can get! Besides, this should be fun!

Aizawa then looked at the flames getting bigger and the sound of battle was heard in the distance. He didn't want to send anymore students to face off against the Villains attacking the facility. But he had no choice. The only other Pro Heroes were the Pussycats and Vlad King.

Aizawa: Fine.....just be careful.

Itachi: We will. Let's go!

Itachi then led Kisame and Yaoyorozu to the Beast Forest. When they went through, they decide to split up. Yaoyorozu went alone while Itachi and Kisame went a different direction. Yaoyorozu had run into some of the students of 1-B and gave them gas masks she made from her Quirk. As Tetsutetsu and Kendo ran to confront the villain, Kendo's thoughts fell on Deidara.

Kendo: Where's Deidara?

Tetsutetsu: I'm sure he's fine! He's probably kicking some villain's ass!

Kendo: I....I hope he's okay!

Suddenly, a large typhoon of purple gas begins to surround the area. As the two charge at Mustard, the villain turns around and shoots Tetsutetsu in the face, but his Steel Quirk protected him from the shot while destroying the mask. 

Mustard: I remember you know. That Quirk is really going to be annoying. But let's see how long you can hold your breath. 

Tetsutetsu charges at Mustard, but Mustard shoots at Tetsutetsu once again. The shot sends him flying a couple of inches away as Mustard chuckles.

Mustard: Did you really think that was going to work? You UA kids should be smarter than that.

As Mustard said that, he turned to Kendo who was trying to sneak up on him and shoots at her. Tetsutetsu takes the bullet. 

Tetsutetsu: Kendo! Run! Get out of here!

Kendo: I'm not leaving you behind!

Mustard: That wasn't a smart move. I can read your movements through this gas like a book. There was no way you two could've blindsided me. Now it's over!

???: TAKE THIS!

Mustard turns around as several clay birds fly towards Mustard and explodes near him. The damage was minimal as Deidara hovers above the three on a big Clay Bird while wearing a gas mask.

Kendo: Deidara!

Deidara then looked to Tetsutetsu.

Deidara: Tetsutetsu. Get Kendo out of here. I'll handle this guy.

Kendo: We're not leaving you by yourself!

Deidara: I'll be fine! You two would just get in the way! Get out of here!

Tetsutetsu then took Kendo and got out of the area, leaving Deidara alone with Mustard. The two stared each other down.

Mustard: You really made a big mistake.

Deidara: You better take note of this. I'm about to blow you away with my art! Hhm!

Deidara then summoned several small Clay Birds and threw them at Mustard. Mustard then shoots at the birds and shoots at Deidara. One of the bullets hit Deidara's shoulder.

Deidara: Argh!

Mustard: So much for your art. 

Deidara: How about this?!

Deidara then commanded the Clay Bird he was riding to slam itself to the ground, creating a large explosion. When the smoke clears up, Deidara tackles Mustard. 

Mustard: What the hell are you doing?!

Deidara: I'm about to show you true art! Hhm!

Suddenly, Deidara began to expand like a balloon. Seeing this brought fear to Mustard. Mustard reaches for his gun, but the gun was destroyed from the previous explosion. 

Mustard: What the hell are you doing?! You crazy bastard! Let me go!

Deidara: Don't worry, you won't die. But you'll know the true meaning of art! ART IS AN EXPLOSION! 

Deidara then explodes, taking out Mustard. In the distance, Kendo and Tetsutetsu see the explosion in the distance.

Kendo: DEIDARA!

Kendo falls to her knees as Tetsutetsu attempts to comfort her. Suddenly, rustling was heard nearby. As the two prepare to fight, Deidara limps out of the bushes.

Kendo: Deidara! You're okay!

Kendo rushes to Deidara and hugs him. As Kendo hugs him, Deidara groans in pain. She immediately lets go. 

Kendo: I'm....I'm sorry!

Tetsutetsu: Man you really had us worried! We thought you were a goner!

Deidara: I managed to slip away and let a Clay Clone finish up the fight. He'll be fine. Has anyone seen Itachi!

Kendo: No. We saw Yaoyorozu! They must've split up!

Deidara: I'll go find Momo then!

Kendo: Deidara no! You're wounded! 

Deidara: I'll be fine! This is just a flesh wound! Momo's gonna need someone covering her back! Just get yourselves somewhere safe!

Kendo didn't want Deidara to go off, but she knew she wasn't gonna convince him otherwise. She then pulls him over for a kiss. Deidara was caught off guard by this.

Kendo: Please....be careful.....

Deidara: I will. 

Deidara then formed a giant Clay Bird and began flying away to look for Yaoyorozu and give her assistance as the invasion begins.
