"Did you have to ban my kids away from this space?"

Newgate yelled at you and Uncle Ray as you both were starting the foundation to the greenhouse, and you neither of you were really paying attention to him you had to put the life stone into the ground before laying the clay down, and you needed the energy for it.

"Yes ogre we did, you and your oldest are the only two know what me and my niece are, and she needs to place the life stone today, it needs to connect to the whole space and it will the more we build upon it. She can't do that if everyone is out here watching."

The older beast had the nerve to growl.

"Did your sons tell you what Luffy has been doing? It doesn't seem like he's retaining his lessons. You have been giving him lessons right? And how bad he can drain me?"

He blushed the ogre actually blushed.

"Whitebeard...have you been giving him lessons?"

"I-I haven't had the time."

You stared at him open mouthed and in shock. 

"You mean to tell me you've been shirking your part of the deal? Are you fucking kidding me? I have been the only one to actually keep my part of the deal, but you haven't kept yours? Why the hell should I continue to make this for you?"

You were mad, furious. 

"You think just because you know our secret that I won't back out. I will leave, disappear and your son will die." You snarled, you didn't want to, you didn't want to be responsible for someone's death but you were being taken advantage of.

"YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" He roared and he half shifted, your uncle though wasn't having a threat be made against you, he made the earth shake putting the ogre in his place.

"You. Will. Go. And. Teach. Your. Son. If. Not. Deal. Is. Off." With each word the earth shook some more, causing an actual earthquake to happen. The ogre backed off and stomped off inside.

You huffed and turned to look at the earth. It was filled with toxins and poisons. You sighed sadly and wanted to cry.

"I'm going to need to cast a purification spell before I place the Life Stone inside, otherwise it won't work."

"That's going to cause you to be very drained. Unless I help you."

"I can't do that to you Uncle Ray. That isn't fair."

He ran his dirty fingers over your cheeks before palming your face smiling.

"Honey, had me and your aunt let you be yourself and date when you wanted to date, we wouldn't be in this mess, you probably would've been boned silly by that werewolf boy who seems to like you a lot."

"RAY!" Your cheeks flamed. Kid had been texting you and calling you everyday. Even more now that you were suspended, most of them were dirty and describing how much you would like being with him, especially after he marked you.

"Hahahaha judging by that blush you would like that."

You became sad, you would like it. But you wouldn't endanger Kid like that. Or Luffy for that matter. The minute you were marked, if ever, your magic would place it's very own onto your partner, but the mark would let everyone know that they'd been marked by a witch. Shakky and Rayliegh's were hidden by magic. You wouldn't force someone to keep that secret for you and risk being killed. You wouldn't be able to forgive yourself.

"Hey Y/N, sweetie come on you deserve happiness."

You moved into the hole where the clay was laid, and quietly said your enchantment.

"Of dirt, mud, and life. Sun, moon, sky. Rain, snow, and ice. Mother Earth, I purify you in this space, for green to grow and life to thrive. May the dirt smell fresh, the trees grow tall and the animals find peace."

A light green light softly emanated from your hands and spread as you placed them to the ground. You smiled as you felt it. The spell was working, Ray was smiling at you as the magic you'd used cleansed the air around you. Five minutes later, you were tired, you needed food and fast.

"I brought you a few sandwiches, but I don't think that's not enough for the amount of magic you just used." Ray handed you the 5 sandwiches. "I'll go into the house and demand some more food; the ogre will do it. He wants this greenhouse badly."

You sighed and sat down and started to eat. They were your favorite veggie and balsamic sandwiches, you knew Shakky was trying to make up for everything she had said and made you feel. You had already forgiven her, but she apparently hadn't forgiven herself.

"You sure aren't earning your money." You turned to see Nami and she was half shifted. Meaning she was pissed.

"We aren't getting paid for this. Mr. Newgate wanted this, and if I do a good job here he'll fund one for the school."

She shook her head, you knew she was being drawn to this place since it was still being purified. She sat down and stared at the ground.

"Why did Luffy choose you?"

"Hell if I know! I would go back in time and make sure that moment never took place."

Nami looked at you in shock, and you stared at her.

"I never wanted this to happen. I didn't want to have to report him to go to the facility, and I didn't want him to imprint on me. But...it's happened and I am trying to make the most of it while the imprint in there." 

You rubbed the spot and ate more of your food.

"A lot of this is his family's fault. You may not like it but it's true. Had he been educated, none of this would've happened you do know that right?"

She sighed and her ears and fangs disappeared. The pure energy making her more rational.

"I do. I tried to talk to them about it once, but they told me there was nothing to worry about. Now they're all angry because their Dad is pissed off at them for how they didn't handle Luffy."

You shook your head. It seemed that no one was willing to take responsibility for anything in this family, it was a stark contrast to your home, where you had to be responsible for everything you did. 

"Must be nice to be so ignorant and selfish." You muttered but she heard it.

"I'll talk to Ace and Sabo, there are the most angry. But mostly because their laziness was brought to light."

"It was Newgate's responsibility as well. My aunt and uncle gave me a two day presentation and lecture about sex, positions, how to tell when I could get pregnant by discharge, how to take care of my hooha to ensure I never got a yeast infection or bladder infection, and how to do natural birth control, since the birth control from the government makes you infertile after a long time use."

"WHAT?"

You both jumped to see Koala standing there along with Newgate, Sabo, Ace, your Uncle, Luffy and Marco. All of them coming out here because of the purifying happening right now. You winced, when you saw Koala starting to cry you felt guilty.

"Is it true, if-if I keep taking birth control I-I won't be able to have pups?"

You wanted to cry, you used a fraction of your magic to look at her womb, and sure enough, it was already too late.

"I think you need to go and see a wolven doctor. Have you shifted since you've been marked?"

She shook her head. 

"My wolf spirit says something is blocking her from coming forward..."

"Do you happen to have any of your birth control pills left? If so, I can take them and see what was used and see if there is anyway we can maybe reverse the affects."

She cried some more, and Sabo hugged her and whimpered, his wolf understanding the severity of the situation.

You looked to your uncle sadly and shook your head. He knew what that meant, she would be able to get her wolf, but it wouldn't be able to heal the permanent damage done before she had been marked.

You looked to the ogre, he had a few meat sandwiches for you, and you saw tears of rage in his eyes. He looked to you his stare almost begging, like you could heal everything and anything. You shook your head, and he seemed even more sad.

"Um, I'll come tomorrow to give the...clay more time to set some more."

You picked yourself off from the ground and walked over to the ogre and took the sandwiches and started to go to the car, Luffy you felt was close behind you. 

"Your sad." He said, and you kept walking. "Your sad and mad, confused and irritated."

"I hate that you can feel my emotions. I feel bad that none of you knew about the fucking birth control, I am mad that your family is so fucking lazy that they didn't try to teach you anything about yourself or that you didn't care enough to learn for yourself. I am irritated that you imprinted me before asking if you could, and I am confused on how to feel about anything right now. And I am hungry, and drained because you can't follow the simple rules of only draining me three times a day."

Luffy frowned at you, and you handed him a sandwich, you learned over the last two days that food was a good way to keep Luffy quiet and away from you. But this time Luffy grabbed your hand, before you could get mad at him, he kissed your cheek. You blushed.

"I don't like feeling you sad. Your scent is nice when you're happy, you smell like rain and trees; but when your sad, your scent is like burnt plastic. I'm sorry that I drained you, I didn't mean to, I just wanted to hug you, I-I need help. I don't want to hurt you, I don't like hurting my friends."

You gawked at him, you stared at your uncle and he sighed.

"I think I need to take over this young man's teachings. The ogre is fuming mad about the birth control and the fact that the young woman is probably infertile."

"What does infertile mean?" Luffy asked.

"It means that Koala probably won't be able to have babies."

Luffy's eyes went wide and then looked back to where Koala was, and he now looked sad. Your chest suddenly felt heavy, you knew it was his sadness you were feeling. Before you knew what you were doing, you hugged him and patted his back. He hugged you back, and not only were your emotions calming down but so were his own.

Rayliegh looked shocked, and you internally groaned. 

~Two hours later~

"So I got an interesting phone call." Shakky was smiling, almost smirking.

"I don't need to hear about you and Uncle Ray's phone sex, the last time was embarrassing."

She laughed, you were both in the greenhouse, and were sitting, your grumpy rabbit was sitting in your lap. Rayliegh was inside the cafe, having "the talk" with Luffy. You weren't sure what he was telling the young incubus, but you could feel his embarrassment.

"From the young werewolf. The redhead. He really likes you."

The guilt you felt about Kid was incredible. You had one kiss, you were trying to find places to work in a different town, and how to test out of school. You were going to make another life stone for this place, you were not going to be the cause of your coven being burned and strung up for people to see and mock.

"He really likes you Y/N. If you're going to let him mark you, you need to tell him what you are."

"I was actually going to ask you to manipulate his mind to forget about me. I don't want him to deal with what I am, and the secrecy that comes with it. It's not fair, he'd be in danger. I won't be putting anyone in danger for me."

Shakky looked to you shocked.

"Honey, I know I was harsh, but as long as we talk to him-"

"He's an alpha wolf. He has a pack and their mates to keep safe."

Shakky let out a breath and hugged you.

"You have a right to be happy."

"I have a duty to make sure we stay safe, that matters more than anything. Even my own happiness."

Shakky hugged you harder now.

"I'm sorry honey, none of this is fair to you. I am sorry."

Instead of trying to placate your aunt, you hugged her back.

"I love you Auntie Shakky."

She cried into her aunt's arms. Your sadness, anger, frustration all of it. You were crying and your magic was being leaked out.

"Honey."

"I wish I had never been born."
