Backstory: Aiden Osborn in the son of Norman Osborn and the younger brother of Harry Osborn. Aiden always looked up to his father who seemed to be of a good mentor to him, but when Norman was the Green Goblin, Aiden still looked up to him. It wasn't long after Harry became the new goblin, After Normans death Harry still supported his younger brother and helped him grow into a fine person... However when Spiderman found Norman and Harry's demise, Aiden allege Spider-Man for the death of Harry and Norman.

When Otto bought in Spider-Man, Aiden was surprised to learn that Spider-Man was Peter Parker. Feeling the rage kick in, he then turned himself into the New Goblin by taking Harry's armor and his fathers glider. As Aiden engaged Peter, Peter reasoned with him telling him that it wasn't him who killed his brother and father, yet he still didn't listen... When Chris Parker, the brother of Peter confronted him, he revealed to him that his Father and brother's deaths were not caused by him. Hearing the truth made him realize he was blinded by the anger and apologized to peter.

Aiden became Chris's best friend and they moved into Union Academy to start a new life over again. In Union Academy, Aiden made friends with Que, who was a very calm and polite autobot. Que taught Aiden the essence of weapons and helping the good, The Sailor Gaurdians,
