Juliane felt her eyes widen and happiness surge through her. 'Really!?' She signed excitedly before running over to Bill and kissing him.

"Pay up you three!" She heard Adria happily say from behind them.

"I'm guessing you like the gift?" He asked once they pulled apart.

'I love it.' She signed. The doctor cleared his throat.

"Excuse me, but are you going to do this?" He asked. Juliane nodded before stepping forward. The man pulled out his wand before muttering an incantation. Juliane felt the weirdest sensation in her throat. She could literally feel the muscles healing. "Okay, I'm finished." He said finally. Everyone waited with bated breath for Juliane to talk. She waited in silence for a few minuets.

"Oh. My. Merlin." She finally said in a medium French accent. "I can talk... I can talk!" She grabbed Bill by the collar. "Bill... I can talk!" He laughed at her excitement.

"I can tell." He said in an amused tone. Juliane turned towards the doctor.

"Can I sing too?" She had a hopeful glint in her eye. The doctor nodded.

"You have full function of your larynx." He said before leaving.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" She said to the family before biting her lip. "I have to pay you back for this." She said.

"No no dear. You don't need to pay us back for anything!" Molly was quick to assure her.

"So you and Bill than?" Adria smirked from the corner. Juliane blushed a deep red.

"We were going to tell you! Just not for a few more months... Or years. Honestly we weren't sure when we were going to tell you."

"Well that was one way to find out." Ginny chuckled.

"Oh! I can't wait! You can get married and I'll have grand babies!" Molly gushed. Juliane turned even more red, if that was possible.

"Well look at the time! I best be off to bed. Coming Bill?" Juliane asked.

"Be there in a sec. I need to talk to Fred, George, and Alex about butting on our relationship." Bill said turning to the triplets with a glare. They tried to run, but Juliane stopped them with a flick of her wand.

"Aww come on Juliane!" They wined as Bill turned them into canaries. Juliane and the family doubled over in laughter. The twins tweeted around angrily and tried to peck Bill. With one final laugh, the two were changed back, and Juliane and Bill were up the stairs and in Bill's room.

"Thank you Bill... This is my best birthday ever you know." Juliane said curling into his side.

"Oh yeah?" Bill rested his chin on her head and wrapped his arm around her waist.

"Yeah, my father was not a nice one." She said slightly frowning. Bill gently grabbed her chin and lifted it so she was looking at him.

"I'll never do anything like that Juliane... I just want you to know that." He said kissing her forehead lightly.

"I know Bill... I know." She said softly. They both stayed quiet for a few minutes.

"Hey, what's your last name? I mean even at Hogwarts nobody knew. You didn't tell anyone, and the professors didn't call you by your last name." Bill asked. Instead of telling him, Juliane found herself hesitating for a few moments before she answered him.

"My full name is Juliane Walaburga Black."
