Chapter 26

School starts on Thursday for me... Wish me luck!

Italics are ancient Greek

Juliane sat in the kitchen, laughing at the demigods in front on her. Rebel had been handed off to Bill, and the entire order looked puzzled at the newcomers, and even more puzzled about Demigods, and Juliane being a descendant of Zeus himself. It was clear to Juliane that Nico and Will really loved each other, despite all the fights they had. In the end, they both decided that the fight was stupid, and made up with each other. Juliane had missed being in the world of Mythology and spending time with the Demigods who lived there.

"What about Snape? Why is he here." Sirius said the word with such hatred and disgust. The demigods all developed a look of surprise.

"What's wrong with Sev?" Percy looked defensive. As a matter of fact, all the demigods did. This surprised Bill. Not because Severus was unlikable, but because the man didn't like anybody. Bill was sure that Severus hadn't shown any sort of kindness to Juliane during school, but she did get a lot of potion detentions.

"Nothing, nothing. Now are you going to show us what you can do?" Molly spoke up kindly.

"Sure I guess. Who wants to go first?" Everyone pointed to Juliane who huffed playfully.

"Really you guys?" She pouted.

"Yes really. It's your family." Annabeth said, giving her a knowing look.

"Fine, fine. As the daughter of Zeus, I can make lightning," As she said this, a small bolt of lightning formed in the palm of her hand. "And I can fly." She rose steadily off the ground. "Jason can also do that, and Thalia can only create lightning." Thalia scowled at that.

"Thanks Jules." She frowned.

"Sorry Thals." Juliane answered, floating down.

"I'm a son of Posiden, so I can control water. Like this." Percy stared at a glass of water on the table, and the liquid inside rose out of the cup, and went to Percy. "I can also talk to fish, and horses, and I can't get wet. Well I mean technically I can, but I don't really like to. It is possible though-"

"Seaweed Brain!" Annabeth interrupted him with a grin.

"Sorry! Sorry." Percy apologized, putting the water back into it's cup.

"Because I'm the son of Hades, I can sense death, so can Hazel, and I can do this." Nico raised his hand and the ground in the kitchen started to shake slightly.

"What's going on?" Sera asked, looking shocked.

"Just wait." Percy had a child-like grin upon his face. Then something started emerging from the ground. Molly let out a shriek at the sight of the skeletal hand clawing it's way through the floor. Soon enough the rest of the body emerged, and a full blown skeleton was standing before the group, looking around.

"I'll get it." Annabeth announced, pulling a dagger from out of nowhere. She lunged towards the skeleton, which was ready for a fight, and they clashed weapons. Annabeth expertly fought, and when she was finished, the skeleton was reduced to dust. The group sat there in silence. Molly looked pale from the sight of the skeleton.

"I can also shadow travel." Nico melted away, and reappeared behind Bill, scaring the man slightly.

"Nico D'Angelo! You get back here right now! And no godly stuff." Will said sternly. Nico rolled his eyes, but walked over, shadow traveling the last few feet to spite Will.

"Honestly Will. I'm fine. See!" Nico said, swaying on the spot.

"Oh yeah, you seem fine. Drink up." Will thrust some silver substance into Nico's hands.

"This isn't Nectar." Nico said, confused.

"Yes. It's unicorn blood. It should help you better than Nectar." Will rolled his eyes.

"Anyways." Piper cleared the awkwardness. "I have charmspeak. I can... Compel people to do what I want."

"You can mind control people." Ren said flatly.

"No! No! I promise that I can't mind control them. Look I only use this when I have to... Stand up." Juliane felt the urge to stand up, even though she was standing. The rest of family stood out of their seats, in a trance. "See?" Piper sounded anxious as she stopped compeling them.

"I see." Bill spoke up, breaking the silence. Piper's face turned grateful.

'Thank you.' Juliane mouthed to Bill. Will cleared his throat.

"I am naturally good at archery, and all athletics, and music. I have vitakinesis, and audiokinesis, and couplets curse." Will said.

"What's the last three?" Remus asked, intrigued.

"Vitakinesis is the ability to control and manipulate the healing process. Audiokinesis is the ability to control sound waves and music. And Couplets curse is, I can curse people to speak in couplets for a week." Will explained.

"What about Annabeth? And why are Severus and Mcgonagall up there." Maddi asked.

"Well, I am extremely smart, and naturally good at fighting, and Minnie is a daughter of Athena with me." Annabeth said.

"What about Severus?" Remus asked.

"If you must know, I am the descendant of Ares." Severus spoke up flatly from in the corner.

"Where's the emotion Sev?" Jason asked, a small smirk gracing his face.

"None of your business Jason." Severus responded.

"Let's have lunch, shall we?" Molly asked, smiling at the newcomers. "You all look much to thin."

The teenagers were allowed back into the room, and they were all sat around the table. The demigods, Juliane, and Severus were speaking rapidly in another language with Minerva chiming in every so often. "No Percy, I didn't tell him until today. He's going to be so angry with me." Juliane said.

"Don't worry Jules. He loves you. I can see." Piper responded, standing up with her full plate. All of the demigods followed her to the roaring fire in the corner. They all stood in a line and scraped a portion of their meal into the fire, saying a prayer to the gods. After everyone was done, they all went to the table like nothing happened. Suddenly aware of all the stares they were getting, Juliane looked up, and nudged the other Demigods.

"It's part of our religion." Annabeth explained. It technically wasn't a lie.

"Jules. Can I talk to you?" Bill asked. Juliane nodded standing up.

"I'll be right back. Don't kill anyone while I'm gone." She joked.

"We will. Don't worry." Thalia grinned back. Juliane laughed, and walked out into the hallway.

"I'm so, so, so sorry Bill. I wanted to tell you so bad, but I was sworn to not tell. If I had the choice, I would tell you in a heartbeat." Juliane apologized immediately after the door swung shut.

"Were you Jules? I don't know what to think about this all. You have a whole other life that you didn't tell me about! Powers that nobody should posses, and your father is Zeus, king of the gods?! This is a lot to process." Bill ranted pacing back and forth.

"I know, and I'll give you as much space as you need. You need to know though Bill. I feel so guilty about not telling you, but you need to understand. If I broke that oath, I could have been in big trouble with my father. And not only would I be breaking a promise, but I would be putting you in danger. Monsters are attracted to me. My scent. If you knew, and a monster came, and you tried to save me. You might have died. I can't let you die. I'll go back into the kitchen now." Juliane said softly, emotion thick in her voice.

"Wait. Juliane." Bill said as the door closed. Letting out a groan, he punched the wall hard.

Juliane sat down at the table, with a reassuring smile on her face. "What happened?" Piper asked.

"I told him that I would give him some space." Juliane said with a sad smile on her lips.

"It's alright Juliane. He has to forgive you." Annabeth consoled.

"I hope so." Juliane muttered.
