This place may look nice, but really, it's not. Guards line the walls and the only exit is the entrance, but it takes multiple pass codes to open the door.

Though, on the bright side, this is a place for Mutants to talk to other mutants...But it seems, like every other place here, has some sort of spell, locking away your powers...
