Stupid Colonel

Ed's POV
I slammed Mustang's door open and walked in. "Hello Fullmetal. I see you came back in one piece." He greeted.

"Uh-huh." I replied. I placed my report on Mustang's desk. I sat down on his couch.

"Fullmetal. This report is horrible. I want it rewritten." He demanded. I growled under my breath.

"By the way, I'll be at a meeting tomorrow afternoon. So I expect the report back in the morning." He added. I grabbed my report and stormed out. I began to walk home.

"Stupid Mustang. Stupid bastard of a colonel. Making me rewrite my report." I grumbled. Although, my complaints didn't just stop once I got home. They continued while I rewrote my report to.

-Time Skip-

The next day, I was sitting on the couch reading a book about alchemy. I just got out of the shower, and my hair was soaking wet as I drank from my cup. Al walked into the room. "Hey Brother. Didn't you have to hand in that report you rewrote this morning to the Colonel?" Al asked. I froze.

"Crap. I forgot..." I muttered.

"ED YOU IDIOT! AND LOOK AT YOUR HAIR! YOU'RE GONNA GET SICK WITH YOUR HAIR SOAKED LIKE THAT!" Al yelled. He walked towards me and grabbed the towel hanging around my neck. He started to viciously drying off my hair.

"OW! OW! OW! OW! OW! OW! OW!" I shouted as he dried my hair.

Al's POV
As I was drying Brother's hair, I noticed a bruise near Ed's auto mail port. 'Brother probably already knows about this. He must've got it from that mission a couple days ago.' I thought.

Ed's POV
Later on in the day, I walked into Central Command. I slammed Mustang's door open and placed my report on Mustang's desk. He looked up at me. He began to read the report and I sat down on the couch. I was kind of spacing out. "Hey, Fullmetal." Mustang said. I didn't reply. "Hey shorty!" Mustang exclaimed.

"Eh...?" I muttered.

"Your reports fine. Nice job." He said. I nodded. Mustang stood up and placed his hands on my shoulders.

"By the way Fullmetal, it's going to rain soon. I suggest not going home in your condition." He suggested. I weakly smiled at him, and pushed his hands away.

"Geez Mustang. Stop acting so creepy. And you're not my guardian." I muttered, as I almost fell.

"Ed, be careful." He said gently.

"I will." I whined. I walked out of Central Command and sure enough, Mustang was right. It started to rain. As I was walking, the world started to spin. I was getting dizzy, and couldn't see straight either. The nearest form of shelter was a telephone booth. I stepped inside and closed the door. I slide down against the wall and black dots starts to cloud my vision and it grows hazy.

"A-Al ne-needs me.....I-I have t-.....to get ho-home..." I stammered. My world became dark.

Roy's POV
I looked out my window for Fullmetal. Havoc walked in. "Hey cheif. Lieutenant Hawkeye wanted me to give you these papers." He said. I walked towards him.

"I'm going on an inspection. Havoc, grab your coat. You're going along." I commanded. He nodded.

"Yes Sir." He replied. We began walking around Central for Fullmetal.

"Hey uh.....Cheif...? Is that Edward....?" Havoc asked. He was pointing to a red telephone booth. I ran towards it, and opened the door. Ed was slumped against the wall.

"Fullmetal...?" I stammered. There was a faint blush across his cheeks. It seemed Ed was having a hard time breathing. One thought came to my mind.

                        'Hughes......'
