Kalel's Pov

It was two weeks after Anthony got shot by Ashlee and he still was out.

Suddenly, I got a call from the hospital.

( D = Doctor and K = Kalel)

D : Hello ms. Cullen. I have some good news and some bad news. Which one would you like to hear first?

K : Whichever you want.

D : Okay I'll start with the good news. So, Anthony has awakened from his coma . . .

K : But?

D : But he has amnesia. He has forgotten everything since the beginning of school till now. We're so sorry. Good bye.

(End of D = Doctor and K = Kalel)

I rushed up to my room and cried. All the memories we share, all those times we kissed . . . All of them, gone.

That we're taken from him. I can't blame him.

But, I do blame God. Why didn't he take my memories too?

I mean they were great but, they bring pain to me and I can't enjoy them if the other person doesn't even know what your talking about.

~ Flashback ~

Anthony and I were holding hands by the lake.

We sat on the top of the hill watching the sun go down. It was perfect.

He put his arm around my shoulders and I placed my head in the crook of his neck.

"Kalel, I just want you to know this." He said taking hold of my right hand.

"Hmmm?" I said playing with his hand.

"I just want you to know that I'll always love you. And that's a promise. So if I ever break that promise then you can give this," he paused and handed me a ring encrusted with a diamond, "back and you'll never see me again."

I smiled knowing that will never happen.

I kissed him for a full five seconds before hugging him. "I love you Anthony." I murmured.

"I love you too Kalel." He said pecking me on the lips.

~ End of Flashback ~

I knew that I'll never give him the promise ring back after that night.

But now, I'm not so sure. I think I'll have to take the ring off since he doesn't know me.

Oh well, I'll miss the ring but I have to do this.

Good bye promise ring of love. See you . . . Maybe never. But I'll always love you Anthony.

I love you.
