Melanie's Pov

I sighed as I saw Anthony drag Kalel out of the auditorium.

I was aimlessly walking around until I saw the food table.

I stared at it hungrily. I mean who wouldn't.

There was pink frosted sprinkled donuts (my favourite), blue frosted cupcakes that had edible fake pearls on top of it, a huge white cake with blue frosting, blue sprinkles and bright red cherries.

I couldn't pick what to eat, but I decided to got with the pink frosted sprinkled donuts first since there was only one left.

I grabbed a light pink napkin and made my way towards my beautiful pink frosted sprinkled donuts.

I grabbed but then realized someone else also had a hold of my donut.

I was about to tell the dude to shove off since this was my donut, but then I realized that it was Ian.

He started at me and I stared back. We stayed like that for about a minute.

It was pretty awkward to be honest. But it was also cute since he was staring intensely at me.

After a while I glanced away. I couldn't fall for him. But I already have.

Damn, Ian why do you have to be so damn cute.

Ian's Pov

"Um . . . Well this is awkward. But here you have the donut." Melanie said awkwardly.

"No you can have it. I have to be a gentleman to the lady right?" I smirked making her laugh.

Damn, Melanie's laugh is amazing. I think I'm falling for her.

After a while, we decided we would split it.

Then we had a eating contest, then a staring contest.

Which led to us about to kiss. My face was inches from Melanie's and we both started to lean in.

Mari's Pov

"You like video games?" One of my new friends said. His name was Joshua Ovenshire. Or as everyone calls him, Jovenshire.

"No duh. She just said that." My other friend retorted. His name was Matt Sohinki, or Sohinki.

"Damn, is that Ian about to kiss that girl?" My other other friend David Moss also known as Lasercorn.

I turned around and saw Melanie and Ian close to kissing. I had to stop this!

I know she likes him but he will break her heart and I don't want rider her heart broken.

I ran toward them and said, "Melanie! What the f**k?!?!"

She quickly re-adjusted herself pretending that nothing ever happened.

"Come on, we need to talk." I said dragging her away.

"Sorry!" She said turning back to look at a disappointed Ian.
