You follow Fiyero into the forest and you find a clearing. You kneel down on the soft grass. Fiyero puts the lantern down a few feet away and kneels next to you. You stare into each other's eyes. Passion and love fills his eyes.

"Kiss me too fiercely, hold me too tight," you grab his hand, "I need help believing you're with me tonight. My wildest dreamings could not foresee lying beside you, with you wanting me. And just for this moment, as long as you're mine, I've lost all resistance and crossed some borderline. And if it turns out its over too fast, I'll make every last moment last. As long as you're mine."

"Maybe I'm brainless, maybe I'm wise, but you've got me seeing through different eyes. Somehow I've fallen under your spell and somehow I'm feeling it's up that I fell," he says.
"Every moment, as long as you're mine, I'll wake up my body and make up for lost time," you say.
"Say there's no future for us as a pair," he cups your cheek and squeezes your hand.
"And though I may know," you say.
"I don't care," you both say.
"Just for this moment, as long as you're mine," you say, "come be how you want to and see how bright we shine."
"Borrow the moonlight until it is through," he says, "and know I'll be here holding you."
You move closer to each other. You're so close that you can hear each other breathing.
"As long as you're mine," you say in sync.

You pull back, feeling a little insecure.
"What is it?" Fiyero asks, moving closer to you.
"It's just, for the first time, I feel... wicked," you hesitate for a moment, "I just wish..."
"What?" he grabs your other hand.
"I wish I could be beautiful for you," you say.
"(Y/N)-"
"Don't tell me that I am, you don't need to lie to me," you say, looking away.
"It's not lying," he gently turns your head around to face him, "it's looking at things another way."
You stare into each other's eyes for what feels like forever. You lean in and kiss him passionately.
