~Third Person's POV~

"Blargh!," the trio of girls exclaimed as they came out of their final classes for the day. Today Tsukimiya had to leave early for an interview, and so the girls left their class early.

"What should we do right now?" Musical asked the girls. They walked around the hallways of the school to keep themselves busy, since the rest of the classes are going to end in about an hour.

"We could always go adventure outside the academy walls!" Shay suggested while pondering to herself the places they might visit.

"I agree with Shay-chan, we could go look around and get to know the place more. I mean, we have gone outside before, but it's still fun exploring outside," said Moonlight, and suddenly her eyes watered.

A putrid smell had wafted through the noses of the three girls. Each girl shivered and thought the same thing: Natsuki...

At once the fire alarms resounded throughout the entire school, and everyone evacuated the building and went out onto the fields that stretched across the rest of the campus. That's when out came Natsuki in his frilly pink apron which was slightly burnt around the edges.

Musical ran over to Natsuki. Natsuki ran as well once he caught sight of the short girl. "Natsuki, what happened???!! Why is your apron slightly burnt??!!" The girl asked while already having an idea of the answer.

"Hey Mus-chan, I was baking a cake for you guys since we were left out early, and to make the process quicker, I sorta used a flamethrower, which happened to have been used under a fire detector," Natsuki explained while laughing nervously. "But there's no fire there, I can guarantee that."

The pair went over to the other two girls and explained the same thing to them, and then went over to the rest of the group consisting of Tomo-chan, Haruka, Tokiya, Ren, Masato, and Syo. There was a loud cacophony coming from the rest of the students until Hyuga came out with a loudspeaker and yelled through it," ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!" Immediately all sense of conversation ended and all eyes were collectively looking at the orange haired teacher.

"Now that I have all of your attention, I would like to state that there is no fire, and it was all from an accident, but I can assure you no one was hurt. But, due to the catastrophe this accident caused---" At once the principal of the school's laugh resonated through the ears of every student as he stated with his own loudspeaker at the highest point of the school, "YOU ARE ALL DISMISSED FROM YOUR CLASSES, SO GO BE PRODUCTIVE YOUNG STUDENTS!!!!!!!"

Everyone cheered loudly, and many began running out of the academy, happy to be out early.

"So what do we do now?" Tomo-chan asked the whole group. "W-We could go shopping. I heard that the stores are stocked with the latest clothing today in the mall," said Haruka, who got hugged by her red haired friend. "Awesome!! We should all go to the mall!" Everyone agreed.

Going in a large limo provided by Ren, they were on their way to the mall. They chatted about their day, and time passed by the long drive to the shopping center. Soon they arrived and got out of the large limo, and fixed their gaze onto the large buildings consisting of different shopping departments.

The group of students went into the mall, each excited to get some new sets of clothing. "Mus-chan, please let me choose your clothing! We should try this store I love going to!" Natsuki said, taking no time to wait for the brunette's response and ran along to one part of the mall.

"HAAAAAAAAAAAALP!!!" the girl shouted, her cry decreasing little by little. The girls giggled, and Syo said, "Poor girl, it seems like she's going to have to be Natsuki's doll for today," and sighed, slightly relieved that he would be left alone for now and not be forced to wear some outfit for the cute loving boy. Tomo-chan said "Well who's going to go make sure they're okay? It's best if we stayed in groups." Masato rose a hand and said, "I'll go with them just to make sure everything is alright with Musical-san and that Natsuki-san doesn't go too far and knows what we'll be doing. You can all message me the time we can meet and such, since I should go over to where they are before Natsuki runs farther." With that, the stoic bluenette went running to wherever Natsuki had gone. Tomo-chan giggled along with Haruka, and the polite girl spoke up, "Since we're splitting up into groups,who would like to be in another group?"

"I want to form a group with Moonlight!," blurted out two loud male voices while gaining hold of one arm of Moonlight. The boys stared at each other, and Haruka clapped her hands, saying "Perfect! Syo, Otoya, and Moonlight will form the next group!" Tomo-chan added, "So now from the looks of it, we're going to have to be forming one pair and one group." Ren lifted his hand, and said, "I can always go solo, so there can be 2 pairs." Haruka was about to protest, but then Tomo-chan rested her hand over the bright eyed girl's mouth, and said, "Are you sure you'll be alright if you go alone? I say this because I was meaning to go girl shopping with Haruka earlier, and I might take this as a chance to go with her, since I doubt it'll be appropriate for you Ren."

"Well, I'll be considerate and give you two ladies your privacy," the strawberry blonde purred, weirding out the red-haired and orange haired girl. "Besides, I could always join another group, like Ichi's-" the blonde started to say, but stopped when he noticed that both Tokiya and Shay had already left the groups. He turned around and noticed that Moonlight's group with Otoya and Syo was gone as well. He spun once more and saw that Tomo-chan had already taken Haruka to some other place to start their "girl shopping." He sighed to himself, and said, "Well then." (lels I left poor Ren-kun alone XD Don't worry he won't be alone for long, knowing him XD)

-Meanwhile with Shay and Tokiya-

"How dare they," Shay said clenching her fist. She saw a vendor selling potatoes dressed in garlic on a stick.

"Potato on a stick!!! Come one come all to get your potato on a stick!!! It's nice and fresh!!!!"

Tokiya looked curiously at the raven-haired girl who was getting worked up over the potatoes being sold by the vendor. He got closer to her, and asked, "Do you want to buy one off of him?"

She turned around to meet the gaze of the dark-haired boy, and said, "Yes, I have to save one of them at least!"

Tokiya sighed, and went over to the stand and bought a potato, and came back to the dark haired girl. He handed the golden brown potato on the stick to the girl, saying "Here, now you can do whatever you'd like with it."

Shay gazed into the eyes of Tokiya and whispered "Thank you." Then she dashed off to a place where she buried the vegetable in the ground. Tokiya silently stared at the brown eyed girl. He approached her, walking swiftly, and placed a large hand on her shoulder. "Do you feel better?" He asked the girl.

"Yeah, thanks Tokiya for allowing me to bury one of the potatoes," Shay replied. "Although I do have to ask you this. Why did you buy it for me?"

"I just thought it'd make you feel better," he answered blankly. "But you didn't have to," Shay said back.

"Well, I wanted to," answered the cool boy.

"Don't you find me weird at this point?" Shay queried.

"Not really, you're just being yourself, and I like that about you. You're special that way, at least to me," Tokiya responded truthfully and ruffled Shay's hair, causing the girl to smile and her cheeks to be tinted pink.

"Now how about we go and shop, since we're in the mall after all," Tokiya proposed while extending his hand to Shay. Shay nodded, and accepted his hand, getting up quite swiftly, a little too quickly. She almost fell, but Tokiya was quick to pull her in his arms, and steady her. "Woah there potato girl, we don't want you getting hurt there," he muttered quite close to her ear. Shay gulped and gave Tokiya the impression that she was holding back from saying something.

"You don't have to hold back from me Shay-chan, just say what you want to say," Tokiya reassured the potato-loving girl.

"Ok, well, I was wondering if we could kinda stay like this for a bit," Shay said hesitantly as she chose her words carefully.

Tokina felt his heart skip a beat, and he said, "S-Sure." He wanted to slap himself for having stuttered and breaking his composure, but he really couldn't control himself when Shay was being so open like that. It just might be something that he loves about her.

They were in each other's embrace for a while, not minding the stares they received from some people. After hugging each other, Tokiya brought Shay to different kinds of stores he thought she'd like.

At one point, while walking towards the little park found in the center of the mall, Tokiya had an urge to hold Shay's hand, and took the risk, and clasped her hand gently in his own. Shay looked down at her hand, and looked up to meet the fixed gaze of the usually collected boy, and smiled up at him. Tokiya returned the gesture and they continued their journey to the park to relax.

A clear beeping noise was heard coming from Tokiya's pocket, as well as from Shay's bag. He went to grab the phone creating the sound from his pocket and noticed a text from the group asking about everyone's state and whether or not everyone was hungry. Tokiya read the text aloud to Shay, who said, "Yup, I'm definitely starving, so it's actually a good timing!" Tokiya smiled, amused, and said, "Alright Potato-girl, how about we ask them to meet us here at the park?"

Shay just gave Tokiya a thumbs up and went to plop down on a bench as Tokiya followed suit and replied into the group chat.

-Moving to Moonlight's group-

"Look Syo!" The brunette called out to the said blonde. He turned around and found Moonlight removing his current fedora and placing another hat on him.

Syo touched the hat on his head and said, "What type of hat did you put on me?"

"See for yourself~," Moonlight sang. She pulled him to a mirror and let the blonde teen check out the hat. It was a pure white fedora which had a tear drop shaped crown. A black ribbon which had an intricate white lace sown onto it hugged the hat quite nicely. As a decoration, it had three large white roses that were held together on the ribbon, and had a classy look.

Syo smiled, and said, "This looks pretty good, I've been searching for a white fedora. I think I'll buy this."

"Yay! I'm happy to hear that you liked it," Moonlight beamed at the boy, who laughed and said, "Now let's find you one."

"Hey guys, look!" Otoya cried out to the two teens. They glanced at the redhead and laughed at the sight. The boy had on a pair of large dark shades that had white square frames which were rounded at the ends, and had a red tie on with white polka dots, resembling a certain flamboyant principal.

Moonlight, still in hysteria, said, "G-Good job Otoya, you've got M-Mr. Saotome's look down!"

Syo agreed, saying, "Yeah, now try to impersonate his actual personality."

Otoya said, "Sure, I'll try my best!" He closed his eyes, inhaled, and then smiled widely, shouting "GOOOOOD DAY TO YOUUUUU BRRRIGHT STUDENTS!! ARE YOU AAAALL ENJOYING YOUR EVENIIIIIING???!!!!"

The trio burst into pure fits of laughter, and soon were asked to quiet down by one of the employees in the store, and apologized for their roaring laughter. "Okay, I think I'll go buy this hat now," stated Syo and went to the counter, followed by Moonlight and Otoya. Moonlight turned to Otoya and said, "You should definitely buy those items and dress up as the principal for Halloween."

Otoya smiled and said, "That sounds like an awesome idea, though I hope I don't get in trouble for doing so," and laughed at the end of his sentence.

"I doubt you will. After all, Mr. Saotome is a spontaneous guy and probably likes his students being spontaneous," Moonlight reasoned while giggling. She felt a sudden pressure on her head, and lifted a hand to feel a soft fabric. "I saw this hat nearby and went to get it. I think it looks amazing on you," Syo said. "No, you make it look amazing," he corrected himself and winked at Moonlight.

Moonlight smiled, her face feeling warm, and said "Thanks Syo!" She felt a tap on her shoulder and looked behind her to see Otoya with a hand mirror smiling at her. "Here. You can see how you look in it, but I agree with Syo, you look wonderful wearing that. It matches the color of your eyes," Otoya said with a blush dusting his cheeks.

Moonlight thanked Otoya, her cheeks growing warmer, and her eyes scanned over the hat on her through the mirror. The hat was a light shade of pink, complimenting her own rosy eyes, and also a fedora with a diamond-shaped top, and a black and white ribbon tied onto it. A large bow was added onto the side of the hat, where a large moon was found in the center. It had tiny little crystals that created the whole moon, making it pop out.

Moonlight's lips curled upwards into a large smile, and said, "I love it, thank you Syo."

It was soon their turn to go up to the register, and Syo placed both hats on the counter and paid for both before Moonlight could even take out her wallet. Moonlight was about to say something, but Syo beat her to it, and said "It's okay, I wanted to get it for you." Moonlight smiled and said, "You're too kind Syo, thank you very much!"

Otoya got his own items, and then the group went on to look through other stores. The red head's eyes wandered to a music store and he immediately went to that store. The blonde and brunette followed closely behind, and saw Otoya act like a child as he went into the guitar section. Moonlight giggled at Otoya's behavior, and looked around as well, all the while observing the bubbly boy amusingly from the corner of her eyes. Syo also went around wandering through the store.

"Hey Moon-chan, look!! They have my favorite band here!!!!!," Otoya called out to Moonlight while waving a hand holding a CD case. Moonlight went over to Otoya and looked at the CD Otoya held with his arms extended towards the brown-haired girl. Her eyes held a look of interest as she read the song names, and asked Otoya about them. Otoya started talking all about them and Moonlight listened while looking into Otoya's passionate red orbs. He then grabbed some supplies he needed, and bought some CD's at the counter. He looked to Moonlight and handed her a CD, and said, "Here, for you. I hope you like them Moon-chan!"

Moonlight smiled and said, "Thanks Otoya, I'll definitely listen to it, even though you didn't have to buy it for me."

Otoya beamed, saying "It's okay, plus some of their songs remind me of a certain someone," and blushed immediately after the words left his mouth. Moonlight wondered who, and asked the red boy. His face only grew red and he simply muttered, "U-Um, y-you" and looked away. Moonlight squealed and blushed saying, "That's really sweet Otoya!!!" The girl proceeded to hug the boy, who hugged her back, secretly enjoying the hug.

"Hey guys, I think we should meet up with the others," said a slightly stern voice. The pair looked towards the boy who spoke, who was none other than Syo. He pointed to his phone saying, "I got a text asking if we wanted to go eat something."

"Now that you mention it, I am starting to get kinda hungry, how about you Moon-chan?" Otoya queried. Moonlight nodded, and said, "Okay, let's go find them!"

And off the trio went to go search for their friends. That's when they were alerted by their phones to Tokiya, who asked them to go meet up in the park of the mall found in the center. They decided to go there, and soon found Tokiya and Shay sitting on a bench, and Moonlight squealed as she noticed that both were holding hands. At the sound the two looked behind their bench and saw Moonlight along with Otoya and Syo smiling at them. They looked at each other and realized they were still holding hands and let go, each blushing. Shay looked back to Moonlight and mouthed the words "Silence, you saw nothing. We can speak of this later."

Moonlight nodded, still smiling, and went to sit down on another bench. "Boy, there's so much in this mall!" Moonlight commented as she placed her own shopping bags filled with items that she really liked along with her new hat and CD. Syo and Otoya sat down on each side of her, and said, "Yeah, it is pretty large. Most of us come here to shop since they always have different items that can be found here," Syo said, and Otoya added, "Yup, it's always fun coming here. What did you think of the mall, you two?"

Moonlight said, "It's definitely amazing and large here, but it can tire you out like shopping does in general," and laughed.

"You can lay your head on my lap/shoulder if you'd like," both Syo and Otoya offered, and looked at each other raising an eyebrow. Moonlight blushed, and said, "U-Um, it's alright, t-thank you, you two for the offer."

And everyone waited for the other groups to come back.

-Meanwhile back with Musical-

"Uwaaah, Mus-chan look at this dress!" Natsuki hollered as he picked up a poofy sparkly dress that was hot pink. "Could you try this one as well?" The blonde boy asked while preparing to place it over his arm along with the many other articles of clothing he had picked out for the short girl. Musical smiled, and said, "Okay Natsuki, though I think we've chosen enough for now. It looks like your arm could fall off any moment with that much clothing!"

"I'm fine Mus-chan, I've carried a lot more clothing than that," Natsuki asseverated, and laughed at the suprised expression that appeared on Musical's face.

The pair went on to go to where the changing rooms were, and soon Natsuki placed the clothing Musical would be trying on. The girl tried on some dresses. She came out and Natsuki would shout out "Cute!," or anything of the liking.

At a certain point, Musical came out and saw Masato speaking with Natsuki. She smiled and greeted the boy with a "Hello Masato!" The said boy perked up at the sound of his name and moved his head and met with the cheerful eyes of Musical. He saw her in a long elegant dress that had a light hue of green which complimented the girl's emerald eyes and the dress appeared to fade into a lighter hue at the hem of the dress. It was made of chiffon, and therefore the dress appeared to flow with any slight movement at the bottom of the layered dress.

The sight brought a blush to the pale boy's face and he opened his mouth to say something, but no words came out. Natsuki stepped in and said, "You look amazing Mus-chan, I love this dress on you!"

The bluenette coughed and concentrated his gaze towards the ground, his face flushed. He cleared his throat and said, "Y-Yes, you look b-beautiful Musical-san."

Musical blushed at both compliments and couldn't help but stutter, "T-Thanks y-you two. I do have to say that I like this dress, and it feels comfortable. I think I'll get it." She soon disappeared behind the door of the dressing room, and tried on a few more articles of clothing as each boy gave their input. She finally decided to get a few shirts and dresses, including the flowy green dress. She then looked to the boys and said, "Why don't you two try some outfits as well now that we're here??"

The boys looked at each other and then back at Musical and nodded. "Of course Mus-chan! Though you'll have to tell us how we look and everything!" Natsuki chirped and winked at Musical, who blushed. Masato also looked at Musical and said, "A-Alright, I'll try s-some on if you'd like. Like Natsuki-san said, don't hesitate to give your input on how we look." Musical smiled and said, "O-Okay, though I bet you guys will look amazing in anything."

It was their turn to blush, and each muttered a thank you towards the short girl who just giggled at their behavior. They went to collect some outfits each liked, along with Musical who showed them some clothing and asked them whether or not they liked it. They smiled and nodded at her assistance in helping them choose out their clothing. They finally went to go into the dressing rooms and began trying on some clothing. The boys came out and Musical smiled and complimented them both, and they repeated this procedure and then chose the outfits they liked. They bought their outfits and came out with quite the amount of bags in each of their hands.

"Uwaah, we got so many things," Natsuki stated. Masato nodded, and said, "When I came to look for you two, I didn't think that I would be buying much at all."

Musical giggled and said, "Well, when you're in the mall or shopping, you're just bound to buy something even if you came here with only certain things in mind. That's just the way things happen when shopping."

"True," both boys said. Suddenly a mewling sound along with a "Piyo-chan!" and a piano chord reached the ears of the group, and Musical laughed, saying, "The meow was my notification sound, I think we all got a notification from the looks of it."

"Oh, it must be the others. I told them to inform us of where to meet for food when I said that I would be going with you two," Masato explained as he looked at his phone. "And apparently Tokiya-san suggested that we should go to the park located in the center of the mall."

"Alright, then let's go!" Musical said as she began walking ahead, but stopped when she said, "Um, do you guys know where exactly we are?"

Masato smiled, and said, "We're somewhat close to the center, but it's that way," while pointing to the left. Musical smiled sheepishly, and said, "Oh, okay, sorry hehe, I'm still kinda foreign to this mall. I'm not even sure how we got to that store Natsuki likes."

Natsuki laughed and said, "It's okay Mus-chan, after all I did run with you to the store I wanted to bring you to, so I didn't let you really look around much."

Musical waved her hands around and said, "Oh no, it's okay, I'll look around and familiarize myself with the mall as we go to the park. And we should probably go, since everyone else might already be there."

The boys agreed and together the trio went to the park. Both pointed out to stores they've entered before to the brunette who listened intently and soon they reached the park where everyone was chatting and waiting patiently for them to be back. They all looked back to see the trio approaching them and waved.

"Hey guys, sorry we're sort of late," Musical apologized along with Masato and Natsuki, and everyone shook their heads, and Haruka spoke out. "It's alright, we ourselves sort of came here not even a few minutes ago."

Tomo-chan nodded, and said, "Now that we're all together, where do you guys want to go to eat?"

They all discussed what they would eat and finally settled for the Chinese buffet that wasn't far from where they were and there they each had a large meal and ate together while chatting about their enjoyable experience in the mall today.

After eating their meal, they decided to go to the movies and watch something before they finally went back home to the Academy dorms.

They settled on a romance comedy, and settled into some seats in the dark cinema where they all sat in one row in this order: Tomo-chan, Haruka, Ren, Masato, Musical, Natsuki, Syo, Moonlight, Otoya, Shay and Tokiya.

They laughed at the funny moments where the boy in the movie was going to silly extents to catch the attention of the girl he fell for, and almost teared up at the emotional moments.

Quickly it the bright day morphed into a starry night. The group exited the cinema theater and Ren called up the limousine, which soon came, and everyone placed their bags in the back while they settled in the three seated rows. The driver drove on and everyone had fallen asleep on the long journey home.

Moonlight had her head resting on Otoya's shoulder as he laid his head on the top of hers, and Syo rested his own head on Moonlight's shoulder. Tokiya and Shay were in a similar state, holding hands and Shay smiled unconsciously, both asleep.

Musical lay in between Natsuki and Masato, Natsuki leaning next to Musical while his arm rests close to the window of the limo's door, and Masato slightly leaning next to Musical with his arms crossed. Everyone was asleep until Musical jolted awake, and looked around and noticed her surroundings. She blushed from the close contact of both Natsuki and Masato, and slightly shuffled in her seat, trying not to wake either one up. She looked at their resting faces and smiled, seeing them content. She looked over to Masato who seemed to smile as he muttered, "Musical..."

The girl blushed, and heard the chuckles of a deep voice who said, "There he goes once again, that Hijirikawa."

Confused, she spoke out in a quiet voice, "Ren, are you awake?"

"Correct," the boy replied while turning his head to the back where Musical was now more awake. "I see you've woken up and witnessed Hijirikawa saying your name in his sleep," the strawberry-blonde boy said while smirking. "He isn't aware of what he says in his sleep. He still seems to have that slight habit, ever since we were younger."

"I heard that you two are childhood friends," Musical said as she looked at the boy who seemed to harden his gaze as she spoke her next words. "But why is it that you act somewhat distant from each other?"

"I don't really know myself," Ren muttered, and looked to Musical. "We did use to be the greatest of friends. We'd sneak out of the parties as children and play together. But as we got older, we grew more aware of our positions and our rivalry that was created by our families. We really didn't have a choice in the matter, but we couldn't really play together or hang out like we used to, especially in those parties that we both didn't care much for since we now we're required to partake in the conversations. I do admit to you that I wished that those moments didn't have to end. But I'm not sure if we can really be friends like that again."

"I'm sure you can," Musical defended, and continued to speak. "Such a friendship shouldn't end because of a family rivalry, and in my opinion, that shouldn't have gotten in the way in the first place. Seeing how you speak about the past makes me believe that you two are still true friends. You both seem to know each other well, so you should know fully well that you are still friends, and it's a matter of time to relight that friendship."

Ren smiled genuinely, and said, "You know, I think you're right. I'm not really sure how our coldness towards each other started, but it isn't as strong as the bond we created as little kids. Thanks, Lady, I can see why Masato has such a liking towards you."

Musical blushed, and said, "T-Thanks Ren, and of course. I do hope you two can return to having a nice friendship."

Soon the ride ended, and Musical and Ren proceeded to wake up the sleeping girls and boys. Of course Musical asked Ren to take pictures for her, and he gladly complied and before handing her phone back, he took one of her and the two males still sleeping close to her. She blushed, and took her phone back and then nudged them awake. Natsuki yawned and in a sleepy voice said, "We're already here? That felt like a nice ride." He turned to see Musical and smiled and greeted her. Meanwhile, Masato was still not awake quite yet, and Musical decided to whisper in his ear.

"Masa-chan, wake up. We're here already." The bluenette's eyes fluttered open, and he looked at the girl he was still leaning on and soon jumped and blushed, saying "I-I apologize for disturbing your personal space Musical-san." Musical giggled and said, "It's alright Masato don't worry about it!"

Ren already woke up Haruka and Tomo-chan by whispering something in their ears and got slapped by Tomo-chan while both girls were blushing. "Don't scare us like that Ren!" The redhead puffed and crossed her arms. Ren just laughed, and then proceeded to wake the others up. Tomo-chan and Haruka both gushed at the cute sights of the ones who were still asleep, and decided to wake Moonlight, Otoya and Syo next. As the three were nudged, they all opened their eyes and were in a daze. They soon snapped out of it and were all a blushing mess. The proceeded to reluctantly get up and then they finally went to wake up Shay and Tokiya.

Musical went to go whisper in Shay's ear, "The Kawaii Potato lord asks you to wake up." Shay jolted up and shouted, "Where is the Kawaii Potato Overlord?!" This caused Tokiya to awaken, slightly yelling, "I need to meet the Kawaii Potato Overlord!" As he and Shay stared into each other's eyes, they realized that they were sleeping quite close together during the ride and soon unbuckled their seat belts and got out of the limo, their faces red as they hear the laughter of everyone.

Once everyone settled down, they each took their own bags and went to go back to their dorms and finally rest peacefully.

And special chapter number 3 has ended :3 It was over 5200 words XD I apologize for not having posted the next play yet, and for the lack of updating, but I had this idea when I went to go shopping for clothing. I hope this chapter was to your liking. Hopefully I can make the next plays interesting since I was brainstorming about them. Till the next update my fellow avid readers!
