Danielle (Fem!Dan)'s P.O.V.

My friends, Carrie, Zoe, and Louise, and I were in the mall foodcourt, just talking about life. "Maybe we should go some place fun for holiday! Like New York or something!" I said. After finishing my sentence, I looked around the foodcourt. My eyes landed on a man with jet black hair.

"Dani?" Louise said, waving her hand in front of my face to make sure I was still alive.

"Huh?" I snapped out of the trance this boy put me in.

"Someone has a crush!" Carrie cheered. This girl honestly knows me too well.

"Maybe..." I blushed, still not taking my eyes off the boy, who was with two others boys, both with brown hair.

"Go talk to him!" Zoe said.

"What? No! I don't even know him! He could be a murderer for all I know!" I said.

"He looks like a normal human being. Now go!" the girls shoved me in the area he was in. It looked like he was going to throw his soda away, so I used that as the time to talk to him. I walked towards him.

"Hi," I said shyly, pushing my hair behind my ear.

The boy looked up. "Hey."

"I just saw you and thought you were cute... Not to be creepy or anything..." I blushed a deeper shade of pink.

"It's fine. You're cute, too. I'm Phil. Phil Lester."

My shade of blush just got deeper and deeper. "I'm Danielle Howell. But my friends call me Dani." We shook hands.

"How about I give you my number?" he asks. We exchange phones and put each other's info in their contacts. "I'll call you tonight?"

"Ok!" I said. I walked back to my friends. "Score! He's gonna call me tonight!"

"We told you!" Louise said.

Later that night, after the girls left to go home or do whatever, I patiently waited for the phone call from the mysterious man. I couldn't stop thinking about him. Suddenly, my phone rang. I quickly picked it up. "Is this Dani? It's Phil."

"Yeah, it's Dani."

Little did I know that one day would change my life.
