At sharp 8:00 a.m., they were all ready and set. They drove to the venue in Cayanne's mom's red car. Then, they discovered that they were now the ones scheduled to go last (16th).

By the time the 15th band, No-Vacancy, finished, people were losing interest in the proceedings. But, the four were determined to make them sit up and listen with rapt attention. They succeeded in doing it with the following performance:

"Ladies and gentleman, now, the band 'Music is Our Life' is going to perform" said Marna.

"It's a great honour for us to perform in front of our own hometown" said Syndi.

"Today we're going to perform 'What a Fun World', penned by one of our band members" said Angela.

"So, we hope you enjoy" said Cayanne.

"The World is a fun place

It's also very great

And we should all be proud to be its denizens

And help in its growth; not destruction

Are we doing that?

No, of course not

Why don't we save the Earth?

With its fragrant flowers

And its beautiful creations

With the hot sun

And the cool, clear water

It's so wonderful

So come, let's do it, hand in hand

Let's save our lovely Earth

Let's save our lovely world

Yeah, let's!"

"Thank you for listening patiently" said Marna.

"We hope you enjoyed it" said Syndi.

"We, at 'Music is Our Life', are happy to have given this performance" said Angela.

"We think all of us walk hand in hand to Saaaaave our looooovely world. Thank you" said Cayanne as the audience burst into applause.

Little did they know that they had fulfilled their aim; each and every person in the audience had listened with rapt attention. The audience gave a standing ovation to the band.

Soon, it was 2:20 p.m., the result time.
