Today Y/N was at Circle working a 9-5 shift and is assisting Morfonica with their practice session, after they left, Lisa came inside to book Roselia's next rehearsal.

"Thank you Y/N, your a real sweetheart" Lisa said while winking.

"Yeah no worries, I'm happy to help" I said with a smile.

"What time are you off work?" Lisa asked.

"I'm actually off work in 5 minutes, finally I'm tired who knew you girls can be a handful" I said putting my hand and head in the table.

"Haha well since your off in 5 minutes, why don't you say hello to Roselia after work" Lisa said pointing outside.

"Sure why not, haven't spent some with you girls in a long time, let me just close up my office" I said grabbing my keys.

As I grab my office keys, I opened the door walked and clocked out, then closed my desktop computer, and went out to with Lisa to meet Roselia. As we exit I see Yukina, Sayo, Ako, and Rinko talking amongst themselves.

"Hi Y/N wanna play with us" Ako said hugging the side of my body.

"Umm play what" I asked gesturing Roselia to grab their drummer.

"U-um Neo Fantasy Online" Rinko said shyly.

"Ohh ok sure, haven't played in a long time" said agreeing to their request.

"Ok let's meet at the Internet cafe near Hazawa Coffee, on the west side tomorrow" Ako said happily.

While leaving I noticed that Yukina, and Sayo don't seemed to thrilled about the idea of taking a day-off just to play a video game, but I'm pretty sure they'll have fun.

Time skip the Next Day

Upon arriving I saw Roselia sitting inside a private room in the back of the cafe, I knocked on the door which Rinko opened looking happy to see me.

"T-thank you for coming Y/N, I'm happy your here" she said with a faint blush on her face.

"Thanks for having me, now let's get started"

Ako gave the run down to Lisa, Yukina, and Sayo, after some explanation the three girls chose their classes: Lisa a healer, Yukina a bard, and Sayo a shielder. Rinko asked what class did pick when I started playing.

"When I started, the Ranger sounded interesting so I chose that." I said thinking back to when I started playing.

After logging I was met with the title card I haven't seen in a long time.

After getting a feel for the game again, I got a party invitation from Rinko to which I accepted the invite, and was teleported back to Departure Village.

After being teleported I towards the outer gate, while on the way I saw various players enjoying the game. Rinko has said that NFO had a spike in popularity thus having more players log in. After reaching the gate I saw Ako and Rinko standing wearing their class outfits.

"There you are Y/N didn't recognize you, you look so cool" Ako said happily.

"Y-yeah you look so strong" Rinko said in her usual shy voice.

Not long after Lisa, Yukina, and Sayo warped to our location, after looking around in amazement, the three turned their attention toward us, and look surprised at our outfits.

"Ako recommended the healer, since she said that I'm a caring person, but I don't know what I'm suppose to do?" Lisa said in confusion.

"Your a healer it's in the name, you heal us with spells and create health portions" I said giving Lisa advice.

"What I'm I suppose to do as a Bard, and me as a Warrior" Yukina and Sayo asking for an explanation.

I explained to Yukina that a Bard is a class that strengthens allies with singing abilities, such as raising defense and damage.

Ako and Rinko explained  to Sayo that the Warrior class is a fighter that specialize in defending and attacking. Both Yukina and Sayo seemed to have better understanding of how to play their classes, and how the game is played overall.

After entering into the beginning areas, we taught the three beginners how to fight. Sayo seems to get how to use and shield and swords pretty well, Lisa and Yukina still need time to remember all the spell casting lines.

After moving from trash mobs, Rinko grabbed some contracts from NPCs to defeat monsters along a lush forest. With our teamwork we were able to dispatch most of the monsters with ease, suddenly I got alert of a teammate with low HP, I looked towards my right and saw Yukina on the ground being defended by Sayo who was blocking incoming damage.

After firing some arrows, combined with Spells by Ako and Rinko we defeated the giant monster. After Lisa healed our party, we headed towards a mine cave which was filled with dangerous mobs to fulfill the last quest Rinko accepted. As we were traversing trough the cave we encountered the floor boss. Ako suggested for sneak past it to get an advantage to which we followed her advice. After sneaking around the floor boss we came up with a plan.

"Sayo-san is the only one with a sword to deal physical damage" Ako said in disappointment.

"Actually I learned swords skills to help me play the game better, so I you need me to deal physical I can do it" I said giving Ako a sigh of relief.

"Alright Sayo-san will go and take aggro, then Yukina and Lisa will heal and buff our stats, Y/N and Rin-rin will do overtime and AOE damage, then I'll do the final hit" Ako explains her game plan against the floor boss.

Once we commenced our assault on the floor boss, Ako's plan actually worked. After 20 minutes or so we defeated the giant golem. Upon defeating it it dropped a high level scythe called Linde' Scythe.

"Whoa that's a one of a kind item" Ako said in excitement.

"Good job everyone!" Lisa shouted

While the sun was setting. Lisa, Sayo, and Yukina has smilies on their faces, it's seems that they enjoyed playing NFO.

"Did you girls have fun?" I asked them.

"Yes it was really interesting to try something I've never thought I would try" Sayo said.

"I agree with Sayo, it was fun to play with Roselia and with you Y/N" Yukina said with a rare smile on her face.

As the wind blows into our faces I see Lisa, Sayo with the cutest expression on their faces as a dragon flies over us and into the sunset.

After logging out of the game, we came outside of the Internet cafe and said our goodbyes to each other as it was getting dark.

"T-thanks for playing with us Y/N if I ever need someone to play with will you play with me?" Rinko as looking at me.

"Sure I'll be on more often knowing you and Ako play this game all the time" I said to Rinko making her smile.

We'll see you later Y/N, get home safe." Yukina said walking home with the others.

I have to say spending time with Roselia had me thinking quite a bit. If Yukina asks me to join her Band I'd most likely say yes on the spot, however I'd feel like I'd be betraying the other bands seeing as they are also my friends, on top of that choosing to date on them might cause dire consequences later on. As I finished my thought I saw a car parked outside my house. As I opened my door I saw two faces I haven't see in a while.

"hello son, we're here to visit" my mom said coming out of the kitchen with my sister standing beside her.

"Oh hello mom........hello Yomi" I said in a docile voice.
