Chanyeol and Baekhyun had been arguing for about ten minutes until they both noticed that Narda wasn't coming back. They thought she would go off somewhere to cool down and then she would return to them. But they looked into the crowds of people enjoying the festival and she was nowhere in sight.

"We have to go find her." Baekhyun said with worry, biting down on his lower lip. He was now feeling guilty about what he did, only because Guti was mad at him and had stormed off without really knowing where she was going.

Chanyeol nodded his head in agreement.

For the moment, there was a silent and mutual agreement to cease in their argument. They would work together until they could find her. Then they could continue fighting over her once knowing she was well and safe. Together, they took off in the general direction she left in, hoping to find her quickly. Chanyeol got his cellphone out of his pocket and dialed her number, but got nothing. No doubt she was still mad at them and was choosing to ignore them.

Meanwhile Guti had left the festival. She took off in the opposite direction of the hotel until she reached the end of the festival and reached the boardwalk down by the beach. There, she saw another party happening. On the beach were people dancing to loud music that was playing and most of them had drinks in hand.

She sat in the sand, a ways away from them, since she didn't want to impose on a party where she wasn't invited. She heaved a frustrated sigh and dug her nails into the sand.

All Narda wanted was for them to get along while being around her for once. But that was the last thing that would generally happen. She couldn't be near one or the other without them fighting over her like she was a piece of meat. She was always stuck in the middle--between Chanyeol and Baekhyun. Even now that she had chosen Chanyeol, because Baekhyun had turned out to be a total jerk, it was still generating fights between the two friends. Narda thought about disappearing for a while, like she initially did when she found out Baekhyun was only playing with her feelings.

But they were her friends--not just the two of them, but the EXO boys, Nari, and the other girlfriends. She cared about all of them and didn't want to stop seeing them because of boy troubles.

She had been lost in her thoughts when she was pulled back into reality by someone. "What are you doing here, all by yourself?" A boy asked her. He was handsome, and looked no older than twenty five. He had a drink in his hand and was dressed in swim trunks, on his face a beautiful porcelain smile and in his hand a drink. He looked to be coming from the party a few feet away.

He had probably spotted her looking upset and decided to find out what was wrong.

"I didn't come by myself." Narda heaved a small sigh, and gesturing to the festival nearby, she continued. "I came to the mariachi festival with my boyfriend. But a friend of ours decided to tag along and sabotage our date." Narda would leave out the details about how her boyfriend was Park Chanyeol, and how that certain friend was Byun Baekhyun who she had a crush on. There was no need to expose them like that.

"Well..." The young man started. "Wanna come over to our party and hang out for a bit?"

Narda thought about it.

There were red flags everywhere. Going to a party she wasn't invited to, with alcohol and possibly drugs, with a complete stranger she had met on the beach right that moment. But she was too mad at the boys to even think straight, so she finally decided with a shake of her head.

"Sure." She said, and he held his hand out for her to take.

After about an hour of looking for Guti and not hearing from her, Chanyeol and Baekhyun started to worry. They thought about getting the police involved, but they only took action once the person had been missing for forty eight hours. Instead, Chanyeol called her on the phone, and left constant text and voice mail messages. None of which she was replying to. They had searched everywhere in the festival, and didn't think to look anywhere else, since they didn't think she would leave. She didn't know Busan and it would have been easy for her to get lost there.

They searched for her all afternoon until the festival ended for the night. But even then, they had refused to leave. It was around eleven at night when they noticed lights and music coming from a party nearby. The two idols looked at each other and got the same idea--that maybe she had gone over there in an attempt to get away from them.

The two marched themselves over to the party to find people drinking heavily and dancing closely at the music that was playing. Most people there were wasted beyond anything, and they didn't know who to talk to first.

"Excuse me," Baekhyun tapped a girl on the shoulder. She turned sloppily and giggled loudly, almost falling into his arms. Baekhyun rolled his eyes at her, but continued with his question. "I'm looking for a girl. She--"

"I'm a girl." She slurred drunkenly, pointing to herself.

"You didn't let me finish." He said to her with annoyance. "I'm looking for a specific girl. Her name is Narda Gutierrez Lozano, but she goes by Guti.

Chanyeol immediately cut in, offering more information to their description of her. "She's about this tall." He pointed to his shoulder. He was much taller than her and the top of her head barely reached his shoulders. Baekhyun nodded in agreement. "She has long straight black hair, brown eyes, and tanned skin."

"She's foreign, and she's really pretty." Baekhyun finished.

Their words seemed to go in one ear and out the other for the girl they were hoping to get information from. They went around the party, trying to get information out of everyone. No one had seen her, except one person. "Oh yeah," He recalled, slightly buzzed. "I saw her sitting over there by the beach, all by herself. So I asked her if she wanted to come to the party. She said yes. But she only stayed a couple hours, maybe one or two. She had one drink, and then I saw her leave in the direction of the festival."

"How long ago was that?" Baekhyun demanded.

The other boy thought about it. "Maybe an hour ago. I don't know."

"She would have returned to the hotel already." Chanyeol said with hope. The two boys thanked him and then raced back to the hotel where Chanyeol and Guti were staying.

He opened the door, hoping to see her there, sound asleep in their bed. But the room was empty. Guti wasn't there. She never made it back to the hotel, and that meant that something had happened to her.

-

Narda felt her eyes open slowly and she was met with a pounding headache. Around her she could hear the ocean waves hitting the shore, and she felt a breeze that made her shiver. Out of instinct, she tried to pull the covers around herself, thinking that she was back at the hotel with Chanyeol and that he was probably hogging the blankets.

She groaned and turned to the side feeling a slight pain that jolted her awake. Her eyes shot open and she sat up, seeing that she was down by the beach, in a secluded part that she didn't recognize. As she looked down at herself, she found that her belongings were gone. Her purse with her cellphone and wallet in it, her shoes, her clothes. She was completely naked. All she remembered from the previous night was going to the party down by the beach. She had been there for about two hours and had one drink before she decide to walk back to the hotel.

But all memories after that were lost. She didn't know if she ever made it to the hotel, but she clearly hadn't.

Tears welled up in her eyes as she feared the worst. She only hoped it was merely material possessions that she lost. She brought her knees to her chest, not knowing what to do or how to get back.

She was there for what felt like hours until she heard someone calling her name in the distance. Two familiar voices shouting, "Guti!"

She looked up from her knees, and saw them in the distance, several feet away. She didn't need to say anything because they were walking in her direction and immediately spotted her. The two boys ran towards her, but stopped short when they saw the state she was in. Baekhyun quickly slipped his jacket off, and draped it over her shoulders to cover her up.

Chanyeol fell to his knees by her side, astounded. "What happened, Guti?" He asked her.

"We were looking everywhere for you. All night." Baekhyun informed her.

"I don't know." She replied, voice shaken. Her voice was low and distant, like she was broken. "I woke up here, and I don't know what happened. Last I remember I was heading back to the hotel."

That had been the exact same thing the boy from the party told them. It was possible then that someone might have spiked her drink while she was there, and followed her when she was heading back, to rob her and possibly take advantage of her

Without a word, Baekhyun sighed and swept down, lifted her up in his arms easily. She held onto him, arms around his neck, and face buried in his chest. Chanyeol thought to protest, but he knew that it wasn't the time to fight over her. They needed to help her and support her, and show her that they cared no matter what. As they walked back towards the hotel buildings, he heard her silent sobs, and he felt the dampness of her tears staining his sweatshirt.

"Baek," She whispered into his skin, voice trembling with emotions. "I'm so scared. I shouldn't have left like that, it was my fault this happened."

"No." He quickly shook his head. "Its never the victim's fault, Guti."

Chanyeol quickly agreed with him. "Its not your fault, jagi. We'll go to the police and they'll find the person who did this to you." And they'd better lock him up good, or I'll fucking kill him once I know who it was, Chanyeol had a dark thought.

"We can't go to the police." She refused, hiding her face in the crook of his neck. "Its shameful."

"Baby, you have to. Its not shameful at all." He said with encouraging words. He had to swallow the lump in his throat which had formed when he heard her crying like that. "How else are they going to find and punish this person? They'll still be out there hurting other people."

Guti was finally convinced by the two of them. They first went to their hotel, so that Guti could change into clothes of her own, but as much as she wanted to, they didn't allow her to shower. They told her that she needed to go to the police station first because if she showered, she would dispose of crucial evidence. After she got changed, they hailed a cab and went to the nearest police station. Guti went the entire ride there, cuddled up to Baekhyun and causing  a prick in Chanyeol's chest. Baekhyun, of course, was readily happy to oblige and hold her securely in his arms the way he had been wanting to for months now.

Chanyeol said nothing to him because he knew that she needed comfort. He merely watched bitterly from the sidelines.

But deep down he was jealous. He wanted to be the one she sought comfort from, not Baekhyun. He wanted to be the one she loved.

wow, such a dark chapter this was. where did this come from? you can tell im a heavy novela watcher. mexican novelas are often this dramatic as well, with this kind of plot twist. im sorry if this was super dark guys, also i know drugging and date rape is not a gaame, and i obviously do not condone it.

if something like this has happened to you, please do not blame yourself and seek help. it is never the victim's fault.

anyway, i hope you all have a good day.
