A rich man decided to throw a party in honour for his beautiful daughter, who would soon be eighteen.

He decided to fill the party with thrills, from bungee jumping to skydiving to a pool filled with alligators. On the day of the party, the father exclaimed to the large group of people surrounding the pool.

"Everyone! I have a challenge. The person, either male or female, that swims across the pool of alligators will get the choice of three million dollars or marry my daughter. The offer is for anyone who survives the death pool."

The guests looked at each other waiting the telltale splash from some adventurous or daredevil guest. And they were not disappointed.

The man swam and swam across the pool, his shirt ripping and tearing, the blood from small gnashes dyed the water crimson. Once he got to the other side, he was pushed out sopping wet and shivering.

"Get this brave man a blanket!" The rich man said, then he turned to the man. "What shall it be? My daughter or the money?"
