Where to bury a body
"So um, where do you plan on burying her?" Kayla asked Megan, nudging at the black bag.
"Where do I plan on burying her?" Megan questioned eyebrow raised, her voice poised in a challenging tone. Her and Kayla were in this together. There is no "I" in "We".
Megan caught the quick flash of anger that sparked across Kayla's face, and rolled her eyes. Kayla had to accept that she is a part of this now, and once she did that, life would be a whole lot easier.
"Whatever. Where are we hiding the body?"
Megan glared at Kayla after the tone of voice she used on her. It was mostly flat with a hint of sarcasm she usually saved for the popular stupid clowned up bitches in their class. A.k.A, the Carly's of their grade.
If Kayla had noticed Megan's glare she pretended not too, and Megan decided to leave it at that for now, because Kayla made a good point. Where were they going to hide the body? Megan didn't really think that far.
Megan remembered a short story she read in English called the Cask of Amantillado by Edgar Alan Poe where this guy buried a guy alive in a wall. Granted Carly was dead, but that could work. Megan and her mom had been rebuilding the wall in their garage so that wouldn't look suspicious at all!
Megan voiced this idea to Kayla.
"What about the smell? What are you gonna do about that?" Kayla responded, somewhat annoyed. Next she going to suggest we chop Carly up and hide her under the floor boards in the dinning room and invite the officers looking into Carly's death in for some fucking tea, Kayla thought bitterly.
"How about we, bury her in a grave yard? An unmarked grave isn't too uncommon at the Cedar Hill Cemetery." Kayla suggested. Also she doubted that would be the first place the police would look for a dead body, that it would be way too obvious, and a little ironic. "Or what about Mr. Hudsons pig farm, pigs eat everything? We can just burn everything else.We would just have to make sure the dogs dont alert anyone of our presence."
"Oh- or Old man Mikaelsons! He has those huge vats of acid." Megan suggested excitedly.
"He also has cameras and booby traps laid out. He is a paranoid conspiracy theorist. Good luck." Kayla scoffed.
"He's also senile," Megan rolled her eyes. "The cops would just assume he killed her if the acid didn't take care of every thing."
"And you're okay blaming an innocent man?" Kayla questioned.
"It would be a pretty similar outcome if we did the pig farm thing too. Hudson is a sketcthy dude hiself."
"Okay fine. What are we going to do?"
Will you have Megan and Kayla hide the body in the garage wall, in an unmarked grave, in the pig farm, or in the vat of acid?
Remember that every action has a reaction, and could yours cause you to get away with murder?
