Ibissong is a charismatic, engaging tom who is the "light of the party", so to speak, being a popular tom in the Clan. Hasn't taken a mate, not for lack of his female (and male) Clanmates trying. Very sensitive to the fact Rootwatcher dislikes him. Brother of Pantherheart, best friends with Pantherheart. Close to his nephew, Shadowwhisper, has essentially taken the young tom under his wing.
