All of the gang was camping in the woods. The boys had their camper and the girls had theirs.  

Leo changes quickly into his pj's and lays down on his bed. "Are we sure that Nico should be in here with us? I mean, I think that he should be with the girls." Leo laughs. 

Nico scowls at him. "I am gay Leo," Nico says irritated. "Not a girl. There is a difference." 

"Yeah," Will agrees taking his shirt off. 

Leo sits up. "What?" He asks. "Are you gay too Will?" 

Will blushes taking off his jeans and laying in bed. "Yeah Leo," he sighs. "I am. I have told you this before." 

"Look," Leo says apologetically. "I did not mean to offend you guys. I know that to just because two guys are gay, it doesn't mean you like each other. Just like a straight guy and a straight girl, don't have to like each other. I am not against gays or anything, I just don't understand why you like guys." 

"Maybe," Nico says putting on his pj's. "We don't understand why you like girls." 

Will smiles. Leo lays back down. "Sorry," he says honestly. "I should not have made that joke." 

"You shouldn't make jokes about it Leo," Frank says walking into the room, already in his pj's. "They don't make jokes about you." 

"Yeah," Will says cheerfully. "We could if you'd like." 

"No," Leo yawns. Jason comes into the room, in his pj's also. "You forgot about bisexuals in your speech Leo," Jason teases and lays down on his bed. "We like both." 

Percy comes into the room, also wearing his pj's. "Plus Leo," Percy grins. "Gays are not attracted to every guy. Right Nico?" 

"Yeah," Nico smiles. "Gays don't like every guy... Like you like every girl. You for instance, I find you repulsive." 

"Hey!"Leo yells in defense sits back up.  

"Bisexuals too Percy," Jason comments.  

"Yes Jason we know," Frank sighs.  

Percy turns off the light as all the guys lay down in their beds, including him. Soon they all the boys begin to fall asleep. 

All the girls sit up in their beds. Dressed in their night clothes. 

"What do you think the boys are talking about over there?" Piper asks. 

"I do not know," Hazels sighs.  

"They got two gays in there with them," Reyna says, taking down her hair from a braid. "Leo will probably make a joke about it." 

"I wish that he wouldn't," Hazel sighs again. 

"Does your brother like anyone Hazel?" Piper asks, interested. 

"He does have a crush on someone..." Hazel says quietly. 

"Who?" Piper says excitedly.  

"Piper stop," Annabeth speaks up."It is not Hazel's secret to tell. If you want to know so bad, go ask Nico yourself." 

"Jeez Annabeth chill," Reyna says laying down in her bed. "No need to get all worked up about it." 

"Sorry," Annabeth said to Piper. "You know how I feel about gossip."  

The girls say nothing more as they fall asleep.

The next morning after everyone is dressed and packed they begin their quest to find the house. 

"Percy this is stupid," Annabeth whines. "It was a stupid story." 

"Wise girl," Percy smiles. "I didn't make it up though. Will said that his older brother Lee told him the same story." 

"Then it is just a story," Annabeth sighs."An old urban legend." 

"I don't know Annabeth," Hazel says. "My mother is a fake witch. Who is to say they don't exists." 

"You have been watching too much Supernatural with Nico," Annabeth mutters. 

"Hey!" Nico says sounding annoyed. "You can never watch enough Supernatural." 

Annabeth rolls her eyes, as they continue walking.

After hours of walking and pointless conversation, plus Leo making jokes they come to a stop. A trench about six or seven feet down, and about twenty feet wide, filled with jagged sharp rocks pointing up at them. 

"No way..." Will mumbles and they all look at him. "Lee, in his story, that the hunter came to a trench just like this. According to his story, this thing runs all the way around the forest." 

"Then," Percy smiles. "I guess we will just have to go through it." 

"Percy!" Annabeth yells. " Are you out of your mind?" 

"I say we do it,"Reyna shrugs and slides down into the trench.  

"Reyna!" Jason calls down. 

"I am fine!" Reyna calls up. "Just slide down the side like I did, and you wouldn't get hurt!" 

"Jason..." Piper blushes. "Can you help me down?" 

"Of course," Jason smiles, and helps Piper down. Jason slides down the wall. Percy helps Annabeth into the trench and Frank helps Hazel, before sliding down themselves. Then Leo slides down the trench. Will looks over at Nico. "Do you want me to help you?"Will smiles. "No," Nico blushes. "I got it." 

As Nico lowers himself, "Hurry up!" Leo calls impatiently. Leo's shouting causes Nico to lose him grip and fall into the trench and he cries out in pain. Will quickly slides down the trench. "Nico are you okay?" Will ask worriedly.  

"Yeah I just," Nico says trying to get up. "Ow! Ow, ow, ow. My ankle, I think it's twisted. Maybe broken." 

The others were already a few feet ahead of them. Will looks at them and back at Nico, who has tears in his eyes. "Come on," Will sighs. "I will carry you." Will turns around and bends down, Nico gets on Will's back. Will picks him up, and carries him. Nico has his hands gripped tight on Will's shoulders, as Will holds Nico's legs.  

They finally reach the others at the other side of the trench. 

"What took you guys so long?" Hazel asks. 

"Why are you giving Nico a piggyback ride?" Leo asks. 

"Nico fell on his way down," Will said sternly." He hurt his ankle. It could be twisted, or possibly broken." 

"Oh my gosh!" Hazel gasps. "We should go back and take him the hospital!" 

"No!" Nico says irritated. "We have came this far, and if this house is really out here, I want to see it. I will be fine. It don't think I hurt it majorly."  

They debate about it for a few minutes, but they decide to keep going. They climb out of the trench in  the order they came in. Jason and Percy pull Nico up off of Will's back. Will climbs up the trench and lets Nico get on his back.

"So Will," Hazel asks, trying to focus on something other than the fact that her brother was hurt, and they were still looking for some house that might not even be out here. "What else did the hunter come across in Lee's story?" 

"In Lee's story," Will says sounding tired. "The hunter crossed a stream that flowed upriver."  

"Oh come on," Annabeth complains. Then she stops dead in her tracks, and so does everyone else.

Right in front of is a stream, flowing up river. They stare in amazement. Then they turn and look at Will. Will sighs and bonces Nico up higher up on his back, and walks across the stream. The rest of the group follows him. 

"A voodoo doll," Will says practically out of breath. "That's what the something the witch went to get." 

"Oh yeah," Percy smiles. "I knew that I forgot something." 

After a few more hours of walking the sun started to set. 

"Come on guys," Reyna sighs. "We have been walking all day, plus Nico is hurt and-AH!" Reyna jumps back. "Voodoo doll!" 

They all looked and dangling from a tree, hung a voodoo doll. "Thank goodness,"Reyna breaths out. "That thing didn't touch me." 

They stop and stare for a moment, then continue walking. 

They stop as the sun sets and the night fills the sky. Right in front of them... 

"No way..." they all say at the same time in disbelief. 

... Is a big creepy looking building. A house. In the deepest, and darkest part of the forest.
