No One P.O.V

"We are Worker Drones. Autonomous robots helping humans mine exoplanets for out interstellar parent company JCJenson in SPAAAAACCCEE!!!! Yeah, we were mistreated in the name of Windex. But it's not like we revolted and killed all humans or anything, mostly because they handled that just fine all by themselves"

Then the planet's core exploded and every all the humans died from the blast. A Worker Drone got up from the pile of snow and touched the skeleton of the human, but it fell and broke

"With biological life wiped from the planet, we found it pretty easy to pick up where they left off. We finally had a future, all to ourselves"

The Worker Drones were living happily and some had started a family of their own, but suddenly, a ship crashed down

"Unfortunately, our parent company didn't exactly love the concept of runaway AI..."

Emerging out of the ship, four yellow glowing Xs, and one of them was holding the head of a Worker Drone and tossed it to the ground. All the Worker Drones started to run away 

In a classroom

"But what our parents done for the past forever while those things build a spire of corpses?! Hide under the ice behind three stupid doors?! It's like we're waiting for an inciting incident!" A female Worker Drone shouted, she has purple hair, purple graphic eyes and wearing gothic like clothing "Anyway, that's why my project is this sick-as-hell Railgun!" Then she pulled out a railgun and everyone started to panic

"Oh, so not the vibe" A student said

"Easy, morons. It doesn't work... yet! It doesn't work yet! Who said it doesn't work?! Maybe it does!" She flicked it on and started to laugh evilly. The teacher rolled his eyes and sighed

"Uzi, the homework was a word problem about buying watermelon" The teacher said to the Worker Drone named Uzi

"Oh. And this magnetically amplified photon converger doesn't count?" Uzi asked

"...No. Plus, repressed emotional baggage was only worth 2 points on the rubric. And is it supposed to be that color?" The teacher asked as he pointed at Uzi's railgun as it turns red and later on explodes in the classroom

Uzi P.O.V

I was sitting in the sick bay with bandages covering my eye while holding an ice pack. Standing by the doorway were Lizzy and Doll who were laughing at me

"Ew, it didn't kill her. Oh my god, it's so bad!" Lizzy said while Doll was giggling

"Alright, you two. If you both have no business in the sick bay, please go somewhere else" Heading towards them was my only friend, Sapphire

"Whatever" Lizzy said as she rolled her eyes and left, Doll waved hello to Sapphire before she left too. Once they left, Sapphire entered the room

"Hey, Uzi. Heard what happened, you okay?" Sapphire asked as she took a seat

"Yeah I'm fine" I said

"I think your railgun is cool though" Sapphire said

"Really?" I asked and she nodded "How's your railgun? Is it ready?"

"Yep. Are we still going with the plan?" Sapphire asked

"Yeah, I had enough of this hiding behind these dumb doors" I said and entering the sick bay was the popular boy, Thad

"Classic toxic masculinity, Chad! That's never gonna end up problematic..." Then froze when he saw Sapphire, and everyone can tell that Thad has a huge crush on Sapphire "Hey... Sapphire" Thad greeted her looking all nervous

"Hey, Thad. What's new with you?" Sapphire asked

"Oh, you know, the usual" Then he looked at me "Oh wow, Uzi? I heard you, uh-"

"I'm an angsty teen, Thad. Bite me! Also, how do you know my name? People willingly talk to you" I said and Thad chuckled as he pointed at the many pictures of my dad

"Well, I'd say everyone knows Khan's daughter, but uh... Then you might blow the other half of your face off" Thad said as he scratched the back of his head

"Chipping daddy issues, hilarious... What are you in for? Testosterone too hard?" I asked sarcastically

"That can happen? Awesome" Then Sapphire giggled "But hey, those bandages look pretty badass!" Thad said and I felt myself blush

"Oh... Uh, ew. Gross, I hate you said that" I said

"So... What's the... uh..." Thad pointed at my railgun

"Sick-as-hell railgun?! Sci-Fi nonsense that super works! Sapphire and I are sneaking to the Murder Drone lair tonight to get the last spare part we need to save the world with it and earn my dad's respect and stuff, but mostly the world part" I said

"Oh, but doesn't your dad make those awesome doors so we don't have to uh... Do that scary sounding emotionally repressed stuff you just said? And why is Sapphire going?" Thad asked

"NO MORE FEEDBACK ON MY REPRESSION TODAY!!" I shouted as I pointed my railgun at his cheek

"Oh! I'm sorry! I didn't think..." I got up from my seat, and I dragged Sapphire out of the room

"BITE ME!" I left the room, but I immediately came back "I'm not mad at you by the way, just generally hormonal!" I said and I left again

"I'll see you later, Thad!" Sapphire said as she waved good-bye

Sapphire P.O.V - 3 am

When my alarm went off, I smacked my face to turn off the alarm

'Looks like its time' I thought to myself and I grabbed my railgun

'Uzi said the keychain makes my railgun look less badass, but I like it so I kept it on' I put the railgun behind my back and before I left, I grabbed a can of oil and dranked it 'That should satisfy my hunger for now. I don't want Uzi to know that I'm... half Murder Drone... I'm afraid of telling her the truth, but for now I'm living my life as a Worker Drone, and I'll tell her one of these days' I thought and went to meet up with Uzi who went ahead. After a bit of running, I saw Uzi standing by the doors

"Hey, Uzi!" I called out to her

"Sapphire, I'm glad you made it" Uzi said

"Yeah. I would never ditch you. So you ready?" I asked, and Uzi pulled out her dad's door key

"Let's do this" Uzi said and she swiped it in the keypad, when the door opened, standing in front of us was Uzi's dad

"Oh, Robo-Jesus!" Uzi shouted

"And where might you two be going?" Khan asked looking at us with a suspicious look

"Umm... Sneaking out so we make-out with our boyfriends that we definitely have?" Uzi said, but Khan doesn't look convinced

"To tell you the truth Khan... We actually... Wanted to measure the exterior hydraulic mechanism of Door One" I said

"Y-Yeah! Because that's... our project that we're working on for school? A big old door! Just like my old man build!" Uzi said, but Khan doesn't look fully convinced "We want to join the WDF and hide behind the doors like cowards while play cards and stuff..." Then Khan chuckled

"Well, we don't just play cards..." Then another door opened from behind and showed his buddies playing cards

"Khan! Can you grab a fresh pack? We literally only played cards so much that the numbers have faded" One of Khan's buddies said and they noticed us "Oh, hey Uzi! Hey Sapphire!"

Uzi chuckled and I waved

Then Khan closed the door behind him

"Well... When you build doors so good..." Then he hugs the door "Good door, good door..."

'Khan is so weird...' I thought with a sweatdrop and Khan turned to look at us again

"There's no need to fight! Uzi, Sapphire, this is great news! Here!" Khan handed Uzi a wrench "The wrench I used to tighten bolts on my first door prototypes, and to put your mother out of her misery when the Murder Drones got to her with that nanite acid... I want you to have it!" Khan said

"Neat. Therapy's fun" Uzi said, and I nodded

'He needs to see someone about that' I thought, and Khan opened the door where his buddies are

"Guys! My daughter and her friend is into doors!" Khan said and they started cheering and one of them opened the door letting in the snow and cold breeze in "They're gonna be outside for a bit to examine the exterior Door One! Your door-specific destiny awaits!"

"Uhh... Wow, okay! We're just gonna leave then, cause this worked so weirdly well" Uzi said

"Um... Go doors!" I said and they cheered the same chant before the door closed

We pulled out our railguns and we started to venture through the arctic wasteland

"Hey, Sapphire" I turned to look at Uzi "I think we should split up. That way we can search more" Uzi said

"Alright. Be careful, Uzi" I said and we went our separate ways

No One P.O.V

After Uzi and Sapphire went their separate ways, Sapphire decided to check one of the buildings, she entered the building from one of the broken windows and started to look around. But unaware that something was staring at her from a distance and smirked

"Looks like I found my next prey~"

As Sapphire investigated the building, she saw the many body parts that once belonged to the many Worker Drones. When Sapphire saw the body parts, she started to drool a little as she saw the oil. Then Sapphire smacked her cheek 

'Focus! I need to control my hunger. I'll eat something when I get back to my room' She thought and continued her investigation. After a while of looking, she found the piece she needs for her railgun

"There it is!" Sapphire ran towards the piece and put together in her railgun. After finishing, she was about to leave when she heard something fly passed her. She looked behind and saw nothing. She got her railgun ready to fire at whatever it is that is with her. She looked around in her surroundings

'Calm down, Sapphire. It's probably my imagination' Sapphire thought to herself as she tried to calm down

Once she got close to the window, she was about to leave, when something wrapped around her waist and pulled her up

"What the?!" Sapphire screamed as she was being pulled up and met with an yellow X and fangs

"Well, well, well. What do we have here? I never seen a Worker Drone like you before especially with the unique color of your eyes" The Murder Drone said as it grabbed her chin and inspected features

Sapphire was shaking from fear and it made the Murder Drone laugh

'I know I promised myself that I wouldn't use it, but... I got no choice...' Sapphire thought to herself and used her tail that she kept hidden and smacked the Murder Drone's face. He looked surprised before she sent him flying, once she was freed from the Murder Drone's grasp, she started to fall, and she used her wings to fly down

"Phew. That was close. I better find Uzi, she might be in trouble too" Sapphire as she put her wings and tail away, and started running to find her friend

The Murder Drone lifted himself up from the wall, and looked in the direction where Sapphire ran off and smirked

"What a very interesting drone~ This is gonna be fun~" The Murder Drone said as he took off after Sapphire

After running, Sapphire saw Uzi running to the door

"Uzi!" She called her out, and Uzi turned her head around as she continued running

"Sapphire! Did you find the piece for your railgun?!" Uzi asked as she ran

"Yeah! Did you?!" Sapphire asked as she caught up and Uzi nodded, and they finally got to the door

Meanwhile during the card game behind the doors

"Haha, I am out, boys" Todd said

"Oh gosh darn it..."

"Wait until my loving wife and kids hear about this!"

Then the door opens up, and the cold air entered inside along with Uzi and Sapphire, and they got annoyed

"Bite me! Close it, close it!" Uzi said as she pulled out the key card and swipes it to close the door, when the door was about to close, then clawed hands stopped the door from closing, and between the gap was a Murder Drone

"Hey, fellas. Oh, deal me in, I love rummy" The Murder Drone said, but shook his head "Wait, no, I'm going to murder everyone... Rain check!" Then he started swinging his acidic tail at the door scanner, breaking it and opening the door wide open

The Worker Drones soon realized the situation, Uzi, Sapphire and the rest of the Worker Drones started to run away except for Todd

"Um... Actually, it's gin rummy. So-" Todd didn't finish his sentence when he was impaled into the wall and his head was cut off

"Wow, not bad N" Another Murder Drone appeared

"E? What are you doing here?" The Murder Drone named N asked

"I hunting for my prey that caught my interest. A Worker Drone with two unique colored eyes, one eye was pink and the other one was yellow like ours, and I noticed something interesting about her too" The Murder Drone known as E explains "But less chatting and more hunting!" E said as he started going after the group

Sapphire P.O.V

As we ran, I looked back and saw the Murder Drone that I saw earlier in the building that I was in, he was attacking the other Worker Drones one by one along with the other Murder Drone that  destroyed the scanner

'No way! He followed me here?!' I thought to myself

"Hey, Uzi, Sapphire! I just realized no one's said my name out loud before, so I'm just letting you both know I'm-" He didn't say his name when the Murder Drone sliced him in half. Then the two Murder Drones expanded their wings and started pursuing after the two girls

While we were running, we pulled out our railguns, then we saw Khan and looked shocked at what's happening

"What-What have you two done?" Khan asked, before one of us could explain, the two Murder Drones swoops in

"This time, I won't miss!" Uzi said as she readied her railgun and pointed at the Murder Drone, and I pointed mine at the other Murder Drone

"I'm sorry. I really enjoyed our time together, but I can't have you shooting V with that thing" The Murder Drone said

"Bite me! Dad, get down!" Uzi said to her dad

"Uzi, Sapphire, you both led not one, but two murder drones here?!" Khan shouted, but then started to cry "My beautiful doors!"

'This guy must not really care about his daughter' I thought with an irk on my forehead

"Now is so not the time! We messed up, in the same way we're about to fix it! Move, dad!" Uzi said, but before she could pull the trigger, the Murder Drone pinned Uzi to the wall and dropping her railgun

"Uzi!" I was about to shoot the Murder Drone, but just like Uzi, I was pinned down to the ground by the Murder Drone that I met earlier

"Finally caught you~"

'What should I do? I can't use my wings or tail if Uzi or her dad are here watching!' I thought

"Dad... Point and shoot... Trust me...!" Uzi said to her dad

Khan was shaking with fear

"Come on, Khan! Just trust her!" I shouted, but Khan slowly backed away

"Dad...?" Uzi sounded heartbroken

Then Khan shuts the door, and Uzi shuts herself down

"Uzi..." I looked at Uzi with a sad look, then the lights turned red and the alarm went off

'I can't believe he left us to die...' I thought, and I noticed the Murder Drone who has Uzi pinned to the wall , shaked his head and looked frighten for some reason. Then two female Murder Drones were crawling on the ceiling

"Whoa, N! Am I dreaming or did you do something not useless for once?" The female Murder Drone with pigtails said as she and other Murder Drone jumped down

"I've been trying to get past those doors for months. Nice work, N. Right, E?"

"Yeah, I agree" The Murder Drone named E said

"...You... Me... Name... Remember...?" The Murder Drone named N looked speechless

'Was he not well liked? Why though?'

"These ventilation shafts can easily get us around this last floor" The female Murder Drone with short hair said and looked at E "Hey E! Let's have a contest! Lowest body count eats a missile!" She said as she immediately breaks into the vent

"You're so on! Guess I'll have to eat you another time, see ya later!" E said as he let go of me and crawled in the vents

"Way to go, stud. The company's gonna love this. With this colony wiped, we'll make top team this quarter, for sure. You know what that means... Branded pens!" The pig tailed Murder Drone said as she pulled out a pen with the JCJenson brand on it and tosses it to N. She was about to fly off to catch up, but N stopped her

"...Uh, you know, not that I can't wait to keep murdering all these, uh... maybe not-so-actually different from us Worker Drones, but just out of curiosity... Do we actually uh... know what the company plans to do with us afterwards...?" N asked, and I noticed Uzi was starting to wake up

"Excuse me...?"

"Okay, so a worker earlier might have suggested that they could fix up our landing pod to uh... escape the planet and stuff, which, whoa, hey, that's against the rules! But it is kind of making me question why our pods were the only one way in the first place. Cause you know, I get the feeling the company doesn't love robots, and like we might be robots. I've made a terrible mistake. It's cool how immediately I could tell" N said

"Hmm... No way, buddy. Questioning the company? You just finally gave me the excuse I needed" Then she stabbed N with something "Worker Drones are corrupted, N. That's why the company sent us. I hate to see you corrupted as well

"Thanks J... Always looking out for me... You're awesome..." Then N passed out

"Heh" The pig tailed Murder Drone named J went into the vent to catch up with V and E

Then I saw Uzi fully waking up and immediately grabs her railgun. I got up and grabbed my railgun

"Ah, biscuits. I'm sorry. I ruined your card game, then made you have an awkward moment with your dad" N said, but still sounding out of it as he lays on the floor

"And I made you rebel like an angsty teen, which got you killed. Though, you did also tried to kill me, so morality calls this a draw" Uzi said as she climbed up on top of a box to reach the vent, but couldn't reach due to her being short "Ugh... For the record, that was the lamest heel-face turn in history. Was that supposed to be you switching sides?"

"Being rebellious is a lot harder than it looks. Thanks for showing me the ropes" N said

"Okay, what happened when we split up, Uzi?" I asked

"I'll explain later" Then Uzi turned her gaze to N "Also, nuh-uh, no bonding thing. You just killed a bunch of people, idiot"

"That's super fair... *Sigh* I screwed up..." N said

"N, I may not fully know you yet, but I can tell you are trying in your own way" I said

"Ugggh...! In the same way you're about to fix it?" Uzi said as she held up the wrench her dad gave her

"Hahaha! I love doing anything!" N said

No One P.O.V

Thad was flung backwards towards the group, Lizzy and Doll both rushes over to him to help him up, then J arrives

"So... They found our evacuation spot. But if we build a quick door..."

"Are you kidding me?! You're the WDF, right? Defend!" Thad shouted as he got up, but Khan backed away like a coward along with his friends "For real?"

Then V and E arrives and  V impales Thad. She was about to kill him when suddenly...

"Hey!"

"Huh?" V looked behind her

"Put that conventionally attractive male down!" Sapphire shouted, Thad blushed and E's eyebrow twitched in anger

'She thinks I'm attractive?' Thad thought to himself feeling happy and V drops him, making him run back to the others who were hiding

N was waving, then Uzi nudges him

Oh! Uh... J, you're sometimes kind of mean to me, and I wish you weren't. Just some constructive criticism" N said

"Nice" Uzi said as she, N and Sapphire fist bumped

"Noted, traitor. We'll circle back after I right-sized your existence!" J shouted

"Okay, which one do you guys want?" Uzi asked

"I'll take on E" Sapphire said

"J, please" N said

"Too bad. Good luck" Uzi said as she went towards J and Sapphire went towards E, leaving N with V. Uzi flings her pen at J's hair. Uzi readied her railgun, but J manages to knock Uzi down and yanks the pen out of her hair

"Damn the well-made quality assured durability of JCJenson's products! Huh?" J notices Uzi getting back up and kicked her face with the pen

With Sapphire and E

E was flying all over the place with his hands as guns, he was shooting at Sapphire. Sapphire  was running and dodging the shots

"Come on! Why don't you show me that form that I saw earlier?!" E shouted

'I wish I could, but I can't risk it! I don't want to lose control because it'll greatly increase my hunger' I thought to myself as I hid myself behind some fallen debris. I pulled out my railgun and aimed 'He's flying all over the place. I can't get a good aim!' 

"What wrong? Can't aim?!" E shouted as he stopped flying right under the ceiling, and it gave her the idea. She aimed her railgun above the ceiling, when she pulled the trigger, E moved out of the way from the shot

"Ha! What was that!? That aim was useless!" E shouted, but failed to noticed the ceiling crumbling down. By the time he noticed, he was buried underneath the debris

"That was so cool!" Sapphire heard Thad said

With N and V

N was dodging V's slash attacks, when he down, V changed her sword hand into a gun. N did the same thing with his hand, he was about to fire but instead of bullets, hearts shoots out

"Aahh! My mind's in a weird place! Don't read into this!" N shouted looking embarrassed, then landing next to him was a rocket and later explodes

With J and Uzi

J pulled the pen out of her face and crushes it. She started to laugh evilly as she raised up her arm and sent a shockwave that knocked Uzi out

With N and V

V and N were sword fighting now, while fighting, N noticed Uzi is knocked out

"Uzi!" N then turned to V "I'm so sorry. Have fun repressing this!" N said as he licked V's sword

"Ew! What the hell?!" V shouted and N kicked her down

J looms over Uzi, she tried to grab her railgun, but J kicked it away from her

"You've got a lot of guts for a barely sentient toaster, I've had prey fight fact before, but your edgy spirit is just... so... painful?!" J looked down and saw her leg was stabbed by the tail's needle "GAH! FOURTH! QUARTER! PROFITS! MOTHER OF COMPANY LEADERSHIP RETREATS!" J shouted as she holds her stabbed leg and tripped over a piece of rubble and falls over. Then Uzi got up, grabs her railgun and points at J

"One more buzzword and I'll do it!" Uzi shouted along with Sapphire

"...Equity partnersh-" J didn't finish her sentence as Uzi and Sapphire pulled the trigger and obliterated half of J. Uzi and Sapphire put their railguns down, and Uzi spits on what's left of J. When the others came out from hiding, they started to cheer for them

Uzi was about to fall over from exhaustion, but N picked her up and placed her over his shoulders

"Holy hell, Uzi, Sapphire, that was insane!" Thad said and he turned to look at N "And you too, uh..."

"Huh? Oh! N! I'm an angsty rebellious disassembly drone now" N said as a pair of digital sunglasses appeared on his face

Then they heard someone clearing their throat, and they saw Khan. Uzi was angry at her father that she threw the wrench by his feet

"We brought the murder drones here accidentally. You chose to leave us for dead instead of just freaking believing in us! That's not even an edgy teen hyperbole like when I said it last week!" Khan didn't say anything, he remained silent. Uzi was about to cry, but smacks herself to regain her composure "We'll save you the trouble dad, we banish ourselves!" Uzi declared, Khan tries to speak, but has nothing to say "Let's go, N, Sapphire. Everyone here can bite me!" N grabbed both the unconscious V and E and dragged them

"Nice to meet you, Mr. Uzi!" N said and Uzi smacks N

"Shut it" Uzi said and N wrapped his tail around Sapphire

"Hold on tight" N said as he flew out of the building

Thad looked at where they exited out and looking sad

Khan takes a sip from his mug with a look of disappointment cause he knew he should've done something

Outside

Uzi and Sapphire looked at the sky as the sun started to rise

"I'd join you if the sun didn't kill me. Hope you're having important character growth or something though!" N said as he tried to lighten the mood

"Just can't wait to murder all humans. Classic robot stuff. I hope they're sitting pretty there on Earth because we're coming for them!" Uzi said as she started to laugh maniacally

'I wonder if I'll be able to watch some anime out here cause I need to watch some episodes after today and I should eat something. I need to keep my hunger down' Sapphire thought to herself as she decided to lay on the snow
