Currently, Sora is getting ready to fight in his sixth placement match and he is up against a second year student named Eliot Forster.

Eliot: Ehh... So you are the famous Murakumo... I've been dying to fight you. So please don't keep me waiting!

Sora: It's an honor to meet you!

Both Sora and Eliot summoned their Device and Eliot is a rapier Device while Sora summoned his blue energy blade Ser-Veresta and Eliot look at him surprised that he is not using his real Device form.

Eliot: Why aren't you using that Ser-Veresta: Orga Lux of yours? It would be such a shame if you were to hold back against me.

Sora: Unfortunately, something came up. And I won't be able to use it...

Eliot then looked at Sora disappointed, due to Sora holding back against him.

Eliot: Well then, those Sword Skill that everyone won't shut up about. Time to show me what you got!

Sora: Your on!

From the stands, everyone was watching as the two of them got ready to fight.

Ikki: This may be a close fight. Elliot is skilled in the Saint Galahadworth style of sword fighting, which involves twisting the wrist to cut in an arc and also utilizing an extending thrust. He's also Nickname "Shining Sword". One of the strongest in the Second Year.

Julis: So is Sora. If not, he is one of the strongest when it comes to swordsmanship.

Stella: But he is not using his Orga Lux.

Shizuku: The Orga Lux is a heavy 2 handed sword Device. If Sora used it, he won't be able to keep up with Eliot speed. That's why he's using his normal Ser-Veresta.

Nagi: By the way, Julis. I heard you just won your match. Aren't you injured?

Julis: Yeah, the guy I fought was wearing a metal type armor device. But my element is fire, so I managed to roast the guy easily. Through he did managed to land a solid hit on my shoulder.

Everyone then saw Eliot rushed at Sora and thrust his rapier, and Sora managed to parried it and Eliot did a Horizontal slashed, but Sora dodge it by jumping back and Eliot looked at him surprised.

Eliot: Can't believe you actually dodge that... I've never even used that move in the Seven Star Festival tournament before.

Sora: It was pretty good. Your skill and counter attack are stronger than I thought.

Sora then smirked at Eliot.

Sora: That fist strike you made was a decoy, wasn't it?

Eliot looked at him impressed.

Eliot: Yeah, I hate to admit it, but you are right. Countering isn't all I can do though. Prepare yourself!

Eliot then rushed at Sora and went to thrust his rapier at him, and Sora once again parried it and dodge the attack, but

Eliot continue to rushed him with a barrage of thrust, keeping Sora in the defense, and Sora went to slash him and jumped into the air and did

a Avalanche strike, but Eliot managed to block it and the two of the were currently locking blade.

Hangestu: Look at them go! The First year Murakumo and the second year Eliot Forster are not giving each other an inch!

Sora: You really are strong just as the people said.

Eliot: Of course!

Sora(mind): But your swordsmanship is still to light! Not in strength, but in determination!

Sora then broke the lock and started gaining the upper hand by sending a barrage of slashes forcing Eliot to step back, but

Eliot managed to parried Sora's attack leaving him opened, and went to thrust his rapier at Sora, but Sora smirked at him and reverse grip his blade and parried Eliot's attack and jumped back.

Sora: Amagiri Shinmei Style: Twin Demon Wasp!

Sora then thrust his sword at Eliot and slashed through him, and Eliot looked completely shocked and fell down unconscious.

Hangestu: The match is over! Sora the Murakumo is the winner!

After the fight, Sora started to make his way towards the others, when suddenly as he was about to run through the corner, he saw a girl with long silver hair, with two small twin tails with a braid wrapped around each, and grey eyes. And the two of them were surprised to see one another,

and both Sora and the girl tried to dodge it at the same time by going in the same direction which cause them to hit each other in the head.

Sora: Ow...

Sora then stood up and went to give his hand towards the girl.

Sora: Are you alright?

Sora then noticed something and started blushing.

Girl: Yes. I'm fine.

The girl then noticed that Sora is looking away from her blushing and she saw that her skirt was a bit over the top showing her panties and she started covering it blushing as well.

Sora: Um... Well, I'm sorry about that. I wasn't paying attention.

Sora then once again extended his hand towards the girl and she continue to look away blushing until she finally took his hand and stood up.

Girl: N-No, I'm the one who should be apologizing.

Sora then noticed a tree branch on her hair.

Sora: Looks like you got something on your hair.

The girl started to panic and started looking at her hair trying to find it.

Girl: Where is it?

Sora: Here. Hold still.

Sora then grabbed the tree branch from her hair and she bowed down her head.

Girl: Um... Thank you.

Sora: Well...

???: Kirin! Quit dawdling there!

The two of them then saw a man calling out for her and the girl named Kirin looked at her terrified.

Kirin: Y-Yes, sir! I'm sorry! S-see you later!

Sora: Ah, yeah.

Kirin then walked away and Sora looked at her confused and went towards the other and met up with them.

Julis: Your late! Where were you?

Sora: Sorry... got a little side track.

Julis: Come on! Ikki and Stella's match are about to start!

Sora: I know... I know...

(Timeskip)

After both Ikki and Stella won their match, Ikki and Stella met up with the others.

Shizuku: Congratulation on both of your match, Sora, Big Brother!

Ikki: My wrist really hurt though.

Stella were looking at them annoyed due to Shizuku leaning against Ikki and Shizuku grabbed his hand.

Shizuku: Are you alright? Should Shizuku heal it and nurse you?

Ikki: Eh?

Stella: How long are you going to cling to him, Shizuku?! And you, Ikki! At least shake her off!

Shizuku then looked at Ikki with a sad look.

Shizuku: Big Brother, you won't be cold towards a little sister... who adores you this much, will you?

Ikki: Yeah, I won't.

Shizuku then smirked at Stella.

Shizuku: Do you understand? You have noting to do with this, so please don't interrupt.

Stella: I-I do have something to do with it!

There was a short silent and Sora, Julis, and Nagi just sighed at them.

Julis: Will you two just get along?

Sora: And, Ikki. How long are you going to ignore that?

Nagi: She's been doing it for awhile now.

Ikki: guess you've both noticed too.

Shizuku, Julis and Stella looked confused.

Shizuku: Big Brother . What are you taking about?

Ikki: It looks like somebody is shadowing me.

Stella: Huh?!

Shizuku: You mean, a stalker?!

Stella: A s-stalker is what, someone who sends a shaver in a envelope, right?

Shizuku: Stella, it's a shaving blade. Who sends an entire shaver?

Nagi: It's been a week already, hasn't it?

Julis: What?! That long?!

Ikki then looked over at a tree.

Ikki: Hey, you, hiding over there! Do you have some business with me?

Suddenly, a girl with long black hair fell over from behind the tree and fell down.

Shizuku: This girl...

Stella: Well, I've seen her somewhere....

Julis: Is it from the pool...?

???: Ah, no, it's not like that!

Sora and Ikki: Hmm?

???: I-I...

Sora: Hey wait! Behind you is...

The girl then went to run away, but she ran into a railing and fell into the water.

Everyone: Uh...

After Sora and Ikki had gotten the girl out of the water, they had taken her to the infirmary and everyone else had followed.

???: T-Thank you for saving me... I'm, um, a third year... Um...

Ikki: Is something wrong?

???: You know, I'm too embarrassed to look in the boy's eyes...

Negi: What a shy senior student.

Ayase; I'm Ayase Ayatsuji, of Class 3-1.

Sora and Ikki: Ayatsuji...?

Ikki: Are you by any chance related to Kaito Ayatsuji?

Ayase: Kaito Ayatsuji is my father.

After hearing this, Ikki started going fan boy and started asking questions and Stella and Julis looked confused.

Ikki: I knew it! I thought that might be the case when I saw those bamboo sword calluses!

Stella: Hey, Alice, Sora, who's Kaito Ayatsuji?

Julis: Yeah, I would like to know that as well?

Negi: Well, I don't know him.

Sora: He was a gifted swordsman known as"The Last Samurai".

Shizuku: The Tenryu Gozen Match, The Tozai Toitsu Match, The Musahi Cup, The Judan Match...He won in all well known tournaments, and enjoyed his glory in the world of the Japanese sword. He's a true master. But he's not widely known because he's not a blazer.

Ikki: When I was little, I used to study Swordplay by watching the videos of his matches.

Sora: And my sister always quote about him during our training together.

Sora: It is such an honor, being able to meet his daughter after all!

Ikki: Come to think of it, I haven't heard his name a lot lately. What's going on?

Ayase then looked down saddened.

Ayase: There was an accident during a match, and he's being hospitalized...

Shizuku: More importantly, will you tell us why have you been stalking my Big Brother ? I'm pretty sure you were staring at him with dirty desires in mind.

Both Sora and Julis then karate chop both Shizuku and Stella on the head.

Sora and Julis: Knock it off!

Stella and Shizuku: Ow...

Ayase: N-No, it's not like that! I wanted to get swordsmanship tips from Ikki. I've been practicing Ayatsuji Ittou-Style by myself, but I don't seem to be getting anywhere... But I had no idea how to talk to a guy I didn't know, so...

Ikki: You've been thinking for a week how to talk to me?

Ayase: E-Embarrassingly, yes.

Nagi: Oh my.

Ayase: I'm truly sorry!

Both Sora and Ikki just smile at her.

Ikki: Miss Ayatsuji, would you like to practice swordsmanship together with us?

Ayase then looked at Sora and Ikki shocked.

Ayase: What?

Sora and Nagi are currently making their way towards the training ground as they saw some of the students waving at Sora wishing him luck.

Nagi: You've become so popular!

Sora: Shut up, Alice!

Sora and Nagi then heard a slap and Sora saw it was the same man he saw yesterday along with the girl.

???: I already told you that's none of your concern, Kirin!

Kirin: B-But, Uncle...

???: I never gave you permission to talk back, either!

The man was about to slap her again, when suddenly Sora grabbed his hand and Kirin and the man looked at him surprised.

Sora: That's enough.

???: Who the hell are you?

Sora: I may not know what this is about, but I don't approve of ever raising a hand to a girl.

???: I was merely discipling her as her Uncle. Outsider should stay out of family matters!

Sora: Uncle?

Kouichirou: I'm Kouichirou Toudou. Kirin Toudou here is my neice.

Sora: Toudou? As in Touka Toudou? The Student Council President?

Kirin: She's my older sister...

Kouichirou: Now that you know, get out of my way. Besides, just like your sister, you are basically immune to anything of this level, aren't you?

Sora continue to stand in front of Kirin and she looked at him surprised.

Sora: That doesn't mean we don't feel pain.

Kirin looked at Sora shocked that he continue to protect her and Kouichirou looked at him annoyed.

Kouichirou: What's your name?

Sora: Sora Yatagami.

Kouichirou: Yatagami? The F-Rank, Murakumo eh. Alright then! If you have a problem with my way of doing things, tell me what you'd rather I do. I will comply, so speak up.

Sora: Then I only have one request. Don't ever get violent with her again. Can you promise me that?

Kirin once again look at Sora even more surprised.

Kouichirou: Yes, I can do that. If you win a duel that is.

Sora: A duel?

Kouichirou then walked beside Kirin and put his hand on her shoulder.

Kouichirou: And your opponent is her.

Sora and Kirin looked at him completely shocked.

Kirin: Uncle! I couldn't...

Kouichirou: Kirin! You don't intend to defy me just like your sister, do you?!

Kirin looked at him terrified and just look down.

Kirin: No, of course not.

Kouichirou: Then good. If you defeat the Ser-Veresta, it'll pad your resume further.

Sora: I'm sorry. But it is against the rules to be fighting in an empty field without the teachers permission. And deploying your Device will cause even more chaos.

Kouichirou: Then I'll notify the teachers that it is my request! So problem solves.

Sora then looked at him annoyed and saw Kirin was already deploying her Device and looked at Sora with a serious look.

Kirin: I'm sorry.

Sora: N-No. why should I have to fight you?

Kirin: All you have to do is decline, and that'll be the end of it.

Sora: And what happen to you if I do? What'll happen to you?

Kirin then looked down saddened.

Kirin: I... Don't worry about me. Nothing can be done to change my fate.

Sora: In that case, I can't decline.

Kirin looked at him surprised and gave him a sad smile before looking at him with a serious look and drew her Device.

Kirin: You're very kind, Yatagami. I have no choice then. I can't afford to lose this duel.

Sora(mind): Her attitude completely change the moment she drew her Device.

Sora then summoned his Ser-Veresta: Orga Lux and Kirin looked at him shocked.

Kouichirou: Kirin, don't cross swords with that Orga Lux of his! It'll slice through your sword!

Kirin: Here I come!

Kirin then rushed at Sora at in incredible amount of speed completely shocking him.

Sora(mind): So fast!

Kirin then went to thrust her sword towards Sora's face, and Sora barely managed to dodge it in time and went to slash her but she jumped back and Sora rushed towards her and went to slash her, but Kirin speed was much faster than his making him on the defense, and Sora once again jumped back dodging her strike.

Kirin: Yatagami, you're very powerful. I'm surprised.

Sora: I could say the same to you.

Ikki, Stella, Julis, Shizuku and Ayase then managed to got there and saw the commotion and was surprised to see Sora fighting against someone.

Julis: I told him not to get into any duels! That idiot!

Stella: No way! The pressure is on Sora?

Nagi: Glad you make it!

Shizuku: So what's this all about?

Nagi then explain the situation towards the others and they all looked surprised.

Ikki: I see. But, it's not looking good for him, though.

Nagi: Well of course. He's up against the notorious Lightning Blade Speed a B-rank. But it doesn't look likes Sora's going all out with the Ser-Veresta yet. That Kirin girl dodge every blow without once receiving an attack.

Everyone then looked at Nagi shocked and saw that he was completely right, during the fight, Sora hasn't land one blow against Kirin in the slightest.

Julis: You can actually follow their movements?

Julis then realized something and looked at Nagi.

Julis: Never mind that! How long has the duel been going for?!

Everyone other than Ayase then looked at Nagi and he just close his eyes.

Nagi: It's already almost 4 minutes.

Everyone then looked at Sora worried, and back with the duel, Sora and Kirin continue to trade blows with one another without giving the others much time to think.

Kirin(mind): Amazing... I never thought he'd be this good. Is he really an F-Rank?

Sora(mind): Dammit! I'm out of time. I can read her movement. I'll wait until the last second to dodge and come out swinging!

Sora then rushed towards Kirin and went for an over head slash and Kirin went to slash him, and Sora barely dodge it with a small slash on his shirt, and went to slash her, but she dodge it, and

Kirin once again managed to slice some of his shirt and Sora rushed in towards her completely shocking her.

Kirin(mind): He's rushing to end it. But why?

Kirin then parried his attack with her hand and slashed Sora on the chest and he fell down on the ground and once he got up, Kirin pointed her sword on his neck winning the duel completely shocking everyone.

Kouichirou: Come on, Kirin! We'll be taking our leave once we explain to the teachers and the Director!

Kirin: Huh? Okay!

Kirin then bow down her head towards Sora and left them and Julis cam towards him and grabbed his shoulder.

Julis: Come on! We need to get going right now!

Ikki: Yeah! It won't be much longer until you reach your limit!

Sora: R-Right!

Stella: And you got some explaining to do?

Sora: I know! I'll explain everything after we clear things up with the teachers!

After explaining towards Kurono, Sora was given a one day suspension, and after the Training they had with Ayase, on her stance and how she shouldn't fully copy her father's technique, all of them were currently walking back to their dorm.

Sora: I guess you guys are mad at me?

Julis: Yes, very perceptive. And do you know why?

Sora: Sort off. Is it because of that duel with that Kirin girl?

Julis: No! You did the right thing.

Sora: Huh?

Stella: No one should be used as a tool! Not by anyone, especially a member of their own family.

Sora: You guys...

Shizuku: In fact, if you turn a blind eye to what that bastard is doing. We would all have been disappointed in you.

Ikki: If we all seen what you saw, we're sure we would have done the same thing.

Sora looked at them surprised and smile at them.

Ayase: Not at all. Both you and Sora, I'm thankful to the both of you. And your hands... They're strong and big... It made me happy since they reminded me of my father's hand.

Ikki then looked at his hand which is all bruise up due to training.

Ikki: I never thought my hands would get such praise.

Ayase: I think your kind of hands are really cool. I love people who are driven and dedicated to something.

Ayase then started blushing.

Ayase: But...I didn't mean that in a naughty way, I swear!I just meant I have a high opinion of you both!

Ikki: We know that.

Sora: Calm down!

Stella then looked down at Shizuku.

Stella: Shizuku. Doesn't that irritate you? That both Ikki and Sora all over her?

Shizuku: Not really. It's nothing but swordsmanship coaching, anyway. Unlike a certain sow, she's not ogling them in a lewd way.

Stella: WHO'S A SOW?!?!

Shizuku: Also, as long as the two of them are happy, I don't mind if it's not with me.

Stella and Julis: Eh?

Shizuku: If she can give them happiness... if she doesn't betray them or cause them sorrow... that will make me so happy. Especially, Big Brother Sora.

Julis: So grown up.

???: Ah...

Everyone then looked in front of them and saw Kirin as she was running towards them.

Kirin: Hello again, Sora.

Sora: O-Oh... Nice to see you again. Is something wrong?

Kirin then started blushing and looked at him.

Kirin: I-I wanted, to say thank you so much!

Sora: Hah? For what?

Kirin: Well... Even though I was a total strangers, you still protected me from my Uncle. And I feel very grateful. Although, the duel didn't end in your favor.

Sora: Hey... no worries. I mean, I couldn't actually save you in the end.

Kirin: That's not true.

Sora: But that is a very strict Uncle of yours. And from what I've heard, the Toudou style training regiment is also strict.

Kirin then looked at them surprised.

Kirin: Wait! You mean you know about our fighting style?

Ikki: Of course we do. I mean, your sister is the best Blazer at Hagun Academy.

Sora: What kind of a swordsman would we be if we didn't. The Toudou Style is like folding a paper crane.

Kirin then looked at them happily.

Kirin: Actually, the Amagiri Style is an ancient one too!

Sora then looked at her surprised.

Sora: Yes, that's right! I'm impress!

Everyone started making their ways towards their dorm, and during the way, Kirin had told her story about her father, on how she was taken hostage in an attempted robbery. Her father killed the robber, however because he was a Blazer and the robber was a normal person, the incident didn't qualify as self defense and therefore he was sent to prison for murder.

Sora: I see.

Kirin: Yes, I could easily taken that man down, but I was a coward. And I just sat there frowning. That's why I must do something, or it might be decades before father gets out.

Ikki: What about your sister Touka?

Kirin: She decided to ignore our Uncle. She want to choose her own path instead of blinding following our Uncle.

Sora: And that's exactly why...

Kirin: Huh?

Sora: You didn't choose this path for yourself. If you continue, than you're not gonna last very long. And trust me, this is a lesson I learn a long time ago.

Kirin then looked down saddened and Sora just patted her head and smile at her.

Sora: You'll be fine. Because you're not alone. You have us... and you have your sister. If no one will be there, you've got me.

Ikki: As long as it's a path you chose for yourself that is.

Kirin: Do you guys really mean it?

She saw that everyone is smiling at her and nodded their head and she smile at them.

It's been a few days and Sora and Ikki have been helping Ayase with her training and with Sora training with Kirin as well and as thanks, Ayase had taken Sora, Ikki, Julis, Stella and Kirin out to dinner.

Ayase: Thank you so much for helping me every day. It's my treat today, so you 5 eat whatever you want.

Sora: Well... Thank you, Ayase.

Kirin: Um... Is it really alright for me to be here?

Ikki: Of course it's alright! You help us a lot. But...

Ikki then looked over at Stella who was stuffing her face.

Ikki: Stella...shouldn't you hold back a little?

Stella: I can't help it. I need to eat this mush or my body doesn't move well.

Ayase: I see. Four portions of mixed grill and three steaks... and that waist is still so slim. I don't get it.

Julis: Ignore her. She is always a glutton.

Ayase: Since I started training with you everyday has been full of new discoveries. Little by little, very gradually, but I can feel that I'm getting closer to my father. I can't thank you enough.

Kirin: Me too. Even though it is not a lot, I really enjoy the new change of pace.

Sora: Excuse me, but you're being rude. Could you all please leave us?

Boy: What?! Who the hell are you? You freaken give us attitude, and we'll freakin kill ya, asshole!

The boy with the named Kuraudo just looked at Sora and spoke up.

Kuraudo: You. You're a swordsman, aren't you?

Sora didn't say anything and just looked at Kuraudo and Kuraudo narrows his eyes at him and smirked.

Kuraudo: My bad, bro, for interrupting your meal. I just saw an old face, so I had to say hi.

Kuraudo then took a bottle from another person's table and started pouring it into Sora's cup.

Kuraudo: This is a token of my apology. Please take it.

Sora didn't say anything and went to pick it up, but Kuraudo then smashed the bottle in Sora's face and started laughing.

Kuraudo: A swordsmanship should really keep his guard up.

Stella: Sora!

Julis: Sora!

Ayase: Sora!

Kirin: Sora!

Kuraudo: Listen up, asshole! There's nothing better than destroying weak little swordsman just like you. So let's get it on! You have your Device don't you?

Sora:...

Stella: You worthiness shitheads!

Julis: We're gonna sent you back into an ash!

Ikki and Sora then held their hand up, to stop them.

Ikki: Stella...

Sora: Julis... Don't worry about it. His hand just slip... It's nothing to fight about.

Stella: W-What are you taking about?!

The group of students just started laughing and Kuraudo just looked at Sora annoyed and then he spit it Sora's face and Sora did nothing and Stella and Julis then got even more annoyed and went to activate their device, but Ikki and Sora held their arm tightly and lowered it.

Kuraudo: Fuck him. Hassling with a chicken like him is going to degrade us. Let's go.

Kuraudo and the group of students then left and started to wipe the spit off his face.

Stella: What the hell is wrong with you, Sora?!

Julis: Letting these douchebags say all they want! I mean you took the first blow on purpose!

Ayase and Kirin: What?!

Sora: If avoid it, it could complicate things even further.

Ikki: And you can't use a Device on a place like this. Sora could get expelled.

Stella: T-That's true, but...you didn't need to use Ser-Veresta to get rid of them.

Ikki: I'm not sure about that. That man was very strong.

???: Wow, what a disaster, what a misfortune.

The 6 of them heard the voice and was shocked and looked back to see a small boy with white hair.

???: You got hassled by Kuraudo Kurahiki, the Sword Eater. He's the ace of Donro Academy, and he just picks on any and everyone who get his attention. But your call was right, Sora. Because he was in the the top eight in last year's Seven Star Battle Festival.

???: Yes, that's absolutely right.

They looked over and saw women in a long white dress holding an umbrella.

???: If you did anything violent, then I'd have to hold all of you down right here.

Stella: Ikki, Sora, Who are they?

Ikki: The Vice President of Hagun Academy's student council, Utakata Misogi and Kanata Totokubara, who's in charge of according.

Julis: Student council...

Utakata: So let me treat your wound, lower classman. Show me the wound on your head.

After healing Sora, the 6 of them started to make their way back to the dorm and Ayase spoke up.

Ayase: Sora...Are you alright?

Sora: Yeah, thanks to Utakata or the treatment. It feels like the wound just vanished.

Stella: More importantly, who were they?

Ayase didn't say anything and stopped walking and looked down.

Ikki: If you don't want to answer, you don't have to. But if you're in some kind of trouble with them, then let us help. We're friends after all.

Ayase: Ikki...I-
