A kapre sat on the branch of a Narra tree that night, smoking tabacco that made the young girl wrinkle her nose.

"May bago akong kwento." He says, puffing out a breath of smoke.

"Okay," the young girl says eagerly, readying her pen and paper. "I'm listening."
