Zero was confused.

'What are they talking about?' Zero thought to himself, as people started chatting with them. Agreeing on the strangeness of their departure from earlier. 'They left because of learning about Lord Daraku and needed to keep an eye on their own megaverses!'

What was going on? The only other ones as confused as him were his own family, Tempest and his family, Shifter and Umbra. Even Evo didn't find anything strange!

...Unless...

Zero quickly looked into the never ending timelines and realized with absolute shock.

'...The timelines have been rewritten!' He thought to himself as he sent this info to Tempest and the others that still remembered. 'The future has changed!'

But why didn't Aka and Ember not remember?

'Perhaps certain requirements are needed to not forget?'

'I feel that this isn't the end. That Lord Daraku was only the beginning.'

Vakama said as Zero cut off the communications and turned to the group.

The Greek Gods shouted in shock as the demigods shouted out the Gods names.

Ignika sweatdropped knowing that an alternate version of Chaos lived inside him.

Kurama and the other tailed beasts mentally shouted out in shock!

The Vanguardians/Paradigm groups jumped back.

The RODK and Union casts stared in shock.

Luke jumped a few good feet from his seat. Christina gasped, even though she had seen it, it still didn't fail to scare her!

Even though he and his group could do it better, this was still rather impressive.

Enterprise and the other shipgirls that wore stoic expressions stared in horror at what just one blast unleashed.

The Sirens paled in comparison to this!

That sent violent shivers down their spines.

Because if they did possess this kind of technology, then that means that they were playing around with them.

Soon, people were running and screaming as the building was completely destroyed and consumed in a wall of flames. Flames that were making their approach towards the helpless humans that were desperately attempting to escape with their lives.

In a building, a man can be seen printing papers.

"What the hell is that idiot doing!?" Monty shouted. "Didn't he receive the message that EVERYONE was ordered to evacuate!? No exceptions!?"

"It's probably because he didn't hear it." Vaggie swallowed her saliva as she spoke. "Perhaps there's no radio there or the tv is off. He probably didn't realize what was going on!"

"What about the police telling those people to get of that building?"

Fuuga asked.

"He probably thought that it was not a legal party or that there was something else going on."

Merii said out loud.

"True." Lorem nodded. "He probably didn't think twice about it because it's probably a normal thing."

"Until they start shooting." Jean Bart (AZ) spoke up. "Then there is cause for concern."

"Ain't that the truth?"

Nightwing muttered to himself.

"Well. He's as good dead."

Grace Afton deadpanned.

William got PTSD flashbacks from all the times he's gotten burned.

The building begins to shake as he noticed a bright light. Turning, he saw the flames approaching as the wind picked up.

"Where did the wind come from?"

"Most likely there must have been an open window."

Antauri answered, as he managed to keep his emotions in check.

*CRASH!!*

Soon glass exploded as the man was sent flying while the fire consumed and destroyed the building.

"What are the odds he managed to survive?"

Krillian asked his wife.

"Probability...0% of survival."

Krillian drawled out.

"Just wishful thinking."

Cars could be seen flying as people desperately tried to escape.

"Well...there's their flying cars of the future."

No one was laughing.

All kinds of sounds could be heard as cars fell on top of other cars, breaking glass.

And unintentionally setting off the car horns and alarms.

Ron whispered, terrified.

"And I thought Voldemort was bad."

Harry shivered.

"...Headmaster." Snape managed to keep his composure. "If this were to actually happen in our world. What are the chances that we will be able to avoid destruction of the Wizarding World?"

Here, the HP turned to Dumbledore.

"Honestly, Severus?" Dumbledore stroked his beard. "I cannot say. Sure, our magic can repel No Maj technology, but even then, it can be a bit of stretch since some technology isn't affected by magic. And who knows if alien technology could easily detect our world despite our precautions."

The members of the Wizarding World shivered at the implications that not even THEY were safe.

Because their Magic can block out human technology. But Alien technology?

Well...it's never been tested and they pray it never will be.

Sora and the others just stared in numb shock and horror. Sure, they had an inclination of just how evil they were due to how they responded to the Earth inhabitants attempts to communicate with them.

But they never thought they were that malicious!!

"What do they hope to gain from this?"

"Just senseless destruction."

"Perhaps it can be traced to the past from when it first started."

The City Destroyer soon finished charging up as a beam hit the building. Perplexing the onlookers for a moment as it turned brighter, before.

Loremaster scoffed.

"Why don't they ever run?"

"Because it's a once in a lifetime opportunity for them to see."

Aka answered.

"EMPHASIS on the 'once in a lifetime opportunity' part."

Kong added.

"Those poor souls."

Himeko said.

"AHHH!!"

They started running as the building exploded and was consumed by fire.

"I heard somebody say: BURN BABY BURN! DISCO INFERNO!"

Deadpool and Adam shouted.

Getting facepalms and some slight chuckles out of that.

"Oh come on!" Shifter shouted annoyed. "You'll laugh at the merc and dickass angel jokes but not mine?!"

People were running and screaming.

"Wait...isn't New York City where Tyrian is at?"

Evolto coughed out his laugh at the completely unexpected response.

The same could be said for everyone else in the theater at the man unexpected last words.

Different than what Marty said, but oh well!

Were his last words as flames and flying cars took the screen.

Now, everyone was quiet at that.

"May his soul rest in peace."

Jeanne D'Arc (FGO) said.

At the White House, the last of the staff members were onboard the helicopter as the vehicle lifted itself into the air.

"Oh, good." Hestia breathed a sigh of relief. "They're getting out of there in time."

"Wait for it..."

Gojo Satoru simply said.

One of the staff members looking out the window as the White House was hit with a light.

*PEW* *BLAST* KABOOM*

The White House exploded, consuming the helicopter as it tried to escape!

*SCREECH*

Horrible, metal screeching sounds were the last things to be heard as it was destroyed.

"Oh, no!"

Several people shouted.

"Bingo."

Gojo (JJk) emotionlessly said.

"Saw that coming."

Kismet deadpanned.

"You don't need to be a genius or see the future to know that."

Vlad King added.

The flames continued spreading, destroying buildings, killing the poor souls that couldn't escape in time, and sending vehicles flying.

"And I thought Talulah flames were horrifying!"

Mephisto shouted out.

"This makes hers look like child play!"

Several Reunion members nodded their heads in agreement.

"Well, with her she has them under her control." Skullshatter pointed out. Even though he too felt fear at the pure destruction it left behind. "She can control them. But this? This is just a maelstrom of carnage and death."

A man could be seen quickly getting out of his vehicle, while in another car. Two people were trying to quickly get out.

*CRASH*

As a person was sent flying straight into their windshield, smashing the glass into pieces.

"Such senseless destruction."

Mothra stared in horror.

The scene moves to a distance as we can see the City Destroyer finishing up its blast. Back on the ground people were running and screaming as buildings were destroyed.

"Such destruction from one single blast."

Sophia said.

"They concentrated all their energy into those single blasts." Maria shook her head. "The result? Massive destruction on an epic scale."

*BLARE* ALARM*

A firetruck was sent flying into the air, spinning as it did so.

"Why can vehicles do a better job at spinning in the air?"

Then the flames reached Congress.

*CRACK* *CRUSH*

And crushed and destroyed the Legislature of the Federal Government of the United States.

"OOH!!" "AGH!!" "THE PAIN!!" "OH, I FELT THAT!!"

The American superheroes and villains (Except for the douchebags of course) stared in shock. While the Greek/Roman pantheons groaned at the pain in their hearts at the destruction of the Congress building.

(Since, you know, Congress designs were derived from ancient Greece and Rome architectures)

"NOOOOOOOO!!"

Leo Valdez (and several others) shouted out dramatically.

*SMACK!!*

"OW!!"

Leo Valdez rubbed his face in pain, a red handprint could be seen.

"Get a hold of yourself, Leo!" Piper shouted, having been the one to smack him. "This isn't happening in our world!"

"But it still hurts!"

He cried out.

"The emotional pain is real!!"

Jason Grace just sighed.

Even though he couldn't deny that Leo was wrong.

Pain.

*RUMBLE*

The scene changes back to airport as the plane started shaking as it started gaining momentum for liftoff. Ozma daughters ran up and hugging their father as the plane started accelerating.

"Oh, thank God!"

Christina sighed.

What? There were parts that were not in the movie that were shown in that world. And not every world is going to follow the same script as it did in the movie. For all they know, they could have ended up dying right then and there!

As the inferno started consuming the airport.

"Get out of there!" "My heart!"

Everyone in the plane held their breath. As the plane managed to get off the ground and into the air. And just in the nick of time too as the flames barely got too close for comfort.

*SIGH!!*

People sunk down to their chairs.

Their hearts couldn't take much more of this.

The plane was still shaking from the force of the inferno as the pilot got them higher and higher into the sky. The lights constantly dimming from the vibrations.

Outside, you could see the airplane flying overhead as the enormous stream of fire was the only thing that could be seen as it consumed the ground.

Until finally, the plane stabilized and got them out of danger.

"Well..." Amanda Waller hesitantly spoke. "At least the President was able to get out."

Now, why she was hesitant to speak up?

Well, as Batman once said to her after a confrontation. She is a patriot. And while her methods are dubious and questionable, she did it for the best of the nation, and by. extension the world.

Even if her actions could be considered inhumane and heartless.

And while she was glad the President was safe. She was still saddened at the death of countless innocent lives.

Something that Batman and the others shared. Because this was happening around the world at the same time as well in that world.

But while, the President and the others were safe.

*CRASH* *BURN* *CRACKLE*

The rest of the country was not. The flames consuming much of Los Angeles buildings as it continued its path of death and destruction.

*AHH!!* *AAH!!*

"We still have to watch them suffer!?"

Naruto and the others shouted out in shock. Even for ice cold individuals like Sasuke this was pure cruelty to force them to watch others try to flee with futile hope.

...It was also reminding Sasuke of when Itachi mercilessly tortured him with the Tsukuyomi in order to make himself out to be the bad guy.

People were running and screaming in a tunnel, trying to avoid falling over cars as they tried to escape.

"Wait..." Lorem eyes widened. "Isn't that...?"

Blake could be seen looking out the window at the people running away.

"OH SHIT!"

Katsumi Bakugou eyes widened as she cursed in horror.

"They still in danger!"

*GASP!!*

Eyes were glued to the screen as they watched with horror.

'What's going on!?'

Blake thought to herself.

"Turn around and you'll see."

Nobara said.

"Blake..."

Yang terrified voice grabbed her attention as she saw her friend looking at the mirror. Looking at what was reflecting, her eyes widened as she quickly turned around to see what she was hoping was just a trick of the light.

Only to her horror, she looked past a confused Hunter and Ruby only to see an enormous torrent of fire heading their way.

"Oh, my God!" Blake said in horror. "Come on, everybody we need to go!"

"No doubt about that."

Grace Afton shook her head.

"Was there any doubt, Lass?"

Glamrock Foxy said.

"None."

*CLACK*

She and Yang quickly opened the doors to get Ruby and Hunter out.

"COME ON, ZWEI!!"

*Bark* *Bark*

The Corgi barked as Blake and Yang quickly removed the luggage in the car to reach the kids.

"You know." RODK Blake blinked. "I just realized something."

"You too, huh?" Union Blake nodded.

The two confusing their other counterpart as well as the theater.

"Really?" Clara blinked. "Whatever do you mean, dears?"

The two looked at everybody.

"How the hell is our counterpart fine with Zwei?"

Their respective teams said.

After all, Blake seemed to fear Zwei simply because he's a dog and she's a cat faunus.

...She even burned her bed because Zwei was sleeping on it. She failed because Zwei somehow got into Ruby arms before she burned her bed and hopefully with Zwei in it.

"You can thank (M/N) for that." Zero answered. "He was able to get her use to him. Don't ask how."

Tempest sniggered.

Why did he have a funny feeling he knew what (M/N) did?

'Probably how I convince MY Blake.'

Quickly removing everything they grabbed the kids and began running.

The two yelled, the surrounding air infecting them with the fear and terror that everyone was exuding.

The force and strength of the inferno sent cars and people flying. Yang and Blake quickly turning their heads to see the encroaching flames of hell approaching them.

"Okay, is it just me or that scene slow down for some reason?"

RODK Yang blinked as did her Union and VI selves.

As their counterparts hair seemed to take a life of its own.

"Congratulations!" Loki announced. "You have just starred in our 'is this a life or death situation? Or a hair commercial to show off how well kept and luscious your locks are!'"

Woz laughed as did others.

That was a good one!

Without a moment hesitation they continued running as Zwei stood on the hood of the car.

*Dog noises*

"ZWEI!!"

Ruby and Yang shouted out.

"Stupid dog (You made me look bad!)!" Raven (RWBY) shouted: "Get the hell out of there!"

"That dog and his car."

Taiyang grumbled out loud.

"Zwei!"

Summer cried.

"Damn it!"

Qrow took another swing.

"Poor doggo."

Megumi sighed.

"AH!!"

The sound caught them off guard. So caught up in what was happening they were startled.

"AAHH!" Yang shouted as well as she and Blake angrily and desperately tried to kick the door down.

They shouted as the fire rapidly approached them.

"Why are they not running!?"

Velvet (RWBY) shouted.

"They're trying to take cover."

Michael answered.

William and Vincent shivered.

Fire was not their friend.

Shoto was traumatized by how destructive and terrifying fire truly was.

The rest of the Todorokis were also uncomfortable with just how destructive Fire could truly be.

Even Endeavor had underestimated just how powerful and destructive it could be when unrestrained!

The Star Wars gang just stared at the mini Death Star Lasers power.

Others with fire-based trauma shook at that.

"HAH!" "UHH!"

The two shouted as they managed to break open the door. And just in time too as they quickly threw themselves in to avoid a motorcycle about to them.

"ACK!"

Hitting the wall, Yang shouted: "ZWEI!!"

*Dog noises*

Zwei swiftly ran to Yang.

"ZWEI!!!"

Yang yelled as Zwei jumped and ran over the cars.

Here, the Xiao-Long/Rose/Branwen family held their breaths.

And managed to get to safety right when the wall of fire went past them.

*SLAM!!*

Shutting the door shut, Yang quickly went to Blake and all four plus Zwei held each other for dear life as the tunnel shook violently.

*CRASH!!*

"WHAT THE!?"

An overhead lightbulb shattered from the violent vibrations the roar of fire was bringing.

...Bringing in total darkness.

"Wha-WHAT happened?!"

Ginny screamed out as they stared at the black screen.

Soon, something showed up.

July 3rd

In the midst of morning, as the sun illuminated the now destroyed city. The spacecraft above New York City could be seen closing its hatches, the small sample of devastation left behind could be seen.

"Oh. My. God."

Asia gasped; eyes wide at the level of destruction left behind.

Sure, they have all seen some pretty bad stuff when villains and psychopaths of the week wreaked havoc on their cities. But this...this felt different.

It felt like a nightmare.

"Isn't that...?"

Beast Boy looked at the screen.

An example of the damage left behind was the Statue of Liberty face down in the water.

(Not gonna lie, when I was a kid and watched this on VHS. I always thought that the Statue of Liberty looked like a giant grasshopper because of how VHS was back then. It looked like a bulgy bug eye. Only when I was older, and got the remastered version, did I realize that it was the Statue of Liberty)

"A monument that represented our hopes...gone."

Edison (FGO) sighed.

Tesla (FGO) said nothing. It was not the time for rivalries when they were witnessing such a horrible tragedy before them.

"...How were they able to defeat them?"

Tesla (HI3) shook her head.

"That level of technology is insane! Even with how advanced our technology is. I can't believe how powerful they are!"

"Indeed." Einstein (HI3) nodded. "If I had to guess, only top level elite Valkyries and the Herrschers would have been our only line of defense back home."

"WOW!!"

VI Bakugou laughed like a hyena!

"This is why the powerless should know their place and let the 'heroes' do the work!"

This caused the other VI bullies to laugh and mock that world.

"Yeah!" "What a bunch of losers!" "Ha ha!"

Cassidy scoffed as knives made from most horrific elements combined (you know acid that makes you wish were dead, poison, yada yada) stabbed the 'heroes' and inflicted pain beyond anything they have ever felt.

"What?" Naofumi raised an eyebrow. "Have you guys never felt pain before?"

"Fucking wussies." Shifter Sans eyes glowed with a flame surrounding them. "They don't the meaning of true pain or suffering."

"They would have died in an instance if they had tried to challenge the Harvesters."

"With that attitude. I believe it."

Roxy deadpanned.

"Fucking idiots."

Ember gave them a look of disgust as Kong struck them with his Radiation powered Axe.

A familiar RV could be seen heading down the road.

"Isn't that?"

"Reports are still unclear about the devastation..."

The radio was playing as the driver turned up the volume.

"...But by all accounts, Los Angeles, New York, and Washington D.C. have all been left in ruins."

"Good God!"

Qrow said.

"Well...there's some good news I suppose."

Emerald shrugged.

"Aw, come on!"

Qrow grumbled and sat in a corner.

"I've been saying it." Qrow started laughing as he talked to Mercury. "I've been saying for 10 damn years! Ain't I been saying it, Mercury?"

Oscar got up as we can see Emerald sleeping.

"Well, at least we got away." Mercury shrugged. "Still wish I knew this Oscar kid."

'Considering canon...probably not.'

"What's with that look?"

Mercury asked.

"Nothing."

"Huh? I've been saying it."

He finished as Oscar got a little bit closer.

After all, superheroes that were once soldiers could understand that.

Batman nodded in respect to that truth.

"Look at all that."

He said to Mercury as the teen reached his side. The two just staring.

Here we can see the Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter sleeping peacefully as their father just watched over them.

A tired look on his face could be seen as he thought about the recent events.

Panda just sighed.

"We could have evacuated the cities hours ago."

Goku said.

Ozma suddenly said, remembering his time as a pilot in the Gulf War.

"Ohh...flashback moment."

Goku got it.

"That's the advantage of being a fighter pilot." He turned to Cinder as he continued talking. "In the Gulf War, we knew what we had to do."

*Sigh!!*

Ozma felt older than he looked.

"It's just..." He softly spoke. "Not that simple anymore."

"But they couldn't have foreseen that the alien visitors would truly be hostile!"

Amiya shouted.

"He shouldn't have to blame himself for that!"

"It's not just that." Talulah shook her head. "It's the fact that he's now feeling he should have done better. He took an oath to serve and protect his people. He feels that he has failed in this because of his inactions."

"But still..."

Amiya trailed off.

Spyro sighed. "We have to remember that he was in a tight spot. If he had ordered an attack and it turns out they were peaceful...then it would be his fault and the world would remember him as the man who threaten the alien visitors and caused them to attack in retaliation."

"True..."

"That's the problem with the world." Tony said. "They expect their heroes and leaders to be all knowing and don't take into consideration what really goes on behind closed doors that the public cannot see. He was being cautious, and even though in the end the outcome was not what they wanted."

"They now know that their visitors are not friendly."

Banner finished.

"A lot of people died today." Ozma leaned forward as he sighed. "How many didn't have to?"

"A good question."

Welt Yang frowned.

"How many were truly innocents and just wanted to live, only for their lives to be cut short? And how many deserved to die?"

"..."

It reminded people of their own worlds and how the innocent had to suffer and die while just trying to live their lives to the fullest.

*STEP* *STEP*

General Ironwood steps were quiet, but in the suffocating silence felt like they were loud. As the general solemnly walked into the area.

"Oh, yeah." Clara sighed. "This part."

What did she mean by that?

President Ozma got up as he asked: "Any news on my wife, yet?"

"Oh, yeah." Someone said. "Salem."

General Ironwood silently sighed as he bowed his head.

"The helicopter never made it to Nellis."

As he delivered the bad news.

Ozma sighed as he walked away to a window.

"No radio contact."

"Damn it all to hell!"

Blake voice can be heard as she cautiously guided her son out of the wreckage of the ruined tunnel.

"They made it out alive!"

"Baby stay close to me."

She said as they carefully walked over the debris.

"Geez!"

Maki Zenin winced.

"I'm surprised it isn't completely in ruins."

"Blake!" Yang voice shouted out. "Over here!"

Blake followed Yang voice, Hunter hand in hers as they finally reached the exit.

Where Yang and Ruby were at, just looking at the sight before them.

Once Blake and Hunter got out, they could see it.

The devastation left behind from last night's attack.

"Oh, my God..."

Some California/L.A. natives stared in shock.

It looked like a scene straight from an apocalyptic movie/book scene. The dust swirling around gave it an ominous feel to it as the sun rose to the sky.

Cars were charred, twisted, and set on fire. Buildings were destroyed. The tunnel they came out of, virtually gone.

A couple of palm trees were left standing.

If there were any people, they most likely were reduced to ashes.

All in all, a shadow of its former glory.

"What happened mommy? /Big sister?"

Hunter and Ruby asked.

"..."

Yang was in shock at the destruction of their home.

While Blake.

"...I don't know, sweetie."

Was all she could say as they just looked.

"Okay." Zero paused right there. "You good?"

"..."

The silence was VERY reassuring.

'Was it really that shocking and surprising?' Zero thought to himself. 'They have seen greater horrors than this. Or is it that, the cruel, malicious, merciless way that the Harvesters attacked is what stunned the?'

*Sigh*
