The chapter I dreaded the most but was my ultimate goal concerning this book.

No this doesn't mean I'm stopping with this book, I still have a lot to do. I just wanted to get THIS ONE done as soon as possible after I realized what rewriting my book was going to do to me again!

This is going to be an emotional tearjerker if you're the type to cry or be affected easily!

For me, it was extremely painful to read, I can't count how many times I had to stop and cry, but it left interesting tidbits at the end of almost each chapter.

Bittersweet I think is the best way to describe it.

And if you have read it, you know what this is about.

If you haven't...well, be sure to have lots of tissues because unless you're made of stern stuff (or just don't care) then you're going to cry.

How much depends on how you react. If you're an animal lover, have pets, or get sad really easily please exercise caution. It's sweet in some ways, but sad in others.

Zero spoke up, getting everyone's attention.

"I know we're all excited about the next world...but I'm afraid I have to warn you."

Here, the God face gained a serious yet somber expression.

"It's not going to be a pleasant world to see."

"What happened?"

Overhaul uneasily asked. Seeing that no one else wanted to say anything due to the dimmed aura the Gods and family were emitting.

"..."

Zero sighed, as he rubbed his forehead.

"Everyone thinks the monsters are villains and those who actively contribute to destroying society."

Master Splinter spoke up.

"But...horrible as they have the potential to be. The true monsters...are humans themselves."

"Or to be more exact, those that masquerade themselves as 'caring' humans!"

Ei spat out.

Startling the group.

"...Let's just get this over with."

Leo (TMNT) sighed.

This world that they were going to see was going to show some rather dark aspects of human society.

'Maybe now they'll why humans consider themselves to be the true monsters.

Cain and Ava felt dread as did (M/N).

Others were feeling uncomfortable as well.

What were they going to watch?

"Hey!"

A childish voice rang out as a hooded figure ran to a dog tied to a pole in the middle of nowhere.

"WHAT!?"

Animal lovers shouted out in anger at the poor dog's obvious abandonment.

"Who would leave a dog out just like that!?"

Raiden Mei shouted in shock.

"I don't know but they are asking for death!"

Sirius and Remus growled.

While Cain, Ava, and (M/N) noticed something.

'Why does that voice sound familiar?'

They could not place a finger on it.

"We should get going."

The young boy called out to the dog.

"Is the boy the dog owner or something?"

Atago said out loud.

'That voice!' Cain Ava and (M/N) thought to themselves. 'It sounds like!"

"I don't think so."

Takao shook her head.

"I don't think he would have left the dog there like that if he was."

"Waiting."

The dog 'spoke'.

"The dog can speak!?"

Homura (SK) shouted.

"Why are you so shocked?"

An evil shinobi asked.

"When we live in a world where there are talking animals?"

"I don't know." Homura admitted. "Something just feels different."

It felt unsettling to hear the dog talking.

"...They are not coming back though."

The boy just said.

"Ouch!"

Hestia winced at the boy blunt tone.

"He could have been a little bit gentle about it."

"They will..." The dog said. "...I'm so cold."

"..."

Wrap.

"We'll wait 5 more minutes."

The boy removed his cloak and wrapped it around the dog.

The figure revealing to be.

"(M/N)!?"

Many people shouted.

For lo and behold.

On the screen was indeed a young (M/N) (L/N).

But...something was wrong.

"Wh-Why is he 5 years old?" RODK Yang shakenly asked. "And why is he all there alone by himself with the dog?"

"..."

Here Zero and the others turned their heads.

Even Palpatine, Ivan Ooze, and the Shredder had looks of resignation, as though they were tired.

Adam, Lute, and Sera eyes widened as they realized came to a horrifying realization.

"Because..." Mikoto sadly spoke up, knowing her father wasn't going to talk. "In that world."

"THAT is the age he DIED."

!!!?

"WHAT!?"

Was the response of many.

"NO!" "My baby!" "Why!" "This can't be happening!" "How could this be!?" "Why is my counterpart dead!?"

"YES!"

Issei the worthless shouted out in glee.

"Now that loser won't be in my way as harem king!"

"That loser will longer bother us!"

Union Bakugou gloated.

"YEAH!"

Union Mineta shouted.

"You worthless piece of shit!"

RODK Yang ROARED as she lunged at him and the other bullies that were celebrating his death.

With others joining in as well.

(Though what was interesting to note was that certain people like Union RWBY and others were not celebrating but were in complete shock!)

Leading to an all-out painfest extravagance.

"HOW?"

Cain growled out.

"Why is my son dead at such a young age!?"

The gangster snarled as his tattoos glowed to life via his curse energy!

The others were barely containing their fury and shock as well.

"...Because fools who drown themselves in delusions of grandeur fail to realize what their actions will cause them until it's too late."

Shredder coldly spoke up.

"As you all know, powers seem to make up how society should run. And despite the 'laws' set in place to regulate the usage of powers, it never seems to do nothing about it besides warning them not to abuse their powers."

"As for his death."

Palpatine spoke up, glaring at the bullies.

"You can 'thank' their younger selves for killing him."

!?

"WHAT!?"

Ava and Cain yelled in pure fury.

They weren't the only ones, Gods that govern family, people that knew him, those that were decent, even the villains were in an uproar.

Even those like Valentino were infuriated.

Why? Not even they know.

(M/N) just had that kind charisma that had people liking him.

"Explain!"

Ava shouted.

"Power makes one bloated, feels like they're above the law." Zero frowned. "That they have the right to bully whoever they want just because they're powerless."

"(M/N) didn't possess a power, and that's what made him an easy target. Even at that age they had grown conceited and cruel. They attacked him with their quirks, semblance, and sacred gears and managed to inflict such serious harm on him that he could barely move."

The former bullies covered their mouths in horror at what their counterparts had done.

"...The more I hear about these new worlds that contain them." Naofumi looked like he was about to be sick. "The more I have to wonder why these kinds of people are allowed to walk freely."

Others voiced their agreements at this.

"Yes." Nahida nodded her head. "Unfortunately for them, this would create a chain effect that would be felt for generations to come. And change how society views those with powers."

"And unfortunately, there was a river to where he was being brutally beaten. He tried to escape but ended up rolling and falling into the river."

"Where he was swept away by the powerful currents." Scaramouche had a terrifying expression on his face as he glared at both former bullies and the unrepentant bullies. "He drowned before they realized what was happening after they stopped laughing at his misfortune."

"By the time they realized what had happened..."

"It was already too late."

Kal'tsit finished up the unfinished sentence.

A sick feeling welling up in her stomach at the cruel heartlessness that was just told.

"...Yes."

Was all that was said.

*Crackle*

Several were positively radiating pure energy in their fury.

Carmilla looked ready to skewered them with her armed legs.

(M/N) eyes were glowing with demonic rage!

Yes, he may have died young as well, but he was 16 at the time.

He had more time to enjoy what there was in life!

His younger self...he would never get to experience that!

Heaven was appalled.

How could God's creations do such horrible acts?!

"You fucking bastards!"

Lucifer roared as he glared at them.

"People call me a monster because of what they have been told about me. But I've never sunk as low as you worthless pieces of filth have!"

"INDEED"

Alastor smile was very strained as the room got dark and strange sigils and symbols started surrounding him.

"Never have I thought that there could someone worse than the sinners of Hell."

Alastor voice crackled with static as reality seemed to shift and bend.

"That was not the end though." Zero smiled, grabbing their attention so that he could continue. "Despite the bad rep he gets, Death is kind."

"Did you say death?"

RODK Rias stared at him in shock.

"As in the Grim Reaper?"

"Who else."

Zero simply answered.

They turned to look at Grim.

"Don't look at me, man."

Grim said.

"I am not the only Grim Reaper in the Multiverse, man. There are many versions of the Grim Reaper."

He said as Zero continued.

"Despite what people may think of him, Death is not a monster. He simply ferries the souls of the dead to his realm where they will be protected."

"His job is hard." Zero sighed, not envying the Entity. "Every day, every possible second he must escort the deceased to their final resting place in his realm."

"But like I said, Death is kind. He is patient, he waits until the souls can finish their unfinished business in the world of the living before, they are ready to go home."

"When (M/N) died, Death decided to do something different. He could feel the boy's pure soul and genuine desire to help. So, he decided to make him his assistant/apprentice of sorts. He felt (M/N) might be able to help calm stressed souls of people who have died."

"..."

No one said anything.

Though Moody, and certain others, glared angrily at the bullies.

Hell! Even Dumbledore kind façade had shattered revealing the man that Voldemort feared the most.

A man who was on the verge of using every painful spell he knew, even the forbidden ones on them.

"Hey." (M/N) spoke up. "It's time."

"They didn't come."

The dog lovers twitched and growled in anger at how heartless the poor dog owners were.

The dog sadly said.

"I'm sorry." The child reaper sadly smiled as they began to walk.

Noticing the dog's downtrodden expression, (M/N) put a finger to his chin.

'A dog's a man best friend.'

(Shame people will abuse that trust)

"Hey." (M/N) caught the dog's attention. "This isn't the end."

"It's not?"

Sirius said.

"You can still have a human to love."

"Huh?"

"But I'm dead." The dog whimpered. "Who can I love now?"

"Funny you should ask that."

(M/N) smiled.

-In a random hospital-

"Oh no."

Vaggie suddenly realized what was going to happen.

In a hospital bed lay a comatose teen.

"This is too hard to watch."

Emily Jr. and even Nifty covered their eyes as Molly and Angel comforted them.

*Beep* *Beep*

Went the sound of his heart monitor as his body started to finally give in.

*BeeP* BEEP* *BBBEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPP!*

Went the sound of the heart monitor flatlining.

"Shit!"

Moxxie shouted out.

Millie and the others having similar trains of thought.

The boy's soul departed from his body.

"Huh?" The teen started. "What happened?"

Turning to his body, he realized.

"Am I dead?" The teen started crying at that revelation. "No mom, dad. I'm not ready to leave yet!"

"..."

"Yet another live lost at such a young age."

Wonder Woman sighed.

Sometimes it felt like what they did was never enough to protect them.

"Diana."

Her friends gave her sympathetic looks. They understood quite well.

"It's time to go human."

"Huh? Isn't that the dog voice?"

RODK Weiss blinked.

Startled the boy turned his head to see:

"I am Death!" The dog proclaimed. "But don't be scared."

"AAwWWW!!"

The girls shouted.

"How cute!"

"Yo-You are..."

The teen looked in shock, before he started laughing.

"Pft! Haha, no way!"

The boy laughed as the dog hopped into his arms.

"Now, you don't to worry anymore!"

*Sniff*

A boy and his dog.

(M/N) could be seen in the background floating in midair as he smiled at the happy scene before him.

"...Oh, yeah."

The mood turned somber as they realized that (M/N) was dead in that world and at such a young age too.

"Huh?" The teen blinked, realizing (M/N) was in the room. "Who are you?"

Giggling, (M/N) smiled.

"I'm (M/N)!" He shouted. "I'm Death apprentice!"

"Death has an apprentice?" The boy looked at him in shock, before suddenly realizing. "Wait! How old are you?"

"I died at 5!" (M/N) happily said. "And 5 is what I'll always be!"

!?

"I think I would be shocked too if a 5 year old told me that with such a happy expression."

Sora deadpanned.

Though he would end having a heart attack and possibly going to the Underworld to get his soul out of there.

Hades sighed.

That was one of the things he hated the most being the Lord of the Dead. Those whose lives were cruelly cut short.

Persephone gave him a sad smile, understanding his tired expression.

Even Disney Hades could only sighed.

Remembering something that had to do with a certain street rat.

"At 5!?" The teen shouted out loud, though since they were dead no one heard.

'...And here I was crying about dying.' The teen thought to himself. 'This kid died younger than me and can still smile!'

"There's no need to feel ashamed about crying."

Taiyang softly said.

"..."

(M/N) tilted his head as his (H/C) hair swayed to the side as the teen kneeled down in front of him.

Grab.

Before holding him in a hug along with the dog.

Confusing (M/N).

"I'm sorry." The teen said. "Here I am whining about being dead, when you have died even younger."

"And you can still smile."

(M/N) merely giggled as he buried his face into the teen chest, enjoying the sense of protection he got from him.

"Did he just adopt the teen as his big brother?"

Clara asked her sister.

"He did."

Odette softly smiled.

"...Is it alright if I stayed with you?" The teen asked. "Just to keep an eye on you?"

"Sure!" (M/N) chirped happily. "Death probably won't be too happy, but I know he worries about me and having you around might ease his concerns!"

The teen smiled.

"Oh, forgot to tell you my name!"

The teen sheepishly scratched his cheek.

"I'm Leon. Nice to meet you (M/N)."

"Nice to meet you, big brother!"

"*Sniff* So beautiful."

Aphrodite cried, loving the wholesome scene.

Artemis quietly scoffed, though agreeing with her.

Honestly, many felt the same way.

"What should we name you?"

(M/N) looked at Reaper dog.

"Blaze."

Leon said.

"Blaze." The dog tested out. "I like it!"

"Awesome!"

Unknown to them, they were being watched.

"By who!?"

Angel Dust shouted.

By a figure cloaked in black and a literal skeleton.

"Wait...is that Death!?"

Hermione shouted in shock at the figure.

"Yep!" Zero confirmed. "That is the being known as Death."

Who simply watched and while it could not be seen easily. He was happy that his young apprentice finally seemed to have found someone he could connect with.

"I guess someone has to be a father figure to him, since we can't anymore."

Cain sadly said.

Ava patted her husband's shoulder.

Carmilla clenched her hands tightly.

Understanding them very much, since she too was a mother.

No one wanted to lose their child at such a young, tender age.

If she had lost her sweet daughters at such a young age, she wouldn't know what to do.

Other guests who were parents felt the same way.

'I'll leave them alone.' Death thought to himself. 'There is someone I must see.'

With that thought in mind, he departed to a grassy area where a house could be seen.

"There you are."

He approached the soul of a dead cat.

"What happened?"

RODK Kuroka asked in horror.

"Did you get to close to the food again?"

Death asked the cat.

"No." The cat mewled sadly. "They beat me up because of my fur color."

"They think black cats are bad luck."

...3...2...1...

"WHAT!?"

The theater seemed to be shaking from pure fury emitting from the audience auras.

RODK/Union Aizawa were ready to kill.

Catwoman had her claws out and ready massacre.

RODK Kuroka and Koneko aura flared with Senjutsu.

Naruto and Gaara glared angrily at the screen, remembering how they were treated for being Jinchuriki.

B sighing as he shook his head.

Charlie held KeeKee tightly in her arms.

"The world is cruel." Death sadly said. "They believe too easy on what is good and what can be considered bad."

"Yes." The cat bowed her head. "But there is this old lady who always fed me."

"Well, that's a relief."

RODK Koneko sighed.

"There is someone that is not cruel like they are."

(For real. I have a male black cat, well a tuxedo cat to be more exact but his black makes up for most of his body. And while he can drive me crazy at times, I still love him. I honesty don't care about superstitions like that if all it's going to do is cause harm to innocent animals. I wish I could give cats with bad reps because of superstitions a home, but unfortunately I'm not rich so I can't afford to take care of them. Plus, I have four cats that my mom and I take care of, so no more until they eventually pass...not like that'll make it any better for us)

"Can we go see her?"

"Of course."

Death said as they walked to the house.

Where they could see an old lady standing outside, waiting for the cat that would never come by again.

"Forgive me." The cat sadly said.

"I feel bad for both of them."

Qrow sadly said.

-The next day-

The old lady was taking a walk.

When she stumbled upon a sight she never wanted to see.

"Oh no!" The old lady looked in sadness at the cat's dead body. "Poor dear."

She didn't need to be a genius to know what had happened. Saying nothing, she picked up the cat and buried her near her house.

"..."

The old lady stared sadly at the makeshift grave, closing her eyes.

"They were really close."

Remus sighed as he stared sadly at the screen.

Dumbledore and Snape said nothing, only glad that Minerva Mcgonagall was not present.

She would have exploded in pure anger and somehow traveled to that specific point in time to punish the aggressors for their crimes!

Heck! The Aizawa(s) looked ready to do it themselves!

Even the those with cat features were ready to murder!

Before her eyes opened with a firm resolve.

"Please don't tell me she's going to find them and kill them."

Union Iida gulped at see the woman hardened expression as she walked away.

He wouldn't blame her if she did.

-Animal Shelter-

"Oh, thank goodness."

"Hi!" A black cat with a stitched eye shouted. "I might be old and have one eye, but I can see you pretty well!"

The cat meowed to the humans trying to get their attention as they simply passed her by.

"Hi?" "Hello?" "I'm here?"

Certain cat lovers seemed ready to break reality and go right there and adopt her themselves.

"I'm a good kitty."

The cat lied down in defeat.

"That poor baby."

Demeter felt some tears rolling down her face at that.

Not caring about her image at the moment.

Clack!

"Sorry old girl." One of the shelter worker softly said. I'm afraid your stay is over."

"But..." The cat started shaking. "I'm a good kitty."

"Oh no!"

It didn't take a genius to know what was happening.

She had reached the end of the line.

Aizawa and many others were trembling with rage at how the poor cat wasn't even spared a single glance by anybody.

The man said nothing as he stared sadly at her.

But as he opened the cage.

"I'll take her!"

The old woman suddenly appeared from behind them.

"Oh, thank goodness!"

"I'll take that kitten, young man!"

The old lady pointed to the black cat behind him.

"Ye-yes ma'am."

The man was startled and shocked to be sure, but he was secretly happy that someone finally wanted her.

"You know." Kirishima spoke. "I never thought about it, but animal shelters must have it rough."

"They must have put countless animals to sleep because no one wanted them."

"It's not an easy job." Peter Parker admitted. "I don't what goes through their minds when they have to put them down when they have so much to live for."

"Unfortunately, that's a problem that not even rich folks like Stark and Wayne could solve."

MJ shook her head.

"All we can do is try to help the best we can."

"Hmm..."

Whack!

"Ow, Pepper!"

"Before you start doing anything Tony." Pepper chided her husband. "First figure out how you're going to solve getting animals into a loving home that won't abuse them or leave them out to die."

Grumbling, Tony muttered to himself while his teammates just watched with amusement.

Though Bruce Wayne and T'Challa had some ideas after seeing the horrors and cruelty being shown.

Smiling, he gave her the old cat. And they walked to the front to fill out the paperwork.

-Later-

"Wake up, little one."

Death nudged the cat awake.

"Huh?" The cat groggily woke up. "Why are we back here?"

"Look."

Death said as they went to the living room where the old lady was knitting while her new cat rested on her lap.

*Gasp!*

The cat meowed happily at the sight.

"That's my mama!"

"WHAT!?"

The crowd shouted in shock.

"So, the cat mom had been taken to the shelter at some point while her daughter was left behind."

Shinso shook his head at that.

"Well, at least there is a happy ending in this."

The two stayed a little longer before Death decided to go visit his young charge...or should he say charges now?

"(M/N)."

Death voice spooked the trio who turned to him.

"!! You're?!"

Leon shook as he stared at the skeletal figure.

"Greetings, young one." Death greeted him. "I come bearing a gift since (M/N) decided he wanted you two to stay with him."

Moving his arms forward, he presented them with the black cat.

"So cute!" (M/N) eyes sparkled as he grabbed her.

"Hi, human!" The cat shouted, enjoying the hug he was giving her. "Nice to meet you!"

"What's her name?"

Leon asked, having recognized the voice as female.

What? He's dead, he met a 5 year old that's Death apprentice, he was talking to a dog. He got used to it, real quick.

"Well at least he's adapting quite well."

Velvette said sadly.

She didn't know why this bothered her and the others so much.

They were sinner or complete and total assholes!

...And yet...

'Why does this hurt so much!?'

She fought back the tears that threatened to break through.

Not like everyone else was doing better.

"...Is this really what God intended when he made them?"

Lute asked herself.

"...Wish I knew..."

Adam said in a forlorn voice.

This was affecting everyone much harder than expected.

"SO-!!"

*BAM!!*

"SHUT. UP."

Lilith snarled.

This was emotionally painful without those idiots opening their big mouths.

Because she could just imagine a world where she and Lucifer lost Charlie at such a young age if they were humans.

Because the Multiverse was vast and no doubt it could have happened!

"I thought I'd leave it up to you."

Death simply said.

"...Night!"

(M/N) shouted, already naming the cat.

"Night?" She tilted her head. "I love it!"

Smiling, the four started chatting happily as Death smiled.

It was the little things like this that made his job worthwhile.

"How sweet."

Thanatos (PJO) smiled.

He honestly never thought of doing half the things Death did. Maybe he should.

"We're still not done yet."

Zero sadly smiled.

"Just one more part to this."

"...Let's get this over with."

They sighed.

-Bonus-

"..."

(M/N) was on a grassy area sitting.

"Oh?"

???

"Who's that?"

Union Blake emotionlessly said. Not really feeling up to talking or making comments.

A female voice spoke up grabbing the young boy's attention.

"What you are doing here, (M/N)?"

The ethereal woman asked in a motherly tone.

"What a beautiful lady."

Lappland said in awe.

"Life."

(M/N) said in surprise.

!?!?

"Wha-What did he say?"

Reyna shakingly asked.

"Did she just call that lady?"

"Life?"

Zero said sadly.

"Yes, if there is Death, there is Life."

"Both always there to keep the balance. Both knowing and understanding each other the best."

Ei spoke up softly.

"If Death is his father figure. Then Life is his mother figure."

She explained.

"...I'm glad..."

Ava smiled with tears in her eyes.

"Glad that there is someone watching over my baby."

"Ava..."

Cain sadly looked at her.

"..."

Gojo had a strained smile on his face at what was happening.

'How dare those bastards cause them so much pain!'

He angrily thought to himself.

He considered (M/N) as one of his little troublemakers and saw him as family.

Kushina and Minato wanted to kill the unrepentant and vile bullies for not even feeling even a hint of regret.

Hinata felt a rage she never knew she had until now.

Sakura felt bile rising up her throat.

She's had to deliver the bad news to parents if their child didn't make it, so she understood the pain they were going through.

Sasuke and Naruto felt indescribable rage at how heartless the bullies were.

But all held back until the viewing was over.

Then they would make them pay.

"There you are (M/N)."

Death phased through the ground behind him.

"Why do you insist on returning here?"

He asked.

"..."

(M/N) didn't say anything at first.

But then...

"Because I can't leave them just yet."

"Where is he now?"

Otto (Monkey) asked.

"...I think I may know."

Antauri frowned.

'After all, (M/N) still had people that cared for him when he was alive.'

"...And when will you stop coming then?"

Death sadly asked.

"...When they stop crying for me."

(M/N) softly admitted as the screen pans and turns to (M/N) parents: Cain and Ava.

"US!?"

Ava shouted in shock.

The scene then turns to a tombstone that read:

Here lies (M/N) (L/N). Sweet child born of summer spring.

He will be missed.

And may his soul rest in peace in God's Kingdom.

"..."

Here, many, including Heaven and Hell bowed their heads in sadness.

Grim bowed his head as well.

While he may love his job, ferrying the souls of the dead was never easy.

In addition to (M/N) parents; were also a couple of young kids.

(M/N) siblings.

Who stared at the tombstone of the boy that would have been their older brother if he had lived.

A boy who their parents missed deeply and while they were too young to fully understand.

They felt a sense of emptiness inside them.

Like a piece that should be there but is now missing forever.

*Drip* *Drip*

That did it.

Ava could no longer hold her tears back as she cried. Cain wrapping his arms around her, tears threatening to break out at any moment.

Parents, or those who were seen as parent figures sadly looked at them with sadness and sympathy.

To lose your child at such a young age. And because of brats getting too big for their britches? They felt sick at that.

Some of them understood even more because of having lost their own child/loved ones from circumstances far beyond their control.

"Life and Death is never fair."

Grim said sadly.

"No parent wants to bury their child before they have the chance to enjoy life to the fullest..."

The screen started buzzing and changing, showing different pictures.

A young Bruce was crying as his beloved parents' lifeless bodies bled.

Batman- no Bruce and Alfred flinched at that. Pain evident from their postures.

Dick watching in horror as his parents fell to their deaths.

Dick Grayson eyes were filled with anger.

He will forever hate that bastard for taking his parents away from him!

Barry being informed of his mother death.

The Flash turned his head.

Various demigods whose mortal parents had perished.

The demigods flinched as some cried.

Itachi slaying his clansmen to stop a civil war from erupting.

Itachi flinched as he remembered his loved ones that he had slain.

Sasuke winced as he was forced to rewatch that painful part of his past while Sarada was in complete horror at what had happened.

Anakin internally hating himself as he stood alone at Padme glass tomb as Darth Vader. Wishing he could undo what he had done in his pursuit of power.

Padme looked sadly at her husband who turned his head away in shame.

The main reason he had never asked Zero to bring her back was because he was ashamed of what he had done and what he had did after her death.

Even a scene from Zero past was shown as he was seen holding the body of someone he loved very deeply tears in his eyes.

Then he saw his old friend, turned enemy who then made the ultimate sacrifice to repent for what he and the organization he belonged to had done.

People jumped at that.

They didn't expect that to happen!

What made it even more shocking was that he too held pain in his life!

Something that they did not expect from the kind, yet stoic god.

"Zero..."

Ei, Amagi, and Theresa looked sadly at their husband.

They knew he had a past love, but he never talked about it. Nor much about certain things from his past.

He would always clam up about it.

Hell! They bet not even his other friends knew much about his past!

Batman is seen sitting on a swing taking the hand of a young girl, Ace, was offering him as they waited for her final moment to come.

Batman is seen later holding the young girl lifeless body in his arms as he simply walked away without a word.

Here, Amanda Waller flinched and bowed her head.

She knew her actions were an affront of the highest order especially when playing God!

...But someone had to do it.

Someone had to ensure that safety measures were put into place in the event that the Justice League or other hero organizations went rogue.

She took on that damning burden so that others wouldn't.

Because the strain it puts on the mind was insane.

But she did feel regret and she regretted putting that young girl through so much only to die so young.

And then...two final pictures were shown.

"...Until all has been laid to rest..."

Grim said as he sighed.

"...Please tell me our counterparts were punished."

RODK Yang coldly asked.

She could not believe what her counterpart did! Even though she had made that remark, she only intended to intimidate them. Not hurt them like her counterpart did to (M/N). And at such a young age too!

"Oh, they were." Zero ominously stated. "Not that punishment was needed. Once they realized what their actions had caused, they were traumatized and ruined for life. You think any hero academy is going to want to accept killers? NO! They had to work hard to prove that they would never commit such a heinous crime ever again to even be considered into a hero academy!"

"Once they realized that they took a life, it changed them. They were a shell of their former selves, no longer boastful, no longer arrogant, just barely functioning. It took years of therapy before they could deal with the haunting reminder of killing someone at such a young age."

"Bullies no more, they started advocating for change. Using themselves as examples of being drunk on power and showered with praise just because of their hero-like power. They set the way for change to happen, while never forgetting what they had done."

"Sure, they were kids, but they quickly learned that actions have consequences."

"They accepted that fact. After all, it was their burden to bear now."

Only for the idiots to open their big mouths.

"That's fucking bulls-!!"

BAM!

"Silence, you fool!"

Maleficent shouted.

Having been the one to blast him.

"You should learn to keep thy tongue shut." She chastised him, and to an extension the bullies. "For you know not of what happens when Karma collects."

The Mistress of Evil glared hatefully at him.

"INDEED."

Zestial towered over them like a massive shadow.

"Death is all that awaits."

First Hassan flames grew bigger as his eyes glowed.

Others were ready to kill.

Alastor ready to unleash his full might.

Vox TV head buffering with rage as his hands grew sharper.

The ninja charging up super powerful jutsus.

The wizards ready to cast whatever painful spell they had in their arsenal.

The demigods and even the Gods were ready to show them no mercy.

Mages all ready to unleash their magic.

Heroes ready to teach them a lesson.

The Fate series servants had murder in their eyes.

No mercy was left for them. The fact that they felt no remorse from this showed how far they had fallen and had sealed their fates.

"...Let's take a breather." Zero sighed. "For we all need it."

With that said, Zero left as the other hosts did the same.

*BAM! BOOM! SLICE! SHRED! SHRIEK!*

Leaving the unrepentant bullies to be violently punished for their actions in that world.

Done...Sigh!

This one truly was painful for me to write. I now have a love/hate with that Webtoon. Love because of how beautiful the artwork is. Hate because of how clear it illustrates how some people treat animals, especially their pets and don't give other animals a chance.

I was going to make a second part to this in the original to introduce Life. But I scraped that idea.

I just couldn't.

Making this chapter was so hard in the original and rewriting was even harder.

So, I introduced Life here and changed the bonus scene to do so.

You know, I can count on one hand how many times I clearly remembered crying hard at something.

Independence Day (1996) – When President Whitmore says goodbye to his dying wife, both knowing she's not going to make it. Then having to tell his daughter that her mother is sleeping and the action she makes when her dad confirms it because she knows her mom is dead.

Every time I see that scene, I always cry. Don't know why.

Fate Grand Order Lostbelt 5 Olympus – When Adele and Macarios have their final talk as Chaldea is sent to safety. I don't know why, but that made me cry. I felt sad and my heart broke for them.

(Though while some might not feel that way, be glad it did to me. That was how I started writing on this site. I realized that the NPCs don't always get that much love in stories and I wanted to write something for them)

Nikke: Goddess of Victory – Marian 'death'. They just had to make that scene so breathtaking and so heart breaking, complete with fitting music. I cried so many times having to write that part out in my Nikke/Transformers book.

The webtoon hurt like hell to read but is very beautiful in my opinion.
