TRANSFORMERS : RISE OF THE BEASTS
The sun was beginning to set as everyone was enjoying their breakfast. Yang is talking to Mina and Amanda about her bike. "Alright, guys," Yang began, her voice filled with excitement. "I've got something really cool to tell you. It's about my bike, Bumblebee."
"You have a bike called Bumblebee?" Mina said.
Yang chuckled. "Yeah. But it's more than just a bike though. It's like... my best friend. I built it myself — every little detail, from the handlebars to the custom exhaust pipes. She's not just a machine, she's a part of me. And let me tell you, Bumblebee can move like lightning!" She told all of them.
"Yeah right." Bakugo scoffs.
Yang grinned at Bakugo's sceptical tone, her eyes sparkling with confidence. "You don't believe me, do you?" she said, nudging Mina playfully. "But trust me, Bumblebee is no ordinary bike. She's got a mind of her own, and she's fast enough to leave any of you in the dust."
Amanda raised an eyebrow, clearly intrigued but trying to play it cool. "So, it's got some kind of special upgrades, huh?" she asked, leaning in.
"Special upgrades?" Yang laughed, crossing her arms. "That's an understatement. We're talking about a custom-built engine that's fueled by my tech genius. I've fine-tuned every part — suspension, speed, manoeuvrability. You name it. This thing's practically a rocket on two wheels
Bakugo, still rolling his eyes, folded his arms. "Yeah, yeah, speed and fireworks. Do you think that makes you special? I've got explosions that'll blow that little bike of yours off the road."
"Dude. Just let her talk about her bike" Kirishima said to his friend.
"You're just jealous I have a bike and you don't" Yang teased.
Suddenly, a voice cut through Yang's vivid description. "Excuse me."
Everyone turned toward the voice. It was the Author, who had been silently observing the scene, and spoke up with a matter-of-fact tone, almost as if interrupting the story for some cosmic reason.
"Speaking about Bumblebee. There is a Bumblebee. And no, it's not a bike." The Author informs them.
"Wait, what? What do you mean, 'there is a Bumblebee'?" Yang blinked, not understanding what he was talking about.
The Author paused before continuing, almost theatrically. "There is a robot called Bumblebee. It's not a bike at all. It can transform into a car. A yellow car, to be precise. A very sleek, very cool car, much like the description you're giving for your bike, Yang."
There was a long pause.
"A robot that turns into a car?" Pearl said, not believing what she heard.
"Wait... So, you're telling me... there's a robot that turns into a car and its name is Bumblebee?" Yang ask.
"Yep. The robot is also known for being a bit of a hero in its universe. And while your bike is undeniably awesome, it's going to be a little hard to compete with a robot capable of turning into a car." The Author informs them.
"You're saying this because there's a world for this, isn't there?" Blake added, her voice tinged with suspicion as she crossed her arms. She wasn't buying the idea of a transforming robot just yet.
"Indeed. It's called Transformers" The Author said.
"What's it about?" Anne asked.
The Author's eyes gleamed, clearly excited by the question. "Ah, Transformers. It's a whole universe. It's about a long-standing war between two factions of robots: the Autobots and the Decepticons. The Autobots are the good guys, led by Optimus Prime, and their main goal is to protect Earth and its inhabitants. The Decepticons, led by Megatron, are all about domination, control, and ultimately conquering the universe." He explained to them
"So, these robots, they're... fighting on Earth?"Percy raised an eyebrow, intrigued.
"Exactly," the Author confirmed. "While the Autobots and Decepticons come from a distant planet called Cybertron, the war spilt over to Earth when they followed each other here. The Autobots disguise themselves as everyday vehicles—like Bumblebee, who turns into a yellow sports car—so they can blend in and protect humanity without being noticed. The Decepticons, of course, take on more menacing forms."
Hilda interest was piqued. "So, they're not just robots. They can, what... transform into things like cars and planes?"
"Exactly!" the Author exclaimed. "They can transform into various mechanical objects, which helps them with both battle tactics and surviving on Earth without drawing too much attention. Bumblebee, for example, is an Autobot scout. He's smaller and quicker than some of the others, which makes him great at stealth missions and reconnaissance."
Ruby, always eager for action, leaned forward. "Are there, like, huge battles? Like, epic ones?"
The Author grinned. "Oh.Absolutely. Think giant robot fights in the middle of cities, explosions, and clashes of metal. The Autobots and Decepticons have fought some seriously intense battles, and while they might be robots, the stakes are high—because it's not just about their survival; it's about the survival of Earth and even the future of the entire galaxy."
"That sounds... insane. Robots turning into cars, battling for the fate of the universe." Rias leaned back, letting the words sink in
"Can we watch it?" Connor asks as his friends chuckle. The Author smiled and took them all to watch this world.
START
The trailer starts with a view of the jungle and reveals a massive, mechanical gorilla gracefully swinging from tree to tree. It seems to follow a mechanised falcon soaring through the jungle.
"Oh! A jungle!" Ena Yureimoto exclaims, her face lighting up with a wide smile.
"You seem to enjoy the jungle" Astrid, Hilda's great aunt notices. She smiles with amusement, watching Ena's enthusiasm.
"We both love the jungle. The beautiful flora and fauna. Ohhh. It's so relaxing" Emiko agrees, her eyes sparkling as she clutches her sister's arm.
The tranquillity of the moment is cut short as Twilight furrows her brow. "Okay... but why would giant robots be in a jungle?" she asks, her voice tinged with scepticism.
They soon saw the mechanical gorilla and falcon.
"I think that answers your questions." Sunset crosses her arms, smirking knowingly at her friend, Twilight.
"Oh... it's an animal robot," Yang says, slightly disappointed. She leans back in her seat, folding her arms. "And here I thought we were going to see a vehicle robot like you said."
"Patience" The Author replied, causing Yang to roll her eyes.
"So. Let's have it. Who are they and their counterparts?" Luz asks as her curiosity gets the better of her. She leans forward in her seat, her wide eyes glinting with anticipation.
"The giant robot gorilla is Optimus Primal. He is the leader of the Maximals and his counterpart is Obi." The Author gestures to the mechanical gorilla on screen.
"Huh. It's my turn now." Obi says with a small smile, trying to act casual but a little flattered.
"At least your counterpart isn't a murderer like Hinawa" Hibana lets out a dry chuckle, arms crossed. Her delivery causes a few awkward chuckles.
"I consider him worse. He's a monkey" Hinawa bluntly said.
"You got something against a monkey?" Sun ask, glaring at Hinawa.
Hinawa slowly looked at the monkey Faunus with his usual cold glare, making Sun shiver in fear.
"You know what? You don't have to say anything!" Sun stammers, retreating a step.
"Maximal. Care to elaborate?" Rias raises an eyebrow, steering the conversation back on track.
"Maximals," the Author explains, "are a faction of Transformers. Unlike their more industrial counterparts, they transform into animals, representing a primal, nature-oriented aspect of Cybertronian life. They hail from another planet, but after its destruction, they have no choice but to hide on Earth."
"Destroyed?" Akko Kagari gasps, clutching her hat. "By who?"
"You'll see" The Author cryptically said.
"And the Falcon?" Pearl asks him.
"The mechanical falcon is an ally of Maximal who, is called Airrazor and is considered an old friend of Primal. Her counterpart is Garnet." The Author explained.
"Garnet! You're in this world as well" Steven beams with excitement, turning to Garnet
"A falcon...I like it" Garnet said with an approving thumbs up.
"Well," Obi says, turning to Garnet, "I'm glad to have someone like you as an ally in another world."
"Likewise," Garnet replies, giving Obi a small but respectful nod.
"By the way, what should we call them? Is it our name or Primal or Airazor?" Obi asks The Author, scratching his head.
"Optimus Primal and Airazor are soldier or guardian names, titles earned through their deeds and roles. Their real names, however, are Obi and Garnet. The same applies to every Transformer." The Author folds their hands, leaning forward with a knowing look.
"So, they've got two names? That's kinda cool," Yang says, her mood perking up slightly.
"More like symbolic," Pearl corrects, ever the perfectionist.
"Yeah, yeah, symbolic," Yang replies with a dismissive wave, earning a small laugh from Ruby.
"Well," Obi says, smiling despite himself, "I guess if I have to share a name with a giant robot gorilla, Optimus Primal isn't too bad."
"Still a monkey," Hinawa says as he lets out a low snort.
"Let it go, man!" Sun groans, throwing his hands up in exasperation.
"For centuries, our kind has stayed hidden on Earth." The voiceover of the mechanical gorilla, known as Primal or Obi, is heard as we see the view of other massive mechanical animals, such as a sleek, metallic cheetah racing through the underbrush, its gleaming silver body catching flashes of light as it darts between the trees at an incredible speed, and the familiar falcon known as Airrazor or Garnet.
"Captain Obi monologue!" Arthur pointed out in enthusiasm.
"We can see that, Arthur" Tamaki replies, rolling her eyes.
"Oh! There's more of them." Grover gasps as he sees the animal's robot appear on the screen.
"Oh course. There's a lot of Maximal members but sadly only four are seen in this world" The Author told all of them.
"Only four of them?!" Kirishima's voice rises with incredulity. "Where's the rest?"
The group falls silent for a moment, the weight of the situation sinking in. "Considering what the Author said about their planet being destroyed... millions of them must be dead," Amity speaks softly but with grim understanding.
"Either that or some of them are hiding here on Earth, biding their time." Lilith nods in agreement.
"Either way," Bismuth adds her brow furrowing, "I still want to know how their planet was destroyed. Is it another form of the Cluster?"
"No. It can't be...I think" Lapis hesitates, crossing her arms.
"What's a cluster?" Jaune, looking utterly confused, asks the Gems.
"In our world, Homeworld Gems planted geo-weapon inside Earth itself to destroy the planet and any remnants of the Crystal Gems." Peridot's voice immediately becomes animated, launching into an explanation.
"What?!" Ruby Rose's voice breaks with shock, her wide eyes darting between Peridot and Steven. "That's awful!"
"Yes, yes. We know it was terrible," Yellow Diamond sighs, waving a dismissive hand. "We've apologized for our past mistakes."
"Well at least we managed to stop it before it can cause harm on our planet" Steven stepped in to soften the moment as he noticed the glares that were aimed at Yellow Diamond.
"Yeah, yeah, Cluster and all that," Eda says, brushing off the tension with a casual wave. "But I'm seeing two different animals now!"
"Yeah. A cheetah and a... rhino?" Libby squints at the screen, pointing.
The cheetah is Cheetor, one of the fastest and youngest Maximals. His counterpart, and real name, is Ollie." The Author explained.
Ollie's reaction is immediate. He jumps up from his seat, pumping his fist in the air. "Yes! My first-world counterpart and I'm a Maximal!" His triumphant shout earns a laugh from Molly, who playfully pats his arm.
"And the second one," the Author continues, "the rhinoceros, is Rhinox. His counterpart is Shoji."
"Huh. I'm a Rhinoceros robot, huh? That's something I guess," Mezo Shoji said, happy that he's fighting on the good side.
"Rhinoceros fits you!" Mina says, nudging Shoji with a grin. "Strong, dependable, and unstoppable!"
"I guess that's true." Shoji chuckles, his voice carrying quiet pride.
"But darkness has found us again, " the voiceover said as we saw a man looking up at the sky, covered in darkness. The darkness is enveloping the country.
"Darn, that darkness!" Leo Valdez quips, attempting to lighten the mood. A few chuckles ripple through the group, but the laughter is uneasy, overshadowed by the ominous visuals.
"Okay, now I'm really starting to feel a little scared of the dark." Amethyst shivers, crossing her arms tightly.
"That's not just any darkness," Ironwood says gravely, his steely gaze fixed on the screen. "Whatever is emitting that... it's powerful. To spread so far, so fast—it's a force unlike anything we've faced."
"Hope Y/n and the others can find a way to stop this," Anne said as she clutched her skirt. Her expression was a mix of worry and determination.
"Is there even a way to fight something like that?" Frida's voice is quiet, almost trembling, as though the weight of the question itself is too much to bear.
"There's always a way," Izuku Midoriya interjects firmly, his green eyes blazing with resolve. His fists clench as he speaks, his voice brimming with the confidence of someone who refuses to give up.
"Prime, " the voice said as we saw a truck driving at a dark, empty bus park and transforming into a giant humanoid robot. The humanoid robot is now in the jungle and listening to the big gorilla robot saying, "This is about the fate of all living things."
"Woah, for a robot counterpart, Y/n looks old" David (Hilda) pointed out as he saw his friend's counterpart on the screen.
"Well, of course," the Author replies, their tone both sympathetic and reflective. "Even for a robot, years of fighting in an endless war take their toll. Optimus Prime—or Y/n—has endured loss after loss. His friends, his home planet... even his brother."
"Brother?" Hunter asks, his brow furrowing in curiosity and concern.
"Optimus or should I say, Y/n has a friend he considers a brother. His name is Megatron." The Author told them all.
"Megatron?" Issei echoes, leaning forward with wide eyes. "What a name! Sounds... intense."
"Is Megatron in this world? And... who's his counterpart?" Marcy asks, wanting to know who's Y/n's brother'.
The Author smiles enigmatically. "He is indeed, and you'll meet his counterpart soon enough. But I promise, his arrival will be worth the wait." He told them all.
The group murmurs in anticipation, the tension is palpable as they imagine what kind of foe—or complicated figure—Megatron might be.
(Who do you think will be Megatron? Comment)
"Anyway, it's neat that we see Y/n as a robot which can transform into a vehicle. What kind of vehicle is that anyway?" Juzo said as he crossed his arms and he looked at the vehicle form of his classmates.
Before the Author can respond, Kouji Kouda quietly interjects, his voice shy but steady. "It's a Freightliner FLA," he says, glancing at the screen. His knowledge is precise, spoken with the confidence of someone who has studied vehicles.
The room goes silent as everyone turns to look at Kouji, most with expressions of mild surprise. Class 1-A, in particular, is stunned, their gazes filled with a mix of admiration and disbelief.
"You... know that?" Kaminari blurts out, blinking in astonishment.
Kouji notices their attention and immediately looks down, his cheeks flushing with embarrassment. "I... I like to learn about vehicles, okay?" he mumbles, fidgeting nervously. "It's just a hobby..."
"Hey, that's cool! I didn't know you were into stuff like that." Mina grins, leaning toward him.
Kouji peeks up shyly, a small smile forming. "Thanks... I just think vehicles are interesting. Especially ones like this," he adds, gesturing at Optimus Prime (Y/n) on the screen. "They're designed for strength and reliability. It's like... they're built to carry the weight of the world."
"That's a fitting metaphor for Prime," Momo says thoughtfully. "He's literally carrying the fate of all living beings on his shoulders."
"A Freightliner FLA... that makes sense. It's powerful, durable, and symbolizes resilience. Just like Prime—or Y/n." Izuku nods, scribbling in his notebook.
"Tch. Leave it to Deku to turn a truck into some kind of poetic metaphor." Bakugo scoffs, crossing his arms.
"Hey!" Izuku protests, though his sheepish smile gives him away.
We see a yellow crystal being tempered by someone and releasing an energy beam. The robot, called Prime, watched the energy beam from afar. "Unicron is coming" Primal, the giant robot gorilla, said as Twilight looked up in fear.
"Hey! Twilight! You're here!" Pinkie Pie exclaims, jumping in excitement as she points at the screen.
"I can see that Pinkie" Twilight can't help but chuckle at her friend's enthusiasm.
"So, what's her role in this world?" Marcy asks with curiosity.
"She is an artefact researcher and intern at a museum in-" The Author's explanation is cut off by Denki dramatically slamming his head on the sofa.
"Why... is it... always a museum?!" Denki complains, his voice muffled but filled with exasperation.
"Hey, museums are cool!"Lisa protests. "They're full of knowledge and history!"
"Yeah, sure," Denki mutters at the little girl. "Until something comes alive, explodes, or triggers the end of the world. Seen it a hundred times!"
"Right...so...Unicron? What's his deal?" Sam asks The Author as both Lisa and Denki fight in the back.
"You asked what is the cause of the Maximal's home destruction is...well, the answer is Unicron." The Author explains with a dark tone.
"What exactly is a Unicron?" Willow echoes, her voice tinged with nervousness.
"Unicron is like a god to a Transformers...albeit evil." The Author inform her and everyone else.
"Of course," Percy sighs heavily, rubbing his temples. "It's always a god."
Annabeth shoots Percy a look before pressing for details. "What kind of god? And what's his backstory?" She asks as some listen.
"Unicron is the god of chaos, a malevolent and ruthless entity who desires nothing but destruction. His ultimate goal is to annihilate his twin brother, Primus, and destroy everything that exists." The Author informs more on Unicron.
"Wait," Reyna speaks up, intrigued. "Primus? Who's that?"
"Primus," the Author explains, "is the benevolent counterpart to Unicron. While Unicron represents chaos and destruction, Primus embodies creation and order. He is the force of good in the Transformers universe, the creator of life, and the one who gave existence to all Transformers."
"Well," Chili says with a small smile, "at least there's a benevolent god in this universe. That's a bit of a relief."
"Brother vs. brother," Todoroki muses, his voice calm and introspective. "A tale as old as time."
His friends look at him, knowing what happens to his brothers and the battles going on between the two siblings.
"Yeah, but this is on a whole different scale," Anne says, gesturing at the screen. "We're talking about planet-destroying gods here."
"Doesn't sound so different from the Titans or the Olympians," Annabeth points out. "Sibling rivalry always ends in disaster."
"At least Primus sounds... decent," Luz says, though her brow furrows with concern. "But why would Unicron want to destroy everything?"
"To Unicron, existence itself is a flaw," the Author explains, their voice heavy with significance. "He sees the universe as imperfect, and his goal is to return everything to the void of chaos. To him, destruction isn't just a goal—it's a necessity."
"That's... grim," Amity mutters, glancing uneasily at the screen.
"So, Unicron destroyed the Maximals' home?" Molly asks, her usual cheer dimmed. "And now he's coming for Earth?"
"Earth is in his path. The Maximals came here to prepare for his arrival, but stopping him would require more than just their strength. They'll need allies." The Author nods solemnly.
We see the view of Unicron, the large planet eater coming towards Earth, as we see that this world is set in 1994.
"That... that's Unicron?" Issei stammers, his usual bravado nowhere to be found.
"Indeed," the Author confirms gravely. "The Planet Eater."
"I don't like this. I don't like this at all," Connie murmurs, gripping her seat tightly.
"Yeah," Jaune Arc chimes in, his voice tight with unease. "I think that's officially out of my comfort zone. How do you even fight something like that?"
"Oh, come on. We fought the Core back in Amphibia. That thing was pretty apocalyptic." Sasha crosses her arms, a smirk playing on her lips despite her nervousness.
"Yeah," Anne interjects, glaring at Sasha, "and it killed me. Remember that part, Sasha?"
Sasha freezes, her smirk dropping. "Right... I, uh, might've... blocked that out a bit." She chuckles nervously seeing the glare by Anne.
"Seriously?!" Anne groans, throwing up her hands. "You forgot about the part where I died?!"
Eda lets out a low whistle. "I don't blame her. If I were facing a planet-eating death bot, I'd be repressing some memories too." Anne just sight and rubs the bridge of her nose as her parents calm her down.
"But let's be real here: is there anything in our arsenal that could stop something like that? If Unicron existed in our world, would we even stand a chance?" Blake Belladonna, ever the strategist, asks.
"We barely managed to deal with Salem, and even then, that was with help, strategy, and weapons specifically tailored for our enemies. This? This is an entirely different level of impossible."Weiss Schnee shakes her head, frustration etched on her face.
. "We're not even talking about a supervillain or a kaiju here. We're talking about something that eats planets. I doubt even the best Quirks in the world could do much against that." Tsuyu speaks up, her voice calm but with a nervous undertone.
"Quirks, magic, Dust..." Akko sighs. "None of that feels like it would even matter against something this big."
"1994, huh?" Bandit interjects, trying to lighten the mood. "Now that was a year! Yahoo was founded, Sony launched the PlayStation, and tech fans were living the dream."
Bluey raises an eyebrow at her dad. "Dad, we're talking about a planet-eating robot, not video games."
"Hey, distractions help when you're looking at that thing," Bandit replies, gesturing toward Unicron with mock nonchalance. "Besides, it's not all bad! 1994 also gave us South Africa's first multiracial election. Nelson Mandela—what a legend!"
"Absolutely! Mandela's becoming president was huge. He stood for unity and hope in such a tough time. We could use some of that energy right now." Molly nods enthusiastically.
"Yeah... but let's not forget, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. That was the year Kurt Cobain died too. Grunge music hasn't been the same since." Luna chimes in, a more sombre tone in her voice.
"....I have no idea of anything you just said," Ruby said at the names of the items and people.
"Hey, maybe the 1994 setting is a good thing! People back then had all kinds of resourcefulness. Who knows, maybe they'll surprise Unicron." Steven Universe, always the optimist, tries to steer the conversation.
Anne raises an eyebrow. "Yeah, but unless they've got a giant robot army hidden somewhere, I don't see how they're stopping that thing." Steven chuckles nervously.
Izuku enters a car, and the car turns on by itself. The radio shows the Autobot's logo, which, of course, shocks Izuku. The vehicle then drifts on the road, and Izuku yells out, "It won't stop!" as he keeps on pressing the brake.
"Oh hey! Deku! It's you on the screen!" Ochako jumps up, pointing at the screen.
"Hehe, yeah, I can see that, Uraraka." Izuku, sitting beside her, scratches the back of his head with a sheepish smile.
"Izuku, we're dating now, remember? Call me Ochako." Ochako gives him a playful nudge.
Izuku stiffens, blushing furiously. "R-right! Ochako!" He said with a small smile.
Tenya smiles at his friends. Bakugou just rolled his eyes but smirked. While Denki and Mineta just give Izuku a jealous glare.
"Oh... A Porsche 911 Carrera RS 3.8. Very rare." Kouda tilts his head, his quiet voice cutting through the commotion.
"This kid knows his cars, huh? Not bad for the shy type." Eda raises an eyebrow, smirking.
"You've gotta be loaded to own that car back in 1994, Midoriya. Who knew you were rolling in cash?" Jiro crosses her arms, her trademark smirk creeping onto her face.
"I... I guess I am?" Izuku said to her.
"Not exactly. That's not your car, Izuku." The Author pointed
"Wait... what? What do you mean?" Izuku said as he looked at The Author
"Well, in this world, you're not exactly rolling in cash. You're stealing that car." The Author inform him.
"What?!" Izuku leaps to his feet, yelling.
The small voice of Eri chimes in from her spot on All Might's lap. "No! Bad Izuku! Stealing is bad!" Her scolding tone makes several people chuckle.
True, Eri. But there's more to the story. In this universe, Izuku's counterpart is a former soldier. After returning from service, he struggles to find a job and has no choice but to turn to something he's not proud of—stealing cars—to support his family. His mother is ill, and his younger brother needs expensive medication." The Author told the whole story.
"I'm not proud of what your counterpart is doing, Young Midoriya, but... I understand. Sometimes, people find themselves in desperate situations." All Might said as he shifted uncomfortably at the thought of his protege doing something like that.
"Yeah, I get it. When my dad got sick, we didn't know if we could make ends meet. It's hard."Ochako looks down, her tone softening, Tenya patting her on the back.
"So, seeing that he's scared for his life, that's not a normal car isn't it?" Koneko speaks up.
"Oh, definitely not. That's no ordinary car. It's a Transformer. And thankfully, it's an Autobot." The Author answered.
"Of course it is. No way a Decepticon would hide in plain sight like this." Lapis rolls her eyes.
"So who's this Autobot?" Hilda asks, tilting her head.
"His codename is Mirage. His real name and counterpart is Gus Porter." The Author informs the blue-haired girl.
Gus now visibly excited, leaps out of his seat. "YES! My turn! And I'm a robot! This is amazing!" His friend chuckles at him.
The car that Izuku is in is being chased by cops. The car conjures up holograms of the same cars and escapes. The car then enters an empty, abandoned factory, pushing Izuku out of the car as it transforms.
"Well, there I go, becoming a fugitive," Izuku mutters.
"Eh. Not your first time being a fugitive." Todoroki glances at Izuku.
"Wait, what? What does he mean by 'not your first time being a fugitive?'" Shinra whips his head around.
"It's... a long story." Izuku rubs the back of his head awkwardly, muttering.
"Oooh, holograms! I love it! High-tech illusions for the win!" Marcy shouted in glee at the technological marvel.
"Holo-what?"Gus said, tilting his head.
"It's essentially like your illusion magic, Gus, but created using advanced light technology instead of spells," Twilight told him.
"Ohhh, now I get why my codename is Mirage in this world. Pretty clever!" Gus's eyes widen in realization.
"Yeah....what does Mirage mean?" Denki asks as he leans forward.
"Mirage means an optical effect that is sometimes seen at sea, in the desert, or over hot pavement, that may have the appearance of a pool of water or a mirror in which distant objects are seen inverted, and that is caused by the bending or reflection of rays of light by a layer of heated air of varying density," Lisa explained as she pushed up her glasses.
"Uhhhh..." Leni Loud blinks, visibly confused.
"Imagine you're walking through a hot desert, and in the distance, you spot what looks like a shimmering pool of water. But as you get closer, the water seems to disappear, almost like it was never there. That's a mirage. It's not real water; it's just light playing tricks on you." Izuku steps in with a simpler explanation.
Both Leni and Denki light up in realization. "Ooooh!" they say in unison.
"Leave it to Deku to turn a car chase into a science lesson." Ochako chuckles at her boyfriend.
"He could've been a bit gentler in ejecting him!" Iida adjusts his glasses, frowning.
"Tch. Don't act like it'd hurt him, idiot. Deku can take a fall." Bakugo scoffs.
Gus, watching on the couch, is practically buzzing with excitement. "Yes! Let's see what I look like as a robot!" He said under his breath.
All of them see the sleek design of Gus as a robot in this world.
"Gotta say, kid, you make a good-looking bot." Eda whistles.
"Right?! I'm officially the coolest Autobot." Gus said.
"Cool? Maybe. Humble? Definitely not." Hunter smirk.
"Still, you do look pretty awesome, Gus. And Mirage suits you." Eda said to Gus.
Izuku picked up a piece of metal bar and looked at Gus. "Back up!" Izuku warned Gus, but the robot didn't seem to be afraid. "Oh, I thought we were boys?" Gus said to Izuku nonchalantly.
"Yeah, because waving around a metal stick totally will scare off a giant robot." Sasha tease.
"Hey, at least he's trying to defend himself. Gotta give him that." Sprig shrugged.
"Man, I can't believe how good I look as a robot. Look at those sleek lines!" Gus grins ear to ear at his design.
"Agreed. You look awesome. And honestly, you've got a bit of a rebel vibe going on. Definitely suits you." Willow chuckles, giving Gus a playful nudge.
"Rebel, huh? You're not going to let this go to your head, are you?" Hunter said, raising an eyebrow.
"Who, me? Never." Gus crosses his arms, feigning offence.
"Boys?! What the hell do you mean, 'we're boys,' huh? You barely know that green-haired nerd!" Bakugo yelled, feeling a little bit jealous when hearing that.
"Chill, man. Gus is just messing with him. You can tell this version of Gus is super laid-back. Totally fits the whole 'rebel Autobot' vibe." Kirishima chuckles, nudging Bakugo.
Y/n entered the factory. Izuku sees another but taller robot and throws the piece of metal bar away. "You brought a human here?!" Y/n said to Gus in anger as he bent down to pick Izuku up.
"Well, there he is. The big boss. Y/n's makin' it clear who's in charge."Applejack leans back, tilting her hat as she comments.
"Holy cow! Y/N's massive! Way bigger than the others!" Molly's eyes went wide when she saw the size of her brother.
"Considering his vehicle form is a truck, I'm not surprised. Trucks are meant to be strong, just like him" Connie pointed out.
Akeno, smirking slyly, begins, "I'd love to see him transform into his truck form barreling down the—"
Before she can finish, Ibara interjects, her tone stern. "Control yourself, woman! There are children present!"
"What's wrong with seeing a truck? Trucks are cool!" Bluey, oblivious to the subtext, innocently pipes up.
They see Izuku's counterpart throwing away his only weapon.
"Smart move, throwing away the bar. You don't want to mess with the big boss." Percy chuckled.
"Yeah, but I doubt Y/n's going to hurt him without a reason. He was never the type to lash out." Thalia says as few of them agree.
"Still, better safe than dead." Amanda O Neil muttered.
"Doesn't look like Y/n's too thrilled about meeting Izuku. Guess humans aren't exactly welcome in their group." Lincoln Loud pointed out.
"They've probably been hiding for who knows how long. Bringing in a human could expose them." Ruby crosses her arms, watching intently.
"And let's be real—humans wouldn't hesitate to capture them for research or worse. They'd see them as nothing more than science projects." Weiss added as she sees human's dark sides.
"...Would they do that?" Bluey Heller asks.
"Kid, you have no idea what humans are capable of. Especially when they fear what they don't understand." Qrow sighs heavily.
"Exactly. No wonder Y/n isn't thrilled about this. He's probably seen the worst humanity has to offer." Hinawa agrees, his expression grim.
"It's a good thing that Izuku isn't one of the bad humans" Grover says.
Aww! Look at Y/n holding him like that! It's like he's afraid of breaking him. So cute!" Mina swooning slightly, giggles.
"Cute? He's holding me like I'm a toy!" Izuku said as he shook his head.
"It's kind of sweet, though. For such a big guy, Y/n's being really gentle." Ochako said with a smile as she leaned at Izuku.
"That's Optimus for you. A giant teddy bear" The Author chuckled.
"I'm nobody. I ain't even seen nothing." Izuku said as Y/n held him like a toy as the other Autobots looked. Y/n looks at them in exasperation.
"Izuku" Ochako and Iida say in unison, a mix of disappointment and fondness in their tones.
"I know. I know. I'm somebody" Izuku said to her and Iida sheepishly, looking as if he wished he could disappear.
"Y/n looks like a dad who's just done with his kids' nonsense. You can practically hear the Why do I bother? in his voice." Anne chuckle
"Totally! Y/n is definitely the dad and big brother of this group of misfits." Luz laughed as well.
"I think he's the dad and big brother for all of us," Steven added with a bright smile. His earnest tone made everyone nod in agreement. He remembered all the times he had problems related to Gems and Y/n will always be there for him.
"Oh yeah, definitely," Percy agreed, crossing his arms as if there was no room for debate. "He's the one who makes sure we don't completely burn the place down while also being the guy who secretly thinks half the chaos is hilarious."
"And I'm glad he does." Annabeth sigh.
"No lies there" Molly agrees with what is said about Y/n.
A tow truck throws its handle at a purple car's back as the tow truck spins around and fires missiles at something or someone.
"Oh, two more vehicles," Sprig pointed out, his wide eyes reflecting the mayhem.
"If I'm not mistaken, those vehicles are a GMC C7000 Tow Truck and an R33 Nissan Skyline GT-R" Koda chimes in.
Denki blinked at him in disbelief, his jaw slack. "...He even knows about tow trucks," he muttered, still in shock at his classmate's endless knowledge of vehicles.
"These aren't just any vehicles," The Author interjected, their voice laced with tension. "These are the Terrorcons—three of Unicron's most loyal servants, and they're not here to play nice."
"Terrorcons...so edgy" Sadie Kane mocks as she rolls her eyes, dramatically.
"They sure look like they're built for destruction, but do they have the brains to back it up?" Fumiko says, unimpressed.
"There are three of them," The Author explained, his tone taking on a grim edge. "Scourge, the leader; Battletrap, the brute; and Nightbird, the stealth expert. Each of them serves Unicron with unwavering loyalty."
"And their counterparts?" Lilith asks The Author.
"Nightbird parallels Raynare, Battletrap matches Rikiya Katsukame, and Scourge...well, Scourge aligns with Adam Taurus," The Author answered with a heavy sigh.
The reaction was immediate. The combined casts of High School DxD, My Hero Academia, and RWBY groaned in unison at the mention of the names.
"Of course," Denki said, throwing his hands up in mock surrender. "Why wouldn't they be connected to the most problematic people ever?"
Blake's voice is barely audible at first, but then she mutters, "Adam..." Her tone carries the weight of unresolved emotions. Her teammates, along with her parents, immediately look over at her with concern.
"Don't worry, Blake! This Adam is from another world. It's not your Adam." Ruby jumps in quickly, trying to alleviate some of the tension.
"And as far as I know, Y/n can fight against him without breaking a sweat. This version of Adam doesn't stand a chance." Weiss added as she crossed her arms and gave a small but confident smirk.
"And who knows? Y/n might even rip Adam's head off. It'd be the perfect finish." Yang, leaning back with a grin, adds with a little bit of flair.
"...That's a bit gruesome," Blake said but smiled.
Gus, in his car form, is driving away as he's being chased by Raynare in her car form but then Adam falls from the cliff and hits Raynare's car form as she flies and turns back into Cybertronian form and falls.
"AH! She's chasing me!" Gus, said, fearing for his otherworld counterparts.
"Oh..that must be Scourge...or Adam" Blake said as she noticed it.
"That he is" The Author confirms.
"What happened to Adam? Why is he falling from a cliff?" Hilda asks in perplexity.
"Y/n is beating him up as they fall down a cliff," the Author explained simply, as though it were the most natural thing in the world.
There was a brief, awkward pause before Yang's voice rang out in laughter, full of energy despite the chaos. "Yeah! Get his butt, Y/n!" She was enjoying the idea of Adam getting what he deserved, remembering all too well his past transgressions.
"You're enjoying this a little too much," Blake said as she raised an eyebrow, giving Yang a half-hearted glare.
"Of course, I am!" Yang shot back, still grinning. "It's not every day you get to see someone like him get the smackdown he's been asking for—and in the most dramatic way possible!"
"Honestly, only Y/n could make beating up Adam while falling off a cliff look effortless." Weiss huffed, crossing her arms.
"You've gotta admit, though, it's pretty cool! Like, superhero movie cool." Ruby chimed in, practically bouncing on her heels.
"I'm just saying," Sadie interjected, her tone sarcastic, "if this ends with Adam conveniently landing face-first in the dirt, I might start believing in karma."
"Forget karma," Percy said, smirking. "Y/n is karma at this point."
"This is not our war," Y/n said as we saw Adam, Raynare and Rikiya walk out of the river of New York City.
"What do you mean this is not our war?!" Luz exclaimed, her tone incredulous as she gestured wildly. Her wide eyes were filled with disbelief, and she looked at Y/n on screen as if he had just declared the sky wasn't blue.
"Y/n in this world only goes after Adam just to take the key so he can bring himself and the other Autobots back home," The Author told the girl about the motivation Y/n have in this world.
"But what about Earth and everyone in it?!" Steven cut in, his voice rising in urgency. His heart swelled with concern for the planet and the countless lives that could be at stake.
"Don't you worry. After a conversation with Izuku—one that really got through to him—Y/n realized something important. He saw that life, all life, is worth protecting. That's when he decided to stop thinking solely about going home and instead focus on protecting Earth." The Author told him.
"So, what does he do?"Steven asked as his expression softened slightly, but his concern remained.
"He makes a hard choice. He decides to destroy the key." The Author's expression turned serious.
"Destroy the key?" Lori's voice cut through the tension, her tone incredulous. She folded her arms, eyebrows furrowing as she tried to make sense of the decision. "Wouldn't that ruin their only way back home?"
The Author nodded. "Yes. The key is what Unicron is using to draw closer to Earth. By destroying it, Y/n prevents Unicron from consuming this world." He said.
Ren, always the thoughtful one, frowned slightly. "And by doing that, Unicron is unable to destroy Earth, but..." He trailed off, his gaze lowering as he pieced it together.
"Y/n and the others are unable to go home," Lotte finished, her voice tinged with melancholy. The weight of such a sacrifice was not lost on her.
The group fell into a contemplative silence for a moment, the enormity of Y/n's choice sinking in. It wasn't just about fighting villains—it was about giving up a dream, a purpose, for the sake of others.
"You know..." Leo Valdez said, breaking the somber atmosphere, "Even though they're the bad guys, you gotta admit—that's a pretty cool shot of them coming out of the water like that."
"I hate to agree with you on that..." Piper McLean said, wrinkling her nose, "but I agree with you on that." She sighed dramatically, tossing her braid over her shoulder. "They've got the whole villain aesthetic thing down."
Blake, who had been watching the scene quietly, spoke up, her voice thoughtful. "Aesthetic or not, it doesn't change what's at stake. Y/n's choice isn't just about fighting them—it's about choosing who he wants to be."
"And who he wants to be is someone who kicks major butt while saving the world." Yang grinned, nudging her sister.
"Exactly! And if that means making a huge sacrifice, then...well, that just makes him even more of a hero." Ruby nodded enthusiastically.
Luz looked at Y/n, her earlier frustration melting into admiration. "So he chooses Earth over himself? Over his home?" She asks.
The Author smiled. "He does. Because in that moment, Y/n understands that being a hero isn't about where you come from—it's about what you're willing to fight for."
Gus, in his Cybertronian form, looks behind him and is pounced by Ollie, in his Cheetah robot form. "Optimus. We must trust each other to protect the home we all share." Garnet informs.
"Ouch?" Gus said looking
"Hehe. Sorry" Ollie apologise
"It's the only way the world will be saved" Garnet nod her head, agreeing with what her counterpart is saying.
Izuku, Twilight, Gus and Piper walked and looked around the place. Before it changes to Obi, Ollie, Bobby and Piper look at something. And a contraption of a machine.
"Oooh. Where are they?" Rarity asks as she looks at the view.
"Peru" The Author answered, his tone matter-of-fact
"Peru?!" Luz exclaimed, her voice rising with excitement. "I've always wanted to go there!" Her enthusiasm was almost contagious as she spun in place, taking in the breathtaking view of the lush mountains in the distance.
"Really? Why?" Xenovia asks, not knowing why she wants to go there.
"Uh, hello? Rainbow Mountain?" Luz gestured wildly as if it were the most obvious answer in the world. "It's gorgeous. Have you seen the pictures? All those colours streaked across the mountains? It's like nature's art gallery!"
"And don't forget Machu Picchu!" Bandit chimed in, his voice cutting through the group's chatter as he pointed toward the horizon.
"Were...were those words?" Eda asked, confused.
"Machu Picchu," Carter interjected, stepping up beside them with a small, amused smile. "It's one of the most iconic and celebrated archaeological sites in the world. I've been there with my dad. We explored some of the historical items they've preserved—it's incredible." His voice carried a mix of fondness and reverence, his memories of the place meaningful.
Twilight's ears perked up with interest. "Hmm...an archaeological site? I'd love to see that place." Her curiosity was piqued as she pulled out her notepad, scribbling a few notes about Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain. "It sounds like a treasure trove of history and culture."
"How big can this guy be?" Izuku ask. "Uh. He eats planets." Gus answered as we saw the face of Unicron with Adam looking at him "So, like, way bigger than a planet."
"Well, doesn't that make everything just hunky-dory," Eda quipped, her voice dripping with sarcasm as she crossed her arms and rolled her eyes.
Gus, clearly missing the tone, brightened. "It does?"
Eda immediately facepalmed, groaning audibly. "NO! It's sarcasm!" she shot back, waving her hand in exasperation. "Do you ever pay attention?"
"So... that's the face of Unicron," Blake said softly, her tone cautious, her ears pinned back slightly as if expecting the screen itself to come alive.
"He looks like... like a robotic Satan," Issei muttered, taking an involuntary step back. "No offence."
"None taken. I quite agree with your statement" Rias said.
"How in the hell are they going to fight that?!" Jaune burst out, gesturing wildly at the screen. His voice cracked slightly, his disbelief evident. "He's not just big—he's the size of a freaking god!"
Oscar jumps out of the cargo plane wearing his battle mask and shoots at canisters consisting of enemies as they fall to battle, destroying it.
"Woah," a few of the onlookers, including Izuku and Blake, muttered in awe, their eyes wide at the display of skill and confidence.
Qrow, who had been watching from the sidelines, couldn't help but chuckle with approval. "I have to admit, kid's cool factor just increased." His voice carried that trademark mix of gruffness and respect as if Oscar had just earned a spot in his list of those worth admiring.
"...Now I want a battle mask," Ruby muttered under her breath, her eyes glinting with excitement. She glanced at Oscar."Seriously. That's so cool."
"In the end, everything you cared for will be consumed," Adam said as we saw Izuku hugging his mother and little brother, Kota. Twilight rested her head on Izuku's shoulder. Oscar jumps towards Adam but is stabbed by him and killed.
"As if we're going let that happen!" Piper shouted, her voice fierce and determined.
Arthur, standing beside her, cracked his knuckles with a defiant grin. "Yeah! We ain't scared of Unicron! We're heroes, right?" His enthusiasm was infectious, his spirit undeterred even in the face of such overwhelming odds.
"Well, I do... but it's a hero's job to save people," Mineta admitted, his voice carrying a hint of reluctant acceptance
"Mom" Izuku sees himself on screen hugging his mother as well as Kota.
"The thing about this world, Izuku," The Author's voice rang out, "is that Kota is your little brother, and he's sick with diseases.
"Oscar!" Ruby screamed, her voice breaking the air as she watched the scene unfold. Seeing her friend being stabbed on screen.
Izuku and Twilight, who are in a museum, are running as it explodes. The two then looked at a hidden mechanism now being opened. "Maybe there's another way to save our home," Twilight said.
Denki raised his hands dramatically, "YES... burn the museum! I don't want to see that building anymore!" He laughs as everyone looks at him like he's a psychopath.
"Jeez. He really hates museums." Irina said as she shuddered.
"You have no idea," Jiro told her as she rolled her eyes.
"Ohh...what's in there?" Marcy said as she saw the hidden mechanism.
"Another piece of the key" The Author informs.
"Another piece of the key?" Gus raised an eyebrow, unsure of what he meant.
"The key's been broken into two parts," the Author explained, his eyes narrowing. "Garnet knew that Adam, or anyone who wanted to use it, would try to collect it all. So, as a precaution, she hid each half in separate, secure locations."
"Smart," Obi observed, his arms crossed as he looked toward the dark staircase leading down. "I can see why that would be a good move. No one person should have it all."
Qrow, always the realist, nodded gravely. "Exactly. And now everyone's rushing to find it before Adam can get his hands on it. That's why they need to move quickly." Qrow said.
Ollie, Piper, Bobby, Obi, Y/n and Mezo stood side by side. "You've never faced anything like this." Obi's voiceover said.
Ollie, ever the optimist, flashed a grin, raising his fist in the air. "Oh. We look so cool!" His excitement was infectious, but there was an underlying nervousness in his tone.
"Oh. We're going to charge at the battle" Piper said, not liking what they're about to do.
"Not really a smart way to fight in a battle," Mezo said, his arms crossed over his chest as he gave Piper a pointed look. "Charging in without a plan? That's asking for trouble."
"Well, desperate time calls for desperate measure. Adam has used the key and Unicron is coming to destroy Earth with his armies, so Y/n and the others have no choice but to fight to get to the key and destroy it" The Author inform the need to do such things.
Mirko, who had been watching them with a stern gaze, nodded approvingly. "Yeah? Well, that's what heroes do, right?" Her voice was fierce, like the roar of a lioness. "We face anything that comes our way—no matter how dangerous. No matter how impossible. We don't run from a fight, we charge right into it." She grinned, her body radiating the kind of energy only a true warrior could possess. "And trust me, I've faced worse than this."
"Let them come," Y/n said as his face mask covered his face.
"Cool," the boys murmured in awe, their eyes wide with respect and admiration. Y/n's demeanour, combined with his imposing presence, was enough to send a chill down their spines. They couldn't help but feel both inspired and slightly intimidated by the sheer intensity he radiated.
"Hot," some of the girls muttered under their breath, their cheeks flushed at the sight of Y/n's powerful stance. There was something about the way he looked—so sure, so controlled—that made their hearts race. The way his voice carried confidence and barely contained anger made them both admire and fear him.
Frida, who had been watching the scene unfold, crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow. "He sounds pissed," she commented, her voice steady, but there was a hint of concern beneath the surface. She had seen Y/n angry before, but this was different—there was a depth of fury in his eyes that told her this battle wasn't just about survival. It was personal.
"Well, considering Adam in this world killed Oscar, yeah, he has the right to be angry," The Author's voice interrupted, his tone somber as he explained the gravity of the situation. The words hung in the air like a heavy fog, the weight of the revelation sinking in.
"He killed me?!" Oscar's voice cracked in disbelief, the shock and confusion clear in his eyes. His hands clenched into fists, but there was no real anger in his reaction—just sheer disbelief.
His friends turned to him, eyes wide with concern and bewilderment. The news was almost too much to process. Ruby, ever the empath, reached out and grasped Oscar's hand, her voice filled with sympathy. "How? How did this happen?" she asked, her tone gentle as she patted his hand, trying to comfort him in his shock.
The Author, ever the one to provide the harsh truth, responded. "Adam was beating up Y/n and trying to kill him. Oscar... he tried to stop him. He tried to save Y/n from Adam's wrath, but Adam... Adam killed him instead." The Author's words hung heavy in the room, and it was clear that the loss had affected more than just Oscar.
So he wants to avenge me," Oscar murmured, the realization settling into his heart like a weight. The thought that Y/n would be carrying the burden of his death, not as a loss but as a motivation, made Oscar feel both sorrow and pride.
Blake's fists tightened at her sides, her usual calm demeanour replaced with fury. "Adam... you bastard," she growled, her teeth gritted in anger. Her friends and family looked at her with concern, the intensity of her emotions radiating through her. It was clear this wasn't just about revenge—it was about stopping a monster, someone who took lives without remorse.
Yang, sensing the tension, placed a comforting hand on Blake's shoulder. "Don't worry," she said, her voice full of assurance. "Knowing Y/n, he's going to make Adam pay." Yang had seen Y/n in action before. She had seen him fight with everything he had, but she also knew that when his anger was personal, it became a force that no one could stand against.
Lynn, who had been silently observing the exchange, shuddered at the thought of Y/n's wrath. "Trust me," she said, her voice low and filled with a sense of warning. "Don't ever get in the way of an angry Y/n." She closed her eyes briefly, a distant memory flashing before her eyes. She remembered her brother's face—an expression of raw, untamed fury that sent a chill down her spine. She had seen it before, and she had learned quickly that when Y/n was pushed too far, there was no mercy in his eyes. He was relentless, unstoppable. "When he's angry... it's a whole different side of him. No one's safe from his rage."
Unicron eating a planet, Garnet firing at the Terrorcons at the museum. Twilight holding and jumping towards a bag. Piper, who was inside Bobby's (Pause) vehicle form dodge a missile. Izuku yelled out in fear as Gus in his car form did tricks as Izuku was in it. Y/n and the others charged at the battle as he pulled out his axe.
"Not Earth... at least it's not Earth," Peridot muttered, though the words lacked their usual sarcasm. The gravity of the situation wasn't lost on her. Still, the very thought of a planet being consumed was a nightmare she couldn't completely ignore.
Anne Boonchuy's eyes widened in horror as she watched the planet's demise unfold. "It's still a planet! Someone could live there!" Her voice was filled with both sadness and disbelief. The idea that an entire world, perhaps even civilizations, was being wiped out in an instant was gut-wrenching.
"Garnet to the rescue!" Amethyst cheered, always ready to give credit where it was due.
"Jeez. There goes the museums." Bandit sigh.
"How can three of them manage to do that much damage?!" Johanna yelled out at the destruction on screen.
"Those robots are evil. They don't care how much damage they cause as long as they can kill them" Hazel noted,
"Heh. I'm inside the...oh..well at least I managed to dodge the missile" Piper sighed in relief.
"Yeah. That'll be bad if you don't" Jason said to his girlfriend who smiles at him.
"Eh, maybe it would've been an improvement," Drew Tanaka quipped, her voice laced with sarcasm, though there was a hint of amusement behind it.
"You're a bit of a daredevil in this world aren't you, kid?" Eda teased Gus.
"Hey, if you got the moves, why not show them off?" Gus replied,
"Charge!" A number of them yelled.
"Woah! Your brother has an axe!" Amy gasped, her eyes widening in admiration as she looked toward Erma. "This is serious."
"Nora approved," Nora said, a grin spreading across her face.
"Nora, you use a hammer," Ren reminded her.
"Still approved," Nora responded without missing a beat, her eyes not leaving the battle ahead. To her, weapons were weapons—if Y/n wielded an axe, it was only because it suited him. Her hammer suited her. They were both tools of justice in their own right.
Obi crushed a scorpion robot and bit the head of another. Ollie, in his cheetah form, pounced at another scorpion robot. Piper on top of Mezo's robotic Rhino form is shooting at the enemies before dropping off and dropping next to Bobby as they keep on firing.
Shinra, witnessing the brutality of Obi's combat style, couldn't help but comment in awe. "Damn. Captain Obi is giving them a hard time," he said, watching as Obi's counterpart tore through the robotic enemies with ruthless efficiency.
"Heh. That's Captain Obi for ya," Maki said, her voice full of admiration. "He's the real deal when it comes to taking down enemies."
"Never thought of myself to be this badass," Ollie admitted with a grin, as he looked at his counterpart pouncing.
"We're making a dent in their numbers," Piper said, scanning the field that was on screen.
Jason, who had been watching had an idea for some added fun. "Heh. We should do that, Frank," he said, a grin spreading across his face. "You turning into a bear while I stand on top of you. That'd be cool, right?"
"I'll pass, Jason," he replied, clearly not thrilled with the idea. "I'm not in the mood for you to ride me like a wild animal."
Percy, overhearing the conversation, grinned widely, always up for a bit of action. "I'll go next!" he said, eager to join in on whatever chaos Jason was cooking up.
Frank, still not convinced, gave them a deadpan look. "I prefer if you guys don't," he said, raising an eyebrow.
"Yo, Izuku, take the wheel" Gus said as he threw something at Izuku. But instead of capturing it in his hand, the thing engulfs his hand. Izuku, in armour, was holding onto Oscar's car form as they hit more enemies. "Yeah, baby!" He cheered as he and Oscar fired at enemies.
Izuku, still trying to wrap his mind around what just happened, shouted, "Umm...what is he throwing at me?" His voice was half-amused, half-confused
The Author, who had been watching the whole spectacle with a wry smile, answered in a matter-of-fact tone. "Oh. A part of his body."
Izuku and Gus both froze for a moment, staring at each other, then at the armour now fully engulfing Izuku. "I'm sorry, what?!" they both exclaimed in unison, their voices filled with equal parts disbelief and confusion.
The Author clarified, with a slight chuckle, "Yeah. Gus has this ability to not just create illusions but also remove parts of his body. He can give someone armour by giving them a piece of himself." The Author's tone was casual, but the reality of what was happening hit Izuku hard. He wasn't sure whether to be grateful for the unexpected boost in power or utterly creeped out by the idea of wearing someone else's body part as armour.
"I'm scared of that though," Gus admitted, his usual bravado momentarily faltering. "I mean, imagine giving your body part to someone and it turns into armour. It's a bit... weird, right?"
"Yeah, that sounds terrifying," Libby said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I mean, giving away a part of your body like that... that's gotta mess with your head."
Well, at least he looks cool," Luz said, giving a thumbs-up. "I mean, that armour is totally awesome."
Izuku, still adjusting to the sudden transformation, couldn't help but glance down at the sleek, glimmering armour that encased him. "Yeah, I gotta admit, it does look pretty badass," he said, his confidence growing a little as he pulled the trigger again, blasting more enemies into pieces. "Thanks for the boost, Gus. But, uh, do you mind if I don't get used to... you know, wearing your body parts?"
"Nah, it's all good. Just don't expect me to keep giving pieces of myself away. I'm not that generous." Gus laughed, clearly enjoying the absurdity of the situation.
Oh yeah! Fighting side by side!" Oscar said, his voice full of excitement. "We're really doing this!"
END
"That... was insane!" Izuku said, still processing what had just happened. Though the idea of wearing someone else's body part as armour was unsettling, he was thankful for the boost it gave him.
All of them talked among each other about this world and how many cool factor it brings. As well as some existentialism it brings when they see Unicron.
As they were ready to walk out of the room, they heard someone. The Author and everyone else watched and their eyes went wide.
"Umm...Hi?" Miko Kubota said, her voice soft yet confident as she gave a small smile. She stood there, looking at them with wide eyes, her casual yet somewhat wary demeanour signalling that she wasn't sure how to approach this strange group. Behind her, a few others—some familiar, some not—appeared, cautiously peering around her as though unsure of the situation.
"Not again," The Author muttered, rubbing his temples in exasperation. It wasn't just Miko's presence that made him sigh—it was the way she had arrived at this point. "And here I thought I'd fixed the hole".
I hope you enjoy this chapter, and I sincerely apologize for taking so long to update. Honestly, this has been quite a journey for me, and I'm thrilled to finally share it with you all. This chapter is probably the longest one I've ever written, clocking in at a whopping 9,777 words! I never thought I'd get to this point, but it feels amazing to have it completed. So like, comment and enjoy.
