Description:
Rogan is described as easily slipping sarcasm and lies into his words as smoothly as jam on toast, usually with a smug smirk. That being said, he isn't afraid of being blunt and calling people out on their BS. He's also cunning and ambitious, and has no problem going after what he wants without fear of anyone judging him or stopping him. Surprisingly, he does have a puppy mode everytime he sees cats or kittens, and his personality does a complete 180°. Otherwise, he can be a pretty cool guy when he's not looking for trouble...sometimes. (only if he considers you okay) He's also overprotective over his siblings, and is all about tough love.

Backstory: Being born into a biker gang, Rogan learned fighting and survival pretty early on and was exposed to a lot of pretty violent things from a young age. Nonetheless, being raised with the gang, he was also feared, living a pretty fun life and its what got him into punk rock music in the first place. The first time his powers were discovered and his mother revealed was when he bought his first guitar, and his playing was so rage filled his powers actually made everyone else go into a violent brawl, which is when he was sent to camp. The only reason he agreed was to see how much damage he really could do with his powers, without hurting his own gang.
