My Wattpad has been really screwy lately and giving me notifications like an hour after the comment, vote, whatever. Is my phone just fucked up or is this happening for other people

So starting on either the 6th or 7th updates might be a little later in the day. Usually I upload right when I wake up, but they might start coming a little after 3 pm whatever the fuck time zone Ohio is (its Eastern standard, right? I think so.) I'm doing marching band and band camp starts on one of those dates, I can't remember which. I don't know for sure if I'll be changing the upload time yet, but if they aren't out around the usual time just wait a bit. There will still be an update every day, just possibly a different time
