You were walking along the school having your flashcards out just studying for science test, it was a huge one if you failed you would probably get kicked out. You were looking at your flashcards all of a sudden you got a text from Alya.

Alya: hurry we need help in the music room xx

You: be there in a few whats up?xx

Alya: no time help us!!! hurry up!!! xx

You: oh um ok xx

You wiggled your eyebrows at the text in confusion, it must be important if she wouldn't tell you what's happening. You put your flashcards in your bag and nearly ran into 5 people, being a polite person you said 'excuse me,' but you were sure that no one heard it. You almost ran past the music room, but you pulled yourself back and saw Miles, your best friend, lying on the ground holding his head an groaning in pain.

Immediately, you rush over to him. "Miles, miles, come on say something!"

"I'm fine." He groaned.

"The sounds you're making aren't proving your point. Now please tell us what's happening." Alya said.

"Where are your pills?" Jax said rummaging through his bag.

"What pills? He doesn't take any pills! Are you doing drugs?!" You ask stupidly.

"Oh my god, i'm surrounded by idiots!" Alya said.

"Water someone hand me water!" Jax yelled. As fast as you could, which was pretty fast, you handed him your water bottle you took everywhere with.  Jax gave him his pills and made Miles drink water. Miles was sweating, but you and Alya were still clearly confused on what was going on.

"Something you'd like to tell us?" Alya asked Jax and Miles.

"Um nope see ya!" Jax pulled almost pulled him and Miles out the door but your grip was strong pulling him back. "Geez woman you have more strength than me, give me your trainer." Jax rubbed him arm and you rolled your eyes. 

"Now why are you taking pills? Is there something you're not telling us." Miles sighed and sat down on the ground leaning against the wall. "Miles, we promised we'd telleach other everything."

"I know its just that, this secret might change the way everyone looks at me. Everyone would treat me like a 3 year old." Miles said.

"It can't be that bad." Alya said scooching over next to me.

"I have kidney disease." 

The room remained quiet for a while. You broke the silence.

"You trusted Jax more than me?!" You yelled. "I'm sorry, were those 13 years of friendship nothing to you!"

"I DIDN'T WANT ANYONE TO KNOW OKAY!?" Miles yelled back.

"THEN WHY WOULD JAX KNOW?" Basically now, this conversation consisted of shouting, mutters, curses, and small roasts at each other here and there.

"Guys." Jax said, trying to calm both of you down. "Guys." He said a little louder. "GUYS!"

You both remained stunned.

"I found out on my own. I'm sure that Miles would've told you first before me. I wouldn't even tell me first."

"I'm sorry." You murmured. "I didn't mean to, it was out of anger."

"I'm sorry for not telling you guys in the first place." Miles sighed and scratched his head.

"Great are we all good? I'm starving, sorry." Alya asked. We all let out a small laugh, but we nodded anyway. Jax and Alya left and I stayed back with Miles for a minute.

"Best friends?" You whispered holding out your pinky.

"Forever." Miles linked your pinkies together and smiled.

"Good. Race ya to the cafeteria!" You had a head start and Miles caught up. Hopefully there won't be any secrets between the two of you. Or the four of you. And you guys will be

Best friends.

Forever.
