After two weeks of preparation, the quartet are finally ready to infiltrate the prison to save the others. Once their plan had been made, they got the counterparts from U1 to build them equipment and the ones from U3 to help them with infiltration and hacking. Walking out of the change rooms, they were now dressed up in stealth gear, ready to go. They made their way to the large table where the U1 counterparts had their gear.

"Alright, what do we have?" Derek asked.

"Firstly, we have a laser pen, by the click of this button, it will generate a laser that can reach just over the melting point of steel" Derek1 answered.

"Next, we have the sound absorbing footwear" Ichika1 added, "These will suppress the sounds of your footsteps, making you near silent"

"After that, we have a non-lethal taser glove, good to knock someone out cold for a bit" Sarah1 explained.

"Lastly, we have the vision goggles, this one has many traits, you can look at footprints, fingerprints, and the thermal view of a living being" Houki1 ended.

"Nice, we can easily get them out with these plus using the Utility Gloves" Sarah cheered.

"Alright, we are good to go" Ichika exclaimed.

"Good, your counterparts in U3 will guide you through the facility and help with hacking" Akira added, giving each of them earpieces to wear, "By the way, how will you enter, you never told me"

"U8 Counterparts will let us in through the window with telekinesis" Houki told him.

"Ah ok" Akira replied.

"Ichika, please save my sister" Dan begged.

"Don't worry, she'll be in safe hands" Ichika assured.

"Gee, if you weren't dating Houki, I would've set you up with her" Dan commented.

"Sorry bro, but I do hope she does find that special someone" Ichika said, eyeing Houki which made her blush a little.

"Ok, enough talk, let's just go" Sarah told everyone.

At the Prison Grounds 1

Arriving nearby the first prison ground where the others are, the four left the truck and snuck to the back of the building, avoiding any potential guards. Once they made their way towards the left side of the wall, they summoned their counterparts from U8 to move them over to the open window. Once inside, they contacted their U3 counterparts for guidance. (Communication through machine will be in italics)

"Ok, we're in" Ichika exclaimed.

"Good, we have the location of where your friends and sister are located" Ichika7 replied.

"However, there are some doors that are locked via passcode, so we have to hack them" Derek7 explained.

"Ok, I guess we'll just have to make are way through" Houki said, ending the communication.

The four made their way over towards the cells that were on the other side of the building. There were times when they had to switch floors and jump over railings to get to the right area, but they managed. During their trek, they used the vision goggles to locate the thermal colours of the guards. Most of them were out of the way, so it wasn't a huge worry. Upon nearing their destinations, two guards were stood side by side, in front of the entrance of their location. Ichika and Derek made their way over towards the guard and knocked them out by using the taser glove. However, two more guards showed up to apprehend them. It didn't matter though, because Houki and Sarah jumped behind them and tased them. After thanking the girls, they walked over to the prison cells and surprised the girls in them.

"Ichika?" Chifuyu questioned.

"Hey Chifuyu-nee" Ichika greeted.

"What are you doing here?" Chifuyu asked.

"My friends and I are here to rescue you guys" Ichika answered.

"Hello" Derek waved.

"Houki, you're here too?" Rin questioned.

"Yeah, they rescued me when I got taken away from here" Houki replied.

"Oh, I see" Cecilia said.

Once every one of them were broken out, the girls minus Chifuyu were tempted to hug Ichika right now. However, they had to leave immediately, so they pushed that thought aside. After the group ran out of the room, they heard the sound of an alarm ringing through the building. They bolted as fast as they could, but before they could reach the exit, a group of guards got in their way.

"We have you blocked, surrender now and we'll let you live" A guard announced.

"Oh no, we are trapped" Charlotte exclaimed.

"What are we going to do?" Laura questioned.

"Don't worry, we got this" Sarah assured.

"Get the lights" Derek commanded in his communication device.

Upon saying that, the lights went out and it was pitch black. Nothing could be seen, and the guards readied themselves. They refrained from shooting their firearms to not run the risk of hitting their teammates. An ominous light appeared for a short period of time, confusing the group of girls. Once the lights were back on, the four were now different. Standing there was Ichika, Derek, Sarah, and Houki, dressed up more casually now. It was the counterparts from U8.

"Fire" The guard shouted, all of them shooting their guns at the four.

With their quick reaction, their eyes glowed blue and they stopped the bullets mid-air, crushing them. Frightened, the guards began running away, but the psychic counterparts grabbed them midway and threw them around, knocking them out. After all the guards were unconscious, the girls finally spoke up.

"What in the world? What happened to you?" Cecilia asked.

"And why are you now wearing different clothing?" Ran answered. Before they could speak, the main counterparts of the four jumped out of the nearby cardboard boxes.

"Alright, thanks for the help, we'll take it from here" Houki told them.

"See ya later" Houki8 replied after the U8 counterparts returned to their dimension.

"Alright, let's go, we'll explain when we get to the lab" Ichika said quickly. Once outside, they all got into the truck and went back to the lab.

Back at the lab

"So, you're telling me that there is a multiverse and that you are using your counterparts to stop Harrison?" Chifuyu questioned.

"Yes" Ichika replied.

"This is confusing" Rin sighed, holding her head.

"Ran, thank god you're safe" Dan exclaimed, running through the door, hugging his sister.

"Hey now, you worry too much" Ran assured, "I'm here, safe and sound"

"Anyway, since you guys are now rescued, you guys can help us stop him" Houki said, going back to the point.

"Yeah, so you can get the rest of the prisoners to a safe zone while we beat him with our plan" Derek added.

"For now, you girls should get some rest, we have a long week ahead" Akira told them.

"Alright, we'll see you guys' tomorrow" Sarah said, getting up with Derek, Ichika, and Houki. Before they could leave, Laura stopped them.

"Hold on there, why are we staying here while Houki is going back to your place?" Laura questioned.

"Wait, I just realised that" Cecilia exclaimed, "Houki, what are you doing?"

"Don't you dare say it's a childhood friend thing because I am one too" Rin yelled.

"Well, you see" Houki started, beginning to sweat.

"We have been given orders by her sister to keep her safe in an area where Harrison will not find us" Derek explained.

"What? Miss Tabane said that?" Charlotte questioned.

"Yes, we were given an email by her to keep guard of her" Sarah answered.

"This is the email right here" Ichika showed on his phone.

"I see, makes sense that Tabane is afraid of anything that will happen to her sister" Chifuyu agreed.

"Right, we'll be on our way home now" Derek said, the four of them leaving.

At Derek and Ichika's house

It was now night-time, and the two couples have decided to hit the hay for the day. While in bed, Ichika and Houki were thinking about the earlier events.

"Whew, we dodged a bullet with that email" Ichika exclaimed.

"Yeah, I don't want to know what would happen if they found out we were dating" Houki replied.

"I think I will be in the receiving end of most of their attacks" Ichika sighed.

"I am worried about what would happen when they find out" Houki said, "We can't hide it for long"

"I know, and even when they find out, I will still be by your side" Ichika told her.

"Thank you Ichika" Houki thanked, giving him a kiss.
