Plot: Bearlynyan invites her Yokaisona friends and their guardians to her new year's party this year. She is well dressed and prepared until her human brother cooked up a similar situation but way better like what happened in Twinklnyan's new year's party last year...

LAST STORY OF THE YEAR LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!! ENJOY WHILE I DRINK SOME OF MY STASHED WINE!!!

Things are starting to get shiny as I hang the decorations with assistance from the cloud I'm on, it makes things easier than what my husband was trying.

The day looks glimmering as I turned on the TV for the new year's special. Bakunyan has set up actual sparkling cider, because we ended up getting drunk due to a certain mishap...

"I've got some food all well cooked! Should I get the kids?" Bakunyan asked me

"Well they're not here right now, they're doing some grocery shopping with Uncle (OG)Dan. I just hope that they're witnesses to his troubling behavior" I said

"Well did you tell them that they'll be eyeballing their uncle this time?" He said

"I did, several times! Beargamot knows what wine is! He literally stole those from a warehouse somewhere!" I yelled

"Yeah... I can't forget that he got wasted after when he's stressed..." Bakunyan said as he heard the doorbell, he checked the peephole and saw Sparkyu, Hailey, and Usapyon wearing festive outfits.

"Oh hi!" He said to them

"Hey Baku! I just want to know if you got "the stuff"!" Sparkyu asked

"I don't know what you're talking about... but we have to keep this child friendly though!" Bakunyan answered

"I understand, you have a cute little kitten that you found precious!" said Hailey

"Yeah that's right! I don't want my children to be involved with this! I don't mind with my wife drinking but if my kids drink it... I don't know..." Bakunyan shook his head to refocus on the party, another doorbell rings and he ran to answer it

"Hello!" My husband answered

"Baku! I'm so glad you're here with your wife!" Jerry immediately hugged him tightly, leaving the male nyan with bakugan tail lights to suffocate by his surprising strength, "You're so stronger than a panda bear..."

"Uncle! Stop! You're choking him!" Twinklnyan demanded him to stop, he stopped hugging him and left Bakunyan as flat as a pancake, "I'm sorry..."

"It's... Okay..." Bakunyan coughed

A moment after he regained his breathing, a green cat comes in with three other family guardians: Whisper, Jibanyan, and Nate.

"Bakunyan! I'm glad you're here for new year's!" Nate patted him in the back, which makes him lost balance and fell back to the ground

"You should be very careful son! He's a hardworking father to three children!" Whisper scolded at his human son

"Okay Dad... I just want to have some fun with you guys!" Nate pouted

"Us too..." said both Paranyan and Jibanyan

"Anyway... you sure you got this under control than last time?" Whisper gives parental death glares at both Bakunyan and myself

"We do! It's just we let the kids watch over him to see if he's not going to buy any of them! We understand you're very protective towards your family Whisper!" Shocked Bakunyan

"So you better make sure he's not doing the same thing as last year at Twinklnyan's party! He gotten my little niece drunk!" said Jerry

"Right... let me call them just to make sure!" Bakunyan grabbed his cellphone and dialed Beargamot

Earlier at the supermarket, lines are short so they have plenty of time to get everything for the party. A human with three nyans are traveling in a shopping cart looking at some nice products, the kittens are keeping an eye on their uncle while their Uncle Dan is uncomfortable for them acting like his parents.

"I totally want one minute with you guys not staring at me..." OG Dan said

"I'm not breaking my promise to mom! You made everyone mad!" Bearin cried

"But it's not like a good New Year's Eve without some wine!" Dan added

"I know, but mom is widely considered for the children there! Such as us!" said Beargamot

"Yeah! Rozu would probably be there, but will be crying for Auntie Twinklnyan!" Bearin pouted

"Yeah... But don't you guys want your favorite uncle to buy something he wants?" Dan persuaded them

"No!" said Cubbonyan, Beargamot, and Bearin

"I can get you guys something you want, like candy!?" Dan asked

"It's sugary..." Cubbonyan explained

"I'm fine with making my own candy!" Beargamot crossed his arms

"I don't want to disappoint my mommy!" Bearin whined

Dan dug through his head and got an idea, "I'll give each of you some money to buy yourself a gift that you didn't get for Christmas!"

"Oh my gosh! I just don't want to... IM GETTING MY ACTION FIGURE!!!" Bearin took a twenty dollar bill to find something for her to buy

"I don't know what she meant, but if there's a good plush of Nekomata... BEARIN WAIT UP!" Cubbonyan chases after his stepsister, leaving Dan with Beargamot

"I may be your favorite nephew, but I'm not falling for it!" Beargamot protested against his uncle's proposal, "I knew that you're going to fool my sister and my stepbrother from getting something that you want!"

"He is trying to grant you something important!" A bakugan popped out from Dan's shirt pocket

"Uncle Drago, tell your friend that buying alcohol without us noticing is wrong!" Beargamot asked to the red bakugan

"I know Beargamot, but you need to understand that sometimes, all of us wanted something in life. What is it you desire most?" Drago winked at Dan to get to the alcohol aisle to grab some wine slowly while he and Beargamot continued their conversation

"Well... I only wanted is a Yokaisona pen on my very own... I know mom lent me a spray can for last year's Christmas, but I just don't feel like that item isn't what I wanted, it felt like it belongs to someone else..." Beargamot explained

"I see, but your aunt did explain that she earned hers from her grandma who said that the pen belonged to her grandpa" Drago stalled some time as the teen went to the self checkout to purchase the wine

"Yeah that's true, but my mom got hers, my dad got his, my siblings got theirs, my grandma got hers, so does my great aunt and uncle, great grandpa Caprinyan got his pen since he's alive! Heck, even my best friend Vilgabbit! I just want to be like everyone else, just to hold a pen or anything that deserves me perfectly, like an airbrush and a pen all in one!" Beargamot added as Dan is done with his secret shopping and went back to his cart to check up with the kids.

"I think we're almost done here... let's go get your brother and sister." Dan said to Beargamot and his partner as it was almost time to head back

"Okay, I knew that eyeballing thing would pay off!" Beargamot walked to the toy aisle to get Cubbonyan and Bearin with a boyish action figure and a Nekomata plush

As they went into the car, Beargamot got a good call from his dad, "sup dad!"

"Beargamot, are you in the car now?" Bakunyan asked him

"Yeah, we are heading back home for the party!" Beargamot explained

"Did your uncle did anything to trick you?" Bakunyan asked

"Well it worked for my sister and brother, but I'm not dumb enough to fall for it!" Beargamot answered, "besides, Uncle Drago explained that he's in his best behavior!" He yawned

"Are you tired son?" Bakunyan asked

"A little... man... I just want some plain soda and some caffeine to wake me up!" Beargamot stretched his arms, "but it looks like Bearin is fast sleep" he looked at the baby seat and see his sister sleeping on her shoulder and saw the clock that it's already 10:00 P.M.

"Alright... be ready for the party after you set Bearin to her bedroom" said Bakunyan

"Copy that boss!" Beargamot hang up when he noticed he's already halfway there to the house

"Who is that kiddo?" Dan asked the dark green nyan

"It's dad, he wants to see if we're ready for new year's" he said to his uncle

"Nyan Dad is starting to grow cautious this year since the whole incident happened... I hope that this year, they will go to plan..." Cubbonyan explained while his uncle's mind is panicking about that, but he acted like it's cool and he wanted to take the risks

The party is starting to grow a little bored because of the drinks they have, Sparkyu wanted the good stuff and Twinklnyan is dissatisfied with the whole "family-friendly" party, usually there is alcohol served in those parties

"Isn't this great Twink?" Jerry and Whisper grew happy with the politeness the party has so far

"Yeah, but it's not as exciting as I hoped for..." Twinklnyan looked glum as well as Paranyan, who is having trouble maintaining his control over the embarrassment he had with his "foster" father

"I want something to wake me up! I want wine!" Paranyan growled

"We can't have wine! It's sacred and it's only for adults!" Whisper nagged at him

"I feel the same way too Paranyan! I want wine!" Jibanyan whined

"Me too!" Said Tomnyan and Twinklnyan

"WE WANT WINE! WE WANT WINE!" Their protest gotten pretty loud, I've heard that from a mile away and come to the rescue, "Baku! What is going on!?"

"Bearly! These guys want wine, I bet that is what brought them excited about since last year!" Bakunyan informed

"Well I'm sorry that I can't make this promise! Overprotective father and uncle are concerned for the health of their yokaisonas!" I said

"Well... we can't do something about it! The highways have long traffic right now and we can't get to the store and back on time before midnight!" Bakunyan panicked

Honks are heard outside and the kids have returned with their uncle. "Hey mom!" Beargamot called out to his mom

"Hey my kitty! How's the shopping?" I asked him

"Great! I have just did what you told me! I looked at my uncle for-" said Beargamot

"About that... we do need your uncle to drive down to the store again to buy some wine!" I explained

"What?!" Cubbonyan was surprised at the item they're avoiding is now a necessary item needed for the party

"Twinklnyan, Sparkyu, Paranyan, and the other young yokai wanted a taste of it! It seems impossible to get it now, we must ask your uncle, even if he gets Jerry and Whisper mad again..." I said

"I'll ask him, Uncle Dan! Can you buy the wine from the store?" Beargamot asked him

"We can't..." Dan looked down with guilt

"Why is that?" I asked him

"Because I already bought them beforehand...." he unveils them from the crate he's carrying

"Gosh! Thank you!" Paranyan thanked him, "Hey bros! Want some of this?"

"Sure!" Jibanyan and Nate are at the line for Dan to pour the wine out to the kids and yokaisonas

"I DO NOT APPROVE OF THIS!!! YOU-" he was frozen by the tips of Blizzaria's hands, "come on! Let the kids have a little fun in their youth!"

"Well... it's much more safer than having my baby here... I don't want Rozu to be caught in a little trouble... speaking of which... where's Bearin?" Jerry asked me

"Because she's small, she is too young to stay up all night. I'm sure you enjoyed your time with all the fun!" I offered him a glass filled with sparkling apple cider

"Thanks!" He drinks it as Sparkyu went spinning around wearing a different outfit, Twinklnyan and Tomnyan are singing the "I hate Bearlynyan song" blindly without noticing the reactions from the boss

"Isn't that the song you've mentioned when you're visiting Twinklnyan that one time?" Dan asked me

"Yeah they did, it was a good song that blends well compared with Smash" I answered, "you know, I'm glad you bought them with all of my kids heads were turned... you realized that you've saved my party. I am astounded by the surprise... I'm starting to have a good year with you guys repaying me as I did with you trying to bounce back to your ways of making friends!" I spoke to my brother

"Yeah... you made me so happy when I've finally saw your true colors... after that day..." Dan was about to cry when he remembered the day he is starting to care for me

(Flashback)

"LET GO OF HIM!" Dan was in a floating chunk of land with enemies of him attacking his bakugan partner, who has possessed the Infinity Core.

Naga was about to force his hand onto the diamond shaped core that recently appeared onto Drago's chest to grab the core to absorb the power he rightfully seeks, triggered Dan to charge into the leg of Naga by grabbing it, but the evil dragon shook him off forcefully.

Drago was shocked when Naga did so to his beloved human partner as he was about to make a grave injury, but he was somewhat okay by the impact. The cushion he landed on top of is a fluffy cloud, Hal G and Naga were surprised by the results.

They recognized the cloud every time they have run into them. Causing Dan to react so fast that he quickly get up and lifted the cloud to see who it was... it was his yokaisona... who is done writing a message to the other brawlers that the stage above will be using all bakugan you have to defeat the enemy who harmed me, "Bearlynyan.... you... saved my life..." he wounded up in tears to see my right notches bruised and my right tail bended, I send in the note by making it into a paper airplane, "I will make sure you all are safe once this is done!" I passed out on the point when Naga resumes his own goal until the final battle commences...

Shun caught the plane while others are trying to figure out how to save their friends because of the force field, 'Bearly... I knew you would come out of the neutral zone'

The battle brought a huge turning point when Dan is extremely upset that not only that Naga hurt Drago, but he made him injured me. He finally recognized my purpose and unite the powers of all attributes with the ability card I drew. Putting a final nail in the coffin of the white dragon.

Soon after the battle ended, Dan immediately called the Yokai hospital and sent me to the ER, before hearing the other sad news that relates to his partner.

"Bearly, I wish I would come with you, but I have to thank my friends for helping us defeat Naga" He grasped his hands together as he pray that I'll be okay

"I would've come with her as well, if it weren't for her, I would've met my end and Vestroia would never be saved" Drago cried as well, "we should go see them now, they're expecting us!"

Both of them ran back to the brawlers and I was taken to the hospital to do some X-ray and all wrapped up in bandages. Even though my ears and tails are fixable, I've decided to keep the injuries, because it symbolizes how this day somehow changed for the better. Soon after the tragic temporary event with the Bakugan, I continued to be Dan's Yokaisona. I helped him settle his grieving and denials and planned on other important things such as dating. It was heartwarming for me because he is starting to love me even more and said that I'm the only one left otherworldly who've loved him. I'm crying by his opinion, no one else has have been that nice to me because of my odd personality. He even asked me to sleep next to him, like a big brother should to his sister and he agreed on this by allowing each other to be called brother and sister. I do have my biological siblings but he's the only person who can treat me like one.

It is no mistake to doubt this decision, even if we fight sometimes.

(Flashback End)

"Yeah... time sure flies..." I said

"I may be impulsive, but it is what a sibling is somewhat made of... my new year's resolution is to protect your family... I did made a similar resolution to you several times, but I want to do more than just a guardian to you! I want to be rightfully included with your family!" He told me

"Then my resolution would be to stop protecting you for a year... I know you keep telling me since your adventures... but I really wanted you to be safe..." I explained

"We all can't last to these promises, huh?" He joked

"Well I'm doing the best I can!" I laughed

They both enjoyed the new year's ball dropped when it arrived at midnight. Dan and I are starting to show more compassion for our protection towards each other and the rest of the family. I'm glad all the alcohol is here for me to drink, I deserve it for being such a great boss...

*crash*

"What! Beargamot!!!" I saw my son deeply drunk by snarling and sprayed some paint on the walls

"YOU.... CANNOT STOP ART MOM!!! You... CANNOT... GIVE ME A BETTER GIFT THAN THIS!!!" Beargamot was intoxicated with me in a rage full tone as he grew angry with starts growling rapidly into an shadowy being, scaring the yokaisona and other yokai around, "DANNNN!!!!" I yelled

"Teehee..." he rubbed his neck as a response to her rage
