One day in a large house, a small group of a nyan family has been gathered for an important announcement

"Children, I have news to share with you this Thursday!" Tauronyan called as he looked at the three kittens, Technyan, my brother and youngest of the three, Glamornyan, the middle child and my younger sister, and myself, Bearlynyan holding a elephant plush

"What's going on, Papi?" said my sister

"My workplace has been selected to be a vaccination site, and I got the five of us on the list!" My dad announced

"Five? That means all of us right dad?" Technyan asked our father

"Well no Technyan, you see the place only for those who are 18 and older. You're still 16 at this point, sure there are others that accept you, but it's hard enough in the Yokai world" Geminyan explained

"I don't get it why did you tell us that you got five of us to get a shot?" said Glamornyan

"I didn't mean ruin the surprise, but Bearlynyan's guardian is coming over since he's 18 years old now" Tauronyan admitted

"What! Papi, why are you being so-" He cut me off when he continued, "we haven't seen him since your last birthday party"

"It's forced! You all invaded my personal space. You shouldn't-" I growled

"Are you upset Bearlynyan?" My mom asked me

"A bit mom, it's just that dad interrupted me or he's pulling my leg, cause I can't take any more of his jokes" I calmed myself down

"I know you're serious right now, but tell us what's wrong" she asked me

"Well... I am surprised that you invited Dan over, but he's a bit nervous around shots when I'm around them. I also don't want him invited because if the vaccines available, are they're only for Yokai?" I said

"I'm sure they have those for humans too, but I'm sure he'll be okay" She smiled

"I guess" I gulped

"Alright then, are you Bearlynyan?" Dr. Maddiman said to me

"Yes sir!" I answered

"Well I am going to ask you a few questions, do you have a fever in the past few days?" He asked

"No"

"Are you exposed to someone who has caught the illness in the past week or two?"

"No"

"Feeling sluggish and have loss of taste and smell?"

"Nah"

"And this written temperature proves it, okay, now it will be quick and painless Bearly, look at the human beside you" I looked at Dan as Dr. Maddiman gave me the shot

As the needle seeped in, my brother felt scared that I was hurt, but it wasn't that bad at all. "Are you okay Bearly?" Dan asked

"I'm fine, it'll be the same thing for another couple of weeks for my second dose" I answered

"Well I guess it's your turn human, lucky for you I got the Pfizer vaccine in case there is a human on the list. And I got the right needle for you and your friend" he grabbed a big shot filled with the human vaccine

"What!? You're serious giving me and Bearly the big shot!" Dan cried

"No, not for her! For you and your lizard friend, he might be prone to human sickness" he mentioned Drago in his shoulder

"Oh he saw that!" He pops out of his shoulder shouting

"He saw through us pal" Dan's skin became pale as the needle grew closer to their skin

The outside of the hospital heard the loud scream, "that's my guardian alright..." I facepalmed myself
