Remnant is full of darkness, some are more open than the other, but the worst kind of darkness is hidden behind something that is seen as innocent. Cinder, one of the three daughters of a wealthy family is one of said victims.

Y/n was on a mission to rob the said family, he was a young operative mercenary of the Sangs: a team of fighters, thieves, assassins and specialists. He snuck into the manor quietly as his boots carried him to the vault of the building, when he was walking towards the safe he heard weeping to what seemed to lead to the cellar. Y/n out of curiosity and pity for the poor soul he entered the cellar but Deagle in hand. He turned on the flashlight on the barrel, he then heard the crying go quiet. He turned the corner immediately.

???: "Don't hurt me!"

Y/n saw a girl a year younger of his age with dirty rags, she was shivering in a corner with a dirty blanket wrapped around her. Y/n looked in shock and then his look changed into pity.

Y/n: "My Oum, what happened to you"

-scene change-

Y/n came back with his crew after his mission assigned by Jean Vilain who was the leader of the Sangs, he took the briefcase out of the car and walked into the warehouse. There he met Villain and his men who were just delighted to see Y/n.

Villain: Y/n! Good to see you in one piece"

Y/n: "I got you what you wanted"

Y/n handed the case to Vilain, he opened the case revealing the latest tech made in Atlas and the rarest dust in Remnant. He was giddy like a child getting a new toy.

Villain: "You did me well Y/n"

Y/n: "I'm still getting my pay yes?"

Villain:  "Of course, I want to give my second in command a happy retirement"

Yes, Y/n was indeed having an early retirement. He had already seen enough during the start of the age of sixteen and was ready to retire at the young age of twenty five, Villain pressed a button on his scroll. The young mercenary looked in his scroll to see five billion dollars under his name, Villain then walked up to him and put a hand on Y/n's shoulder.

Vilain: "When I first met you Y/n you were a mere child fated to die in the coal mines, now look at you. You are the most notorious fighter and mercenary in Remnant..."

He then brought Y/n into a hug which Y/n accepted.

Villain: "I am going to miss you Y/n, enjoy your retirement"

Y/n: "Of course boss"

The two parted ways and went to their business, Y/n put his gear in the trunk and drove off to a bar. The moment he got there he immediately got a call, it was an anonymous number. He answered thinking it was Vilain again.

Y/n: "Villain? Is there something you need?"

???: "I'm not your boss sweetheart"

Y/n grit his teeth, he hasn't heard her voice after what happened all those years ago. He gripped his phone answering the woman with a mouthful of venom.

Y/n: "How the fuck did you get my number?"

???: "I had to pull some strings, listen I need your help"

Y/n: "And why the hell should I after what happened all those years ago?"

???: "I know I did you wrong Y/n"

Y/n: "We made a promise, a promise that you broke"

???: "Y/n I will pay you another five billion if you just help me with a few jobs"

Y/n froze, another five billion? He would literally be more than set for the rest of his life. He sighed as he answered the bargain.

Y/n: "Where and when?"

???: "Excellent, docks at midnight today"

Y/n then heard the phone hang up, Y/n put his phone in his pocket and got back in his car. His celebration will have to wait, he was convinced and now has a job to do.

Y/n drove his way to the docks, he saw a large number of white fang soldiers looking at the car entering the lot of the dock. Amongst the soldiers was a woman, she had coal black hair, heels ,and a red dress infused with dust. That woman was the same woman that called Y/n for the job, it was Cinder Fall, Y/n's ex girlfriend. Y/n exited the car with an impatient look.

Cinder: "I see that you made it just in time"

Y/n: "What, where and when"

Cinder: "Aw sweetie you can be more patient than-"

Y/n: "I wanted to retire Cinder, cut the fucking bullshit and tell me the job"

Cinder sighed unamused.

Cinder: "I need you to get something for me, something that Roman has"

Y/n: "I heard from Villain that you two are in joint business together"

Cinder: "We had a little...disagreement and broke our deal, I need you to take something back that they have and to kill Neo as well"

Y/n: "Why Neo? And what is the item that you need?"

Cinder: "'Neo is his most useful ally and there is a USB inside a safe inside his warehouse at this coordinate"

Cinder passed Y/n a piece of paper, Y/n looked at the numbers and put it in his pocket.

Cinder: "After that job I will give you another one and then one more after, when you finish then I will hand you your pay and leave you alone"

Y/n nodded as he went to his truck to get his gear, he put on his bullet proof vest, sheathed his knife, holstered his side arm and loaded his AK-47.

Y/n: "Cinder you pull any strings, you HIDE any details, then the deal is off"

Cinder: "Of course"

Y/n took the armored truck in the dock and drove to the location, it took an hour and a half but later he found the warehouse. Y/n took his weapons and entered the warehouse, when he entered however he just saw large empty boxes with no men found inside. He entered the warehouse armed and ready and looked for the safe that Cinder told him about, after a few minutes of searching he finally found the safe. Y/n took out a drill and drilled through the mechanisms and loosened the hold of the safe's door opening it.

Y/n saw but a single USB inside the safe, no lien, no dust, no tech. It was just a single USB.

Y/n: "What would Cinder want with this?"

???: "Why don't we find out why you're here!"

Y/n pointed his AK-47 towards the voice of Raman Torchwick.

Y/n: "What's in this USB Roman and where is all your goods, men and your partner"

Roman: "That is none of your business"

Roman then fired a flare which Y/n jumped out of away from and started to fire at Roman, the bowler hat criminal jumped into cover. He fired another flare knocking Y/n back, Y/n saw his AK slide away from him. Y/n pulled out a glock-17 and fired at Roman, the glock ran out and tried to reload. Before he could Roman didn't give him a chance by firing his flares at him, Y/n dodged the flares and went up close going hand to hand with Roman. Y/n blocked the cane attacks and outboxed and out kicked the criminal, Y/n beat Roman to a pulp and incapacitated him. Y/n reloaded his glock and aimed it at Roman's head.

Y/n: "Where is she Roman? Where's Neo?"

Roman: "I'll never talk"

Y/n scoffed as he gripped his gun.

Y/n: "Have it your way"

Before he could shoot Roman Neo ran and stood in his way, Roman weakly tried to get Neo away.

Roman: "Neo don't! You must live to take care of our son!"

Y/n paused, did he just hear son? He then noticed Neo has a baby bump on her, Y/n looked in horror to realize what he was going to do.

Y/n: "By Monty..."

Y/n immediately holstered his pistol.

Y/n: "...I had no idea I am so sorry"

Neo helped Roman out.

Y/n: "That's why you have no men or dust around here"

Roman: "Yes, Neo and I are going to retire. I don't want to raise my kid and turn him to a life of crime, I want to start a better life with Neo"

Y/n: "Wait, how do I know you aren't lying and Neo is using her illusions?"

Neo grabbed Y/n's hand and put it on her belly, he can feel the moving from her tummy. He was stunned, he was lied to by Cinder. He knew he couldn't trust her.

Y/n: "Roman, Neo...I...I am so sorry"

Roman: "What?"

Y/n: "Cinder told me nothing about this"

Roman: "Cinder never told you?"

Y/n grit his teeth in rage, he stomped his way to the truck and drove to the base. The truck skidded and stopped and Y/n came out of the vehicle, Cinder walked out to see a very angry Y/n.

Cinder: "Did you get what-"

Y/n threw an uppercut to her stomach causing her to gasp in pain and grovel at Y/n's feet, Emerald readied her guns only to stop when Y/n pointed his glock to Cinder's head.

Y/n: "You take another step and I blow her brains out"

Emerald hesitated but listened to Y/n's threat, the two holstered both of their guns as Cinder recovered from Y/n's attack.

Cinder: "What the hell was that?!"

Y/n: "You never told me that Roman and Neo were retiring, let alone having a fucking kid. Tell me why the fuck you wanted me to kill them when they just want to live a quiet life"

Cinder looked with desperation trying to find a lie to cover up her intentions, but she could only sigh as she couldn't find one.

Cinder: "Roman was the only source of dust and weapons that I had, and after I heard Neo was pregnant and that both her and Roman was going to retire I wanted to kill his little minion to teach him to never break my deals and get his goods for myself"

Y/n looked in disappointment, or was it disgust? One thing he does feel however is anger. He tossed the briefcase to her feet.

Y/n: "Never call me again you sick bitch"

Y/n went back to his car and drove off back to his home, Cinder just watched Y/n drive away. Mercury watched as Cinder picked up the case.

Mercury: "Why exactly is he so hateful of you?"

Cinder didn't respond and just left back to the warehouse.

-scene change-

Y/n patched Cinder's wound in the car and gave her food that she desperately needed, he looked back to the manor that Cinder was tortured in. He couldn't just let those scumbags walk free of charge after what they did to Cinder, they had to pay for the sins that they have committed. He turned to Cinder.

Y/n: "Cinder"

Cinder looked at him curiously.

Y/n: "I want you to stay here, I have to do something before I leave"

Cinder nodded as she smiled a sweet smile.

Cinder: "Okay"

Y/n gave her a smile before he entered the manor once again, he planted an EMP outside the home, cut the telephone lines and placed folding metal doors on every exit point in the manor. He walked into the manor where he heard the mother, father and two of their daughters.

Tremaine: "Cinder ran away, I don't know how but she ran away"

Drizella: "We give her everything she wants for her service and she runs away? How ungrateful"

John: "Either way that bitch ran away, now we need to find another bitch to take her place"

Y/n: "You're not going to do that"

The four turned to Y/n who had his fully loaded AK-47 strapped behind his back and a loaded Deagle holstered on his hip, the Father looked in surprise and impatience.

John: "Who the hell are you?! And what are you doing in our home?!"

Y/n: "I am karma's vessel, and I am here to collect your debt for what you have done"

Anastasia: "Is it about that Cinder bitch?"

Y/n: "I am still surprised you remember her name you fucking whore"

Tremaine: "Don't you dare insult my daughter you-"

Y/n put his hand on his Deagle making her stay quiet, Y/n put his hand away and crossed his arms.

Y/n: "You think you are justified for harming a seventeen year old girl, forcing her to labor and abuse? You think you have the right to talk to me that way?"

John: "That's enough! I will call the police and make you pay"

Y/n: "Oh I'm not done talking, not even close"

Tremaine: "This is getting ridiculous! Hun let's leave this manor and-"

Y/n took out a small device and clicked the button, the EMP went off causing the lights to go off, one of the daughters saw the metal barricades covering the windows and the other sister tried to rotary phone

Drizella: "The openings are shut!"

Anastasia: "The rotary phones are dead!"

Y/n: "None of you are coming out of here alive..."

Y/n took out the Deagle and pulled the chamber load sliding it against the base letting the bullet enter the chamber and put it back inside his holster. Lady Tremaine hopelessly tried to call with her phone but to no avail.

Tremaine: "The internet is offline!"

Y/n unstrapped his AK-47 and turned the safety off.

Y/n: "And nobody will hear your scream"

Tremaine tried to run but was shot in the back by Y/n's AK paralyzing her making her scream in agony, Y/n dodged a wine bottle thrown at his way by Anastasia and blew her head open with his gun. He dodged a heel from Drizella and unloaded into her body until the magazine was empty leaving a bloody mess on the floor. He tried to reload only for John to grab the AK-47 and toss it aside.

John: "What have we ever done to you?!"

Y/n took off his vest and tossed it aside.

Y/n: "You adopted an innocent girl, a girl with a future, a girl with dreams only for those dreams to be smashed into pieces by the likes of scum like you'

Y/n cracked his knuckles and neck.

Y/n: "I'm going to enjoy beating the shit out of you"

John yelled out as he tried to throw a punch, Y/n bobbed and got John with two jabs and a hook making his face bleed. Y/n then threw muay thai kicks to his thighs making him wobble and broke his ribs with a tornado kick, John bleed inside out but was still standing so Y/n brought John down with a cheat 720 hook kick. John coughed out blood as Y/n took out his Deagle causing John to panic.

John: "Wait please! Let me make it up to you! I'll give you anything I'll-"

Y/n blew his head wide open splattering his brains on the floor with a Deagle, John, Tremaine, Drizella and Anastasias' blood seeped into the velvet carpet. Y/n looked around at the carnage he caused, he just felt absolutely horrible after what he caused. He felt sick to his stomach after seeing what his blind rage caused. He put his vest back on and took his rifle.

Cinder POV

I ate the food that Y/n gave me, I haven't had food like this in a while. I don't care if Y/n said it wasn't the best, it was better than the garbage that those bastards gave me. I then heard metal grinding and sliding against each other, I looked to see Y/n coming back from the manor. He walked back to the car putting his gear in the trunk and going to the driver's starting the engine without saying a word. The two rode the car in silence, I was nervous but at the same time concern for Y/n.

Cinder: "A-Are you okay?"

Y/n: "Da"

I sat in silence once again.

Cinder: "Did...Did I do something wrong?"

Y/n: "What? What makes you say that?"

Cinder: "It just seemed like you are ignoring me, I-I don't know how I can make it up to you but-"

Y/n: "Cinder it's okay, you did nothing wrong. I just have a lot on my mind"

The two stayed silent once again, Cinder then remembered something that made her nervous.

Cinder: "A-Are you going to take me back to the orphanage?"

Y/n already knew the answer to that but can't help but be saddened by Cinder's living conditions.

Y/n: "By Monty Oum's name no, I refuse to take you to another hellhole after what happened. Instead I am going to give you a choice of going off on your own"

Cinder: "What is the other option?"

He then looked at me with the rear view mirror.

Y/n: "You can start living with me, I have a stable job and a pretty big apartment. That is if you want to Cinder, the choice is yours"

Cinder looked with surprise, she was surprised that a person was willing to take her in so fast and even give her the choice to do so.

Cinder: "Why take me in? Wouldn't I be an inconvenience?"

Y/n stopped the car gently on the side of the road, he turned to Cinder.

Y/n: "Before I became a mercenary I was once just a coal miner working my ass off until I died, that was until my boss liberated me from hell. I saw myself in you immediately when you were on the cold ground dirty with nothing but an old blanket. I didn't want that for you Cinder"

Cinder just looked at Y/n as he went back to the wheel completely moved, she never thought that someone can be so generous to her let alone a mercenary. She felt a change of heart that moment, a change that would last for a long long time.

Y/n took her to his home immediately, it was a pretty roomy apartment that consisted of two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a personal gym. Cinder looked around in the apartment in intrigue.

Cinder: "This is your home?"

Y/n: "It's our home now"

Y/n handed Cinder fresh clothes, towels and some hygiene items.

Y/n: "You can use the bathroom right now if you want, I don't want you to be dirtied like you were back in that hell hole"

Cinder gratefully nodded as she went to the bathroom to shower, Y/n went to his room to clean the blood off his boots.

Cinder POV

I washed the soap off my hair as I felt the warmth of the water coming down on me, I finally was able to shower instead of that shitty bathtub I had to use in the cellar. I got out of the shower refreshed and dried my hair, I looked at the clothes that Y/n gave me. It was soft and loose unlike the maid outfit that was given to me, I put on the shirt and pants and wrapped the towel around my hair. I hesitantly sat down on the couch feeling the softness of the cushions, I then took the remote and pressed the on button going to the news. Now I am finally in peace, I was finally...happy.

Y/n POV

I cleaned off the blood off his boots, I watched the leather turn back to brown instead of the crimson red it was before. I looked at the blood covered brush that I used, was all this okay for my well being? I am probably going to retire after getting to a certain point...maybe seven years later? I kept that thought off my mind as I put away the brush and chemicals and left my boots to dry, I saw Cinder watching something on TV.

Y/n: "Comfortable? You may not be used to this but I hope you are..."

I then saw what Cinder was watching, it was news of a homicide in the same mansion that Cinder was held captive and described every horrific killing of all four family members. I then turned back to Cinder who was now looking at me.

Cinder: "Y-Y/n...did you do this?"

I wanted to lie, but I can't... I don't know why, I just can't.

Y/n: "...Yes"

Third POV

Cinder looked at Y/n with what looked like concern, or was it fear? Both had no idea. What Cinder clearly did feel was curiosity.

Cinder: "Why did you do this?"

Y/n sighed a bit as he ran his fingers through his hair.

Y/n: "I saw myself in you the moment I saw you, I also saw those bastards as those who wronged me as well. I didn't want them to touch another innocent boy or girl...so I ended their lives"

Cinder: "A-All of them?"

Y/n looked away a bit.

Y/n: "All of them"

He sighed after he revealed the truth.

Y/n: "You probably see me as some monster and-"

Cinder started to tear after hearing the news, she embraced him with gratitude and joy.

Cinder: "I want to thank you for all this, giving me a new home, a better life and ending the same people who ruined my life. So thank you"

Y/n: "Really?"

Cinder nodded with a smile.

Cinder: "Yes absolutely"

-scene change-

Y/n looked at a music box that he got, it was a gift to someone who he truly cherished. He sat in his apartment in the dark as he played the tune listening to the gentle music, he then heard a loud thump on the roof of the apartment. Out of vigilance he took his glock and went to the roof pocketing the music box into his pocket, he kicked open the door and pointed his glock to the source of the sound which is revealed to be Cinder. He looked with caution.

Y/n: "Why are you here?"

Cinder: "I want you to reconsider my offer, or..."

Cinder created a glass knife in her hand causing Y/n to turn off his safety.

Cinder: "...I cut you in three different ways"

Y/n immediately started shooting at Cinder, the fall maiden sliced the incoming bullets with her knife and sliced the glock's barrel. Y/n back kicked Cinder creating distance and took out a knife of his own.

Y/n: "I told you that I am retired, I am not going to fight for someone who is willing to make someone suffer"

Cinder recovered and ran at Y/n with two glass knives, Y/n deflected Cinder's knife attacks with his. Sparks flew in the night as the two clashed knives, Y/n used his knife to trap and bite down onto Cinder's arm cutting her deep and disarming her. Y/n created distance using a 360 back kick to her chest, to Cinder's surprise the kick didn't damage her. She knew Y/n could kick hard enough to break her ribs and yet he didn't, she used that as leverage and taunted Y/n.

Cinder: "You used to kick harder than that Y/n, are you going soft?~"

Y/n held his knife into a hammer grip, Cinder tried to stab him with the other glass knife but he sidestepped and cut her arm causing her to let go. She then created a spear and tried to stab and slash at the retired mercenary, Y/n caught the head of the spear with his knife and snapped the spear in half. He rolled under Cinder's arrows and swept her off her feet and tried to stab her shoulder, Cinder immediately blocked with her swords.

Y/n: "You really think glass is going to do shit to me?"

Before he can slam the blade to break the glass Cinder she activated her maiden powers knocking Y/n back to the wall, he then saw the music box fall and break on the cold roof of the apartment. Y/n started to panic over it.

Y/n: "No"

Y/n ran to the mechanism instead of Cinder confusing her.

Y/n: "No no no!"

Y/n scooped up the music box and tried to play it only to realize that it was damaged. Cinder walked up to him to see what he was panicking over.

Y/n: "Y-You... You broke it"

Cinder: "Broke what!? Your pride as a man!?"

Y/n: "No... The music box you gave me... I cherished it for five long years remembering all our good times together."

Cinder: "....."

She was silent as I saw her eyes reflecting regret and shame.

Cinder: "You kept it?"

Y/n: "Of course I kept it Cinder! I fucking loved you! I cherished those memories... And now you've broken the last gift you gave me..."

Cinder felt the guilt weigh her down, but she masked it trying to hide her regret.

Cinder: "Y/n... I... I'm sorry... But you weren't the boyfriend you think you were!"

Y/n: "Oh yeah fuck you too Cinder I did what I could for you! Sorry I'm not loaded you fucking gold digger!"

Cinder: "At least I have good taste unlike you who kept that tacky music box!"

Y/n: "I kept it cause it reminded me of the girl I fell in love with! The girl I was willing to do anything for her! But now she is gone! She left me for a fucking grubby old man who just wants a goddamn trophy wife! You fucked up royally Cinder leaving me, and I plan to make you understand!"

Y/n went to the door, but not before he turned to Cinder with a look of wrath in his eyes.

Y/n: "I never want to see your fucking face again"

Y/n slammed the door behind him as he left back to his room leaving Cinder out on the roof, Cinder just stayed on the roof for a minute. She let everything Y/n said this very moment and everything he did in the past.

-scene change-

It has been about a year and a half ever since Cinder moved in with Y/n, the moment she started living with him she was happier than she ever was in her life. Y/n's life changed as well the moment he saved Cinder, she became a cherished friend of his and grew a strong bond with her. Y/n was watching the TV at the moment waiting for Cinder to come back from going to the store, he started to worry from Cinder's long visit to the store. His worries went away when he heard the door open.

Y/n: "Cinder what took you so long? You had me worried sick"

He then noticed Cinder blushing which was pretty out of character for her, he looked at her in confusion.

Y/n: "Are you alright Cinder?"

Cinder: "I-I need to t-talk to you about something"

Y/n: "Let's go to the couch and talk about it there"

The two sat in the living room, Cinder looked like she was struggling with her words which was a first for her.

Y/n: "Do you need time to pick your words then-"

Cinder then shoved something to Y/n's hands, he picked up what seems to be a silver music box.

Y/n: "A gift?"

Cinder: "T-To show how grateful I am, I know it's a tacky music box but I hope you like it"

Y/n smiled at Cinder and sat next to her.

Y/n: "Let's listen to the tune together"

The two sat down in a peaceful silence listening to the beautiful music played by the music box, it's symphony brought the two together closer than they ever were. Once it stopped Cinder finally had the courage to tell Y/n.

Cinder: "Ever since you saved me from that place you treated me with care and kindness, so much so that it made me realize my feelings for you..."

Y/n looked at her in surprise.

Y/n: "What do you mean by-"

He then felt Cinder's lips meet his, he hesitated at first but pulled his new lover closer as he kissed her. The two broke the kiss for more air.

Y/n: "I hope your first kiss was what you wanted"

Cinder: "It is, and I want more of it"

Cinder sat on Y/n's lap and gave him another sweet kiss, that said kiss became a make out session. The both of them were madly in love, young love. They wanted it to last forever.

-scene change-

Cinder touched her lip reliving that memory and replayed what Y/n said as she walked back to the warehouse, how she left him for some asshole who just wanted her as some kind of trophy wife just because he had more money than Y/n. It made her realize how much Y/n truly meant to her and how much he sacrificed to make her the happiest she could be, yet here she is boiling bad blood with Y/n because of her greed. She entered her personal room in the warehouse, she spaced out for a little while until tears upon tears fell from her eyes. She cried begging to start over, to undo her foolish actions. She cried out for her former lover quietly as she curled into a ball in her bed.

Cinder: "Please Y/n...please come back...I need you"

-timeskip-

As the years passed the two fell into different lives, Y/n started living the life, a safe and perfect life outside of combat by living in a house in a green forest with everything he wanted all set for him letting him live his life.

Cinder on the other hand continued to work on her operations still living in the crappy warehouse, during this time Cinder fell into depression after the last encounter with Y/n causing her efficiency at work to drop to a minimum.

In each situation both were missing one important thing: each other. Y/n felt that Cinder really completed his life, but now she was gone he just felt like one large space in his heart was empty. Cinder on the other hand felt complete emptiness the moment she officially cut ties with Y/n, she wanted him back more than ever. To hold him, to feel his touch, to feel her lips on his once again.

Cinder sat in her messy office as she started scheduling for tomorrow, she was stressed out of her life and needed a break.

Cinder: "I need some coffee"

Cinder got up to another part of her room to get herself some coffee, she then heard a dozen footsteps coming to her room. She materialized a glass sword and stabbed through the door causing a pained scream as the sword stabbed through a soldier, she kicked the door open and created a bow shooting at the other soldiers but because of her lack of rest she was gunned down shattering her aura in a matter of seconds. She then heard footsteps coming her way as she heard an unwanted familiar chuckle.

???: "Did you really think you could run forever Cinder baby?"

Cinder looked up at the person weakly with a glare.

Cinder: "I already told you that I want nothing to do with you anymore"

???: "You signed a deal, you are my prized possession bitch"

-scene change-

Y/n POV

I sat on the couch sipping down a white russian, I finally felt like everything was going right in my life. I then looked at my scroll reminding me of Cinder, it has been about two years since we've met each other. I have no idea what is wrong with me but I miss her so much, I just want to make sure she is alright. I hesitated but picked up the scroll and dialed her number.

Y/n: "Hey Cinder how have you been?"

???: "Oh I am not your lover amigo"

I froze as my blood started to boil, what the fuck is he doing with Cinder's scroll. I bolted up from his seat.

Y/n: "Why the fuck do you have Cinder's scroll cyka?!"

???: "There is no need for hostility hombre, I am just taking back my trophy wife"

I then got a picture of Cinder tied on the floor of a van, a vein became visible from my forehead as I grit my teeth.

Y/n: "You let go of her or I will mutilate you"

???: "I have thirty men amigo, I don't think you should"

Y/n: "You are a deadman"

I hung up and went to my basement where my arsenal was, I went to the speed loader and started loading magazine after magazine until I ended up with five AK-47 mags. I then take out a case and pull out a 45 long slide with laser sighting, a new pistol he got in the store after his glock-17 was sliced in half.

He touched the trigger gently as a red dot appeared on the wall, he then took his double bladed knife. He then attached a bayonet to the barrel of his AK-47. He finished by strapping on his holsters, a bullet proof vest, and sliding his mags into pockets. He put his weapons in their cases and put them in the back of the car, he pressed something on his scroll tracking Cinder's scroll to the location of the mansion.

Y/n: "Я иду за тобой, сукин сын" (I'm coming for you son of a bitch)

-scene change-

Cinder knelt on the ground shackled from top to bottom, she looked at the middle aged man with vice and hate.

Cinder: "He is coming for you Rodrigez, and there's nothing stopping him"

Rodrigez: "Oh I know that Cinder baby..."

He then grabbed Cinder's face squishing her cheeks together.

Rodrigez: "...and he will die for it"

He let go of Cinder's face leaving her in his bedroom to have his fun after killing Y/n.

Y/n was a few feet away hidden from plain sight, he studied the blueprint of the entire mansion. He took out his guns and snuck into the front of the manor where two men stood guard, Y/n took out his knife and precisely threw a knife into the farthest guard and put the closest one in a rear naked choke sleeping him. He hid the bodies and cleaned his knife on one of their shirts, the guards inside conversed with each other.

Guard 1: "That Cinder girl boss took is really hot don't you think?"

Guard 2: "Yeah she-"

Both of their heads were blown by a rifle bullet as Y/n barged into the front of the perimeter, Y/n started shredding though the men like paper. He killed about seven men before he had to reload, he felt a pistol round hit his vest causing him to go down. He took out his 45 and took aim as the red dot appeared on a guard's head, he pulled the trigger blowing his brains out. Y/n holstered his pistol and entered the manor with his AK-47.

Cinder heard gunfire and screaming of men from outside, she then heard someone yelling.

Y/n: "Where are you Rodrigez?! Come out you slimy piece of shit!"

Cinder's eyes glimmered, Y/n came back, he really did and came to kill that bastard.

Cinder: "Save me Y/n, please"

Y/n reloaded his AK and fired off at five men in the hallway, Y/n killed about twenty five men now and there were just the last five left in the area. Rodrigez grabbed Cinder's restraints and dragged her across the floor, Cinder tried to resist.

Cinder: "Where are you taking me asshole?!"

Rodrigez: "Shut the hell up!"

He took Cinder and himself to a panic room closing the door behind him. Y/n shot through three men with his rifle, Y/n pulled the trigger of his rifle but all it did was make a click sound. Y/n looked all over his person but realized he ran out of ammo completely, he then saw the last two men coming with clubs. The two of them were bigger than the others.

Brute 1: "Last chance"

Brute: "Get the hell out of here"

Y/n unholstered his .45 longslide and started firing round after round at the brutes only for them to heal from their wounds via aura.

Y/n: "Blyat"

Y/n held his rifle tight as he charged at the two with the bayonet, he stabbed one in the stomach and felt the other smash a club against his back causing Y/n to slice the blade through one and slash at an artery at the thigh of the second brute. The second brute threw a punch to Y/n's stomach causing him to go down but was unable to move his leg, Y/n yelled out as he repeatedly stabbed the crap out of the brute with his bayonet.

Cinder sat on the other side of the room as Rodrigez checked the cameras, all of the cameras around the house were shot except for one. The camera showed Y/n fumbling with the panic room door but wasn't able to get a clear visual, Y/n ran away from the door confusing Rodrigez.

Rodrigez: "What the fuck is that-"

The door was blown into pieces as shrapnel flew, Y/n entered the panic room to see Cinder and Rodrigez. Y/n pulled out his gun and aimed at the old man.

Y/n: "I told you that you are a dead man"

Rodrigez: "You know...I used to work with your boss"

Y/n stopped for a moment humoring him.

Rodrigez: "He is a dramatic man, but he always fought with some form of honor. So I ask you this...You want to kill me like man? Or kill me like-"

Y/n just shot him in the head causing his brains to splatter on the walls, he took out his knife and cut Cinder's restraints.

Y/n: "Well you got what you want now, you have a mansion and a big bank account. I hope you are happy Cinder"

Y/n walked out of the panic room groaning from the bullet impact he took from the men, before he exited to the front Cinder caught up to him.

Cinder: "Y/n wait"

Y/n stopped, he looked back at Cinder.

Y/n: "You have everything you want now, besides I am not the man that I thought I was"

Cinder: 'That is where you're wrong! You were the best boyfriend any girl can have!"

Y/n then turned to her as she continued her rant.

Cinder: "It should be the other way around, I wasn't the girlfriend that I thought I was. I don't deserve you after I left you all those years ago"

Y/n started to turn soft from the inside.

Cinder: "I am sorry for being such a horrible girlfriend, I don't know how I will make it up to you but-"

Cinder was interrupted as Y/n walked towards her and brought her into a hug, Cinder eyes widened as they welled up with tears. Y/n held her tight as he ran his hand through her hair.

Y/n: "I don't care about you making it up for me, all I wanted was for you to come back"

Cinder: "I won't leave you again, I swear"

Y/n caressed Cinder's head as she cried into Y/n's chest.

Y/n: "I know Cinder, I know"

Cinder pulled Y/n in for a kiss, a kiss that both of them needed after all these years they had apart from each other. Now they were finally back together after eight years never letting go officially reforging their love for the better.
