" Well since no ones picked truth yet, I pick truth." Says Alec.

Rose smiled wider. " Good, very good. Fine then. Alexander, if you could have anyone else around you to be your Parabatai besides Jace, who would you pick, and you can't pick any of your family or friends."

Alec nodded and looked around. " this is a tough one. If I had to choose it would be... You."

He was pointing at Annabeth.

" Why her?" Says Leon.

" She seems trustworthy and looks like she's knows how to fight and if good at it." Says Alec.

" Well duh, I'm a demigod, I have to know how to fight to protect myself against monsters." says Annabeth.

Alec just nodded, Jace leaned over and whispered something in his ear. " Shut up!" Growled Alec.
