Audrey raised her voice and cut off her grandmother by saying, "Ben's like my brother and Mal is like my sister, that's disgusting." Her mom added on, "She can be with whoever she wants to be with, it's her life and her choice."

Aurora called the guards who escorted Leah to the other side of the castle and both of Audrey's parents followed. My girlfriend pushed me down onto the floor in between her legs and stroked my hair. Her fingers intertwined with my hair and I gently hummed as she comforted me by doing my hair.
