The servant class cards from Fate series of the Nasuverse and in this book, only contains 7 main class: Saber, Archer, Lancer, Rider, Caster, Berserker, and Assassin; along with the Extra class: Ruler, Avenger, Moon Cancer, Alter ego, Shielder, Pretender, Foreigner, and Beast; And lastly the Grand servant class.

THE KNIGHT CLASS

- Saber: Knight of the Sword and Heroic Spirit of the Sword, is one of the Three Knight Classes among the seven standard Servant classes summoned for the Holy Grail War. It is implied of famous individuals or heroic spirits who wields a Sword in battle.

- Archer: Knight of the Bow and Heroic Spirit of the Bow, is one of the Three Knight Classes among the seven standard Servant classes summoned for the Holy Grail War. Servants placed within this Class excel in possessing powerful Noble Phantasms, are able to act as highly effective scouts. The qualifying condition for the Heroic Spirits is not attributes, but instead the possession of powerful projectile weapons or special abilities related to projectile weapons.

- Lancer: Knight of the Lance and Heroic Spirit of the Lancer, is one of the Three Knight Classes among the seven standard Servant classes summoned for the Holy Grail War. Servants placed within this class, many of which are Heroic Spirits who were knights, are very agile, display excellent close combat skills, show proficiency in hit-and-run tactics that capitalize on range and speed, and are skilled with long-range melee weapons such as spears and lances.

THE CAVALRY CLASS

- Rider: Mounted Knight and Heroic Spirit of the Mount, is one of the Four Cavalry Classes among the seven standard Servant classes summoned for the Holy Grail War. Servants placed within this Class are those known for riding mounts, whether living beasts or human constructs, during their lives. It contains either horse riders, dragon riders, Drivers, pilots, or a captain of a ship.

- Assassin: Silent Killer and Heroic Spirit of Assassination, is one of the Four Cavalry Classes among the seven standard Servant classes summoned for the Holy Grail War.

- Berserker: Mad Warrior and Heroic Spirit of Berserk Rage, is one of the Four Cavalry Classes among the seven standard Servant classes summoned for the Holy Grail War. Berserker class also implied individuals who fought with hand to hand combat, brute or super strength, and buff bodies.

THE EXTRA CLASS

- Ruler: Heroic Spirit of Arbitration, is a non-standard Servant Class brought forth for the purpose of presiding over Holy Grail Wars. The Holy Grail utilizes its own logic to sense when actions are encroaching upon its authority, and regardless of other mediators like those from the Church, it brings forth Ruler to protect the concept of the Holy Grail War itself. In the case of the reserve system of the Greater Grail being activated in the Great Holy Grail War, Ruler takes neither side of the battle, but only acts in the interest of the Grail. The Ruler-class Servants are given Command Spells for the other Servants.

- Avenger: Heroic Spirit of Vengeance, is an Extra Servant Class. Avenger is a class founded on vengeance, born from powerful resentment that does not fade even after death. Rather than revenge, the primary characteristic behind them is avenging.

P.S. the heroes in "the Avengers" from the marvel universe doesn't count as a Avenger class characters, even though their team name is called "Avengers" doesn't mean they have the quality of vengeance (sometimes), there are some other heroes/Villains had the quality of  other class rather than Avenger.

- Moon Cancer: Moon Cancer is an irregular Extra Class which was originally exclusive to the Artificial Intelligence known as B.B., who became a virus which threatened the sanctity of the Moon Cell Automaton in a certain parallel world. "Moon Cancer" is a title bestowed to those who threaten the world of the Moon, those who attempted to invade the core of SE.RA.PH. The Cancer of the Moon Cell.

- Shielder: Master of Defense and Servant of the Shield. One-of-a-kind warrior boasting near impregnable defense. Servant of the Shield, is also a non-standard Servant Class.

- Alter Ego: a personification of an exceptionally strong emotion, wish or personality trait. Alter Egos differ from typical "Alter" Servants in that they are not "another side" or "another possibility" of a Heroic Spirit, but more akin to a "fragment" which has broken away from the whole and gained sentience as its own unique and divergent being.

Alter Egos are strong against Foreigners, deal more damage to the four Cavalry Classes (Rider, Caster, Assassin, Berserker), and deal less damage to the three Knight Classes (Saber, Archer and Lancer) as well as Pretenders.

- Foreigner: Visitor from the Empty Void, is an Extra Servant Class. Chaldea Security Organization has a limited understanding of the class, but defines it as a class for "beings who overturn the base laws of our world."[1] They are said to be individuals who have "descended from superstition," those who have kept their "purity in the heart of madness" or who are "swallowed by madness but then turn around and consume the madness in turn. "

As foreign beings from outside of the world, they are typically bonded with an Outer God, the process of creating one being known as a complex process with a low chance of success.

- Pretender: is an Extra Servant Class. Little is known about their abilities, but they appear to be able to hide their true Class and use the abilities of their assumed class.

The Class was deduced by Sherlock Holmes. He concludes that it is "A person who wears a role". A Heroic Spirit who is not an opponent to man or beast, but the world through spinning impersonations. Among heroes and anti-heroes, there are those who have given false representation, deceiving and misleading others to do great deeds. Not a fake or counterfeit, but someone who deceives even the soul until more power and greater achievements than the real thing remain.

- Beast: is an Extra Servant Class that manifests as calamities that threaten human history. The Grand Servants are summoned forth as fail-safes to counteract them. Beasts are comprised of Evils of Humanity. They are evils born from "the karma produced by humanity's progress." There are two categories: beings oppressed/persecuted by humanity, and beings used by humanity for oppression/persecution.[3]

GRAND CLASS

- Grand Servants, also referred to as Grand Class, are existences summoned by the Counter Force in order to prevent the extinction of mankind by the Beasts. Grand Servants are summoned by the world itself through Ritual: Heroic Spirit Summon to save humanity. Its purpose is to pit seven Grand Servants against one powerful enemy, rather than fight each other like Servants in the Holy Grail War ritual, which was adapted by humans for their own purposes. In other words, their duty is to face a threat endangering all of humanity or the world, the Beasts.

Examples of grand servant class:

- Grand Saber, Grand Archer, Grand Lancer, Grand Caster, Grand Berserker, Grand Assassin, Grand Ruler, etc.

PSEUDO-SERVANT

- Pseudo-Servants are Servants that have manifested utilizing humans as their vessels. While similar to Demi-Servants in the end result, the process of forming one is different.

Pseudo-Servants are the result of Heroic Spirits and Divine Spirits that cannot become Servants due to an inability to take a physical form, so they are instead summoned by using a compatible human body to act as a vessel. The resulting Servant cannot be called either individual, but rather a combination of the powers of both individuals mingling together that add abilities not present in the original Servant. 

DEMI-SERVANTS

Demi-Servants are conceptual humans who have taken the Saint Graphs of Heroic Spirits into their bodies, functioning as Servants. While similar to Pseudo-Servants in the end result, the process of forming one is different.
