A quick, pained glance to my mothers corpse before backing up, slowly.

I'm hallucinating.

But I knew I wasn't. I screeched rather loudly and ran from the room, out of the 'house' and sprinted down the road, the note still folded in my hand.

I crumbled it up and stuffed it into my pocket. Tears were strewn down my face as I simply collapsed on the dirt road. I could hear the brutes that usually beat me up walk past, I could tell they were looking at me.
But they didn't come near.
They simply kept walking as far as I could hear.

What more is there to do on this earth? No one is here to teach me
No one is here to guide me
No one is here to love me
There is no one for me to love.

I felt sick thinking like this but I felt like I was right. I'm worthless without others.
Maybe if I just stay here, I'll rot away.
Slowly, quietly, peacefully.
I don't want to move anyways.
And so I laid there.
And the lights when out.

"Seto? Seto! SETO! Dear lord SETO WAKE UP!"
"Ty stop yelling he's waking up you dingus!"

What's going on. I often my eyes, drowsily as I tried to look around. Brice, Ty and some of the others from yesterday were gather in what appeared to be a bard. I looked around to see the others sitting on haystacks, I was laid across a few near a corner.

What happened?

"My head hurts." I hissed quietly, not making any eye contact.
Then I felt four arms around me. I snap my head up to see. That both Brice and Ty are hugging me, extremely tightly I might add.

"Guys I can't breath! Could you maybe NOT!" I say shoving them off me in a panicked  fashion.
They stumble back surprisedly.
I quickly apologize.
"What happened?"  Adam spoke up from the back with Jerome and Mitch.

"What do you mean?"  I replied.

"I found you passed out in the middle of the road while I was finishing up chores this early morning." Ty explained.

Then I remembered it all.
And I started crying.
Shit.
"I-I don't think you need to know..." I stutter out, dizzying myself from standing and running out of the barn.
I could hear talking from inside the barn.
Then a hand grabbed my wrist.
Two.
I turned to see Mitch and Jerome holding my arms with stern looks, then they dragged me back to the barn by force.
I kicked and put up a fight without noise but they were bigger then me and quickly threw me back inside, Jerome guarding the door as Mitch walked forward.

Mitch approached almost angrily, giving me no way to escape as I was cornered to a barn wall.

"I found this when you were sleeping, what is it and what does it mean?" He asked pulling a piece of paper from his pocket and shoving it towards me.

The note.

I dropped it by instinct and started shaking. I don't want anything to do with that thing.

"Wait, Mitch why didn't you tell us about this? And you don't just take things from people like that!" Ty scolded.

Mitch rolled his eyes.
" well that doesn't matter anymore. It means something and it could get us all in danger for all we know!" Mitch snarled as he picked it up and tossed it to Ty.
Ty's eyes widened as well as Brice's who was reading from his shoulder.

"Seto! Wha-what is this! Is there blood on this?!"

"I-I don't know! It was with her corpse when I got home, and I-I didn't know what to do so I ran and-" Brice cut me off.
"Seto! Slow down and explain!" He yelled at me, shaking my shoulders.
I shut up and just looked at him, then at the others, all worried as well as Mitch who was looking guilty as ever.

"After I got home Ty told me about some small Nether Empire attack. Then I called to my mom to tell her I was home. When she didn't answer I went to her bed where she was deadly Ill usually. When I got inside she was torn open! A knife was left impaled inside her a-and that note was left there!"
I wiped away some tears.

"I don't think they knew I wouldn't be home so they just left her as a warning." I finished sinking to the floor.
Then Adam spoke up.
"Seto, tell us everything. How you got to minecraftia, we must know how to help you."
