This is a three part series fanfiction of Narnia that involves mainly Peter Pevensie. This story takes place after the war and before Prince Caspian. Instead of all four siblings only Peter is brought back to Narnia. Although he isn't the only one. And things are a bit different this time.

Peter arrives at this palace that controls a small country or state in Narnia (this is rumored after the lands of Archenland, during the Dark Ages but before Caspian). He has just turned 17 when he is brought back and is welcomed into a palace, already established as if he lived there himself. He is welcomed into the hospitality of his 'cousins' King Cor and Queen Aravis. (He is not High King Peter here).

Another character has re-entered Narnia, along with her family of four. Her name is Asta Brann Maberly. Her family had been to Narnia before when she was little, and they were very excited to have returned. Her farther Robert Maberly, whose name in Narnia was Julius, was a very high Lord of Narnia. So high in fact, that he had a mansion so large, it could be mistaken for a tiny palace. This was located right outside the borders of King Cor's kingdom. Her mother, Davina, was blessed by Aslan, for she became a star walker, to be a light and peace to Narnia, watching over their corner of Narnia. 

But Davina got very sick, and died a year after returning to Narnia. After their mother's death, Asta's brother whose name was Arath in Narnia, fled to somewhere unknown out of grief. He would stay in these unknown lands, learning from older Narnians that had been quite forgotten in this time. Here is where he would hide in secret for years, avoiding the fate that awaited him with age. A similar destiny befell Asta, who's fate was to become a starlight of Narnia, like her mother, on her 21st birthday.

In the meantime, Asta's father fell into a dark depression. And through reckless drinking and distraction, is how he remarried without another thought. One week after his wife's passing, he was married to Lady Lucia. Unknown to him, she was a great sorcerer, and had entranced him for her own means and riches. She concealed her powers and dark arts to the forgotten corners of the castle. She slowly set spells on the king, taking him completely into her control. She manipulated his moods, his actions, and even his memories. Soon, Julius had no memory of his family.

Eventually, Lady Lucia still wasn't satisfied with her power. So she decided to get rid of the king, and convinced him to go start a stupid crusade into the unexplored North. After he left he was never seen again, and was assumed to be dead for none who passed its borders ever returned.

You are now entering the part of the story where Asta is faced with some hard decision that results in life or death. Or at least that's what is said, when really it's certainty of death and slim chance of life.
