You can enjoy anything if you make up your mind.

Despite knowing the fact we both have to face challenges when we get back we made up our minds to enjoy the honeymoon and we did.

The past few days have been incredible and I know we both recognize it. It's impossible to deny after all the fun we had.

Taking a dip in the infinity pool, getting mesmerized at the beachfront, and enjoying the tasteful cocktails with her beside me was where all the fun began. I can't remember the number of times we kissed inside the pool and how many times we laughed together as we chatted over random things.

We visited the well-known Eat Street which spellbinds us with the variety it has to offer. It is also known as Jalan Laksamana. It has an ideal restaurant and perfect menus for a romantic dinner.

Avni tells me that her ex-boyfriend always planned romantic dinners for her. I wasn't sure why she said that but I decide I am not going to question her and a second later it appeared like she didn't want to say it but it just came out.

We explore the street and choose what tempts us. The cafe for food-loving romantics, the Corner House for delicious coffees, sporting an antiquated decor, and The Bistrot, built in the European theme were amazing places we toured. Avni made me take a lot of her pictures and she took a few selfies with me which I don't mind.

To enjoy the place that offers mouth-watering burgers and a wide range of drinks to enjoy over live music we visited the Nirvana Burger Bar, one of the things to do in Seminyak. It is a hub for nightlife entertainment. The place also boasts outdoor seating where we spend quality time together. Even if all we did was kiss it was a quality of time together.

What sets Nirvana apart is their marvelous fire show displays. All the bling and the colors of the fire show, the yummy food on the plate, and the joyful ambiance gave us a lot more memories to cherish. Again, even if all we did was stick next to each other it was memorable to watch fire shows with her.

That night ended up differently as we had sex against the glass door of the bathroom. It was a very sensational moment having our bodies all wet in the shower.

We do the most adrenaline-pumping activity which is Scuba Diving. It was my second favorite because number one was surfing with her. Normally, the waves reach 3 feet but it was a nice day and the waves reached a good level, providing a thrilling experience for both of us. We laughed a lot as we cheered each other's names and enjoyed the moment. We lived that particular moment to the fullest.

That night as we did our number ten and lay beside each other catching our breath she said to me, Thank you, Neil. The best thing about this honeymoon is you.

Shop till you drop was our next tour. Talented fashion designers from all around the world work with incredibly skillful local garment makers and produce masterpieces. Exquisite products like dresses, shoes, handbags, and handmade home furnishing products are showcased on this road.

"I am sure your designs will make the entrance here," I say to her that night as we walk around.

She turns to look at me and she smiles. "I know."

She grips my hand as she looks away from me. "You know, I like that you make me feel worth it."

"Because you are," I say as I look at her but she looks straight ahead.

"I am but people haven't made me feel that way." She says quietly. "I mean they come with me for their own reasons. You and I aren't supposed to have these moments. You could ignore me and enjoy yourselves because you possibly can't get anything from me. The only way I am helpful to you is by staying married to you and for that, I am getting what I want. So I know what you do is not to impress me or because you want something from me, it's because you want to."

"Of course, it's because I want to," I say to her gently as I hold her chin and tilt her head so she looks at me. "Mr. and Mrs. Khanna are supposed to stay married not Avni and Neil."

"Avni and Neil can have all the fun they want," I say with a smile as I hold her gaze.

I feel relieved when a smile stretches on her lips. "I loved the words." She winks before she reaches up to press a kiss on my lips.

She buys a few pairs of heels for herself. She has so many heels that I have come to realize that she loves them a lot. Apparently, she looks more like Avni when she's walking in her heels holding her chin up high.

We treat ourselves to spa treatments in Petitenget and enjoy the outstanding restaurants and nightlife on Oberoi road. There is a lot of shopping around to fulfill every desire and we end up shopping.

We had a very peaceful night at La Laguna. It is an eccentric and awe-striking venue that attracted us. This resort boasts plenty of scrumptious dishes on its menu. The outdoor seating amidst the enticing creations of Mother Nature adds to its charisma.

It is situated in close proximity to the Jalan Batu Belig. Adding spice to our conversations we slurp on the mouthwatering cocktails made specially to assure that we have an amazing time.

We spend some romantic time there as we lie beside each other hypnotized by the panorama.

"Seriously?" I ask her as I keep my hand around her waist. "Life has no meaning to you?"

"It has but it's all about me." She says. "People give priority to different things and people, they regard it as their life. I think that's foolish."

"So, what is life? For you?" I ask as I reach out and put a hair strand behind her ear.

"Life is having all body parts safe." She says. "Making sure I am healthy and happy. Being unhealthy is exactly what takes away our life from us, right?"

"Right," I say.

"Unless someone wants to kill us or accidents." She says after a moment. "That's why I prefer putting myself over anything. My life is all mine and I am responsible to make it happy."

"Are you?" I ask. "Happy?"

She looks at me for a moment and she nods slowly. "Working on it. Pushing a few people away and doing contract marriage."

I chuckle softly as she laughs before she puts her arm around me and rests her head on my chest.

"I am happy right now." She says and I smile as I wrap my arm around her. "I can't believe it's over. We are going back tomorrow."

"We can come back you know," I say as I move my hand on her back. "As a second honeymoon and prove to everyone we are in love."

She laughs. "It's amusing how we lie and come to honeymoon but enjoy it truly."

"It is." I chuckle.

"I hope this one year goes as smoothly as this honeymoon." She mumbles.

"Hope so," I say as I kiss her hair knowing it won't be possible with Rose, Ruby, and our families.

It's funny how we have started considering Avni and Neil and Mr. and Mrs. Khanna as two different people but I hope just like Avni and Neil we rock it as Mr. and Mrs. Khanna too.

We are both jet-lagged when we land back in New York and we take one day to rest. All we did is sleep and take rest which was required after the incredible honeymoon.

Today we are all set to get back to our lives.

I insert my sim card after I get out of the shower while Avni dries her hair as she hums something. She seems in a good mood today.

I go over the emails and messages as I sit on the couch. I frown when I see a new message from DD pop up. It's a link and I wonder what it is as I open it.

I am not sure how I feel as I go through all the pictures. There are a few from Gary's wedding but since our wedding has been the recent one it tops them all.

"Might even plan on starting an official business as an Event Manager you never know," Young said.

"What happened?" Avni asks as she stands beside me.

"Uh, just our marriage being the discussion," I say and she reaches for my phone with a frown.

"Wow. We look beautiful." She smiles as she scrolls. "Lee is unbelievable. He's planning on starting a business now."

Her smile fades a little. "And here I am still about to start working."

I frown at her words and I stand up and reach for my phone. "Come on, get ready."

She sighs. "He better pay me for using our photos."

"Seriously?" I chuckle.

"Yeah. He earns a lot you know and this time he used our wedding." She says and I can't tell if she is joking or being serious as she walks back to the mirror.

"I am not sure how I feel about our marriage getting so much attention," I say as I reach for my shirt and put it on me.

"Oh, people will forget about it as soon as another latest gossip pops up." She says as she brushes her hair. "Besides, it's all about Leo there not us."

"I know," I button my shirt and put on my jacket. "The pictures are still ours."

She sets the lipstick back and turns to look at me. "You are not liking it?"

"I just don't want it to affect us in any way," I say as I look at her. "We have a very tricky wedding, Avni."

"Yeah, I know. It isn't like I am asking the media to do this." She frowns. "It's going to be just between us and Arjun. We'll be fine, right?"

I look at her for a moment and I nod slowly. "Yeah."

"You need to stop scaring me away you know." She smiles as she puts her arms around me.

"That's not my intention," I say as I keep my arm around her. "I just want us safe."

"We are safe." She says and I nod.

It's ridiculous that I am the one having doubts here because right after meeting Bebe she had doubts and I was the one making her understand but now the tables have turned.

"How do I look?" She asks as she takes a step back and twirls around once.

My eyes move down her body, she's wearing a white crop top, high-waisted pants, and a red jacket over it along with high heels.

"You look stunning." I chuckle. "And confident."

"Thank you." She smiles. "Come on, let's go now."

She looks excited as we get in the car and it feels amazing to see her so excited to start working. She must be really looking forward to it.

I don't tell her anything as she goes through her phone and then she calls her mother in between and talks for a few minutes letting her know she is back.

I feel happy to finally give her what she wants. Avni can finally begin with the work from today after the meetings with Gaby, the head of the department.

"God, this is happening," Avni says as I pull in front of the building.

I chuckle as I turn off the car and step outside. I am about to walk around and open the door for her when I see Rose getting out of her car.

I suddenly feel a little tensed as I watch her bodyguard follow her into the building. Not only Avni's excitement is going to be killed but I just know something bad will happen.

I can't blame Rose for it because Avni doesn't exactly make it easy for people and I start to worry about what her reaction will be as I walk around the car and open the door for her.

I know she interrupted me from saying about it back on the honeymoon and I consider saying her now but as I watch the excitement on her face I resist myself knowing whatever has to happen will happen.

Nothing can change it now.
