Today is the last day of filming Hemlock Grove.

How are you feeling today, Jensen said as he puts the makeup on Bill's face.

I'm a little sad that the show is ending today, Bill said.

What are you going to do after the show, Jensen asked?

I don't know yet. Maybe stay home and watch the kids while you film Supernatural, Bill said.

Have you feel any different since we had sex back on our wedding anniversary in September, Jensen asked?

I'm just always tired and I had gained a couple of pounds in a week, Bill said.

Have you thrown up yet, Jensen asked?

Not yet, Bill said.

Do you want to go home and take a pregnancy test or go to the hospital and find out, Jensen asked?

I probably want to go home and I'm just scared that the test is going to be negative that all, Bill said.

I have a feeling that the test will be positive, Jensen said.

There you are all done, Jensen said.

I will see you after I get done filming, Bill said.

Jensen smiles at him.

One hour later.

Great job, Jensen said as he wipes off Bill's makeup.

Thanks, Bill said .

Are you ok, Jensen asked? 

Bill was about to say something when he felt his lunch coming up his throat.

Get me the trash can, Bill said.

Here you go, Jensen said as he hands him the trash can.

Ugh, Bill said as he wipes his mouth.

Are you ok, Jensen asked?

Yeah. I might have eaten something bad, Bill said.

Ok, Jensen said.

There you are all done, Jensen said as he throws away the makeup wipes.

Are you ready to go, Bill asked?

Yeah, I am, Jensen said.

Do you want me to drive, Jensen asked?

Yeah bc, I don't feel too good, Bill said.

Jensen pulls into a Pharmacy.

How many tests do you want me to get, Jensen asked?

Two, Bill said.

Ok, Jensen said.

He walks into the pharmacy and down the pregnancy test aisle.

I'm getting him more than two pregnancy tests, Jensen mumbled.

Jensen grabs three clear blue pregnancy testes and two pregnancy First Response Early Result and grabs a bottle of water.

He lays the pregnancy testes and the water on the counter.

Your total will be $ 34.50, The lady said.

Here you go, Jensen said as he hands the money to the lady.

Jensen grabs the bag and walks out of the pharmacy.

What took you so long, Bill asked?

Here you go, Jensen said as he gives the bag to his husband.

Bill looks at Jensen before he looks threw the bag.

I told you that I wanted only two tests not five, Bill said.

I'm just making sure, Jensen said.

I'm going to be in the bathroom if you need me, Bill said .

Ok, Jensen said .

15 minutes later.

Can I come in, Jensen said as he knocks on the door .

Yeah, Bill said.

Have you check the tests yet, Jensen asked?

No. I'm a little scared to check them, Bill said.

Do you want me to check them, Jensen asked ?

Yeah, Bill said.

Jensen looks at him before he picks up one of the pregnancy tests.

Omg, Jensen said.

What, Bill said.

It's positive, Jensen said .

No way, Bill said as he looks at the other testes and they are all positive.

We are going to have another baby, Jensen said.

Yeah we are, Bill said with a smile .

Wow four kids at the age 38 and 26, Jensen said.

Is that bad, Bill said .

No. I'm excited to meet him or her soon, Jensen said .

Jared had text me and wants us to meet him for lunch, Jensen said .

Ok, Bill said.

What didn't you order a beer like Jensen, Jared said.

I can't drink for another eight months, Bill said .

Jensen smiles at Bill.

Wow. You two are going to have four kids, Jared said .

Yep, Both Bill and Jensen said .

Gen and I are planning on having another kid soon bc Odette wants a little sister to play with, Jared said.

I thought that you and gen were done having kids, Jensen said.

We were until Odette had said, mommy and daddy. I want a sister that I can play with, Jared said.

Here is your drinks, Keith said .

When is your first doctor's appointment, Jared asked?

Idk but I am going to make one after this, Bill said.

What is Misha going to think of this, Jensen said .

Oh dear. What if we don't tell Misha that Bill is pregnant, Jared said.

It's going to work for two months but when he is going to turn three months in January and Bill is going to start showing around January and Misha is going to know soon, Jensen said.

Bill might show around four or five months bc he is so tall and he could always wear bigger shirts around four or five months, Jared said .

I'm scared that I am going to have a miscarriage bc all of the stress over Misha, Bill said.

You need to keep your husband stress free Jensen, Jared said .

Yeah, I will, Jensen said.
