Sana : You ...?

Sana : Do I know you ?

Person : MYSELF SHIVANGI JOSHI....... SIDHARTH'S GIRLFRIEND.........

Sana : Why are you here ?

Shivangi : Girl I just wanted to let you know that Sidharth is with me ......

Sana : So .....

Shivangi : You can understand that he has already discarded you like a peice of trash right ?

Sana : Do you think I care ......?

Seeing Shehnaaz so calm and collected made Shivangi feel like her plan was being sabotaged ....... She wanted to rile her up to the point that she might actually want to leave Sidharth .......

Shivangi : Oh darling you don't understand ..... Your husband is in Kuwait , enjoying the time of his life while you are sitting here inside the jail ......

Although hearing the words that came out of Shivangi's mouth made her feel a pang in her heart but she wasn't going to show it on her face ........

She looked at the beautiful woman standing infront of her with a blank look adorned her face while the later gritted her teeth seeing her plan to be failing at that instant ......

Sana : And ?.....

Shivangi : You know that soon you'll be divorced , rotting inside the jail......

Sana : Thank you for foreseeing my future......

Saying so she stood up from her place and moved towards the door that led to the inner parts of the jail ......

Knocking on the door twice she stood their for about a minute before the police officer opened the door and came inside ......

Police Officer : Are you done talking?

Sana : Yes ...... ( she nodded her head )

The officer motioned her to go inside and turned towards Shivangi ......

Police officer : Ma'am I think you should leave now ......

Shehnaaz moved towards the inner parts of the jail without even  sparing a look towards the other female who had specifically come there to meet her .......

Shehnaaz went inside the jail and once again started to wait for a while to use the washroom  .......

While on one side Shehnaaz was really upset thinking that her lover didn't really fight for her but on the other side Sidharth was having a real tough time taking care of all the messed up situations .......

While currently he was currently sitting in his bedrooms balcony enjoying the lovely weather .......

Flashback

Although he had acted to be really careless after knowing that Shehnaaz was arrested somewhere in his mind he was very well aware that it was all a big misunderstanding  ....... He knew that after what he had said to his wife earlier that girl must be broken beyond his imagination .......

Taking a deep breath he once gain picked up his phone dialled a number .....

Phone Call 📲

Person : Yes sir .....

Sid : Did you get any information that who had given this news to these reporters ....?

Person : No sir...... It's really difficult but we are trying our best ......

Sid : Hmmm ....

Person : Do you suspect anyone sir....?

Sid : I do but that is for some other time
.......

He ended the call and rested his head on the back of the seat before closing his eyes ....... Although Sidharth was quite disturbed seeing the photos of his wife along with another man but that was not really important now .......

He had already taken the decision of talking to Shehnaaz about it just after he returns from the work trip ...... He didn't care even if she had cheated on him .......

He knew that even if there was a slight chance of her cheating on him , he'll make sure to love her to the point that she doesn't even look towards other man .......

He was adamant on keeping the girl with him,  he wasn't just in love with her but obsessed....... She can get away from him but at the end of the day she's his .......

Sidharth had already understood the love she had for the kids the moment he saw the injured little guy cry for his wife ..... He knew that she had become the mother Akshat had always craved for in these few years of his life ......

Thinking that his son like nephew would loose his mother just like he would loose his love , Sidharth wasn't going to let it happen ......

He once again picked up his phone and messaged someone.....

@Sidharth : Make sure that she gets the best lawyer for this case ....... My men are already working on finding her father and his men ......

@Sidharth  : make sure that those police officers doesn't even get to touch a strand of her hair .....

Keeping his phone inside his pocket , he got out of the car and went inside the airport with his luggage ...... He was really happy that his bodyguards were able to keep those paparazzi away from him because if not done that he would have let out his anger on those innocent but not so innocent people.......

Flashback Ends

Thinking that it has been already more than two weeks after he had reached Kuwait ...... The only information he had received about Shehbaaz Gill was that he had attended one of the court session and stayed with the victims family .....

He got to know that the person who got killed so many years ago was none other than Shehbaaz's girlfriend  ...... Although he had felt a little sympathy towards the younger man in the begining but now that little bit of feelings he had was gone ......

It was as if the feelings were  just like the smoke that came out of his mouth when he had cigarette  ......... Opening his eyes and looking at the city ahead of him he heard his phone ringing ........

Sidharth got up from his seat and went inside the room and picked up his phone from the bed , before receiving the call ......

Sid : Hello .....

Veer : Sir we have already made sure that the political party announces on live telecaste that they are banishing Santokh Gill from their party .....

Sid : Good .... I don't want anyone to back him up .....

Veer : Sure sir ......

Veer : Sir what  about Shehbaaz Gill ......

Sid : Don't do anything ...... that man thinks that he is untouchable but he doesn't even know what the others can do .......

Veer : Sir he doesn't know who Sidharth Shukla is .  .....

With a smile adorning his face Sidharth ended the call and thew the phone aside...... Looking towards the clock mounted on the wall he was reminded of his flight to India .......

Taking his clothes in his hand he moved towards the washroom ...... About fifteen minutes later he was all ready to leave the room when his phone vibrated indicating another incoming call ......

Shivangi : Happy. Birthday Baby .....!

Sid : How many times do I have to tell you that we are not in a relationship and you're in no position to call me by that nickname ......

Shivangi: Sid .... you very well know taht I love you so why are you doing this to me .......

Shivangi : Leave that bítch aside and come back to me .....

Sid : Don't..... Don't you dare call my beloved wife with such names .......

Shivangi : You already know Sid that she's in jail and I'm sure that she would stay in there  longer than you expect ........

Sid : This is the first and the last time but make sure to keep it inside your mind that you are no one to decide what I should expect or not......

Sid : You are no one to dictate me about my expectation ......

Saying so he ended the call and plopped down on the bed , when his mind reminded him of last night when the whole crew had celebrated his birthday after the last shoot of the day ......

Although he was really happy that he was done with the shooting and was just left with the promotions , he didn't think that they would arrange a cake cutting ceremony for him ..

Thinking about his birthday and the things he had decided for this day about a month earlier made him actually feel sad ...... He knew that she must be very angry on him and would even  throw him out of the room but he was a stubborn lad .......

Thinking about his mistakes and her anger ,
he remembered the day when he left the country for this bogus shooting a few weeks ago .....

He was sure that the news of him leaving the country even after knowing that his wife was inside the jail might stirr the internet for months ..... He also knew that after this he would even receive the award for the worst husband ever but he didn't have any option.......

He was responsible for so many life's ....... One wrong move and this entire film could have a massive backlash from the production house ...... He was sure that it would have been nothing for him but for those people who worked as crew during the whole time would have suffered ........

Letting out a series of sigh , he got up from his place and got our of his room before walking towards the elevator.......

Soon days passed by just like a blink of an eyes ...... Although the Shehnaaz was waiting for the day when she could actually leave from this place for ever but each passing day and the series of interrogation later she was well aware that the trap she had fallen into is too hard to get out of ......

It was 12th of December the day when she had actually planned to do something unique for her lover ...... She wanted to organise a party for him ........

Thinking that her dream will never come to it's life,  Shehnaaz got up from her makeshift bed she had inside the small cell of 11ft by 5 ft of hers ....... She sat up and closed her eyes before chanting the name of Waheguru few times just like the other days .......

Keeping her eyes closed she joined her hands and prayed to her guru .......

Sana : Hey my lord please keep the man I love the most in this world safe and sound ....... Please keep him away from all the sorrows in this world and bless him on this auspicious day .......

Sana : Happy Birthday Sidharth .....

She wished the man who was still living in a faraway land from his family and loved one's...... With a smile on her face she stood up from the floor and folded the blankets just before moving towards the iron gate ........

Soon the patrolling female officer opened her door and she was allowed to leave the room ...... Shehnaaz walked through the corridor with her change of clothes and brush in her hand when she was stopped by a group of woman  .......

Inmate 1 : Where are you going girl ....?

Sana : Towards the washroom  ma'am ....... ( she replied with respect )

Inmate 2 : Huh ..... such a shy girl ......

Sana : .....

Inmate 3 : You know why she got inside this place ?

Inmate 2 : I have heard but can't remember 
......

Inmate 4 : She unalived a teen girl ......

Sana : I didn't  ......

Inmate 3 : But the proof says otherwise darling ......

Saying so she snatched away her clothes and threw it on the otherside .....

Inmate 4 : You know why these people fear us ?

Sana : No ..... ( she shook her head )

Inmate 3 : Because we punish people way before the court could do so ......

Hearing  the word punishment she took a step back ......

Inmate 1 : Terrified Chick.....

Inmate 2 : We'll  have fun .....

Saying the words with a evil smile on her face she moved towards her with a huge step and held her face tightly ......

Inmate 1 : You killed a girl huh ......!

The second Inmate raised her hand within fraction of second , all she knew was that her ears started to ring ......

The impact of the slap was too strong for her to handle .... She fell down on the floor and closed her eyes to controll her spining head......

Shehnaaz was about to get successfully in what she was thinking of doing when someone from the group came and pulled her hair to raise her face ......

Inmate 3 : You should die ...... 

She couldn't even recognise the other words thar had left from the females mouth when one among them came and punched her on the face .......

Due to the strong impact of the woman's fist fell straight on her nose she felt a sudden stinging pain ......

Sana:  Aaahhhhh! ( she screamed )

She couldn't controll her scream that had already left from her throat ...... Shehnaaz didn't even know how much time that had passed by before she could hear the the hurried footsteps  .....

Police Officer : Leave her you morons ...... ( the officer shouted looking at the group of inmates )

Hearing that even the officer was defending the injured inmate that was sitting on the dirty floors of the jail , they left her and went back to finish their own work ......

The officer helped her to get up from the floor and took her towards the infirmary to get patched up ...... Shehnaaz sat down on the stool opposite to the doctor while the male cleaned her face with a cotton soaked in antiseptic solution ......

She had a nose bleeding along with a bursted lip due to the impact of the punch and the slap she had received earlier ......

Police Officer : YOU are lucky that I was there otherwise .....

Sana : I get it officer and I'm thankful.....issshhhh.... that you saved me from them .......

As soon as the doctor was done with cleaning her face and handing over some medicines to her she was escorted out of there by the officer ......

Officer : Will you be able to go back ?

Sana : Yes. ......and thank you once again......

Officer : Don't  ..... I was just doing my job .....

With a small smile cradled on her face shehnaaz returned to her cell and kept the medicine aside before going to the washroom and taking a shower ...... She wore her other pair of clothes and came out of the small cubicle before hurrying towards the canteen to get her breakfast ......

The turn of events from the early hours of the morning had already stressed her a bit , now after entering inside the canteen she had to come across more than hundred of woman snickering and pointing towards her .......

Picking up her plate and getting her poha along with a cup of tea she moved towards the end of the hall and sat down on an empty seat ...... She actually didn't know why the feeling of puking her gut out was something she had from  the last several weeks but this time it was getting stronger ......

Putting the cup aside she inserted a spoon full of the food inside her mouth and started to munch on it while her head was still kept low ...... She finished her food in record time and was out with her utensils towards the washing area ....... cleaning her plate , spoon and cup she placed it in it's respective places before moving towards the garden ......

The day passed by quickly and soon it was the day for the third court session  ....... Although just like the other days she had prayed to her good lord in the morning but there was a certain uncanny feeling inside her heart that was making her a bit more uncomfortable than usual ......

Finishing her as usual morning routine and having her breakfast,  Shehnaaz had just taken her pills and settled down herself on the raised platform in the  garden when an inmate came towards her and said ......

Inmate : Shehnaaz ....?

Sana : Yeah ..... thats me ..... ( she said with a slight smile )

Inmate : The officers have asked you to go to the office and meet them there .....

Nodding her head towards the Inmate she stood up from her place before muttering  .....

Sana : Thank you ......

Sharing a quick smile both of them left for their own individual work ......

Entering the office shehnaaz was asked to take her clothes from the bag and go to change .....

Changing herself in the same pair of Salwar Suit she had worn on the first day when she was arrested , she came back to the office once again before they cuffed her hands and lead her towards the police van .......

About an hour and a half drive through the Delhi traffic in that cold weather , Shehnaaz was brought to the court room just before the Judge would arrive.......

She stood there on her place and scanned through the crowd of people attending the session when her eyes landed on two new faces on her side except for her manager Nikita and her lawyer Mr Prasad ....... They were none other than Raghav and Abhinav who she had accepted as her elder brother through these months and loved them the same ......

Looking at them she felt a relieve in her heart thinking that may be not everyone had abandoned her after the incident ...... With tears forming in her eyes she kept on staring at them untill they spot her and waved their hand towards her...... She have them a smile and stood straight with a determined look on her face ........

It was about half an hour later when the Judge entered the room ..... As usual all the people present there stood up and then settled down in their respective places after him .......

The clerk stood up from his seat and took the submitted files to him before taking his place back .....

Judge : We are here for the third round of Trial regarding the 2014 murder case of Ananya Singh .......

Judge : I would request the lawyers to come forward and start with their proceedings one by one .......

Mr Kumar : Your honour I want to ask few questions to Ms Shehnaaz ......

Judge : You may do it ......

Mr Kumar : Thank you sir .....

He came and stood infront of her and looked straight into her eyes before saying .....

Mr Kumar : Did do commit the murder or not ?

Sana : I didn't......

Mr Kumar : But according to the information you did .......

Sana : If that's what you think then let me ask you how can a person staying in Delhi do something in Punjab ......

Mr Kumar : young lady ......... you are here just to answer my question ......

Sana : Okay.....

Mr Kumar : Were you involved ?

Sana : No.....

Mr Kumar : You got a phone call just a few minutes prior to the incident......

Sana : I don't know when it took place but if so then so be it ......

Mr Kumar : Did you know about your brother's girlfriend Ananya  ?

Sana : Not specifically ....... I had a chat with my father that time and he mentioned that my brother was getting distracted  .......

Mr Kumar : Did he tell you about the girl .......

Sana : I guess he tried to but I shouted on him by telling him to leave my brother and let him be happy ......

Mr Kumar : Oh Really ?

Mr Kumar : But here's the catch your honour ...... Mr Gill had already told his daughter about his son's then girlfriend and discussed about the events .......

Judge : Who testified this information  ......?

Mr Kumar : Mr Santokh Gills former personal assistant did .........

The sessions where Mr Kumar somewhat proved all the statements that shehnaaz had said in the court as an answer to the questions she was asked ........

The Judge present in the court room was looking highly disappointed towards Shehnaaz and finally said after hours of interrogation  ......

Judge : All the information that was received from interrogating Ms Shehnaaz Gill was found to be nothing but lies ....... The court would like if the Delhi Police department take the charge and make the accused speak her heart out by any means.......

Judge: The court would like to have the next trial session on 7th of January 2020 ......

The court session had just ended with on a very bad note for her which actually made her feel a lot broken than she actually was ....... The officers were just performing their usual duty and was escorting her out of the court when suddenly a group of media personals surrounded her .......

Paparazzi 1 : What was the outcome Shehnaaz ?

Paparazzi 2 : Are you going to let Sidharth spend his life happily by divorcing him ...?

Paparazzi 1 : Did you know that he is back with his ex .....?

Paparazzi 3 : Did you know that Ms Shivangi  has thrown a big party for him last night on his birthday ......

Sana : I don't think thats actually related to any of my business .....

Paparazzi 4 : So ou think that you are done using the big shot after all ......

Paparazzi 2 : Hating him because he couldn't save you from a murder case ......

Paparazzi 3 : You know what let's show you the pictures the two of them took last night .......

The person turned their camera towards her and showed her the pictures where both of them were hugging eachother and looked exactly like a couple ........

Paparazzi 1 : They are meant to he together......

Paparazzi 2 : Sidharth doesn't need a criminal to stay by his side .........

They pushed her here and there making it impossible for the woman wearing the handcuffs to move passed them ....

Paparazzi 3 : They didn't even mention about you .....

Paparazzi 1 : Will you ever get out of the jail ....?

Paparazzi 4 : Did you really murder that little girl  ?

Keeping her head down she pushed aside the swarm of Paparazzi and walked towards the van ......

While on one side people were busy with the court Trial,  the police officers inside the jail were terrified .......

Police officer: Ma'am........ ( she rushed towards jail's officer incharge  )

Police Officer  : What happened  ?

Police officer: Ma'am the inmates who hated started picking on the new girl have suddenly vanished .........

Police  Officer : What !

Police officer : Yes ma'am.... there are no where to be found ......
