Relationship is something which is mostly based on trust , assurance , faith and love...... Sometimes the relationships that are based on trust are more stronger than that of blood ......

Though it is often said that blood is thicker than water but when we get thirsty then the instant requirement of a person is always water ......

That's the same case when it came to the kids and Sidharth ...... Although they were somewhere blood related but that didn't matter to them because the foundation of their relationship was based on love , faith and trust ...... He was more of a person who acted like their friend rather than a parent .......

It was always Sidharth who usually got to know about their secrets...... He was the one who has always fulfilled their demands ......

Though may be his elder sisters trust issue started  after that very same day when he canceled an outing on the last minute and getting to know that both of them were lost .......

It was actually the most terrifying day of his entire life even more than the day his father left the world......

Recalling those incidents gives him chills down his spine...... It was 4 years ago he was in a relationship with Shivangi , that day he decided that he would take the kids and her somewhere in the evening......

But due to his work commitments he got stuck in the set , Sidharth was unaware of the fact that Shivangi had already taken the kids with her and went to the shopping mall and just send him the location just for him to reach ......... Getting to know that his schedule will be extended for few hours he informed her but to his horror she left the kids there and went away in anger .......

It was more than two hours when he was informed by his  family about their disappearance........ At first he rushed to his house and then to the location he was send by her before scearing the whole complex for them likea mad man and finally finding them in a toy store ......

It was around 6pm in the evening when Sidharth got ready wearing a sweatshirt and a jeans ...... Styling his hair with some wax and applying his cologne he came out of his bedroom with a box in his hand .....

Rita Ma : Ready to go there ?

Sid : Hmm......

Rita Ma : Here take my gift ......

Sana : Mine as well .....

Sid : You could have gone with me ......

Sana : No baby...... I have a meeting with the music direction within half an hour ......

Sid : Okay then finish your meeting......

Sid : I'll be back soon .....

Rita Ma : It's okay enjoy ......

Sana : Give a hug and a kiss from my side to both the kids .....

Sid : Okay .....

Placing a peck on both of their forehead he left for Raghav's place .......

It took him about an hour to reach their apartment cutting through the high traffic roads of Mumbai .....

Reaching the front door of the apartment Sidharth tapped on the door bell ....... The door opened a minute later revealing hid elder sister and Akshat .....

Akshat : Mamu .......

Sid : Hey there champ......

He hugged the little one and kissed on his cheeks .....

Preeti Di : Why are you here ?

Sid : To give these gifts to Riya and wish her on her birthday......

Preeti Di : With whose permission you came here
.....?

Sid : I don't need to take permission in order to come to my friends place ......

Hearing the commotion near the entrance Raghav came forward , he found his wife and  friend standing there ......

Raghav : Whats happening here ...?

Preeti Di : Did you invite him ...?

Raghav : Yeah I did after all he is my brother in law .......

Preeti Di : He is not .......

Raghav : In that case I must tell you that he is my friend ......

Preeti Di : Raghav ....

Raghav : Don't create a scene today Preeti ......

Raghav : Come inside bro .....

Sidharth held Akshat's arm and entered inside the apartment........  A small party was arranged in the apartment for Riya .........

Sid : How are you aunt ......?

Raghav's mother : I'm fine son ..... how are you .....? How's your mother ....?

Sid : I'm doing  just fine ...... Mom is happy after getting a companion in the house ......

Raghav's mother : That's great ......I'm sorry that I couldn't attend your engagement........

Sid : It's okay aunt ....... I hope you'll visit our place soon .....

Raghav's mother : Sure .....

Sid : Where's uncle ...... I haven't seen him since I arrived ......

Raghav's mother : He is busy with his grand kids
......

Sid : That's good ....

Sid : Well I should go and meet Riya .....

Raghav's mother: Sure son go ahead ......

With a nodding he moved towards the group of kids he saw at a distance .......

Sid : Riya .....

Riya : Mamu ....... I missed you so much ....

Sid : I missed you too my sweetheart .....

Riya : I thought you won't come .......

Sid : Do you think that your Mami or I would let something  like this happen ......?

Riya : No .....

He gave her a hug and kissed on her forehead ......

Sid : Happy birthday my princess.....

Riya : Thank you ( she said with a huge grin in her face )

Sid : There's my little girl ......

Sid : Here these are for you .......

Riya : So many.....

Sid : Yes love ..... You deserve it ....

Riya : I love you so much mamu ....

Sid : I love you too baccha .....

Akshat : I love you three.....

Sid : once again Happy Birthday Mera baccha ......

Riya : Thank you so much ......

Riya  : See guys haven't I told you that my mamu is Superstar Sidharth Shukla .....?

She said bragging infront of her friends while she pulled him towards the group of kids .......

He stayed there and enjoyed the party talking to Raghav and his family members , the kids and played some games with the kids ......

While Sidharth was enjoying the birthday party of his niece Shehnaaz on the other hand was busy with her meeting .......

Just after Sidharth left for Raghav's place Shehnaaz got up from her seat ......

Sana : Ma do you want to have some tea ?

Rita Ma : It won't be bad if I get some........

Sana : Sure .....

She moved towards the kitchen and made some tea for both of them to enjoy while they talk about their day ......

Bringing the tea cups in the living room she handed over a cup to her mother in law ....

Rita Ma : It's so good...... ( she said after having a sip of the tea )

Sana : Thanks Ma ......

Rita Ma : I don't know what's happening there......

Sana : I hope both of them won't create a scene ......

Rita Ma : Me too ....

Sana : I'm missing my baccha too much ....

Rita Ma : I can't believe that she isn't celebrating her birthday with us this year .......

Sana : This would have been her first birthday with me .......

Rita Ma : Hmm.....

They finished their tea before Shehnaaz retired to her apartment ...... She got ready for her meeting and sat down with her laptop .......

Few minutes later both Shehnaaz and Nikita joined the meeting with the music direction and two other man .....

Mr Upadhyay  : It's nice to meet you Ms Gill.....

Sana : The pleasure is mine sir .....

Mr Upadhay : Well this is Shekhar he is gonna be the male voice in the song and that's Pawan it's assistant ......

Sana : Hello Shekhar , Hi Pawan ......

Sana : This is Nikita my manager.....

Nikita : Nice to meet you guys......

Mr Upadhyay  : Well here's the thing the song is a romantic duet for a Bollywood movie ......

Sana : Okay ....

Mr Upadhay : I hope my assistant has already send you the concept , lyrics and contract ......

Nikita : Yes sir I have got the email .....

Mr Upadhay : Please check it and let me know about the things and read the contract before you sign it ......

Shekhar  : Sure Sir ....

Mr Upadhyay  : Now let's come back yo the lyrics and the other things ......

They discussed about the concept and the lyrics was read to them , they heard the music and finally the meeting ended about two and a half hours after it started ......

Sidharth was reminded about his unwanted presence in the part every moment with the taunts from his sister .......

The moment Riya had cut her cake and his work of giving her the gifts was finished he bid farewell to the family members and came out of the apartment.....

It was around 8 pm when he got inside his car when his phone started to vibrate ......

Sidharth took it out from his pocket and looked at the caller I'd.......

Receiving the call he connected it to the center console while he revived the engine......

Kaushal  : Sidharth Bhai tomorrow you have the Signing of your new movie ......

Sid : I remember but what was the concept about ....?

Kaushal : Human Trafficking.....

Sid : Yeah ..... I got it .....

Kaushal : The meeting with the producer is at 10 in the morning ......

Sid: Hmm ...send me the location.....

Kaushal : Don't worry I'll be there to pick you up ....

Sid : Okay .......

He declined the call and turned on the stereo.......

The song started playing with the soft music in the background while Sidharth drove the car towards his house.....

He was reminded of the day when both of them got accidentally married during the shoot ..... The way she came back defying her brothers decisions of getting the marriage annulled.......

He stopped his car due to the traffic when the soothing lines played from the stereo ....... It reminded of the times people tried to separate them from one another just to full fill their personal agenda ........  He was reminded of the pain he felt on the day of their engagement when he couldn't find her and Preeti di said she has left him ......

As the song was coming to an end he knew that his feelings have grown much stronger and deeper they were previously...... He felt the urge to run and take her in his arms ...... He felt as if his breathing would stop if he lost her .......

Although he wasn't sure if this is what people call love but was confident to say that he won't be leaving this girl forever ......... She has become his way to salvation and he won't be the selfless person to let her go from his life ........

He reached the apartment and went to his penthouse , he met his mother and talked with her for few moment before going inside his study or man cave as Shehnaaz liked to describe it ......

Taking out his phone he send her a quick message about his arrival ......

@Sidharth : I have already reached my apartment......  I'll be busy for few hours so please don't disturb me ......

Picking up the the file containing the concept and script of the movie he started reading the pages while his body leaned on the chair ......

The soft light from the table lamp illuminated the room with it's yellowish light while he read the script with his full concentration .......

The room which was actually a perfect definition of a man cave with the billiard table on one side of the room ...... The  small leather couches with a center table containing the laid out chess pieces was one of a kind along with the dark brown wood stained mahogany table that contained all his files .......

Huge bookshelves containing files and books would definitely catch the attention of a bookworm if not the over view of the city that could be scene from the full length window of the room .....

The twinkling lights of the city makes it look as if it's just a scene out of some Hollywood movie........

Just a few months ago this room would have been his safe heaven while he stayed in the house but now it was once in a blue moon night that door gets opened by him.......

Looking at the white pages filled with scenes from the movie made him feel tired...... He closed the file and kept it aside before getting up from the chair .....

His stomach grumbled due to the hunger while Sidharth moved towards the kitchen ....... He was just about to enter the kitchen to find something for himself when he found his wife brewing some coffee .......

Shehnaaz finished having her dinner with Rita Ma a little later than usual ..... Both of them could feel the tension in the atmosphere after Sidharth had returned from the party ..........

Although he said that he was busy because of his work but both the ladies knew that something bad might have happened .......

Finishing her dinner she went inside his bedroom and started checking her patient's reports ...... It was around midnight when she got up and went inside the kitchen to make some coffee for herself .......

Shehnaaz was brewing her coffee in his small coffee machine when she felt a hand sliding around her waist ....... Knowing the touch even in her unconscious state she leaned on his chest while he nuzzled his face in her neck ......

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath while she felt the open mouth kisses trailing down from her neck to her shoulder......

He placed his right hand on the counter while his left arm circled around her waist trapping her between him and the counter....... Sidharth nuzzled his face in her neck for a while before trailing down open mouth kisses .......

He could feel her racing heart and was liking his effect on her ...... He made some markes on her neck wishlist her winning and turned her around .......

Shehnaaz looked up into his eyes trying to figure out what was going inside his head but very well knew that she wasn't capable to stopping this storm ...... She tip toed trying to kiss on his lips but before she could do a thing he picked her up and placed her on the counter.......

They trapped their lips in a fiery little Kiss while their lips danced around one another's in a rhythmic movement .......

Sana : I know you haven't eaten anything ...... ( she said after taking few breaths)

Sid : It's okay.....

Sana : Please love ..... I don't want you to sleep on empty stomach ...... I know something has happened there and it has hurt you really bad .....

She hopped down from the counter and took out his plate which she had already kept aside and placed it in the microwave oven ....... She poured some milk in her coffee along with some ice and kept it on the dining table ......

Sana : Come on sit down here I'll bring your food.....
( she said while pulling him towards the dining table )

Placing the food infront of him she sat down on a chair to give him some company ......

Sid : I don't want to eat ......

Sana : I know but still you shouldn't show your anger on this mighty plate of food .....

Sid : When ever I'm seeing food infront of me it's reminding of the words Preeti Di said to me just a few hours ago ......

Sana : I'm so sorry you had to so through that.......

Sana : You know what you can rant it out if you want while I feed you .....

She washed her hand and came back ....... Shehnaaz made morsels of the food while feeding him while he spoke about the incidents that occurred in the birthday party .......

…

It was the very next day both Sidharth and Shehnaaz got ready for the day and finished their breakfast ....... Shehnaaz left for the hospital while Sidharth stayed back waiting for Kaushal......

He reached the venue a few minutes the lock struck 10 and entered the conference room the others were waiting in ......

They talked about the script and shooting dates and stuff ...... Sidharth was happy that he can experience playing a different kind of character even after being the male lead  of the movie .......

He signed the contract and finalized the dates for the shoot before the meeting ended and the director as well as the producer left the room ......
