Before I start with the chapter here's the thing please don't hate because of some mistakes because all the information about the places are taken from our famous Google Devata......

Neither I'm from Mumbai nor am I aware of the court proceedings , structure and people present there ..... So please forgive me if I do make any mistake in this process of writing and help me through your comments so that I can correct the mistakes .....

It has been a week after the Janmashtami…… Sidharth has been busy lately with the movie promotions ……  He has already rejected the offer from the Coffee with Karan which was just for himself …….. According to him he wasn't ready to disclose everything just yet …….

Shehnaaz was as usual  a little packed with her hospital duties along with her modeling and recording work during the whole week ……

It was weekend after the very long tedious , jam packed week days …… The whole family were really excieted to have some time for themselves …….

All the members sat down along the dining table to have their sumptuous dinner while having occasional talks here and there ……

Sana : Babies ……

Riya : What Mami…?

Sana : I know you two are tired after whole week school so how about we go to the kidzania like you two wanted ….?

Akshat : Really ……?

Sana : Ask your mamu if he will take all of us there …….

Rita Ma : What all of us …..?

Sana : It means the whole family ……

Neetu Di : No darling ..…. It's just you four are on board in this plan …….

Sid : What about you..?

Neetu Di : Both me and your jiju will be busy tomorrow because of the doctors appointment……

Sana : Okay but what about Ma ……

Rita Ma  : I'll be out with my fellow sisters from the Bramhakumari's tomorrow……

Akshat : It's just us ……

Sid : It's okay champ …… we four will have lots of fun …..

Riya : That we will …..

All of them finished their dinner and soon retired to their bedrooms ……

Both Sidharth and Shehnaaz when to her apartment and laid down on the bed wrapping each other in their embrace ………

Sid : I don't want to ….

Sana : What ?

Sid : I don't wanna go to the talk show ……

Sana : When …?

Sid : What do you mean…?

Sana : You are invited for two episodes right …?

Sid : Umm….

Sana : Okay ….. listen it's okay if you reject the one which is just for you but not the other one …..

Sid : ……

Sana : It's not just for you baby ….. it's for your movie promotion ……..

Sid : But …..

Sana : It's not just for you darling…… You remember your co-actor right ……. It's her first movie…….

Sid : Yeah …… I can't be selfish ……

Sana : That's like my love ……

Hearing such sweet words from her evoke a different type of feeling inside his mind …..

He flipped their position making himself hover over her body before slaming his lips on hers …….

Sucking her lower lips he started to take advances ..….

Shehnaaz on the other hand was really immersed in their sweet talks trying to make him understand the requirement of his presence on the day of the show in order to promote his own film ……

But suddenly her position changed and he was on top of her …… Her eyes widened due to the temporary shock but then he slammed his lips on hers for a hungry kiss …….

It was a minute or two before she started to move her lips kissing him back trying to match his hurried pace ……. She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him closed due to the urgency……..

They kissed for more than ten freaking minutes while their hands moved around in their each other's hair and body before breaking off due to the lack of oxygen in their system……

She started to take deep breaths the moment he left her lips and laid down beside her …..Both of their heaving chest and  tingling  sensation on the lips made them have a flashback of that steamy kiss they just had a moment ago …….

Turning towards him shehnaaz placed her head on his chest ……

Sana : That was something ( she said implying the kiss they shared )

Sid : It was …….

He placed a small peck on her forehead before wrapping his arms around her waist and closing his eyes ……

Sana : You are really tired …..

Sid : Hmm…..

Sana : Sleep my love …… ( she said while trying to pull away from his arms and come out of his embrace ….. )

Sid : What are you doing…..?

Sana : Nothing…… just wanted to sleep on my side ……

Sid : No ……

Sana : Yes …..

Leaving a sigh he loosened his arms around her before she she moved to her side and turned around facing her back towards him …..

He looked at the ceiling of the room for quite a while and leaving a staggering breath……. He turned to his side and placed an arm around her waist and pulled her towards himself before nuzzling into her neck closing hys eyes to end the night on a good note ……

The very next morning both the elders got up to the sound of continuous ringing of their door bell …… By the time Shehnaaz sat up on the bed Sidharth being the responsible guy went ahead and opened the main entrance just to find the over excieted kids …..

He let the cuties enter the apartment before following them to the bedroom…..

Akshat : Offfho Mami….. you are so lazy……

Riya : We are ready to go……

Sana : Yes.   Baby …… I'm so sorry …… Let me get dressed really quick …..

Akshat: Hmmmm…. Go ….go ……

Riya : Now what happened to you mamu …… get ready ……

Sid : Aye ….Aye captain ( he said comically before going to the other room)

Getting ready for the day in their casual cloths both Shehnaaz and Sidharth went to the penthouse along with the kids with them ……

Rita Ma  : There you are ……. ( she said as soon as she saw the four of them entering the dining area )

Rita Ma  : I was finding these two since the morning then Priya informed me that she has dropped them infront of your apartment…….

Riya : Nani ….. we were really excieted…..

Rita Ma : I get it baccha ……

With a smile on her face she sat down along with the other's to have their breakfast …….

Having their sumptuous meal both of them left along with the little kiddos in an adventure to the kidzania Mumbai ……

While Sidharth drove his car , shehnaaz sat their on the passenger seat while one of her arm was placed on his lap when the car cut through the Mumbai traffic ……. 

The moment  they reached the building both the kids started to jump screaming with excitement……

Sidharth parked his car and went towards the counter to get the kids their id's after all he had already pre booked the tickets for them ……

They entered inside the place with the help of the volunteers while the adult sat down in the waiting area with a cup of coffee for each ……

They could see the over excieted Akshat moving here and there trying to decide his first activity while Riya was as usual calm and focused on what ever she wanted to experience in their…….

For Sidharth he felt as if both of them were a normal couple sitting in a little secluded area and having their Coffee…….

Although it was hard to recognise them their disguise but still they needed to be carefully…….
Sidharth as usual was wearing his spectacles an a cap along with a wig while Shehnaaz had put her her hair in a bun and covered her head with a chunni , a small round framed specs and a medium sized nose ring ……

They sat there side hugging one another while talking in a hushed voice …..

Sana : They are too excieted to be here ……

Sid : They are after all they wanted to experience this since last year ……

Sana : Then why didn't anyone bring them?

Sid : Di didn't want them to come here ……

Sana: Why …?

Sid : I guess she has her reasons ……

Sana  : Can you see the excitement on their faces while they went inside thd kinderjoy factory……..?

Sid : I did and I'm really happy that they are experiencing what they wanted for so long ……

She placed her head on his shoulder while they continued to talk and observe the kids ……

Akshat and Riya both visited the kinderjoy factory,  Biscuit factory , Cheese factory,  Burger shop , Pizza shop everything you can name was related to food …….

While Akshat was more into having fun Riya wanted to experience something few when she dragged her brother to the archeological site , the emergency room , the dubbing studio and the driving school …….

It was a fun activuty for them while the adults engrossed themselves in some food and lots of talking  and some fun quizzes about each other while they keep an eye on the little one's……

About more than 4 hours later both the exhausted kids with a big smile on their face came out of their hiding ……

Akshat : We really had lots of fun mamu ……

Riya : Yes Mami…… you know I know how to drive now …

Akshat : Me too ……. Now I'll drive Mamu's car while we go back home ……

Sid : No you can't….

Akshat : Mamu …….. I know how to drive and I'm a better driver than didi …

Sid : You are a kid akshu……

Akshat : Ahhaaannn ….. I want to drive…..

Seeing him adamant on his decision Shehnaaz wanted to change the topic…..

Sana : Well baby….. I saw you going inside the food factories …….. Did you work there …..?

Riya :  Yes Mami….. we did …. But you know they pay very less to us workers ……

Sana : What did they pay you …?

Riya : Just with a single product ……

Sana : They gave you a single food item ……?

Akshat : Mami ….. you know we made pizza …….

While Akshat joined the talk session of the females Sidharth released a sigh of relief before getting up and moving ahead with the other's……

He drove the car while the others shared their experience and activities they did with each other …….

It was the day of the first trial …. She was a little anxious contemplating in her mind what would happen in the courthouse ……Although she had immense respect and faith on Raghav but somewhere in her mind she knew that the other party was going to play dirty on them……

Since the morning she was having a gut feeling that made her a little uneasy not knowing if it was for good or bad …….. She woke up at the clock of dawn today and started to clean the whole house , well it wasn't necessary but who would stop her little anxious mind from running in long marathons other than this  ………

It was as if she was the person who was going to the courthouse and playing the role of his lawyer infront of the judge …….. She had already prepared thousands or scenarios in her head how the questions and the answers should be inside their courthouse…..

Working relentlessly for hours she was already drenched in a thick layer of sweat when Sidharth entered her apartment through the main entrance ……

Sid : What are you doing baby?

Sana : Nothing just trying to clean the whole apartment……

Sid : Whole apartment in just a day ……?

Sana : Yeah ……

Sid : Why ?

Sana : Why not ..? ( she retaliated)

Sid. : Or are you just trying to stop your anxious mind ……

Sana : Uh …. Well ……. ( she muttered while her face heatened up in a hue of red )

She lowered her head looking at the floor as if it's some million dollar painting just to escape from the prying eyes of her husband …… Shehnaaz closed her eyes thinking how she issuch a bad liar or may be her actions are too predictable nowadays for him ……

Suddenly she felt as him removing the duster out of her hand and place it on the centre table while embracing her in a hug ……

Sid : I know baby ….. you are tensed thinking what might happen in the court today but what ever it is please don't over work yourself darling
……

Sana : I ……

Sid : Don't try to deny it sweetheart …… I can understand it…….. Not just you I'm having a uneasy feeling inside my stomach ……

Sana : Well that's because you didn't eat anything since the morning …….

Sid : May be but I was waiting for you na …

Sana : Why …..?

Sid : Just like that …… can't a husband wait for his wife …?

Sana : He can …..

Sid : Then…?

Sana : Thank you ……

Sid : There isn't a need for that ……. Go and freshen up ….. I'll wait here ……

Sana : Thank you ….

She moved towards her bedroom to take her shower ……. About half an hour later she came out of the bedroom wearing a simple palazzo along with a kurti and minimal jewellery……

Sana : I'm ready ……

She said to get his attention before he looked up at her……

Sid : Beautiful…….

Sana : Thank you ….. you aren't lagging behind too much ..…

With a hearty laugh he kissed on her cheeks before both of them moved towards the door…….

The family finished their breakfast and sat down in the livingroom while the kids went to school with Abhinav  …….

Rita Ma : I hope everything goes well in the court session ……

Neetu Di : Me too mom …….

Sana : Sidharth….. what did Raghav bhai tell you ……? Do you need to appear in the court ….?

Sid : Well he said I need to as it's the first day and there may be some series of question asked after all this is not just some general defemation case ……

Sana : Yeah I get it you both are from the industry ……

Neetu Di : Well you need to stay aware of her lawyer …….

Sid : I know after all I'm sure they are going tp play dirty ……

Sana : It's really concerning …….

Rita Ma : I know but please be calm and believe in yourself ……

Neetu Di : You need to carefully choose your words Sid ……

Sana : Yeah …… I think you should think carefully before you answer , take time while answering and control your anger ……

Sid : Shehnaaz…….

Sana : Love it's just our suggestion…….You are a smart guy and know what to do at the end of the day……

Sid : Hmm ……

Rita Ma : When will the proceedings start …?

Sid : After lunch ….. that's around 2 pm ….

Neetu Di : You have enough time ……

Sid : I do ……

Soon it was already near the lunch break…… Sidharth although was a little tensed but kept it masked in order to control these ladies …… He finished his lunch along with the other's and moved ahead to reach the court on time …… 

Around 1:45 pm all the people gathered in the courtroom ……

He sat down in the front row just behind his lawyer who was accompanied by Raghav his brother in law …….  While on the otherside it was the two self claimed butterflies along with their lawyer and managers …….

Just before the proceedings started Kaushal entered the room along with Mehul and took their seat behind Sidharth ……

Clerk : Please settle down in your respective seats ....… The Judge is about to arive in the room …… ( he announced just before the Judge entered the room wearing his black cloak …..)

All the people present inside the room stood up to show some respect towards the honourable Judge..…

Court Reporter : My lord here are the submitted documents from the petitioners side .

Judge : This is the defemation cases between Mr Shukla and Ms Desai along with her partner Ms Bhattacharya .

Clerk : Yes your honour…..

Judge : Any submitted documents from the defendants side ?

Clerk : No as of now my lord ….

Judge : Okay……. Let's start with todays court proceedings …….

Nodding his head the lawyer Mr Deshpande who was actually representing Sidharth got up from his seat …..

Judge : Give me a brief summary of the while situation from both the sides …..

Mr Deshpande  : My lord may I start with the proceedings?

Judge : You may after introducing yourself and your client ..…

Mr Deshpande : My lord if advocate Sunil Deshpande a representative of my client Mr Sidharth Sukla ..…

Mr Deshpande : Your honour my client Mr Sukla is a known name from the bollywood film industry ….. He started his career through Modeling then gradually got into the television industry before coming into the film career …….

Mr Deshpande  : While being in the television industry he got acquainted with Ms Desai while they were a part of a TV serial named Dil Se Dil Tak ..…. In the beginning they were like some normal co-actors before they developed their friendship ……. In the mean while Ms Desai didn't just want a normal friendship with him as she had a hunger for more work , money and fame …… she thought that being in a relationship was a better solution for her to achieve her twisted goals ……

Mr Sinha : I want to retaliate to his words as he can't accuse my client without any prove..…..! ( he shouted on the top of his voice )

Judge : Order ! ……. Order. !…….

Judge : There a strict decorum that's needed to be followed in the court Mr Sinha ……. Don't try to over power other's with your voice …….

Judge: You need to listen to my instructions when you are in my court room or otherwise I'll be forced to throw you out of the court premises……

Mr Sinha : Sorry ….. My lord …..

Judge : Take your seat and Mr Deshpande continue …..

Mr Deshpande  : Thank you your honour  …. So as I was saying she thought of fulling her motive …… Ms Desai started to make some unusual advances towards my client like asking him out on a date or hugging him out of ordinary which made him uncomfortable quite often …….

Mr Deshpande  : These advances continued for more than a month before she made the final move and proposed him to be her boyfriend …..

Mr Deshpande: My client never ever saw her in that way or I should describe it as more than just a mere friend……. He declined the offer and said her to move on because she even said that she loves him on that day …….

Mr Deshpande: Just after the rejection Ms Desai started to cause raucous on the set……. Ms Desai thought of different ways to get fame and work when her first plan didn't go through……. She though about defaming my client to get the instant fame through the controversies that may arise after that ……. She often started quarreling with my client or placed false accusations on him ……. He was removed from the crew just after She accused him of physical assault……..

Mr Deshpande : Few months after that she started to give false interviews to the media houses accusing my client of various things …….. She accused him of mental , physical and sextual harassment , stalking ,  threatening , kidnapping her , destroying her career by taking away her contracts till date ……

Mr Deshpande  : Because of these meaning less accusations my client has lost hundreds of contracts in the last five years but still he didn't want to put a case on her name ……. He has been completely raided by reporters again and again just because of the false statements Ms Desai had often provided them , but still he was kind enough to show some mercy on her but that patience broke the moment she started to tip the media against his fiance ……

Mr Deshpande : My client was in a secret relationship with his now fiancé for the last few years and had recently got engaged……. Ms Desai didn't even leave her ……. She targetted a person who was not any how related to the industry just to satisfy her wants …….

Mr Deshpande: At last my client Mr Shukla had enough of this obsessive behavior and filed the case…… Well before I end my summary I must tell you that there is a funny incident in between and that's related to Ms Bhattacharya…..

Mr Deshpande  : My lord my client Sidharth Shukla never met this lady in his whole life …… Neither for any professional work nor personal criteria did my client ever came across this woman but somehow  she is also one of the person who has accused him with the different accusation again and again I have previously mentioned ……..

Judge : Well this case is a little complicated …….

Judge : Now Mr Sinha you can put your side of the story…..

Mr Sinha : My lord it's not just a story but the reality …….

Judge : Well start talking….

Mr Sinha : Mr Lord I'm advocate Shashwat Sinha representing my clients Ms Rashmi Desai and Ms Devoleena Bhattacharya…….

Judge  : You are the only lawyer……

Mr Sinha : Yes My lord …..

Mr Sinha  : Well here is my side of the summary …… Ms Desai and Ms Bhattacharya are both part of the television industry for the last few years ….. Ms Desai met Mr Sukla on the set of the TV series and started liking him …… Well it was a mutual liking from both the sides and eventually developed more to the point that they got into a relationship…… They were involved in meeting at different places and spending time ..… In the mean time Mr Sukla started to mentally harass my client when he started to get jealous by seeing her talking to other men …… He was abusive and often physically assault her……

Mr Sinha : He started to often lock her in her apartment so that she can't escape from his control …….. This continued for more than few months before she decided to end the relationship and he started stalking and threatening along with the sextual assaults ..…

Mr Sinha : In the mean time he met my other client in one of the parties and started to have a relationship with her and the patern followed this time too like I have previously said …….

Mr Sinha : All in all both my clients got some courage and went to report to the media and show the people his original face behind this fake gentleman …….

Judge : Well I get it……….. I have already heard the summary from both the sides……

Judge : Now coming to the laywers please answer some of my questions before you question the petitioner and the accused respectively…….

Judge : Mr Deshpande the question is for you ..…

Mr Deshpande  : Yes your honour….

Judge : Why didn't your client file a case previously?

Mr Deshpande  : Well sir it's because he already knew the struggle of getting inside the industry and standing on your feet ……. He didn't want to destroy their career …..

Judge : So you are saying that they didn't suffer in their career…?

Mr Deshpande : Yes my lord they didn't…… They just refused to work after all they were enjoying the fame the controversy gave them ..…..

Judge: How many projects did you client loose …?

Mr Deshpande  : My lord the exact number is 243 projects in the last 5 years …..

Judge : Total valuation of these projects all together…….

Mr Deshpande  : With all the major and minor projects in these years he has lost the contract with the total sum of 21.5 crores ……

Judge : That's a huge sum of money ……

Mr Deshpande  : Yes my lord ……

Judge : Well don't you think that actually reason why he didn't file the lawsuit was because he is actually guilty..…?

Mr Deshpande  : No your honour …….

Judge : Okay …let me come to Mr Sinha

Mr Sinha : Sure My lord …..

Judge : Why did your clients go to the media when they got assaulted by him …… why wasn't a police complaint made that year so that he could have been placed in the jail …? … Does this mean that your clients intentions was just to defame him and start a controversy so that they can aquire some fame and on reality nothing as such happened  …….

Mr Sinha : No your honour Mr Shukla is an influential man and could have turned the case the other way at that time that's why they didn't complain to the police …….

Judge : Well that's not totally believable when you live in a country where the government gives the females certain favours for these kind of cases …..

Judge : Well this be honest there are certain flaws in both of your sides……. The court needs to analyse all the submitted documents…….

Judge : Mr Shinha please submit the documentation proves on behalf of your clients as fast as possible ……

Judge : We need to go throught the documents before I let the questions to be asked……..

Judge : All the other procedures for this case will take place on the next date that's on 21st of September   .

Judge : Now the court is adjourned for the day …….

Saying the Judge left the room….. He along with the other's stood up from his seat before walking towards his lawyer ……

Sid : What do you think Mr Deshpande…?

Mr Deshpande  : The only flaw we have is that you have filed the lawsuit a lot later than expected ……. But don't worry everything will be alright ……

Sid : Thank you………

He talked to Raghav for more than half an hour before coming out of the court room …..

Rashmi : You won't survive the next blow Sidharth ……..

She said while Sidharth was just passing by ……. Ignoring the scheming woman he moved towards his car…….

Rashmi  : You can't always ignore me …… ultimately you are going to being Shukla ………!

Sidharth took out his phone and turned off the recorder and send the file to Raghav and Mr Deshpande before turning on the engine ……..

He thanked the almighty that he had given this idea on Raghav's head ……. Well he actually did what Raghav told him just a while ago and that actually proved beneficial……..

He drove to the apartment complex before parking the car …….
