*Usha Pov*

The next day I woke up little early and untangled myself from him. I was looking at his sleeping form and then got up from the bed. After getting ready I saw that he is still sleeping so I went inside the kitchen.

I prepared some breakfast for both of us and also some lunch. Then I went to our room and shook him a little.

"Hey!" he said, opening his eyes.

"You are getting late!" I said, moving away and picked out his dress for him.

"Sorry! I just slept very late last night." He said getting up completely.

"I am leaving as I need to go and check the orphanage that they actually took some action or not." I said walking towards the door.

"I will drop you. You don't have your purse right." he said stopping me.

"It's ok! I will go in some cab or bus. And I took the money from your pocket as that is also my money right." I said smiling and left the room.

*Abhay Pov*

I know she must be still mad that I compared her work with Shruthi. I have to make it up to her.

After getting ready I went towards the kitchen to see the breakfast and a small carriage on the table.

Seeing this I really want to slap myself for saying those things to her. I finished my breakfast and left for the office soon and saw Shruthi pacing in my office room.

Why these both always paces around like this? I always heard only guys do that, but these two just changing that trend.

"Hey! What happened to you?" I asked her sitting on my chair.

"Sorry Abhay! I did a big mistake. And... hey is that your carriage?" she started saying something else and asked something else in the end.

"Yeah! She packed it for me." I replied proudly.

"How sweet! I just wish..." she said dreamily.

"Hey! She is my wife so back off." I said threatening jokingly.

"Anyway! I need to go and apologize to her, and then I need to come here to hit you." she said taking her bag.

"Why do you need to hit me?" I asked her confused.

"Because you hid so many things from your best friend." Saying this she left my cabin.

*Usha Pov*

After I checked the orphanage and saw that the action is taken so I went to the café. When I got down from the cab near the cafe, I heard someone calling me.

I turned to see, but no one is present, so I shrugged and went inside. Settling at the corner table, I ordered some strong coffee.

"Hey!" I heard someone saying so I looked up to see Shruthi standing there in front of me.

I nodded and asked, "Is there any other advice you want to give me?"

She flinched and said, "I am very sorry! I actually thought he doesn't want to get married so I told you all those things."

"He doesn't want to get married at that time." I said shrugging.

"You don't understand. At first, I thought he likes you, but I felt guilty when your date is canceled because of me. Next when I went to my town, I heard him saying that he is dating someone else. So I thought the girl that he was dating is not you and that's what he said. When I returned I got to know that his parents settled a marriage to some girl, and he is hurting because he loves the girl he is dating. So I thought that the girl whom he got engaged is some other girl." she said and then took a sip of water from the glass.

"So, you actually thought me as three different girls. One is me directly and then the girl with whom he is dating and then the girl with whom he got married." I said understanding her explanation.

"Exactly! Thank God you got it. Now what I told you that day is complete lies, and that is just a stupid attempt from his best friend so that he can marry the girl he loves and not the one he got engaged forcefully. This is what I thought." She said smiling.

I laughed and said, "You actually warned me so that he can marry the girl he loves who is actually me? Wow! This is the craziest thing that happened."

"Tell me about it! So you forgive me right and don't be mad at him because he still doesn't know about this." She said looking at me.

"Sure! And I am sorry I thought so much bad about you." I said, scratching my head.

She laughed and said, "It's ok! I deserve it to step between the matters, I don't relate. And we are just best friends so you need not to worry about him." She said assuring.

I nodded, and we both talked for some time. After that we bid our 'Bye' and walked to our own offices.

After entering the office, I saw everyone giving me knowing looks, and I looked at all of them in confusion.

Today I actually have so much work as Mr.Raj is not going to come to the office today.

"So you got a full romantic husband then?" Pallavi asked teasingly.

"What?" I asked her confused.

"Are you still hiding? Go and check your cabin." She replied, shaking her head.

When I reached my cabin, I saw that there is a huge bouquet of red roses on my table. I went near it and saw a card on it.

I picked it out and read "Dear Wife, You are capable of achieving anything you want. Congratulations for yesterday's win. I love you, and I hope you love these roses. Yours, Mr.Whatever."

I smiled reading the card and laughed because he wrote the nickname I gave him. I smelled the roses and jumped one time.

No one gave me these many flowers, and then I saw a small cake box. I opened it to see that there are two pieces of chocolate cake. I so want to meet him right now, but I think it will be appropriate to treat his surprise with another one.

I finished the work in a fast express and packed my bag to leave the office. I walked towards Pallavi and said I am leaving.

When I started to move away, she stopped me and said, "Mrs.Whatever! Tell your husband that he is very sweet."

I smiled and went to our home to start preparing my surprise.

*Abhay Pov*

After Shruthi returned from meeting Usha, I guess she told me what actually she did that day when I told her about my engagement. Now I can see how much she must have got hurt whenever I talked about Shruthi highly.

I scolded Shruthi for some time and got scolded by her for some time. I told her about everything and asked her not to tell anyone in our office.

She promised and left my cabin. I was looking at the time and thought she must have already got the surprise. I laughed at the memory of writing my nickname, she gave me on the card.

I completed my work and reached our home little excited and also nervous thinking. How did she react to them? When I entered I saw that all the lights are off except a small light coming from the dining hall.

I frowned and entered the hall to only stop in my tracks. There are a few candles on the dining hall with a few dishes around them.

I didn't stop because of them. I actually stopped looking at my wife wearing a beautiful sari and standing near the chair and smiling at me.

"So how is the surprise?" she asked looking around.

"Beautiful!" I replied, walking towards her.

"Thank god! I thought all the arrangements are overly done." she said breathing in relief.

"They are wonderful, but you are beautiful." I said holding her.

"Mr.Whatever! I am really hungry, so let's just have some dinner. And by the way, it's been so long since we went on a date." Saying this she made me sit on the chair she is holding, and she sat in front of me.

This is just like the dates we went, but this time it is in our own home, and it feels even more special.

We talked generally and then I told her to forgive me about the phone call she got from Shruthi.

"It's ok! I really felt bad when I heard those words and broke down at the café itself. Then Mr.Raj saw me and took me to my house supporting me as I was not in a position to walk properly." She explained.

Oh! Now I get it the scene I saw standing outside the café. He was actually helping her, but I thought so stupidly. I even told her that I saw this and thought wrongly about her.

She sighed and said, "Let's just forget about them and enjoy the day."

I nodded, and we finished our dinner slowly. I waited until she cleared the room and saw her moving around from here to the kitchen.

"Finished!" she said coming outside the kitchen. I immediately walked towards her and lifted her in my arms.

"What are you doing?" she asked screeching.

"I am carrying my wife and going to celebrate the day because we got even closer now after our recent big fight than before." I explained while walking towards our room.

I laid her on our bed and said, "I love you!"

"I love you too!" she said, and we closed our distance...

So these mis understandings are cleared...

Did u guys saw her being called "Mrs.Whatever!"? And now in both offices no one know about them except these three...

Shruthi has another strory to her for which i already left few clues about that secret. one clue is at chapter 2 and one at chapter 4 and one finally in this. Don't worry u will find out soon maybe at the end of the story :)

Ok now on there will be "Meetings romance" actually instead of "Office romance". Like is said this is not cliche or not general kind of cliche...

I hope no one forgot the weird parents of these both because they are going to enter these both lives or shall i put it like these both are going to enter their lives ;)
