Name: Little Miss Frosty

Appearance: Circular magic-mint body, peppermint-pink nose, long and flowing white hair, pale cerulean-blue boots, crystal-blue peppermint-patterned headband decked with a pink and white peppermint candy-like bow frilled with shiny icy blue and white trim

Personality: Frosty is very polite, calm, smart, and levelheaded. However, she's also quite reserved and demure. She prefers to be outside during winter and tends to keep her thoughts and emotions to herself. Because of this, she frequently gives off the vibe of being stoic and non-social. Despite all of this, she truly does care a lot about the well-beings and feelings of others. She's kinda like ice cream: cold but sweet, and easy to soften.

Likes: Mint (especially peppermint), hot cocoa, tea (matcha's of her favorites), ice cream (along with sorbet and popsicles), winter, ice-skating, snowboarding, being alone (most of the time), her friends, being around Mr. Tickle, snowmen, snowflakes, ribbon dancing, brushing her teeth, being tickled, venting her emotions in her diary, ballet (especially The Nutcracker), ice hockey

Abilities: You probably wouldn't know from looking at or first meeting her, but Miss Frosty has ice powers that act up whenever she feels strong emotions. She's quite graceful, being a very fluent ice-skater. She also loves doing ballet and is actually pretty adept at snowboarding and ice hockey.

Extra: -She's one of the very few characters who cares if Mr. Bump or Little Miss Calamity gets hurt. That's why she carries a first-aid kit whenever she's with either of them.

-She came up with the idea of Dillydale having a snow-based rescue team and eventually started the Dillydale Snow Rescue Team. She's the only girl on the team and the leader.

-Sometimes, she gets worried that her white hair makes her look old and starts wondering if she should dye it.

-When she gets home, she likes to go into her bedroom (or the living room, depending on it being daytime or nighttime) and vent out her bottled-up emotions in her diary (which she won't allow anyone to read). Her entries about Mr. Rude and Miss Naughty in particular show some very "colorful" word choice. 

-Whenever she's in an especially cold area, she wears an icy-purple scarf, a royal blue fleece-trimmed variation of her usual boots, and a version of her headband that has the peppermint swirl pattern on the earmuffs (with an arctic blue ring around the peppermint swirl).
